Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wake up, wake yo, and wake up.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Oh man, bye everybody.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
It's so crazy because you know, you can go days
of having slow news, days where nothing really happens, and
then you can have a day like yesterday where you
simply cannot keep up.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
You got ury on the stand.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
All of a sudden, I'm getting text messages from people
being like, Tory Lanes might be dead, Tory Lanes stabbed
in prison fourteen times.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
How that man's alive?

Speaker 1 (00:46):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
The Diddy trial has begun and prosecution came out guns
a blazing, guns blazing. I mean, I feel like day
one and we've already learned so much. Tell you what,
both the defense and prosecution said, we are going to
be showing this jury a lot of video.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Footage, so they must have found a lot.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Of foot Prosecution is saying footage of how the freakofs
are bad, and defense saying, how, yes, we're confirming that
there were freakoffs, but they were adults consenting.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
To do these acts at these parties.

Speaker 4 (01:23):
Can I tell you who the finesse of the year is,
Cassie Cassie Finess, this guy, you know what I mean,
got him to pay her. I have a many millions
of dollars, and she's basically the star witness. From everything
I was reading, Cassie's going to be a major part
in this case.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
It's tough to use the word finesse when she went
through what she went through, but what you're trying to
get out.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
She was smart in how she did it. She said,
I'm going to get this guy for his money, and
he's going to pay the price. Finesse might have been
a bad word, but yes, she I think they knew
what they were doing. Because to me, once you settle
the case, I can't really talk about it, you know
what I mean, Like I'm kind of I'm riding away.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
Into the sunset taking my money.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
But she took the bread and she's going to be
a major, major witness in this case.

Speaker 5 (02:03):
And that's the thing, like, you know, the freak outs
were happening. Now she's gonna come tell her person perspective,
which was in a sense being forced to do all.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
These We already learned a little bit of it from
Daniel Phillip yesterday, and I am I mean, we thought
it was bad, it's it's as bad as you could
possibly imagine, and more. And we'll get to it, but
to the point where Diddy's kids got up and left
the courtroom because there was.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
That bad HM, Like, we're talking about the Who wants
to hear that about their dad?

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Nobody?

Speaker 5 (02:37):
Yeah, but if they're getting up and walking out, does
this is not say something especially suggest seriously?

Speaker 2 (02:44):
I agree, you're gonna be there.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
You gotta be there because that Cherry's like, wow, if
it's so bad for the kids, yeah, now not the boys,
but the girls.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
But that's even that's even worse, even worse. They can
stomach to hear what they were hearing, so that it stand.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
That's daytime, that's like the day yesterday. Then we're like,
all right, we're gonna get it all back with the Celts.
The game starts, Timothy Shalam is there with Kylie Kendall's there.

Speaker 6 (03:14):
Hey.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
I had a feeling moving forward from that CARDI walks
in holding hands with Stefan Diggs like lovey dovey.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
It was date night for them. She's a Patriots fan.
She looks so happy.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
Multiple times I noticed people would come over to chit
chat with him and she would just be sitting there
holding his hand. She's like, this is my man. She
literally just came out the other day and was like,
I'm bummy. Now I just hang out have sex with
my man and work like I'm.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Just she's chilling. Very weird to see her.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
With another man, I will say that, especially because there
were rumors, rumors, rumors. But then these are the receipts
last night of them, you know, there was they were lovey, dovey,
they were on a date, bad bunny. All the celebrities
are there and the Selter playing well and JT is
looking good forty two points and then.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
Could be worse than the actual loss itself.

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Absolutely, they gave up that double double digit you know
lead that they've been doing every game almost and then
JT goes down in the fourth and I feel sick
to my stomach because if it is what I'm thinking
that it is, nobody knows that injury better than I do,
because Alison did it.

Speaker 4 (04:29):
I immediately thought you when I saw the video of
him like banging on the floor.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
And holding that area, you.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
Could tell he was just in immense span.

Speaker 4 (04:37):
I was like, damn, this is kind of what Ashley
was talking about, Like the pain is unreal.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
That part of it.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
I was like, this is bad.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
But then seeing him in the wheelchair being wheeled out
and he's bawling, crying in his hands.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
It just leads me.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
To believe that maybe he saw the Achilles coiling like
I did, which is the confirmation.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
That it went.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
We don't know, and he's gonna have an MRI this morning,
but talk about.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
It day yesterday, like what the hell? Yeah, what the hell?
I mean there?

Speaker 3 (05:06):
I don't like, I know a lot of people are
still saying it could come back, it could come back.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
Who can come back?

Speaker 5 (05:12):
The selfics the southing is I'm coming back because even
in the fourth they weren't dominating.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
I mean they were losing this game, not.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
Absolutely come back. Better chance of Jesus coming back? Yeah, no,
it's not looking good.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
So anyways, I don't know if you guys had anything
crazy that I could top any of those stories from yesterday.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
But no, But it's something I want to talk about.

Speaker 5 (05:33):
Something we don't have to do it here, but like,
have you God, No, it's not me, it's it's the
it's this this harassment that I'm getting from teenagers as
of late, and it's getting like so I spent a
lot of time at middle schools because my kids played
middle school sports and high school sports. Right, the harassment
that I have been getting the last two weeks is

(05:54):
next level.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
I'm just I'm out of this out of curiosity, Like
I'm genuinely asking, did you not just hear me say
that I'm man was stabbed fourteen times and that Jason
tam just mostly and now he and.

Speaker 2 (06:05):
Now I'm stuck listening to that. You're getting harassed by
sixteen Yeah, but that's.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
That in my world. It's tough for me. Yeah, j
T I'm gone tomorrow, Tory Lanez after today. I'm not
thinking about it. I'm not thinking about it. You're stuck
with it? Yeah, Like what do you want to do?

