Speaker 1 (00:12):
Hi, everybody.
Speaker 2 (00:14):
I was really hoping to start the show off today
with a guilty or not guilty verdict. But here we are.
I'll say it again, and I'll say it a million
times in the show. If that were you, you would
want the jury of your peers to you know, go
through every ounce of evidence.
Speaker 1 (00:33):
That's a lot of evidence.
Speaker 3 (00:35):
You would want that if it comes back in your favor.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
For sure, right yeah, Because listen, we're not jurors, but
you gotta believe that. The first thing they did was, hey,
let's go around the table and say what we think
on the chart no I don't know, right like, and
see where we all stand, and then we'll start we'll
start digging. So so does this mean that we're at
(01:00):
a standstill? Does this mean we're like, let's let's really
be thorough, because if.
Speaker 4 (01:04):
We do the around the room thing from the beginning,
we're all the same side of things and we don't
want to go through everything, right yeah, So we're at
an impasse again, which goes to show that there's a
lot of points in this trial that are like, can
go either way.
Speaker 3 (01:19):
People don't like.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
People don't want to hear that.
Speaker 4 (01:22):
If it was so clear cut we would have been
we would have had this solved.
Speaker 3 (01:25):
On Friday, fund I.
Speaker 2 (01:28):
Got a text from Nick Rocco yesterday for him and
he's like, did you say that Karen was by the
way I'm doing the voice. I don't know how he
said it, but he was like, did you say on
air that you think Karen is guilty?
Speaker 1 (01:41):
And I'm like, I.
Speaker 2 (01:42):
Said what I always say, which is that there could
be a world in which she did it, but I absolutely,
without a doubt, think there's enough reasonable doubt that.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
She should get a not guilty verdict.
Speaker 5 (01:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
And I've said that to him, and I've said that
a thousand times.
Speaker 1 (01:57):
I I don't.
Speaker 5 (01:58):
Why was he asking like this?
Speaker 2 (02:01):
Yeah, like so somebody listens to the show yesterday and
thought they were gonna, I don't know, get one over
on me and and and and tell him something that
he couldn't listen to on the podcast himself, or that
I haven't said to him.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
Weirdos, Yeah, weirdos.
Speaker 3 (02:16):
I still wonder what who are going to do when
this is over?
Speaker 2 (02:19):
I do too, And I need I need to talk
to Nick And we're going to try to check in
with him today because I know he's going to be
back down there and debt him.
Speaker 1 (02:25):
I don't understand the silent thing. I don't get it.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
Well, it was because so Alan Jackson and Karen Reid
are asking all the Karen Reid supporters, the hundreds, the
droves of them that are outside that to not speak.
Speaker 1 (02:39):
Doesn't want them to yell, doesn't want.
Speaker 2 (02:41):
Them to speak, so they don't say anything when she's around.
It's you could hear a pin drop when she comes
outside of the court and it's dead silent, and they
make the symbol for I love you in sign language.
Speaker 4 (02:53):
Wasn't it because somebody something happened last year where they
were making noise and it was affected like the jury's decision,
or they could here, so they wanted to avoid that,
or that's.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
Why the buffer zone, that's why they moved.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
That's why they got Erica eight miles down the road.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
They you know, I I don't.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
Maybe somebody will give us a better answer because I don't.
I don't know what's going on, but I don't like it.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
It's weird. Just y'all go carried. I don't.
Speaker 6 (03:17):
It's yeah, it's a thing where they just like so
there's no way that they can say that y'all influenced
this verdict at all?
Speaker 1 (03:23):
Could be that would make sense to me.
Speaker 6 (03:25):
Like, let's not give them even an inch to be like, well,
the protesters could have said, you know, they could have
been by it, and they could have heard.
Speaker 5 (03:31):
Them and been afraid. Yeah, that's the only thing I
can think of.
Speaker 1 (03:36):
All right, I'm delaying. I need to know everything.
Speaker 3 (03:41):
Out of ten?
Speaker 2 (03:43):
What are you guys writing the film? Santi and Forn
got to see a sneak peek last night of Brad
Pitts ten. Yeah, of Brad Pitt's new film Formula one
with my guy.
Speaker 1 (03:55):
Franklin whose real name is escaping Me Andrew Sampson.
Speaker 6 (03:58):
Is that I I forgot his first name, but his
last name is either Damson.
Speaker 3 (04:05):
He's good, all right, I would say, like overall into
seven point.
Speaker 6 (04:08):
Five eight, I'm close with you. Oh wow, I was
just a seven out of ten. Yeah, it would have
been a ten out of ten, but they drag a
few things that kind of started annoying me.
Speaker 5 (04:17):
They definitely do. Yeah, Like I was getting mad, Like
I was like, come.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
On, couldn't be And I'm just judging off the trailer.
Is it that the Damson's relationship with Brad how he
like hates and hates. It seemed like that was even
a little drawn out in the trailer, But I don't know.
Speaker 6 (04:29):
It's very obvious. Like there's things in the movie to
me that were very obvious. But again that's the point
of the movie, right right. Action was amazing. The car
I'm a car guy, so I was in heaven because
they were they these guys actually drove these cars at
a two hundred miles an hour on tracks, right, So
it was fire. It was just and I don't want
to give it away, it was just certain things that
they kept having. One of the main characters, it was
(04:50):
always like a yo, yo, it's like okay, we got
over this, now we're back down.
Speaker 3 (04:54):
But he got over this, and.
Speaker 6 (04:57):
Then they kept doing it and then me and Santi,
I think he's gonna say this point at the end.
Speaker 5 (05:00):
We talked about it after.
Speaker 3 (05:01):
For the average person, that park got very old.
Speaker 4 (05:03):
Now, if you're a diehard fan of like the racing
sport of that that happens a lot, but the average
person doesn't know that they're going into it, like come
on and like like like enough with this. But overall
the story was really good. Yes, this movie is so immersive,
like you like flor insaid, you feel like you're in
the car because they actually were. And it's a great
underdog story and foreign. Please tell me that you can
(05:27):
attest to this. That Brad Pitt at sixty one looks amazing,
looks good, dude.
Speaker 5 (05:32):
His running is a little suss.
Speaker 3 (05:33):
He's running sus because he's an old man.
Speaker 6 (05:35):
He's an old man. Yeah, but yes, but he still
looks good. But yeah, he doesn't. He's like Jay Lo Man,
that boy's agent, like fine wine. You feel me.
Speaker 5 (05:43):
But there was a again, there was a part. There's
a part that me and Satty.
Speaker 6 (05:47):
Talked about in the bathroom of all places, that they
just they didn't they didn't. They didn't sell it for me.
There was a part where they made it look like
something was out there happened, like they gave it to you,
but they didn't pay it off.
Speaker 5 (06:01):
They didn't pay it off whatsoever.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
Questions Will you go see it in theaters again? Actually
you will.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
I want to bring my family here.
