Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wake up, wake yo, wake up.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Man?

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Hi everybody?

Speaker 2 (00:12):
What up?

Speaker 3 (00:13):
What up?

Speaker 1 (00:15):
How are we doing? How was the weekend?

Speaker 4 (00:17):
It was great? Mother's Day was yesterday.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
I know, I know.

Speaker 4 (00:22):
What We'll get through your Mother's Day things. But I'm tight.
You sound tight?

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (00:26):
I am tired. I'm tired and I'm tight.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
Do you know what type means?

Speaker 2 (00:29):
You like?

Speaker 4 (00:29):
Upset? Right?

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (00:31):
I mean just.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Because he would be like, just stretched, yeah, you know, yeah,
just touch your toes.

Speaker 4 (00:42):
A fact, all right, but no, but I'm upset. I
did not realize the Mother's Day was such a big
traveling day. You've never realized this traffic wise, you're saying.
I decided to go to New York, took a quick
trip to the city. I was stuck, well the traffic. Now,
I was stuck in traffic there and back. My plan
was to leave early, which I did, get there, do

(01:04):
whatever I needed to do, be back at the crib
by six, maybe seven at the latest. I did not
get back home to almost eleven.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
So no traffic. That's what a four and a.

Speaker 4 (01:16):
Half, three and a half and it was like a
parking lot on every freaking highway. I was like, what
is happening? I'm like the Sundays are not supposed to
be like this. This is why, like going to New
York on a Sunday because number one, parking is free
and there's not that many people in the city, you
know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
No, I it was pretty much double anywhere you were
going to, Like I wanted to go to a spot
that was like a thirty minute drive. We looked at
the phone an hour later, it was an hour intend
to go.

Speaker 4 (01:41):
I'm come out.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
It makes sense though, if you think about it, because
because everybody's traveling to go do things or go to
parents mom.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:49):
Yeah, traffic was insane yesterday, and I was.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
Like, this is even in the city of New York.

Speaker 4 (01:54):
Too, Yes, everywhere, it didn't matter where. It felt like
it was a Monday afternoon and everybody was leaving work.
I'm like, what is going on? Like I'm not kidding.
It was dead stop traffic and you'd sit there for
three minutes and then move a few and then stop again.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
It was ridiculous, and traffic just immediately puts you in
a back It's so terrible.

Speaker 4 (02:13):
I'm already a speeder, so the fact I can't even
go anywhere I was already tight but yeah, yesterday, I
was like, I did not realize, like Mother's Day was
a big, big, big.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
But was your New York trip at least a good payoff?
Did you enjoy New York?

Speaker 4 (02:24):
Yeah? I had to go return a few things. I
was going to check out a brunch real quick, so
I figured, instead of shipping back my merch, let me
just go return it personally. So and I got, like
I said, it's Sunday. You know, Sunday New York is
kind of cool. Everything's a little bit more relaxed. They
don't really ticket you leave you park somewhere, so you
know what I mean. Mother's Day was ridiculous. I did

(02:46):
not know this, and I know better never again. Father's Day,
you know what's gonna be empty? Empty, Yeah, empty.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
They'll all be at home depot buying grills. Yeah, that's
funny that you mentioned that, because I try to tell
the fire man that earlier last week. I was like, well,
if we're gonna do anything, we should make a rest
because people.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
He's like, no, no, no.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
No, no. We live in the South Shore. Now, you know,
it's more relax It's not like the city throw multiple places. Yesterday,
I couldn't get in. I try to tell them, like, buddy,
you got to make a right It didn't matten for
most every meal pretty much.

Speaker 4 (03:20):
He tried.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
It was just like, you know, and I tried to
tell him, but you know, I was saying to Zanti,
we're in that weird stage four and where the baby
she just crawls. So she doesn't want to sit, she
don't want to be. Hell, she didn't want to go
to a restaurant.

Speaker 4 (03:34):
You know.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
She she'll last for the amount of time there's a
little bit of food in front of her, but once
she gets full and she's over it, she's like, get
me on the floor. So it's just it's actually it's
not a relaxing experience experience at all.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
Maybe next year it will be for Mother's Day. Yeah,
maybe next year we'll make a resume.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
I must say, maybe in two months when she's walking.
You know, it's just like.

Speaker 3 (03:54):
When she's walking, it's gonna be even more like I
can walk now, I want to walk way over there.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Yeah, it just they have so like you're right, it
just depends on the timing of it. But they once
they start walking, they want it. It's the new things
they want to be. But then you get to the
point where they actually sit at a restaurant.

Speaker 4 (04:08):
It's just the stage is a life. Did you get anything,
by the way, Happy Mother's Day? Did you get anything
extra for Mother's Day? I was still stuck on the
weighted vest.

Speaker 3 (04:18):
Oh, she wants to return it too, that's a whole
other day.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
Really just keep it.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Yeah, I know you sound like him, but she way forward,
I'll alter.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
She wants to return it because of the whole principle,
because of the whole point that it was from Mother's Day.

Speaker 4 (04:31):
I like, I know her. She wants it, but she'll
fight it. She'll fight it.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
She'll even make it to the point where she won't
use it. Shows let it just hang just because it
was a mess up.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
From Mother's Day.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
That thing's gonna be a dust collector.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
No, I want to return it because it was expensive,
and I want him to use that money towards getting
me something that would be an actual gift that I
would want, and then I'll go get like a cheap
one on it.

Speaker 4 (04:54):
So he knows that the cheap the gift that you've got.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
It didn't go over well, Yeah, there was a conversation,
so and he just you know, he's like, listen, I
thought that it was good because you only said it once.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
But I listened and I did the research and I
got you one that you you know, a really good one. No,
he did some Yeah, he did some research. I mean listen.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
He showed up from the firehouse on Sunday and he
did have flowers and like an asi e bowl, like
a protein bowl.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
So that was that was nice. Got me a candle. Listen.
It's just not this. This wasn't one for the books.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
I will not be remembering the other's day of this year.
But again, it's it is crazy land at the house
right now. It's not we don't I feel like on
Mother's Day you got to go out with the kids
because it's Mother's Day and they're not great out right now.
It's just not a good The baby does she just
she can't handle it. So we ended up finding this

(05:51):
random seafood spot in which actually was great. We ended
up finding this random seafood spot in Duxbury like a
fish market that I kind of just so and it
was the best lobs role I ever had in my life.
So we had to bring it home because Daisy started
eating like little wood chips off the ground.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Yeah, so I had to bring it home.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
But nonetheless, you know it was fine. And yeah, there's
a weighted vest in the gross. So many people hit
me like, happy mother's Day. When are you going to
put the weight guys? I can't. I mean, I I well,
because no, I just want him to get the money back.
I just want him to return I don't. I don't,

(06:35):
I don't want that.

Speaker 4 (06:36):
You should sell it on marketplace. At this point, I.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
Did get a message from a girl being like, oh honey,
you thought that the weighted vest was bad.

Speaker 1 (06:44):
She got a yoga mat and that's it, a yoga mat.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
And I said, you know what, I'll keep my weight
invest yoga mat and that's it.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
She goes, you know what I did.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
I looked at it and I put it in the
kids playroom and I said, maybe they can do downward dog.
Because but seriously, I up every mom out there, gifts
or not, had the best Mother's day.

Speaker 1 (07:03):