Speaker 3 (06:21):
Like?

Speaker 1 (06:21):
Oh, facts are they? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (06:27):
About Cassie having to get peet on?

Speaker 1 (06:29):
No, I do feel bad for you, yes, Cassie, like obviously, yes,
thank god.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
Sorry, I'm just trying to put the measure.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
From all that.

Speaker 5 (06:36):
No, it's my own emotional like like thing that I
am concerned.

Speaker 2 (06:39):
Okay, time to chat about that later. Can't wait for
And how is the concert?

Speaker 1 (06:45):
Concert was good?

Speaker 4 (06:46):
Even though I was on the phone a lot of
the times looking at this game, but the concert was good.
I liked how they did it was a packed house.
If that show didn't sell out, it was damn near close.
I think it sold out, but they did it good.
I got there later because I was smart. I didn't
want to wait four hours in traffic to people. Yes,
some people, what could I tell you?

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Guys don't wants to listen to me?

Speaker 4 (07:04):
Some people were stuck in traffic getting into that spot
for four hours. I said, you know what, I'm gonna
show up a couple of hours after the doors open.
I'm gonna leave a half an hour before it closed out.
And I was good.

Speaker 1 (07:14):
The show was dope.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
What they did was kind of fired that they went
back and forth on stage, so Kendrick opened sciss it
came out, Kendrick opens siss it came out, which I
think was kind of dope because Kendrick is not really
like the let's get let's get ratchet or let's get
lit kind of artists. So the balance with Scissor coming out,
the chicks were happy, and then he would go back
into his deep raps and anything like that. It was
a dope show.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
Leaven thirty minutes before did you get Not Like Us?

Speaker 1 (07:39):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (07:39):
As soon as luckily the label dude kind of gave
me the play. He's like, ah, this is when he's
gonna perform a TV off, which went off crazy. Then
he performed Not Like Us, and then the stadium went
dark and he had three more songs. I look over
the dude after Not Like Us, I'm like, how many
more he got? He said three. I'm gone after everybody
up see later jumped.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
In my whip. I was able to get out of there.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
Well, if you're in the car right now and you're
driving and you didn't get to go last night and
you're jealous, close your eyes, pretend you're there.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
Here's Peekaboo especially.

Speaker 7 (08:07):
Ended Jamie Morning Show with DJ fourn It's Santi Lynn.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
You need to know.

Speaker 8 (08:13):
We got you three things you need to know on
Boston's number one for hip hop and the best throwbags
you haven't any more.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
Five oh Tuesday, May thirteenth, Let's get into it.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
Let's get depressed. Celtics take a beating in New York
for more reasons than one.

Speaker 3 (08:30):
One, one thirteen, and obviously that loss hurts like that
is I mean backs talk about Backs against the Wall.
They're down three to one in that series on their
way back to Boston. But that loss isn't as big
as the potential loss of Jason Tatum. Two fifty eight
left in the fourth he goes down. I'm just gonna
call it like I see it. It looks like it

(08:51):
was his achilles. We don't want to put it in
the atmosphere and in the air because he does have
an MRI scheduled for this morning, and let's just play
the game that maybe he's just very dramatic and he
has a bone bruise and his ankle that's deep, and
he might be out for the rest of the series.
But if they somehow find a miracle from God and
they come back and win, he'll be back the next one.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Let's just put it out there.

Speaker 5 (09:13):
Positivity, fine, but it looks consistent to what happens. And
you can attest to this more than anybody. When you
take a step back and go to push off and
it looks like it just snapped.

Speaker 2 (09:22):
I've ruptured my achilles.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
Unfortunately, I'm in some good company with Kobe, with David Beckham,
and yeah, when it happens, it looks looked similar for
all of us. I'm not saying I'm the caliber athlete
of them, but I've just done the exact same injury,
so I can speak to it. It sounds like a
gunshot when the tendon snaps. That is how loud it is.

(09:47):
You know, Initially when I watched it, I was like,
it looks like.

Speaker 2 (09:50):
It it could be.

Speaker 3 (09:52):
For me, seeing him being wheeled off in the wheelchair
going down the corridor and he has his hands and
his head in his hands and he's legit boohooing, leads
me to believe that he knows whatever that injury is.
It's not just a couple day thing, a couple week
thing that he might be in it. That's how I'm
reading that. I remember I was in the ambulance and

(10:15):
my foot was just like a dead foot, and it
was starting to turn black, and I was watching what
looked to be like a snake go up my calf,
and the guy in the ambulance said, I'll never forget it.

Speaker 2 (10:26):
He goes, you know, we usually.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
Wouldn't tell you what's going what's happening. He's like, but
that is your achilles tendon coiling. So it coiled all
the way up to my calf and it just sat
in a big ball and at the top of my calf,
and I could see it. Yeah, and then essentially when
you do the surgery, they climb up the calf and
they grab it and they pull it down and they
reconstruct it. I couldn't walk for months.

Speaker 5 (10:47):
I understand that the series is still happening, but let's
just wipe that right off the table because they're going
to lose.

Speaker 9 (10:52):
Right.

Speaker 5 (10:52):
What's the recovery time for this? Because I think the
important thing is to think about what's this mean for
him and for the Boston for like just as Celtics.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
It's terrible, it's a terrible injury.

Speaker 3 (11:01):
But you know, when you're talking these professional athletes and
the care in which they get, their recovery time is
going to be a lot shorter than a civilian like me.

Speaker 2 (11:11):
So I mean it's going to be a long road.

Speaker 3 (11:14):
And I mean I look at my my my achilles
leg I was just talking about in the gym yesterday.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
I call it, like my bird leg. My atrophy is
still that bad.

Speaker 3 (11:23):
If you look at both my calves, you can one
hundred percent see which achilles.