Speaker 4 (06:12):
Okay, then I like that you have to see this
in the theater because like the soundtrack, the visuals, everything
about it, you feel it from the beginning.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
Yeah, is there.
Speaker 2 (06:22):
A love story because I feel like in the trailer, okay,
because you know, you know.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
I need something.
Speaker 6 (06:27):
Yeah, yeah, I mean Brad has to have you gotta
have something. Almost every movie he has a little shorty that.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
Yeah, he's got to have something.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
And speaking of his little shorty in real life, I
don't know what she does.
Speaker 4 (06:41):
She was like some art gallery person. She's an average person, and.
Speaker 2 (06:45):
She's young and hate every red carpet for this film,
for Formula one that he's walked. She's right by his
side and like see through tops and stuff. I'm like,
go off, not no.
Speaker 1 (06:57):
No, no, no, no, no, it's not that bad. Like she
he actually works on the show.
Speaker 2 (07:01):
Yes, she's thirty two good, No he does.
Speaker 7 (07:06):
I know.
Speaker 5 (07:06):
I don't know if he's doing anything or taking anything.
Speaker 2 (07:08):
But but by the way, beyond Brad, who we obviously loved,
they're saying that Damn Son is gonna be one of
the best actors of our generation, and I honestly he is.
Like he's so if you don't watch Snowfall, he's so
good in that show.
Speaker 4 (07:20):
I've heard you guys talk about him in that TV show.
But seeing him on the screen like this, like he
is really appealing his acting skills that are awesome, and
like it's a very smile, great smile.
Speaker 6 (07:32):
I never knew he was British until he started talking
about the show that we used to watch, and I
was like, what, this guy's not American. But now that
he's in an English accent, like, he doesn't really have
to fake it that much.
Speaker 5 (07:43):
He's dope.
Speaker 6 (07:43):
If you're an FM fan and you like car movies
or you like anything to do with racing, this is
definitely a dope adupe movie to watch again. The only
reason when I'm knocking it down to a seven is
just because there was a few things they dragged out,
but you know.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
What, that's the movies they do that they like to
do that we.
Speaker 5 (07:59):
Spent some money. Though they spend some money on this one.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
You could eat again. Even from the trailer you could
tell that it was high budge.
Speaker 4 (08:06):
And they filmed this intertwined with all the races too,
so they have all the real racing stars in this film.
Speaker 5 (08:12):
Is in thee Oh I.
Speaker 1 (08:14):
Love that well. I have to see it because I
don't watch Formula one, but I like the merch.
Speaker 2 (08:19):
Oh yeah yeah, constantly buying the F one merch ghosts
I love it.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
By the way, Target has a.
Speaker 3 (08:25):
Little bit of f one merch.
Speaker 2 (08:26):
If you're looking for some CI somewhere as well, I
could well Hamilton. Other than that, Now, I'm just gonna say,
Brad Pitt the craziest thing that I kept thinking. We
finally got Foreign to admit that a man is good looking.
And by the way, AJ thinks that Brad Pitt is ugly.
Put that make that all make sense?
Speaker 7 (08:43):
People, especially Jamie Morning Show with DJ Foreign It's.
Speaker 2 (08:46):
Sunty when you need to know, No, we got you
three things you need to know on Boston's number one
for hip hop and the best throwbags.
Speaker 8 (08:55):
You haven't any more vibe?
Speaker 5 (08:57):
All right, babe.
Speaker 2 (08:58):
Tuesday, June seventeenth, and after the first full day of deliberating,
we got nothing, not a zero, nothing.
Speaker 1 (09:09):
Now we were kind of just debating.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
It could be, you know, one or two things that
maybe there's somebody was in there.
Speaker 1 (09:16):
And they fought whatever else.
Speaker 2 (09:17):
The group said everybody was like not guilty and one
person's like guilty, and they said, okay, I'm not we
gotta start from the beginning or they never did the
table around of hey, guilty not guilty, And they started
going through all that evidence, and that's going to take
a lot of time, a lot of time.
Speaker 4 (09:32):
Today has to be the day, right, Like I'm getting
tired of waiting day Friday.
Speaker 6 (09:39):
It's definitely not coming before Wednesday, for shout.
Speaker 4 (09:42):
If that's the case, then we might end up like
like we did last Like last time.
Speaker 2 (09:46):
Around, we never discussed but the makeup of the jury
seven women, five men.
Speaker 5 (09:52):
That's included.
Speaker 3 (09:53):
I didn't know if alternates.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
Seven, eight, No, because remember there was twelve the alternates.
There's like I think there was eighteen.
Speaker 5 (10:00):
Yes, yes, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
Seven women? Does that play to Karen's who knows?
Speaker 3 (10:06):
It all depends on how she came off towards them, right.
Speaker 2 (10:09):
They didn't see the dock when they were at home
figures cross pie.
Speaker 1 (10:14):
Listen.
Speaker 2 (10:14):
Yesterday in court, the defense asked for more boxes on
the jury sheet.
Speaker 1 (10:18):
To kind of make it easier for them.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
They felt as if it was confusing because there are
certain things on there that are of a lesser charge.
Bev said, no, here's Karen on that coming out of court.
I think what happened last year with the same word
of form explains that the jurys themselves permitted it said
as much, so we just wanted to avoid them.
Speaker 8 (10:38):
Again.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
Bev's not concerned. She was like the jury, she is fine.
That's what it's always been. They're going to figure it out.
Speaker 1 (10:46):
Will be good. When asked what she will do, this is.
Speaker 2 (10:50):
Karen on how she will kind of manage her time
while the jury deliberates.
Speaker 9 (10:54):
What are you going to do?
Speaker 5 (10:55):
Right now?
Speaker 1 (10:57):
She's going to eat something. Doesn't look like she might
be you know what.
Speaker 2 (11:00):
Maybe she's been She she does like, but she she
could use something.
Speaker 1 (11:05):
My poor girl.
Speaker 2 (11:06):
She's yes, she's stressed. Sometimes when I'm stressed.
Speaker 1 (11:11):
I go one of two ways. I eat a ton
or I'm like, oh, I can't eat I'm stressed. I
think she went that.
Speaker 2 (11:16):
That away, but either way, Karen is looking at second
degree murder, manslaughter while operating a motor vehicle under the
influence and leaving the scene of a fatal collision in
John o'keith's death on January twenty ninth, twenty twenty two.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
Obviously, she has pled guilty to all charges.
Speaker 2 (11:35):
Now we did our you and I had spoken to
Nick Rocco yesterday and he said he will check in
with us on his.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
Way to Dedham this morning.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
There's not really much to say, But maybe we can
talk about a little bit about this the boxes and
why maybe Karen pushed for that, and why they all
have to remain completely silent.
Speaker 4 (11:53):
Or maybe he's hearing something from the inside that he
can tell us. He probably won't, but.
