so I'll buy some clothes shopping around.

for the kids' clothes. Old Navy's got some really nice stuff.
And I've I've bought my myself some things when I've
gone in. They got some good quality stuff.

Honestly, if you compare some of the clothes that they
have to like some of the designer stuff, Like take
like a sweater, right, you see one like Aline, like
online from Louis Vauton. Right, they can look the same obviously,
like the other one is really nice, but the Old
Navy one is like a fraction of the price.

Yeah, I mean I think the difference is like the
quality might be a little off, you know, like it
might scratch your skin a little bit more like yeah,

the gym. She was out last night. So there's a company,
a stroller company by the name of Cybex and they
have their first brick and mortar in New York. Last night,
this one, this woman looks so good and she's walking
around not like she just had to push a baby

who give birth and five seconds later look like they
never had a pregnant bity. You just you don't know.

a little over a week ago, Carti's already back in
the gym looking unbelievable. It's like she was out last
night in New York at Cybex USA's new brick and mortar.
Cybex is so nice. It's pricy. I have their car seat.

with them. She didn't even look like she she had
a maybe a week and a half ago. She didn't

to bounce back faster?

pushed upon us, which is that you have to bounce

that give birth and then the next day their husbands
are like, why do you still look pregnant? And that
type of stuff is just disgusting. And I think that's
the that's the narrative. But I myself can see I
saw Cardi in Foxborough, yeah, a week or so ago,
two weeks she then had the baby, and now I
look at her down I can happily be like, damn,

she looks good. Like I would never worry. She looks great.

that you would put on your spouse to bounce back
quick is really crazy. Because I got to assume. And
I say this because I've never had a baby, all
the emotions, the hormones, everything that's happening in those first
few months. Even beyond that, that's a lot.

with that little wearing a diaper. Yeah, like that, like
she just gave birth, Like that's how fresh things are
for her. And she's fortunate that she bounced back. Listen,
I'm jealous. She looks good. But if she didn't, if
she went to that event and she still looked like
she was right, and we would also expect that. You
just you don't know. But I think it's more so

people feeling a pressure as opposed to like, oh, why
did she do that?

celebrity world, I'm sure there's extra pressure to kind of
look because in this judgment and everything that if you're
an average person, I feel like you can hide more.
But the pressure feeling it from your spouse must be
worse than anything, because like that's the one place you
should be safe and feel comfortable.

I have heard horror stories from people who like they've
given birth and then an hour later, literally hour later,
two hours later, husband saying things like, well, why does
your belly still like that? Well, because I you know.

I just gave birth.

given birth, Joanne c sections. Yes, so when you give
birth vationally after this is very aggressive conversation. But after
you give birth, the nurses and the doctors come in
there and they push on your stomach like I'm showing

get everything, like the rest of the things eliminated.

So I went into panic mode. I know my daughter's

we couldn't get anything. After that, we called the state
police to see what was going on. They said they
couldn't get They said they were on scene, but they
couldn't give us any information.

And now let's fast forward what ended up happening.

What happened was they eventually were able to be dismissed
at four thirty at night, and I guess they had
found a bullet in one of the hallways, so they
had to investigate it.

Wow, that is insane. I can't even imagine her telling
you how her day went in school, probably horrified.

Oh my god, she she was traumatized the four things.
She's a very like laid back kid and she doesn't
show a lot of emotion. But last night she brought
it up like three times, and she said, Mom, I
have to keep my phone on me. I don't care
if I get in trouble. She's like, it was horrible

Every time we talk about that, like the phone, And
I totally understand. I think I'm sure you can do.
You can see both sides. You understand the teachers being
like if they have the phones, they are going to

this other side to it too, where like you're trying
to check in and make sure everything's okay with your
dad and you can't get a hold of her again.

I do think is is there a point for them

given birth, Joanne c sections. Yes, so when you give
birth vationally after this is very aggressive conversation. But after
you give birth, the nurses and the doctors come in

It's so hard, Like it's just like this feeling in
your body you so badly want to protect them. Layla
was at the playground a couple months back, and she
wanted to play with this little girl and she went
up to the little girl, will you play with me?
And the girl goes, I don't want to play with you.
You're a candle, like a candle, like a Yankee candle,
like we're when a bathroom body works and getting three
for a candle. I don't even know what it means.
I don't get the disc but I wanted to. I

was so mad. She was like eleven twos. She was
too big to be acting like that.