Speaker 5 (11:27):
Yeah, because like it's twice the size of the one
like a peg peg Like.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
No, it's not that bad. But when I say it,
then you can.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
Yeah, for sure.

Speaker 5 (11:38):
Now I assume the second part of this is mentally
for a player must be tough to like get the
confidence back that you can still do the things you
can before.

Speaker 3 (11:46):
So I don't know, and just the mental aspect of
feeling safe out there. Yeah, I actually, you know, watching
everybody do it. Kobe got back up and shot free throws.
But when David Beckham did it, he immediately if you
watch the video of David Beckham doing his achilles turn
around and looks because he thought somebody kicked him in
the achilles, like he thought somebody was trying to take
him out.

Speaker 2 (12:05):
Oh god, no, that was just the tendon snapping. But again,
who knows. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
Maybe I know, we know that, but.

Speaker 2 (12:14):
You know, we're just gonna we're gonna have high hopes.

Speaker 3 (12:17):
I listed some of the people there, but Somebothy Shallomet
on a date night with Kylie sister Kendall was there.

Speaker 2 (12:22):
Bad Bunny was across the way. It was a little awkward.

Speaker 4 (12:25):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (12:25):
Carti and Stefan Diggs had a little date night last night.

Speaker 2 (12:29):
They were there holding hands. Cardi's going to be at
to Lett Stadium this year, guys, and it's going to
be so exciting. They were seemingly very very happy.

Speaker 3 (12:38):
But it was tough all the celebrities there to not
only see n L but for us to lose our
guy is tough.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
So next are up in.

Speaker 3 (12:44):
The series three to one, back literally against the wall.
The Knicks can end everything tomorrow in game five.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
Guys, there's always twenty twenty seven.

Speaker 2 (12:54):
So that go all right?

Speaker 3 (12:58):
We we mentioned it, but Tory had to be airlifted
to the hospital, waking up in critical I genuinely do
not know how he is alive. It's a miracle that
he survived. Stabbed fourteen times. You ready for the breakdown here?
Seven to the back, cowards.

Speaker 2 (13:20):
By the way, that many to the back, meaning he
didn't know it was coming. Four to the.

Speaker 3 (13:24):
Torso, two in the head, one in the cheek. Both
of his lungs collapsed. He was placed on a breathing
apparatus for a while. He is now breathing on his own,
according to his camp, and he's able to speak a
little bit. I just don't know how. I'm not reporting
that he's gone. It's crazy.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
The shank wasn't long enough, I guess, I.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
Mean, seriously, I mean else, some people go from one
stab let alone.

Speaker 5 (13:52):
Fourteen he's in prison in Cali. Yeah, the Mexicans out there, man,
you don't miss them.

Speaker 3 (13:59):
That is what right now the rumor is is that's
who attacked him, but again that's hearsay.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
We don't have any confirmation on that. But Forum was
saying he has.

Speaker 3 (14:09):
Learned that the facility itself is.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
On crazy lockdown.

Speaker 4 (14:13):
Yeah, because uh, you know, race wide race riot is
probably going to break out because you know, again because
the Mexicans stabbed in and in prison, that's kind of
how it goes. They all clicked up, according to Race.
So the Blacks are kind of feeling like this was
a sucker attack on one of them. So who knows
what's going to happen. Well, I mean fourteen what was it,
fourteen or seventeen?

Speaker 3 (14:31):
Fourteen in total, but the first seven were to the back,
meaning Tory didn't see it coming.

Speaker 1 (14:35):
Back of the neck. I think it was he got
sliced in the face.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
Seven to the back, four to the tour. So two
in the head and one in the show were.

Speaker 4 (14:42):
Trying to kill him. This wasn't kind of message. They
were trying to get get him out of it. Yeah,
they of us see Meg fans.

Speaker 3 (14:49):
I thought it too right. I wasn't going to make
the joke, but I did think it. Yeah, he's alive,
so you can put it in there. That's good for you.
Tory is currently serving a ten years sentence after being
found guilty of shooting Megan the Stallion.

Speaker 1 (15:04):
Go ahead for and if you want to yell it free.
He's sat today. Yeah, he's a little sad.

Speaker 2 (15:12):
Sad, all right, Diddy.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
Or detum, Let's go Diddy. All right, let's go, let's
go Diddy.

Speaker 7 (15:20):
Now.

Speaker 3 (15:20):
This is the trial of Diddy began yesterday, prosecution opening
up its case by identifying two main accusers, Ditty's former
girlfriend Cassie Ventura and a woman identified as Jane Doe.
We heard yesterday from forty one year old Daniel Philip.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
I told you guys earlier.

Speaker 3 (15:41):
Both prosecution and defense said, yeah, we have a lot
of video footage we're going to be showing this jury.
And on the side of the prosecution, they're like, you're
gonna see this video, these videos where there's three soomes, prostitution, voyeurism,
there's drugs, large amounts of baby oil, and you're gonna
know that some horrible things were happening at these free
Off's defense is like, no, you're going to see these

(16:02):
videos and you're going to see adults consenting and having
a good time. You know, both sides from the jump
agreed that did he committed domestic violence. Neither side is
fighting that, but his defense team is saying that doesn't
mean he is guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking, and
they plan on proving that.

Speaker 9 (16:23):
So.

Speaker 3 (16:23):
First witness, forty one year old Daniel Phillip. Daniel says
he was paid thousands of dollars between twenty twelve and
twenty fourteen to have sex with Cassie while did he
watched and pleasured himself in the corner. These are rumors
that we had heard that are now being confirmed. During
the first day, like I said, the jury heard about

(16:44):
all type of I guess you could say, like delinquent
behaviors at the parties, threesomes, prostitution, voyeurism, drugs like I
just named, and the baby oil was mentioned.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
Daniel Phillips started.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
To talk about what it was to be hired by
Diddy to have sex with Cassie and what the scene
was like, and it got to the point where Diddy's
daughters got up and left the courtroom because it was
so graphic, you know.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
He said that Diddy would.