Speaker 3 (11:56):
He probably won't.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
It would be nice, probably won't. Let's go to New
York because we're in deliberation mode here.
Speaker 1 (12:05):
But in Diddy's land. Do you know what Diddy's jury
had to do yesterday?
Speaker 2 (12:12):
Watch freak off videos, the actual ones, the actual ones.
They had to wear headphones, but people inside of the
courtroom are saying that they could hear moaning and sex
noises because of the volume of the headphones. Some women
(12:32):
had to look away on the jury, some were like
stone faced.
Speaker 1 (12:37):
Supposedly some gasped, and I supposedly one giggled. Giggled.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
Nobody in the gallery nor the attorneys were able to
watch the clips.
Speaker 1 (12:53):
Only the jurors.
Speaker 6 (12:55):
They did say this in the beginning of the thing,
that they were going to put them in little like
blinders or little boxes and each one could just watch it.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
So in its entirety, each video was like eleven or
twelve minutes. Let's just say, a half hour worth of
freak Off. They had to watch thirty seconds of each clip,
and I guess you could hear like a pin drop
in the corp because people probably wanted to see if
they could hear through the head.
Speaker 4 (13:16):
Very awkward, like watching adult content with other people arounds uncomfortable.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
Jerry also saw texts from Cassie and Diddy.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
Between the two of them, he text her about plans
for a holiday Christmas freak off.
Speaker 1 (13:32):
Oh and.
Speaker 2 (13:34):
Want to celebrate celebrate Christmas and have a freak off
tomorrow or Friday. So he was actively texting her the
words freak off like that was that?
Speaker 1 (13:44):
Really was what they called them?
Speaker 5 (13:46):
The same tone? Yeah, yeah, like I don't know.
Speaker 3 (13:50):
Did they dress up as elves? Idiot?
Speaker 1 (13:54):
They wore they were fur.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
They weren't singing, Oh holy night. Okay was getting crazy
in there. So anyways, that.
Speaker 1 (14:02):
What a time in.
Speaker 2 (14:05):
That courtroom yesterday watching freak offs. But that then confirms
for us.
Speaker 4 (14:09):
There's a video, which when are we going to see
these tapes? Because you have to at some point they're
gonna leave.
Speaker 5 (14:15):
Yeah, they're absolutely gonna leave.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
I need to know.
Speaker 5 (14:17):
I got to see why sex.
Speaker 6 (14:20):
It wasn't abuse you know what I mean, Like the
Cassie video, did that will make me gass? That will
make me be like damn, like what's happening? But this,
if it's just a bunch of if it's an orgy,
which is what it kind of sounds like, if it's
just an.
Speaker 2 (14:33):
Orgy, I was like, I have to you, how can
you say that when she was saying that she had
uti infections every time and she was drugging herself to
get through them.
Speaker 5 (14:42):
But she also was asking form too.
Speaker 1 (14:44):
Yeah, because she was trying to appease that.
Speaker 6 (14:48):
We don't know that she They asked her, did you
ever ask for them? And she said, yes, I would,
I would offer them up. And she never said I
did it because oh I was I was afraid. She
just said sometimes I loved it.
Speaker 2 (14:58):
A lot of people that are in capture a also
do what their abuser tells him to do because they
think that they you know, I'm just saying. I'm just
saying that, hey, tons about the jury thinks the same
thing as Karen. But you know, Christmas freak offs were
a thing. Merry Christmas freak off? Like was did he
dress like Santa in the corner touching him maybe.
Speaker 1 (15:22):
Give you a present.
Speaker 2 (15:24):
Whiz Khalifa on the Jimmy Kimmel Show and he was
talking about how many blunts a day this man smokes.
Speaker 1 (15:33):
Did you see this?
Speaker 5 (15:34):
No, I didn't. I can only imagine, though.
Speaker 2 (15:36):
You guys want to guess how many joints do you
think that Whiz Khalifa smokes in a day?
Speaker 3 (15:43):
Twenty something thirty.
Speaker 9 (15:48):
Like that.
Speaker 1 (15:48):
So the man just is steadily high because I happen.
Speaker 4 (15:51):
Like if you smoked that much a day, Like I know,
it's not tobacco, but it's still affecting your lungs.
Speaker 2 (15:57):
He said he does it because he has things to do.
He likes to work out his kids, so we're doing
a lot of different things, so he has to smoke
the weed.
Speaker 6 (16:02):
He's into. I don't know what kind of marshal loss
he's into. I think I don't know what he's And
he is fit.
Speaker 1 (16:08):
Oh I've seen him in just the shorts and I'm like, dang.
Speaker 6 (16:12):
Well, and he's nasty at it, like he's good and
he's doing all that high.
Speaker 5 (16:16):
Some people know some No, yeah, I am not one
of them. I know people who smoke and go to
the gym. They can't go to the gym without.
Speaker 1 (16:22):
Smoking thirty blunts.
Speaker 3 (16:23):
I'm dead.
Speaker 1 (16:25):
Put her in a coffin dead. I can't do it.
Speaker 3 (16:28):
I don't smoke of the weed anymore, but.
Speaker 1 (16:30):
The thirty I would be I stop. I can't do
it anymore.
Speaker 5 (16:34):
Yeah, his poncy level in his body needs thirty.
Speaker 2 (16:37):
Yes, he smoked from now thirty drinks. Notey that three
things you need to know for Tuesday, June seventeenth.
Speaker 1 (16:49):
The pod is an easy way to catch up on
the show.
Speaker 2 (16:51):
Just down that free iHeartRadio app and search a s
h L Double League Morning.
Speaker 7 (16:55):
Exactly in the morning show with d J fourign it
saw too good.
Speaker 1 (17:00):
Morning, Bustin's number one for hip hop. Heam in ninety
four or five. Hi, everybody listen.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
I think that this conversation is strictly coming out of
a place of us caring about our friends. Yes, and
I'll be interested to see what Forearren thinks about this.
But I I really want people to know. This is
because I know where everyone's gonna head after this. They're
gonna head to kiss went Away and they're gonna snitch
on us.
Speaker 1 (17:32):
But this is I'm not It's not.
Speaker 5 (17:36):
Before we started the wall.
Speaker 4 (17:38):
This was this is a cry for help that we
are hearing and we are here to help.
Speaker 1 (17:42):
No, I'm genuinely concerned. So it's this is a two part.
Speaker 2 (17:47):
Let me start by saying, Justin from Kiss Went Away
is literally one of my best friends. I talked to him.
That's my guy, like all the time. That is literally
my guy. So I I can I can talk about
him in this capacity because this is coming out of
place of me. I'm worried about him. He's on edge,
(18:08):
like all the time, all the time, Like this morning,
he was mad because some of the one of the
guys in sales department gave him false info about Karen
re sent him to the moon. He's he's always on
the verge of snapping. As soon as he opens his
eyes in the morning, Like he opens his eyes, takes
off the mouth tape that he wears to sleep in, and
he's ready to fight. And I don't know if that's
(18:30):
the jail in him or what, but this man's always
ready to I.