When kids are nice to each other and you see
the other kid not be nice back, it like triggers
you at the mom, like like, why is your kid
not nice to my kids?

I know, and you know what, it could be our
We might we might have missed something and it was
our kid being bad. You just the kids are like
they gotta figure it out. But it doesn't mean that
we're not always gonna feel like we gotta defend them. So, Sarah,

Your kid's school went into lockdown yesterday.

Yeah, And I mean obviously you hear it all over
the news and stuff from everywhere else, but nothing prepares
you to be in that situation and talk.
Speaker 3 (35:38):
But let's talk us through it. So do you get
an email? Do you get a text?
Speaker 12 (35:42):

How does it work? What does it say?
Speaker 15 (35:44):
I got a text and it said the school's on lockdown,
the students are accounted for. I can't give you any
other information.
Speaker 3 (35:53):
Oh my god, I can't even I can't. I can't.
I can't even fathom it. And so what did you do?
Speaker 15 (36:03):
So I went into panic mode. I know my daughter's
not allowed to really have her phone, but I got
her an eye watch, so I was hoping it was connected.
I text, I text her, are you okay? I called
my mom? My mom text her. Her text thankfully went
through to my mom saying she was okay, okay, But
(36:23):
we couldn't get anything. After that, we called the state
police to see what was going on. They said they
couldn't get They said they were on scene, but they
couldn't give us any information.
Speaker 3 (36:34):
And now let's fast forward what ended up happening.
Speaker 15 (36:39):
What happened was they eventually were able to be dismissed
at four thirty at night, and I guess they had
found a bullet in one of the hallways, so they
had to investigate it.
Speaker 3 (36:53):
Wow, that is insane. I can't even imagine her telling
you how her day went in school, probably horrified.
Speaker 15 (37:02):
Oh my god, she she was traumatized the four things.
She's a very like laid back kid and she doesn't
show a lot of emotion. But last night she brought
it up like three times, and she said, Mom, I
have to keep my phone on me. I don't care
if I get in trouble. She's like, it was horrible
not being able to contact you, like, you know what.
Speaker 3 (37:20):
Every time we talk about that, like the phone, And
I totally understand. I think I'm sure you can do.
You can see both sides. You understand the teachers being
like if they have the phones, they are going to
be on the phones. They're not going to pay attention,
they're not going to learn. But then there's also this
the world is a different place now, and there's also
this other side to it too, where like you're trying
to check in and make sure everything's okay with your
dad and you can't get a hold of her again.
I it's such a tough one because I can really
(37:41):
see both sides to it. I'm glad you're okay. I'm
glad she's okay. Mom, have a stiff drink tonight, honey,
because my nerves would just be shot to hell.
Speaker 15 (37:49):
Oh my god, I literally wish I could. I'm I'm not.
I'm twenty weeks pregnant.
Speaker 3 (37:53):
My god, you can't do it. Just eat some ice cream.
You can't do anything fun. But also that's exciting.
Speaker 15 (38:01):
Congrats, thank you, thank you God.
Speaker 3 (38:04):
That could have put you into early labored. So stressful.

So scary, it's so scary. My wife was in a
situation when she used to teach there was they were
in lockdown for hours. The helicopters like over. Somebody down
south called the school and did a threat, but they
called the wrong school, so they put this one on lockdown,
and it was crazy.
Speaker 3 (38:24):
I just don't know what the answer is. I don't
like the phone. I if I'm a teacher, I don't
want them to have the phones in the classroom. But
then i'm a parent. I don't know. I don't know.
Speaker 6 (38:33):
Phones are just banned in our town, and I think
it's very productive and effective for teaching and learning. But
I do think is is there a point for them
to have accessibility to, so hopefully they can keep it
in their bags and keep it away and bring it in.
Speaker 3 (38:45):
Wouldn't it be cool if they came out with this
thing where kids could hit a button and their phone
goes into like school mode and then they could only
text her. I mean it sounds crazy, but if it's
in school mode and they only can call it, there's
nothing else they can do. From those certain hours. Their
phones just go into school mode and then at that
they can only text their parents.
Speaker 6 (39:02):
You just handed somebody out there.
Speaker 3 (39:05):
Can I get it? Can I get a cut on
school mode? Marlee is in Plymouth. We're gonna we're gonna