Speaker 3 (17:17):
Instruct them things like pretend you just met at an
airport and you're just meeting each other for the first time.
Slow down, you guys are going too fast. Okay, get off,
or it's my turn to get in alse while watching
in the corner, Daniel Phillips that it started out with
did he trying to hide his face under like a bandana?
But eventually he recognized the voice and he knew who

(17:37):
he was dealing with. He was directed at one point
by Cassie herself to urinate on her.

Speaker 2 (17:45):
Obviously did he's telling her what to do? I mean?

Speaker 3 (17:49):
And he even said that he witnessed multiple times her
being beat by Ditty to the point where did he
dragged her into a room was seemingly slapping her. She
came out and kind of like ran into his arms.
This is the Daniel Phillip guy. And because he was
paid prostitute escort at that time, and he said leave,

(18:11):
like what are you doing?

Speaker 2 (18:12):
Like you gotta leave?

Speaker 1 (18:13):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (18:13):
He also asked by prosecution why didn't you leave?

Speaker 3 (18:16):
Like why did you keep going back and endure this
and not tell somebody like that, like, did he is
this is not right?

Speaker 2 (18:23):
What did he is doing to her?

Speaker 6 (18:25):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (18:25):
And he said he was threatened by Diddy multiple times
and did he made it very clear I have your ID,
I pay you, I will lend you.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
And he goes and I believed him because he's.

Speaker 5 (18:34):
Diddy, Jesus, he's a horrifying And did he's a sick person?

Speaker 1 (18:39):
Did he sick again?

Speaker 2 (18:40):
Like I wasn't crazy? Shocked?

Speaker 3 (18:42):
Yeah, because these are the things that we heard that
this is what did he likes to do?

Speaker 5 (18:46):
But I guess when you hear them in detail and
hear somebody else like tell the story, it's more impactful.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
I think about it's abusive. That's when it's a problem.

Speaker 4 (18:54):
Like crazy, you could be a freak, all the baby,
all the stuff you want to do, but when you're
starting to be humiliating, I mean, I guess part of
some people like that, But when you start being abusive,
like you beaten people and you're threatening people's loves and
like nah.

Speaker 3 (19:08):
And obviously we're all under the assumption that Cassie did
not want to do any of these things. She, by
the way, is expected to take the stand today. So
I think we'll learn more. But if you think about
it through that lens of her not wanting to have
to do any of this, and this is what she's
being forced to do, beaten to do every weekend under
Diddy's thumb while he watches like talk about horrifying you know,

(19:29):
legitimately horrifying stuff. By the way, I also thought it
was huge yesterday Cassie's husband, Alex was in court by himself.

Speaker 2 (19:39):
She was not there with him.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
He went impactful, impactful basically being like I'm here, Baddy,
I'm listening to all of these things that you made
her like crazy.

Speaker 2 (19:51):
I mean, he had to.

Speaker 3 (19:52):
Look at a man on the stands describing intercourse that
he had with his wife and he was forced to
do and p on her.

Speaker 1 (19:59):
That's like imagine.

Speaker 4 (20:01):
No, there were statements where like Diddy and Cassie would
fall out or she would get away right, and then
Diddy would go searching for her with the team, found
out at somebody's crib, breaking down doors, kicking in bathroom doors,
regular house doors, and finding the dude that she thought
she was messing with with his girlfriend, and then like
assaulting like it was wild, bro, Like this guy's a maniac.

Speaker 3 (20:24):
If this is all true, Maniac two rows filled with
Diddy's family. Like I said, it was a little too
much for his daughters, but his family was there and support.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
His mother was there. Listen to this.

Speaker 3 (20:35):
Yeah, yeah, So there are rumors that Cassie is taking
the stand today.

Speaker 5 (20:42):
If that is the case, I mean, I think it's
safe to say that didd he's going away for a
long time.

Speaker 9 (20:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (20:47):
But here's the thing.

Speaker 3 (20:49):
I agree with you. I think did he's gonna go away,
but none of the so far. You know, we're looking
at those two charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, so
I'm sure the prosecution is going to get to it.
But you know, the defense is like nothing that we're
hearing shocks us. We know that this man committed domestic violence,

(21:11):
we know that, but we'll prove he didn't do the
other two things.

Speaker 5 (21:14):
The whole watching somebody make love to your partner and
do stuff like that.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
That's it. I wouldn't.

Speaker 3 (21:19):
You can't use the word love in there, No no love, none,
no love.

Speaker 5 (21:23):
But yes, like that, he's a cock. That's that's what
it's called. I don't understand the appeal to that. That's
like painful.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
People like that.

Speaker 1 (21:32):
I know.

Speaker 9 (21:32):
That's a thing.

Speaker 1 (21:33):
I know.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
Yeah, And it's a thing.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
If everybody is in are agreement and they're okay, and
they and they're happy and they like to do it,
that's it.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
That's it.

Speaker 3 (21:42):
If Cassie wasn't, which again I'm under the assumption she wasn't,
this is levels of abuse that you couldn't even imagine.
So you know, we, like I said, we might be
hearing from her today. That is three things need to
know for Tuesday, May thirteenth. Boston Calling is happening, guys
on a positive note in just a couple of weeks
May twenty third through twenty fifth. I've been multiple times.

(22:04):
This thing is amazing. It's the best food, it's clean,
it's organized. They do it right over there, Boston Calling.
I got two three day general admission passes. Some big
names that are gonna be there. T Paine, Public Enemy,
tlc Luke, Comb's, Avril Levigne, Dave Matthews Band, and Moore
will hook you up at both seven twenty and eighty Morning.