Speaker 4 (18:33):
Mean, I don't know if it's jailing in him or
the supplements that he takes that are questionable true angry.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
He snorts to saucer in the morning.
Speaker 3 (18:40):
I could be it.
Speaker 2 (18:41):
I don't know. But he was doing the show yesterday.
Justin was doing the show yesterday. And picture it, guys,
like you're on your computer, you're working, you're typing on
your computer, and all of a sudden somebody takes over
your computer. So for when he's trying to get a
clip for the show and all of a sudden somebody
(19:02):
like VPNs or whatever into his computer and he can't
use his computer.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
He writes a scathing email. I can't even look at
you and say so embarrassed.
Speaker 3 (19:13):
You know who?
Speaker 1 (19:13):
He sent the email to Bob Pittman.
Speaker 5 (19:19):
What why.
Speaker 2 (19:25):
What Bob Pittman No, all intention and he he's telling
me this and I said, first off.
Speaker 1 (19:37):
Bob Pittman is the is like the top of the
top of this company.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
Like Santi said it best, Bob Pittman is worried about
like the death that iHeart is in and trying to
move things around so our stock rises.
Speaker 1 (19:47):
Bob Pittman doesn't a know who Justin is. B read
his emails.
Speaker 2 (19:52):
Okay, he has an assistant that's going to then say
to him, Hey, you got an email from It's not going.
Speaker 1 (19:57):
To be Justin from Gis Shearing emailed you a new song.
Speaker 2 (20:04):
Him doing this is a tell of he's on the
verge of a mental breakdown.
Speaker 1 (20:09):
I'm worried because this is crazy.
Speaker 4 (20:11):
You you can't get fired for something like this, but
you definitely get spoken to because you do not like email.
Speaker 3 (20:16):
He's chairman of the board of one of the biggest
media companies in the world.
Speaker 5 (20:20):
Like, you can go to your supervisors. Helloa, you can go.
Speaker 2 (20:23):
To go to the guy that's in charge of the
computers in this building.
Speaker 4 (20:26):
But even between Bob and like the supervisor, there's like
thirty people command.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
Yeah thirty, I would have said maybe forty, quite possibly.
So he sends me that and he's telling me, and
I go, not Bob dot like I wrote, you need help,
and he goes, imagine Ashley, the panic that took over me.
Speaker 1 (20:51):
I lost control of my computer.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
That'd be like in the middle of three things and
you're talking into clips and or aj R Forn's computer
gets taken over and they can't control it. Oh, I
still stand by sending Bob Pittman an email is diabolical.
Speaker 5 (21:05):
What do I go?
Speaker 1 (21:06):
His assistant literally read that email and was like, who
is this man?
Speaker 4 (21:09):
So Bob Pittman spends his day is like this all right,
So we got this meeting today. It's an investment firm.
They want to invest three billion dollars into iHeart. Do
we take the deal? Do we not take the deal?
How much of that do we defer? Do we sell
the stock?
Speaker 3 (21:22):
Whatever? It is not just in the computer being taken over.
Speaker 5 (21:28):
And probably doesn't even know how to work his own.
Speaker 2 (21:30):
Computer's just what is this guy doesn't know justin exists.
He doesn't know that just so, he doesn't know who
any of us are. He he has far more important
things to do.
Speaker 6 (21:44):
Bob, let me work on your ticket for you stop
my day ticket?
Speaker 1 (21:51):
I got it.
Speaker 2 (21:53):
Has a fish tank the size of literal buildings in
his office. You think he has time for you and
kiss No, and he's standing by it.
Speaker 1 (22:02):
And and by the way, leave him the talkbacks. I
don't care. This is concerned. This is an intervention without
him here, he.
Speaker 3 (22:09):
Doesn't get it.
Speaker 4 (22:10):
It's probably because he spent a lot of time in prison,
right and and and you know, and he doesn't get it,
like you don't send that email out so concerned.
Speaker 2 (22:20):
And he came in here today to tell Santi and
I about a crazy dream he had that Santi and
I were in it, and I'm just looking at him
and he goes to leave, and I said, hey, did
Bobby million back.
Speaker 6 (22:30):
I knew something was going on because I saw him
sposed to pick the other day, I think for Father's
Day Nike socks.
Speaker 5 (22:34):
And Adidas shoes.
Speaker 6 (22:35):
And I was like, wow, going and he's not usually
like that. He's on point, like my man, my man.
Usually you know, he's not a trader.
Speaker 2 (22:46):
I was like, wait a minute, that, No, there's genuine
there's genuine concern. Something's up, and please guys go ahead,
feel free. This is an intervention and I'm worried because youth.
Speaker 8 (22:59):
Good.
Speaker 1 (23:00):
Let me see how much Bob, I can tell you
how much last year?
Speaker 5 (23:04):
You got to put it in context.
Speaker 6 (23:05):
Whatever you work at right and whatever you don't if something,
if something happens to you, it's like you jumping in.
Speaker 5 (23:12):
The best one.
Speaker 4 (23:13):
It would be like, uh, person at the Apple store
who sells your phones getting upset and email and the
CEO of the entire company, Tim Cook, because he has
an issue, and Tim like, what, I'm not concerned about
the Apple store in Cambridge?
Speaker 3 (23:28):
Are you kidding me?
Speaker 6 (23:29):
And hitting up your CEO to be like, hey, yo,
somebody's messing with my computer?
Speaker 5 (23:33):
Can you fix it?
Speaker 10 (23:33):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (23:34):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (23:34):
What is the boss gonna do?
Speaker 3 (23:36):
We better hope that he doesn't read the email. I
hope he does.
Speaker 1 (23:41):
He needs he needs this because he's acting crazy. What
is Pittman's network that has pulled it up?
Speaker 4 (23:46):
Well, I don't know what networth is. I think last
year he made twenty seven million dollars.
Speaker 1 (23:50):
This this one says he's worth a hundred mil. But
I don't know if I.
Speaker 4 (23:53):
Think it's more than that. And to put this also
into context, Bob Pittman is one of the founders of
MTV like back in the eight so I have a
better chance of He was also the CEO of AOL
back in the day, so he's had important jobs responsibilities
again dealing with billions of dollars on a daily basis.
Speaker 10 (24:16):
Bob, it's justin okay, I am trying to pull a
clip for Billy Costa about God only knows what, and
my computer is getting hacked.
Speaker 1 (24:29):
Can you deal with this, Bob?
Speaker 4 (24:32):
I need you like I'm embarrassed for him warnified, which
is why I'm talking about this because because guys, this
is concerning.
Speaker 1 (24:40):
He's gonna snap down there. He's on the verge the testosterone, but.