Speaker 1 (22:22):
Say and jam Mow with DJ fourn It's suntig Morning.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
Bostin's number one for hip hop jamming ninety four five.
Just all in all.

Speaker 3 (22:37):
Tough day yesterday for the city. I mean, just horrifying
to lose and then potentially to lose the guy, your guy.
I you know, we're waiting on this MRI this morning,
scheduled for Jason Tatum, but it's not looking good, tell
you that much.

Speaker 1 (22:56):
Yeah, I'll tell you now.

Speaker 3 (22:58):
Torn Achilles, Well, we're gonna wait on that, and we're
gonna we're not.

Speaker 2 (23:02):
I don't want him to be a part of the
torn Achilles club. We don't want them, Okay. I hope
it's something else.

Speaker 3 (23:07):
Deep bone bruised in the ankle, and he was just
being dramatic, but you know, I'm talking about that, and
I'm like, it's just so horrible. Does anybody else have
anything else? Assuming that both Sante and foreign and be
like no, I mean obviously that's there's how can why
would we even talk about anything related to ourselves when
we're all struggling this morning here in the city, Like.

Speaker 5 (23:28):
Well I do, yeah, I do, Like okay, torn Achilles,
Oh okay, fine, but that's not my world, right.

Speaker 3 (23:34):
And unfortunately for everybody foreign, he had to get audio
for this, He has to have there's audio to play
with him telling his tale.

Speaker 2 (23:42):
About how he's getting bullied by high schoolers.

Speaker 5 (23:45):
I spend a lot of time at middle school fields
and high school fields because my kids are the age demographics.
So I'm going into a lot of games, probably four
times a week. The last two weeks, I've been to
about eight games, eight different schools, and all I.

Speaker 1 (23:58):
Hear is these kids scream stay hard, stay hard.

Speaker 5 (24:02):
I'm like, what that, well, I knew exactly what it was.
They think that I look like David Goggins. And it's
getting to the point where I am getting uncomfortable going
to these games because the constant harassment, and teenagers don't
have a thing where they're like, is your son. He's
not a part of it. But we've experienced it before, dude.
I was in Buckingham Palace. Some guy pulled me over

(24:23):
and thought I was him, and it made me take
a picture. You guys like a lying. It's not a joke.

Speaker 2 (24:28):
I'm looking at him right now, David Goggins, Like, I.

Speaker 5 (24:31):
Can see it, yes now, picture these teenage kids screaming
stay hard to the point where you have to address
it to them.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
David Goggins. Yes, I get it all the time. Yesterday too,
David Goggins. Yes, I get it all the time. I
thought it was David, go stay hard yelling.

Speaker 5 (24:48):
You think it's a joke, like imagine she understands it.
But at the same time, I feel uncomfortable the point
where I have to put on a hat so they
don't see it. A ball and that's what it is.

Speaker 9 (24:59):
Yeah, but.

Speaker 1 (25:02):
Love it. I think he's used to it.

Speaker 5 (25:04):
But at the same time, like again, imagine everywhere you
go around these kids and it's constantly that.

Speaker 3 (25:09):
So yeah, I mean you should pay to I was
gonna say it could be worse, like could at least
they're not yelling David Goggins before.

Speaker 5 (25:21):
True, But okay, like you talk about that, people say
that you look like Kaitlyn Jenny.

Speaker 1 (25:26):
I disagree, right, but imagine they were schaming at you
all the time, completely different. It's okay, fine.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
They're they're not saying you look like him to like
hurt your feelings. There's something try to hurt my feeling.

Speaker 1 (25:41):
Is a man now?

Speaker 2 (25:44):
It was a woman?

Speaker 9 (25:45):
Now?

Speaker 5 (25:45):
Who is a female that you look like that is
attractive that they say you might might like resemble.

Speaker 2 (25:54):
I don't know. I mean I've heard somebody say I
look like Jana del Red.

Speaker 5 (25:58):
If you constantly heard that and say she like a
tag phrase that she constantly said and they screamed that
like all the time, you'd be like enough with the Lonadelt.

Speaker 2 (26:05):
To be honest.

Speaker 3 (26:07):
Is not called bullying, Like, no, what are you talking about?

Speaker 1 (26:13):
That's not bullying. That that's not bullying. This is not bullying.
It affects me. I don't like.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
Bullying is being called Caitlyn Jenner like this. Yeah, they're
not trying to hurt you by this. They're actually being like, wow, you.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
Look like what what?

Speaker 9 (26:29):
Guys?

Speaker 1 (26:30):
Thank you? Fine? Fine, you know I come to you
guys with a problem that I'm dealing with you guys
makes me feel like you to look at it through.

Speaker 3 (26:36):
A different like what like remember the one time the
blind person said you look like the rock.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
I mean if they were yelling the rock if you
smell you would love it.

Speaker 9 (26:47):
No, I wouldn't.

Speaker 5 (26:48):
Okay, a couple of times it's entertaining. It's haha, every
single day of my life. That's what it's been like.

Speaker 2 (26:55):
And what do they do it once when you walk in?

Speaker 5 (26:57):
No, they keep doing it because they think I don't know.
And what they say stay hard to turn.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
Around, just throw up the guns man celebrity. No, I'm not.

Speaker 2 (27:10):
If you lean in, they'll.

Speaker 1 (27:12):
Stop, That's what I'm saying. Okay, so he.

Speaker 2 (27:15):
Said, I'm about to start wearing a USA jersey.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
How do I lean in?

Speaker 2 (27:19):
You lean in?

Speaker 6 (27:20):
By?

Speaker 2 (27:21):
I don't know what else does he do carry? Look
in this, he's carrying it. He's carrying a tree stump.

Speaker 5 (27:25):
Okay, So the game's fine, done, And you know what
I came you guys, thinking that I had a problem.

Speaker 3 (27:31):
That's not bullying, though I like that, Like this is
I'm looking at David Goggins.

Speaker 2 (27:35):
I mean it's a compliment. Again, they're not.

Speaker 3 (27:38):
I'm also seeing it before and like pre him being
a Navy seal.

Speaker 2 (27:41):
It's if they're.

Speaker 3 (27:42):
Yelling pre David Gobbins and okay, all right, they're trying
to get you.

Speaker 5 (27:47):
Okay, fine, then I guess I don't have a problem
and I shouldn't embrace it. So today when I'm at
the game like that, that's right, guys, I look like him,
and I'll just enjoy it.

Speaker 3 (27:54):
Yeah, thank you, all right, So just listen, it's crazy.

Speaker 5 (28:03):
Don't don't the thing because I can't say that when
when I'm out of school, because.

Speaker 2 (28:11):
Flex That's what I just said. You did flex on
physically show your guns and be like I think Santy
is saying that.

Speaker 4 (28:20):
They think he doesn't. They don't know what he's saying.
So yes, I understand the fun. But once you like
flex a gun or something like that, then all he gets.

Speaker 1 (28:27):
It now, you know?

Speaker 5 (28:28):
Yeah, because behind my back they're making fun of me
like I look like him, and that's what I feel.

Speaker 1 (28:32):
I'm comfortable.

Speaker 3 (28:33):
I mean, I need who do who's like the leader
of it? Because I want to text him powder? Okay
they start yelling that.

Speaker 5 (28:39):
Okay, now no, no, no, because you start saying that.

Speaker 2 (28:42):
Now, that's bullying.

Speaker 1 (28:44):
That is bullying.

Speaker 2 (28:45):
Has anybody ever seen the film Powder?

Speaker 1 (28:46):
Don't like powder?

Speaker 3 (28:47):
I don't like powder, okay, David Goggins or powder?

Speaker 5 (28:51):
The powder just because we don't have hair. Powder is
actually white, like the color white.

Speaker 2 (28:57):
Yeah, but no, just like it was like the face powder.

Speaker 1 (29:01):
I don't know powder.

Speaker 5 (29:02):
I'd rather stay with the David fine, okay, so fine,
So I want let me back my car up? You
just want and I just wasted everybody's time here, thank you?

Speaker 1 (29:10):
So yeah I do that.

Speaker 2 (29:12):
Yeah, I feel bad. Or David Goggins, you want to
go back to Jason Tatum. Yeah, okay, let's about this,
but really it's gonna be a long road.

Speaker 7 (29:21):
Actually, Jamie Show with Foreign It's Santi When you need
to know, we got you Three things you need to
Know on Boston's number one for hip hop and the
best throwbags You Haven't any More five.

Speaker 3 (29:35):
Tuesday, May thirteenth, and the Celts have taken a beating
in more ways than one, losing in New York last
night one twenty one, one thirteen, And obviously the loss
is there, but the bigger loss is with our guy,
Jason Tatum, a potential loss for not only this series,
but maybe for the foreseeable future.

Speaker 1 (29:57):
This is like worst case scenario. It's not good.

Speaker 2 (30:01):
Hic, it's not good. He he has an MRI scheduled
for this morning.

Speaker 3 (30:06):
Obviously, everybody's chatting about the fact that it looks like
it could be the Achilles.

Speaker 2 (30:11):
I've done this injury, so I know so much about it.

Speaker 3 (30:15):
And uh, you know, initially when I was watching the
where he got hurt, I think it was like two
fifty eight left and the fourth I'm watching that video
over and over, and I kind of thought it just
the way and where how he grabs his foot. I
just that's what I did. That's where I grabbed. But
then seeing him off the court in the wheelchair, head

(30:37):
and hands seemingly like legit balling leads me to believe
that he knows. It's not just a small little oh
I twisted my angle type of injury.

Speaker 2 (30:47):
Because if you watch it, there really.

Speaker 3 (30:49):
Was no nobody hit him in that area like he
you know, And that's how it happens. I mean most
of the time you're by yourself when it goes, and
you think somebody kicked you or hit you, you were shot,
sometimes by the like I should I heard a gun
shot sound. That is the best way I can describe it.
But that was my tendon snapping, and that is how

(31:09):
loud it is.

Speaker 5 (31:11):
And the consistency is that it's painful. Do you feel
that pain thout the week until you get it fixed?

Speaker 2 (31:15):
Yeah, you're you. I don't know how to.

Speaker 1 (31:18):
Use the No.

Speaker 2 (31:20):
No, it's your foot is dangling. It's lifeless. It's no.

Speaker 3 (31:25):
It does get to the point where it's not throbbing anymore.
But for the most part, you have to get the
surgery quickly because you can't walk. I mean, you can't
put any pressure, you have nothing. Your foot is just
dangling and I I don't know because we couldn't really
see it. We'll learn more if in fact it was
the achilles. For me, it was confirmed because my achilles
did this thing called coiling. And I guess the best

(31:47):
way to explain it is if you feel down in
the back where your ankle bone is, your achilles snaps
and then it snakes up the back of your calf
and it sits the back of your calf. I could
physically see my achilles snaking up my calf, so that's
how I knew that that's what I had done, you know.
But again, obviously it's a horrible injury, and if that

(32:09):
is what he has, this is worst of the worst.
But they're in the best of the best when it
comes to the NBA, you know. And we looked, who
are we just talking about? That toward their Acre? No,
that toward their Aaron Rodgers.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
He was back so fast.

Speaker 3 (32:27):
I just think that the positive part is if we
can find one, they just have all of the update technology.
They have the best of the best working on them,
and I, like, I don't think this is going to
be career ending.