Speaker 4 (24:45):
It's a lot of I also think that our that
our that our boss needs to have a conversation with
Jeff and Justin.
Speaker 3 (24:52):
We don't do that.
Speaker 4 (24:53):
We don't email Bob Pittman, the CEO of the entire company,
over your computer mouse, yeah, taking over, like for real.
Speaker 2 (25:02):
Thank god, it never made it to Bob because Bob
is so big that he has assistance. So somebody that
this the assistant read that email and scoffed the assistant
and who's the assistant?
Speaker 1 (25:12):
No one even knows that, No, not Justin from kiss
one to wait, thinking that Bob was gonna respond.
Speaker 5 (25:21):
Ninety four five traffic before Lauren.
Speaker 1 (25:25):
This is it.
Speaker 2 (25:26):
This, This is the one shout out to Katie underscore Colleen,
she just DM me.
Speaker 1 (25:31):
She goes I just I just googled Bob Pittman.
Speaker 11 (25:36):
It is reminding me of when we all wrote letters
to the president.
Speaker 1 (25:40):
In elementary school.
Speaker 2 (25:43):
Expected a presidential personal reply real though, Like he's.
Speaker 1 (25:49):
Refreshing his Gmail in there, thinking it's gonna say.
Speaker 4 (25:54):
The tough thing about that is that he doesn't understand it,
and he's fighting it, like we need to go down
there and sit him down and explain it, b like
do stuff like that.
Speaker 2 (26:04):
And then now Foreren tells me he's wearing Nike socks
with Adida sneakers, like this is concerning.
Speaker 3 (26:09):
For him, for him, for him, and his ankles are thin.
Since we're here, we're talking about it. It's really weird
because the ankles thin.
Speaker 2 (26:20):
Let me, let me big him up because we you know,
he does he's look his body looks he looks buff.
Speaker 1 (26:27):
So if anybody snitches on us, you can say that.
Speaker 2 (26:29):
I said he's a basket case and on the verge
of needing to be in a padded cell.
Speaker 1 (26:34):
But he is buff.
Speaker 4 (26:35):
His body is so big he can't put his arms
down when he walks.
Speaker 11 (26:41):
A presidential personal reply is sending me okay, go ahead.
Speaker 7 (26:46):
Actually and Jamie Show Foreign and Saunty when you need
to know, no, we got you three things you need
to know on Bunton's number one for hip hop and
the best throwbags.
Speaker 1 (26:58):
You haven't any more Vive.
Speaker 2 (27:00):
Tuesday, June seventeenth, And unfortunately I'm not kicking off the
news with a verdict. We were hoping, but yesterday was
the first full day of deliberations for the jury. Remember
they got the case Friday, for a couple hours. We
didn't really think we were going to get anything, but
there was a chance yesterday, and I think we had
(27:20):
all hoped for it, but instead, here we are. The
second full day of deliberations will be underway, probably within
an hour or so.
Speaker 1 (27:30):
Yesterday Karen and her team asked for.
Speaker 2 (27:33):
More boxes on the verdict sheet for the jurors to
kind of make it easier so there was little to
no confusion for them. Bev said, no, I think what
happened last year with the same root of form explains
that the jurors themselves convicted saying it said as much.
Speaker 1 (27:47):
So we just wanted to avoid that again.
Speaker 7 (27:52):
Star.
Speaker 2 (27:52):
Yeah, Bev's not concerned. That was Karen there kind of
explaining why they wanted it, just to kind of make
things more simple and easy for the jurors. But Bev's like,
they'll figure it out. This is what it's supposed to
look like.
Speaker 4 (28:05):
It doesn't seem like it was a big ass though
it seemed like it kind of would make sense.
Speaker 1 (28:09):
It's like a few extra boxes. But I think at
this point Bev is like they have what they have.
They've already looked at it for a day, like we're done.
I don't know, maybe they.
Speaker 2 (28:17):
Had it for a couple hours on Friday, But am my,
Karen's being charged a second degree murder, manslaughter while operating
a motor vehicle under the influence, and leaving the scene
of a fatal collision. I myself have never looked at
those charges. I don't know how I would respond to
this question. But here's Karen's response when she was asked
(28:39):
what she's gonna do all day while the jury deliberates.
Speaker 8 (28:42):
What are you gonna do right now?
Speaker 3 (28:45):
It's gonna get a little snack, like a nice salad.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
It's a little something. It's it's early in the morning,
so maybe uh.
Speaker 3 (28:50):
Bacon, egg and cheese, or maybe ten almonds.
Speaker 1 (28:55):
She was hungry.
Speaker 2 (28:56):
Okay, Obviously she has pled not guilty to all the charges.
The buffer zone in Debtham, we're being told is insane.
We're gonna check in with Nick here in a little
bit see what's going on. But there are hundreds people
are going down to Deadham by the droves. Our own
Jess Kelly, who works for one of ones, having the
bulls that she might go on down there today in
(29:17):
pink and just like stand there.
Speaker 6 (29:20):
Doesn't she have a job. That's she kind of would
be doing her job right, she's covering the.
Speaker 1 (29:26):
No, she's not.
Speaker 3 (29:29):
What's going on in like now.
Speaker 1 (29:31):
What Bonnie rates got going on? No, she's listened. She's
been a freak.
Speaker 2 (29:36):
I gotta say, Jess Kelly has been a free Karen
Reader for a very long time.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
She's she's entrenched.
Speaker 3 (29:41):
If you will.
Speaker 2 (29:42):
I know Erica, our girl who kind of runs the
show down there. She was texting me earlier. She was
up and moving heading to Deadham shortly. So it's listen.
I feel like if you're if you're a free Karen reader,
now is the time to go. Because the jury could
you know, walk in and talk for a little bit
and be like, all right, here we are. And that's
the big debate, right did they do around the table
(30:04):
guilty not guilty? And then somebody there was like a disagreement,
you know, the makeup of the jury is seven women
and five men. Or did they say, hey, let's go
over all the evidence together and then say what we Oh?
Speaker 5 (30:16):
They all in agreement and they were like, we just
can't come back this quick.
Speaker 1 (30:19):
We have to make this look a little bit you
have to make it look a little little bit better.
All right.
Speaker 2 (30:27):
Yesterday in New York, that jury also got a show.
Speaker 1 (30:32):
They were asked to watch freak off videos.
Speaker 2 (30:36):
So there were three separate freak off videos, each running
about eleven or twelve minutes. The jury was forced to
watch around thirty seconds of the clip. You could hear
a pin drop, they're saying in the courtroom during that time.
As a result, they're saying people could hear sexual sexual noises,
moaning things of that nature, because again, it was so
(30:58):
quiet that.
Speaker 11 (31:00):
The foreigns plowing his nose in the midst of it,
and I can't it's reminding me of a courtroom that
got quiet because I can hear it.
Speaker 3 (31:14):
Did you get that one?