Speaker 2 (32:37):
By any means. For JT. I think it'll be a
mental thing because I'm on such a lower scale. And
I remember the first few times that I played, I
was petrified. I felt like I had to wear like
the tightest socks and an ankle, which, by the way.

Speaker 3 (32:50):
Does nothing like when matt Achilles goes. I remember asking
my doctor this in length and my surgeon, could I
have done something different? Like I lifted before I played?
Was that when that thing is ready to go, that
thing is gonna go.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
But hey, maybe we're all wrong.

Speaker 3 (33:06):
And it's a bad angle sprain And he was just
with the dramatics because he was bad.

Speaker 5 (33:11):
I mean, safe to say the Celtics had taken the
rest of this year off and next year off at
the very least, because they're not making the playoffs. If
he's not back, right, it's going tough.

Speaker 1 (33:20):
It's going to be tough.

Speaker 4 (33:21):
I don't want it would be by the graces of God. Yeah, ability,
we got a bench, but it's it will be tough.
I mean, yeah, it was.

Speaker 2 (33:29):
Just all around bad.

Speaker 3 (33:30):
I mean, he to do it and and they lost
and there was no way they were It didn't look
like they were gonna win.

Speaker 2 (33:35):
Whether he did it or not? And it was in
front of so many people.

Speaker 3 (33:39):
Timothy Shalamy on a date night with Kylie Kendall was there,
Bad Bunny, Uh Cardi b was on a date with
our guy Steffan Diggs. She's a Patriots fan now, which
is exciting. Jordan Woods and Kylie Jenner had a moment
after the game where.

Speaker 2 (33:53):
They're jumping up and down together. Never forget Jordan hooked
doub with her sister's boyfriend.

Speaker 3 (33:57):
H It just it was a time there at the
you know, for the Knicks, and if you're a Knicks fan,
you are waking up happy. But I think even some
of the Knixt players like stops down the presser just
to say, you know, prayers up to Jason Tatum.

Speaker 2 (34:10):
Here's Joe Missoula on jt Obviously.

Speaker 10 (34:13):
You're always worried about someone's help. So the fact that
he had to be carried off, you know, he's a
type of guy that when he gets right up, so
he didn't and you know, we'll know tomorrow exactly what
it is. But yeah, I mean it's tough to watch.
I know, a guy like him get carried off like
it is.

Speaker 1 (34:29):
Tough to watch.

Speaker 3 (34:30):
It is tough to watch and just to see the
pain that he was in. And I think again, if
it is achilles, I remember it being a combination of pain,
but also the mental aspect of oh my god, this
isn't like an injury where I'm going to be back
in four weeks.

Speaker 1 (34:43):
It's not like that.

Speaker 3 (34:44):
So that plays a role as well. Hopefully we get
some information as early as today. But yeah, the Celts
there again, back against the wall tomorrow, Game five at
the garden.

Speaker 2 (34:57):
Who will we see, by the way, is Timmy hitting
the road?

Speaker 1 (35:00):
Oh ye, got it?

Speaker 2 (35:03):
Show he's got it. Show all right, We're off to deadhim.

Speaker 3 (35:06):
People. Let's talk about the retrial. Yesterday, uri Buchanic back
on the stand. I think it was day three in
its entirety, sun up to sundown. That man was on
the stand. Multiple different moments stood out to me. We
saw some new video of Brian Higgins hitting the Canton
Police Department after John had died. I believe it was
like one am on jan twenty nine. He claims he

(35:29):
went there to move his car for the plows. Before
and I were talking about it, it was like a ten
minute video where it never really looked like he moved
his car, but he did get into the other car,
so he really could say.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
Hey, I went to grab the keys to the other car.

Speaker 4 (35:43):
In the first ride he did say he moved cars, right,
so in this one he didn't look like he moved anything,
which again leads to him.

Speaker 2 (35:51):
Lyne, what were you doing in that? But by the way,
you know, I will I gotta give to your he
at least.

Speaker 1 (35:57):
A couple of points.

Speaker 3 (35:58):
I was like, yes, it does resemble Brian Higgins. But
then the video footage is also sometimes blurry where you
can't really see a face or you only see a back,
and there's just ways out of it.

Speaker 4 (36:09):
As I've learned, the problem is that everybody can clearly
see you are trying to avoid to answer questions. So
imagine that Joe, who's sitting there looking at you, being like, bro,
just answer, just say yes, yeah certain questions. Was such
an easy lip, just say yes, you don't gotta go on,
well that's what I know.

Speaker 3 (36:26):
But you can't tell though he's technically not lyingly not.

Speaker 1 (36:30):
Lying yeah, come on, anybody would common.

Speaker 3 (36:32):
Sense can see yes, And he did admit. You know,
Initially he's like, yes, it looks like Brian Haggins. But
then the footage would change. You'd see his back and
it would be so blurry that you wouldn't be able to.

Speaker 4 (36:41):
Tell of the video were missing, Like six minutes disappeared
out of nowhere.

Speaker 3 (36:45):
Yeah, but then Alan Jackson did say it goes off
of motion, so that's why there's chunks of time missing.
Either way, it's weird to think that you left the
party absolutely hammered and you're.

Speaker 2 (36:58):
Like, oh, let me hit the police station. Oh my god,
that's not I'm thinking, let me hit dominoes and go
to sleep.

Speaker 1 (37:03):
And then also, it's not like the snowstone was a surprise.
You knew it was coming, So why.

Speaker 3 (37:06):
Would hear absolutely blizzard beers taste better usually.

Speaker 9 (37:12):
Know.

Speaker 3 (37:12):
There were a couple of times too where he uri
Bucanik that is all out, like left on the stand,
One of which was when Hank Brennan said to him,
did you ever see Michael Proctor place a tail light?
Place a piece of tail light somewhere? And he actually
giggled and was like, no, that would be literally absurd.

Speaker 9 (37:32):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (37:32):
He also confirmed that when the first piece of tail
light was found at thirty four Fairview, him and Michael
Proctor were not even in the vicinity. They were at
the Kenton Police Department. It was just a lot of
back and forth, a lot of you know, Alan Jackson
trying to prove that maybe the police work wasn't all
the way done the right way and with honor.

Speaker 9 (37:55):
The big story. Mister David Gannetti, criminal defense attorney.

Speaker 11 (37:59):
In response to Trooper to Chico's photograph that he sent
to the group, you responded to that photograph, did you not?

Speaker 9 (38:06):
Yes? Does document in the kate so? Yes?

Speaker 11 (38:08):
And you and you responded by laughing at it.

Speaker 9 (38:10):
Correct, that's what it says.

Speaker 11 (38:12):
Yes, Well, that's what it says that that's what you did.

Speaker 9 (38:14):
I don't remember.

Speaker 11 (38:16):
Former Trooper Proctor Michael Proctor, and he responded to the
group funny, I am going through his client's phone. Michael
Proctor then responded again, he wrote, no nudes so far.

Speaker 9 (38:29):
Correct, that's what it says. Yes.

Speaker 11 (38:32):
Michael Proctor responded yet again, and in reference to mister
Yunetti's photograph, he wrote, I hate that man, I truly
hate him.

Speaker 9 (38:43):
Correct, that's what it says.

Speaker 1 (38:46):
And then you.

Speaker 11 (38:48):
Responded to the phrase funny, I'm going through his client's phone.

Speaker 9 (38:55):
Correct. I acknowledge that text message being sent.

Speaker 11 (39:01):
You acknowledged it by liking it correct with the thumbs up.

Speaker 9 (39:05):
I acknowledged it by responding with a thumbs up emoji.

Speaker 3 (39:10):
Alan Jackson then went on to say, are you going
to tell me that you think these words used in
this text message exchange are made with honor? And he did,
in fact say no, those words are not used with honor,
that he's not proud of those.

Speaker 2 (39:25):
It's just crazy. I mean, listen, do we ever think
that the cops have like an affinity for these defense layers?

Speaker 3 (39:30):
No, we obviously know they hate him, but hearing it
like that and seeing it in text form, like, it's just.

Speaker 4 (39:36):
And the thing is that this guy is a form
of form, a troop of practice supervisor.

Speaker 1 (39:41):
Right. So the point is like.

Speaker 4 (39:43):
You're doing this with your boss, Yeah, you're doing this
to your body like you letting them talk any kind
of way they want. How much did you also let
slide when he came to the investigation of this case.

Speaker 3 (39:51):
Yeah, And that's definitely what Alan Jackson was trying to
prove yesterday, that this whole thing was not done with honor.
And there's just a lot of loose ends, and there's
a lot of just weird behavior. Another moment that Ury
literally like chuckled on the stand was when Alan Jackson
tried to say, you know you you took that footage

(40:13):
from the sally Port and you inverted it like you
you know that that happened, right, and he just started
dying laugh and he's like, no, we didn't. That was
how the footage was given to us. That is how
it was recorded inside the Camton Police department. He also
Uri made it clear we picked up Karen's car, we
tailed it the entire way home, or took the entire

(40:34):
way to the Sallyport.

Speaker 2 (40:35):
We didn't stop.

Speaker 3 (40:36):
We got the car, you know, insinuating that car was
never touched like we get you know, it's what is
the jury going to believe?

Speaker 2 (40:44):
I you know you could see both ways.

Speaker 1 (40:46):
Well, it's hard to tell.

Speaker 5 (40:47):
And that's I mean, the first time around it ended that,
you know, I mean, it could happen again, but I
think that's the evidence that it might happen again.

Speaker 3 (40:53):
A lot of times people that listen to the show
kind of have some inside info for me. So Urib,
you can finished up his testimony yesterday. Who will take
the stand today?

Speaker 1 (41:02):
Is my question? Doctor.

Speaker 3 (41:05):
It doesn't seem so well, they're not going to call
him the defense. Yeah, it does not seem so all right.
And lastly, Tory Lanes had to be airlifted to a
hospital yesterday and was in critical. I can't even believe
that I am reporting to you that this man is
still here on earth. An absolute miracle that he survives
stabbed fourteen times, seven times to the back, four times

(41:26):
to the torso, two.

Speaker 2 (41:27):
In the head, and one in the cheek. Both of
his lungs collapsed.

Speaker 3 (41:32):
The only way he was able to breathe was on
a breathing apparatus. Now his campus saying he's breathing on
his own and he's able to speak lightly.

Speaker 2 (41:41):
But if I was.

Speaker 3 (41:43):
Reporting that about anybody else, it would most likely be
that they're not here with us anymore. Fourteen times and
foreign you were saying that this morning.

Speaker 2 (41:51):
It looks like the jail is on complete lockdown.

Speaker 4 (41:55):
Yeah, it's on high security because they fear that a
race was going to break out, because again the room
is that he got stabbed up by Mexicans in a
racial attack. So yeah, the things got crazy in those
presents apparently, and they're trying to keep the calm as
much as they can.

Speaker 1 (42:09):
Before anything gets crazy.

Speaker 3 (42:10):
Toy is serving a ten year sentence after being found
guilty of shooting Megan the Stallion. I again cannot believe
that he survived us.

Speaker 5 (42:20):
Not trying to be funny, but you think Meg today
is like, yes, oh she's happening.

Speaker 1 (42:23):
Yeah, I don't think she kids' second.

Speaker 2 (42:25):
Ah.

Speaker 3 (42:28):