Speaker 11 (31:15):
Because you were going deep in there. AI is definitely
gonna pick up this video. So anyways, it was quiet
in the courtroom. I think because these people were nosy.
Speaker 2 (31:28):
They wanted to see if they could hear what the
jurors were hearing in their headphones from what people are saying.
And again, this is why I hate that we can't
watch the Diddy trial because this is all hearsay. But
they're saying one woman was like flabbergasted, could barely look
at the screen. Somebody else giggled, somebody else looked sick.
Speaker 1 (31:48):
They had all these.
Speaker 2 (31:49):
Reactions to what they were watching. But this does confirm
for us there are videos.
Speaker 4 (31:54):
Now we don't know the context of what these videos
are like, like were these the ones that were filmed
at his house with the cat the way.
Speaker 1 (32:00):
It was queued up? Here are three separate freak off videos.
Speaker 2 (32:04):
We don't know who, what where anyway, but supposedly Diddy
and Cassie were in the freak offs because later the
jurors were also shown texts from Diddy to Cassie about
plans for a specific holiday freakoff, where he said, want
to celebrate Christmas and have a freak off tomorrow or Friday.
I can name about seventeen ways I like to celebrate Christmas.
(32:27):
Freak off Saint one like hot Coco by a fire, sure.
Speaker 1 (32:31):
And then sing a little Christmas Carol. Yeah, doing what
Diddy was doing. No, Yeah, the whole.
Speaker 4 (32:39):
Freak off of the holiday thing is really twisted in
like next level because.
Speaker 3 (32:42):
How do you celebrate that?
Speaker 9 (32:44):
I know?
Speaker 3 (32:45):
But what missus clause?
Speaker 2 (32:48):
And then as Santa with a big old bag of.
Speaker 3 (32:52):
Gifts, tell me you.
Speaker 2 (32:56):
Get a baby oil, and you get a baby oil
forever one, all right.
Speaker 1 (33:01):
And lastly, Cardi b debuting her little babes, her.
Speaker 2 (33:04):
Bundle of Joy, Blossom Bell. We finally got a little
look ski at her eight months old. Say what you
will about the toxicity between Offset and Cardi.
Speaker 1 (33:13):
They make some beautiful, beautiful babies. Little Blossom was joined
there by her siblings.
Speaker 3 (33:19):
But so cute, pretty name.
Speaker 1 (33:22):
Blossom Bell. Listen, flowers are the wave right now. I
guess we're all doing it.
Speaker 3 (33:27):
Daisy Blossom, Blossom Bell, she's so good.
Speaker 6 (33:30):
Case kids is already decked out in Louis Vaton head
scarfs and purse.
Speaker 2 (33:34):
If you go to the last slide form, it's all
the purses. It's all the Louise custom painted with blossoms
on them.
Speaker 5 (33:39):
Come bro, I see them. This is crazy. This kid
doesn't even know what this is.
Speaker 3 (33:45):
I remember.
Speaker 2 (33:46):
Listen, the back and forth between her and Offset has
been nasty, to the point where she says that Offset's
only seen little Blossom like two or three times. But
he was in that hospital room and Blossom came into
the world. I do remember those photos.
Speaker 5 (33:58):
The two kids names.
Speaker 1 (33:59):
By the way, culture and Culture is the older one.
Give me the first letter.
Speaker 3 (34:04):
Wait wait.
Speaker 1 (34:11):
Earlier pressed right there.
Speaker 2 (34:14):
That three days over Tuesday, June seventeen, Lil Wayne, it's
going to be at the Exfinity Center on August the sixth.
I am hooking you up at the par of tickets
in right now six one seven nine three one one
nine four five collars twenty five.
Speaker 1 (34:28):
You're going to a litle wing good Lock, Dashy and the.
Speaker 7 (34:30):
Jam In Morning Show with d J four and it's
saw t Morning, Austin's number one for hip hop jamming
ninety four five.
Speaker 2 (34:39):
Hi, everybody, good morning. We're doing the check in right here.
We're checking in on you call me. It's about your life,
whatever you want to chat about. Six one seven nine
three one one nine four five. That is six one
seven nine three one one nine four five. This is
a special edition. Nick Rocko is going to kick off
the check in for us.
Speaker 1 (34:56):
First. Obviously, Nick, not a ton of updates for us.
I was hoping that we had you on maybe live
in studio with.
Speaker 2 (35:04):
A verdict, but instead you were heading back to Dedham
for day two of deliberations.
Speaker 9 (35:11):
Yeah, depending on how you want to look at it,
some some considerate day three. Yeah, today, today's the second full.
Speaker 2 (35:19):
Day, right, so let's just start off the convo with
I was saying this earlier. Nick texts me and he's like,
did you say that Karen was guilty? And I was like, Nick, totally,
people like you guys aren't going to break me and
Nick up, Okay, here's the thing. I have said, the
same thing I've said it to Nick, I've said it
to you guys. I do see a world in which
(35:40):
this could have happened, where Karen maybe accidentally did this drunkenly.
But I've always remained confident that I think she should
be found not guilty due to reasonable doubt. And I
think Nick and Alan Jackson did a phenomenal job in
his closing arguments reminding everybody that as soon.
Speaker 1 (35:55):
As you put the word might or.
Speaker 2 (35:58):
But in front of something that in fact is reasonable doubt. Now, Nick,
do you feel a little less confident with the fact
that we're on day two of another most likely full
day of deliberations, that somebody in that room feels like
she's guilty or are you guys kind of tending to believe,
Well know, they're doing their due diligence and they're going
(36:19):
through months and weeks and months of evidence.
Speaker 9 (36:26):
Twelve Do you have twelve people who don't know everything
that we know. Yes, they saw they watched the same
trial that we all watch for trial number two. But
at the same time, if this really is the first
time they're all hearing it, they have to weigh the
pros and the collings of what they were just told
basically over the last thirty two months. So you know,
(36:49):
some they already have their minds made up. Some may
be stuck right now, but it's still early. I believe
they're about nine hours into this deliberation. It would be
nice to get an answer today. Obviously, the the quicker
it comes out, usually it's more in favor of the
defense team, but that's not necessarily always the case. But
I will say for a team that of such caliber,
(37:15):
you know, obviously the defense team does this a lot.
They always go through verdicts and stuff, so so this
is not the first time they're doing it. And they're calm, cool, collected.
They don't seem to be worried. I was with them yesterday,
I'll be with them today. So the fact that like
Alan Jackson's not worried, I think everybody at home can
can relax and just take a step back for a minute.
(37:37):
And just wait for this to come out, obviously, because
if anyone's gonna be nervous about this, it's going to
be you know, the defense team and Karen herself. And
it seems like they're, you know, just taking it hour
by hour. So I think that's what everybody at home
needs to do as well.
Speaker 6 (37:50):
Yeah, but that was super confident the last time too.
They were like, we feel good about this and then right,
you know.
Speaker 9 (37:56):
Right, And that's why, you know, at the end of
the day, as much as I think it should be
in acquittal, you just never you really never know what
could happen.
Speaker 1 (38:03):
Yeah, you know, it's interesting.
Speaker 2 (38:05):
I mean you say only Karen and her team is worried, Well,
yesterday we got a call from somebody in the O'Keefe family,
and I think the O'Keefe family has the same type
of worry, just on the opposite end, right, because they
believe what they believe. The defense team and a lot
of others that are outside of Denham right now and
Pink believe what they believe. So there's a lot of
worry everywhere, but for different for different reasons. Seven women,
(38:28):
five men are the makeup.
Speaker 1 (38:30):
Of the jury.
Speaker 2 (38:31):
How do you do we feel like Karen feels good
about that seven women because you know, women a little tough.
Speaker 9 (38:39):
Yeah, but you know they're they're a majority of the
women are younger women. There is one woman on the
Jerry who's a little older. She kind of reminds me
of like a lunch mother. You know, if if you
stood up when you weren't supposed to, you got yelled at,
Like I don't know, it's just like.
Speaker 1 (39:00):
The lunch mother is in there being like guilty as charge, Tonny.
Speaker 9 (39:05):
One thing I can say about the cherry is is
usually when when you go back into a cherry room,
you usually have like one or two people who will
kind of take charge of the room and start the
conversations off. And just I mean again, don't judge a
book by its cover, but just by looking at them,
I can't really tell who will be the one that's
gonna stand out and be like, all right, so let's
(39:27):
talk about this now, let's talk about that now. It
doesn't seem like there's too many aggressive or outspoken.
Speaker 2 (39:34):
Like you're like a dominating personality. It's funny because I
said the same thing. Santia and I were talking about
this off air, and I was like we were in
the studio with Santy, myself and agent. I'm like the
three of us went in a room. I would certainly
start the conversation, Hey, guys, all right, why don't we
do a quick I would say, hey.
Speaker 1 (39:49):
Let's do a quick around the room. Let's just see
where's everybody, where everybody's at, because.
Speaker 2 (39:53):
Hey, we do it around the room and everyone's screaming
guilty or not guilty whatever, we're all agreeming with we
don't got to be in here that long. Can be
off on Thursday and stay.
Speaker 9 (40:01):
Off, So you're gonna disobey Judge Beverly Canoni's orders of
don't do a shop pull. I see how it is.
Speaker 1 (40:09):
By the way, I have no idea that she said that. Now.
Speaker 2 (40:11):
I'm glad we're hearing this, because I said, in what
world do we not go in there and just say, hey,
let's fire off bay, where's our heads at?
Speaker 1 (40:19):
So she said not to do that?
Speaker 9 (40:22):
Yeah, I mean it's it's probably a very common thing
that people do, even though you know they might be
ordered not to do it. I'm sure. I'm sure I
would go in the room and do the same thing
and be like, all right, this is where I'm at is
everybody else in agreement or disagreement? And uh, you know
if there's disagreements, unfortunately, you know, this is another mistrial.
(40:44):
I'm sure the Key family is gonna, you know, want
to do a third trial, which is just absolutely insane
to me that the family would want to sit through
a third one. And then also the state is gonna
spend over another million dollars on prosecution.
Speaker 1 (40:59):
To questions I have and I don't even know if
you have the answer.
Speaker 2 (41:02):
Of the twelve jurors, there's obviously twelve of them there
in a room. Is is there someone else in that
room with them? Is there like a court foreman? Oh,
it's literally just the twelve.
Speaker 9 (41:14):
Just the twelve with the court offs outside the door,
and then the other the other alternate jurors. They basically
just have to sit in a room all day long
and not talk to each other or talk about this case. Yeah,
and then if if God's abid somebody somebody did fall
off the jury, then one of the alternates gets put
(41:35):
in place and they have to start all over again.
Speaker 1 (41:37):
Oh my god.
Speaker 2 (41:38):
Now, and another question, where do they bring the jurors
in from? Because obviously, you guys know what they all
look like, but they do try to kind of mask
their identity to the to the public.
Speaker 1 (41:49):
Are they bringing them in like a backway?
Speaker 9 (41:51):
Yeah, the only I mean the only people that know
what they look like, and the people who go inside
the court room. You can't. You can't see them from
when they get busted in. They need it secret location.
They get busted into the back door, they get let
in the courtroom that way, but yeah, you can't. You
can't see them from the street like out front.
Speaker 1 (42:09):
So crazy, so crazy.
Speaker 2 (42:11):
So what time will the deliberations then begin again this morning?
Speaker 9 (42:18):
I believe yesterday was early only because the defense was
filing emotion to go over the verdict form again, which
she didn't even give them time to argue it in
front of her. She just she just she went to
her back room, she came out, she denied it. One
thing I did want to talk about real quick was
the was the the oui charge that they added to
(42:42):
the verdict slipp and basically on charge too, which is
the manslaughter one of the lesser included of vehicular manslaughter
under the influence is just an oui And the reason
why the defense seemed wanted this on there was because
they felt like last time they wanted to punish her
for something they knew she was drinking, and the only
(43:04):
way to punish her that involved drinking was to also
charge her with manslaughter. So by adding just the OUI
charge basically is kind of like, hey, listen, if you
guys are stuck in there, something she hit him, something,
something she didn't, but everybody's agreement that she was drinking,
let's charge it with an OUI. So that's it's one
of the lesser included on the on the second charge
(43:25):
of manslaughter. And that's the reason why do they added
that in there.
Speaker 2 (43:28):
That's interesting just to kind of try to avoid that
mistrial and give maybe somebody a little bit like a
better feeling of like, well, I felt like she was drunk,
but you was driving, let's hit her with this charge.
Speaker 1 (43:38):
Well, how long would she be looking at for something
like that? For an OUI?
Speaker 3 (43:42):
Nothing?
Speaker 9 (43:43):
Well, no, that's not true. In Massachusetts, max penalty is
two and a half years for an OUI. And I mean,
as we know, if you have no priors and it's
your first DUI, usually you get a slap on the risk,
you get probation or something, you get your license taken away.
In a normal situation, Now, if she gets charged with
an OUI, the rule is is that if she's acquitted
(44:07):
on all the other charges, Beverly Canoni cannot sentence her
based off what all of the charges that she was
facing was. She's only supposed to sentence her based off
what she's found guilty of. So technically, if you go,
if you go, yeah, if you go into a trial
for an OUI and you found guilty, I mean, nine
point nine times out of ten, you get in probation,
(44:29):
you get fined, you're getting flap on the wrist. You're
not going to jail. But in this situation, I'm sure
she'll get some type of penalty which will then be appealed.
And you know, nine, yeah, exactly.
Speaker 2 (44:42):
That's interesting. Anything but a mistrial for the love of God.
But listen, we shall see.
Speaker 1 (44:49):
It's just again, it's like trying to predict the weather.
We can't do it. We don't know how.
Speaker 2 (44:52):
They could be in there for another two weeks, they
could be in there for two hours today.
Speaker 1 (44:56):
We will never know. But you'll be there, You'll be waiting.
Speaker 2 (45:00):
I just need you to promise me again that you're
gonna give me the heads up because I can't miss it.
Speaker 9 (45:06):
I will.
Speaker 6 (45:06):
He thinks it's gonna come down. What's his prediction, because
everybody was saying Monday.
Speaker 9 (45:12):
Yeah, I think. I think if it goes past today,
I think we're gonna be stuck in a mistrial again.
If we get a verdict today, I think I think
we're looking at it not guilty again. I just don't
see a world where twelve people sit in that room
and they can all agree that she's guilty of killing
John O'Keefe. I just can't see that. Ever.
Speaker 1 (45:31):
I gotta agree with you on that.
Speaker 8 (45:32):
Why though, Oh you why.
Speaker 9 (45:34):
I could see that twelve people could say, you know what, okay,
Yeah she was drinking, Yeah, well she was.
Speaker 1 (45:39):
She was blowing all right? Nick? As always, you're the best.
Thank you for reaching out.
Speaker 2 (45:46):
Are we okay because someone tried to snitch on me
and get me in trouble with you?
Speaker 1 (45:50):
Are we going okay?
Speaker 9 (45:50):
We're good?
Speaker 3 (45:51):
Thank God?
Speaker 1 (45:51):
I'm losing sleep over that the free Karen reads right.
Thanks Nick?
Speaker 4 (45:56):
Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 9 (45:57):
I.
Speaker 4 (45:59):
Know, But to his point, if it goes past today,
I think we're in the same deal as last summer.
It won't go two weeks for like, for sure, because
then it's just hunging this is done.
Speaker 1 (46:07):
I had no idea that. Bev was like, don't go
in there and take a pole.
Speaker 5 (46:10):
Who's not doing that?
Speaker 3 (46:11):
Okay? You know what.
Speaker 2 (46:12):
Bev also said after after when the when they came
back after deliberating a full day yesterday, she was like,
go home and.
Speaker 1 (46:19):
Leave it all here. Guys.
Speaker 12 (46:20):
Yeah, it's a beautiful day outside. Go enjoy it. Leave
it all in the courtroom. Nobody's doing that. And Bev
go get your hair doneer. It's something it's gonna.
Speaker 2 (46:31):
Blow out six one seven nine three one six one
seven nine three four five call me. We're talking about
anything you wanted to check in only on JAM.
Speaker 1 (46:42):
Ninety four five.
Speaker 2 (46:44):
Everybody, Good morning. It's actually in the jam In Morning show.
We're checking in on you.
Speaker 1 (46:48):
Anything you want to talk about. But I mean, I
knew this was gonna head one way. There's really only thing,
only one thing everybody's talking about. Melis is in Saugust. Melis,
tell everybody where you're headed, girlfriend.
Speaker 8 (47:01):
I'm heading down to Dedhams to the free Karen Reid.
Speaker 1 (47:04):
Yeah you are. You were in pink.
Speaker 8 (47:07):
Of course, I'm backing my son. He's nineteen. He's not
happy about going.
Speaker 1 (47:11):
You got that poor king.
Speaker 2 (47:13):
For the love of God, I don't think year old
go do nineteen year old things. He doesn't want to
be in pink yelling free Karen Reid know what's wrong
with you?
Speaker 8 (47:24):
Well, he volunteered, but I don't think he wants to
be there for twelve hours.
Speaker 2 (47:28):
No, he did you go yesterday as well?
Speaker 9 (47:35):
I did.
Speaker 8 (47:35):
This is my sixth time heading down there.
Speaker 2 (47:38):
Okay, so yesterday we saw in the news that Karen
and the team asked everybody to be silent. Did you
when they came out, did you feel that was everybody
kind of listening?
Speaker 9 (47:50):
Yeah?
Speaker 8 (47:51):
At the end when they were walking out, there was
a crowd. I'm not sure if everyone knew about the
I Love you sign language that they were asking everyone
to kind of roll up. So there was a couple
of them that were yelling when they walked out, and
then Alan Jackson has a way of like quieting the
whole crowd, so he kind of came out and was
like no, no, no, no, no, and then everyone went silent.
Speaker 2 (48:14):
So talk to me about the fit, like, did you
have something pink? Did you buy something pink?
Speaker 6 (48:19):
Or no?
Speaker 8 (48:21):
Actually, I bought a shirt yesterday. I didn't end up
wearing it, but pink's my favorite color anyway, so I
got pink.
Speaker 2 (48:26):
Oh, she's got a closet for a bit, all right, Melissa, Well, hey, listen,
if something pops off today, I'll be expecting you to
call me tomorrow and send your kid my love. I
hope has a full battery of phone because he's going
to be bored.
Speaker 8 (48:40):
Here's four battery packs. I think we'll be.
Speaker 1 (48:42):
Good, smart man, I love him, Melissa, thank wait time out.
I do always want to ask one thing. Do you
pack a lunch?
Speaker 7 (48:49):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (48:50):
A trip?
Speaker 1 (48:51):
It's like a concert like all day?
Speaker 5 (48:53):
Like another question, how do y'all go to the bathroom?
Where do y'all go?
Speaker 8 (48:57):
So the Registry of Deeds allows you to use their
restrooms and we use their parking lot.
Speaker 2 (49:02):
So now we know the Registry of Deed is a
free Karen readers, got it? Allies to you, Good.
Speaker 1 (49:07):
To know, Meless, Thanks keep us posted.
Speaker 2 (49:10):
I just can't imagine like packing a PPJ for this
all day like just so, I guess the thrill is
being there when she walks out, if she gets this
not guilty or if they burn dead him down to
the ground.
Speaker 1 (49:23):
You're also there for that.
Speaker 3 (49:24):
But are we taking days offul work?
Speaker 4 (49:25):
Because two days in a row, so she must I'm
hoping it does not have to work today, but taking
day off of this. Imagine telling you boss, you can't
come into work because it's going down to deadum justin pink.
Speaker 1 (49:37):
Our boss would be so happy.
Speaker 3 (49:38):
And boss is different.
Speaker 1 (49:40):
But if you were, are are you bringing daisy?
Speaker 4 (49:45):
But what if you wouldn't say that like CBS or
duncan like that, and.
Speaker 2 (49:49):
You cannot can't know you came in. We should like
send you back to crazy coolo day. We should send
you back down there, and I should make you go
up to three different people and say she's guilty.
Speaker 3 (50:02):
I would have know the goal should be getting in
the courthouse. Oh I like that.
Speaker 1 (50:06):
We're gonna work on that.
