(00:02):
In its earliest days, the majorfunction of radio was news. Going on
here, beautiful, let everybody go. Why don't you put on a show
and charge it mission? Okay, show, I would say, something with

(00:25):
music and comedy. Now you're talking. It will be a show for everyone
who loves music and murder. Comeon, Chap, we got it a
show to dude, showtime. Areyou ready? I'm ready your job.
Washington's classic Crack, It's Big one. Good morning six so six big rock

(00:49):
Morning's Jackson here and Happy Tuesday. Two for Tuesday. I know that's your
favorite day of the week, andwe're here to please. We aimed at
please. Uh so, yeah, you get the double shuts my day.
I know it is. I knowit's everyone's favorite day, isn't it?
How could it not be? Santantam'sgoing to be on the show a little
bit later this morning, read abouteight o'clock. I was always a big

(01:10):
fan, loved watching him plays sodamn fast, and you know minus effect
that he went to Miami. Igrew up as a kid as a Nebraska
fan, and that's a wee bitof a rivalry between Miami and Nebraska over
the years, although not not anyyou know, minus the last ten to
fifteen, as Nebraska has sucked allthose years they used to be good.

(01:34):
We've got another letter for the bigword of the week that's coming to wait
about seven thirty this morning. StevieNicks tickets up for grabs. At the
end of the week. We havePeter Frampton tickets to give away. That's
the Hall at Live March tenth,Florida Man Sports on tap. And are
we done giving away tables for tonight? We are okay, so we're all

(01:57):
set ready for We're all set,but we're gonna be out tonight's overtime Live
with Coach Ard Rivera at DC PrimeStakes and the Lobsters. If you can
make it out, it'd be awesomeand we'll take care some quick business here,
but we are underway. It isBig one hundred, Good Morning,
Washington's Classic Rockets Big one hundred tenTuesday coupled are from Jones Jet. It's
Jackson here, Big Rock Morning sixtwenty six. We may see our first

(02:23):
snowflakes tonight, just a couple ofthough nothing no big ones. Nah,
nothing's gonna accumulate. It looks likea scattered rain showers tonight and tomorrow but
they say there may be a fewsnowflakes mixed in there, but again,
nothing that's gonna accumulate today though.Looks pretty good Sunday this morning, maybe
little cloudy this afternoon. Hi,about fifty. I don't know if you

(02:44):
saw this, but Brenda Lee's rockingaround the Christmas Tree. I mean,
everybody knows that song. It's notas painful as Mariah carries All I Want
for Christmas, but it's close.I just get I get te to Christmas
music on on repeat. But yeah, yeah, that's not a just an
interesting story behind that song. Sherecorded that Brinda Lee sixty five years ago,

(03:08):
and I think she was only likefourteen at the time. Thirteen.
She was thirteen years old when sherecorded that song. In nineteen fifty eight,
it peaked at number fourteen and nineteensixty Get this, it's number one
on the church rad Now. Nice, that's the first time that it's going

(03:28):
number one, right, seventy eight, she's seventy eight years old, and
sixty five years later, it's ontop of the Hot one hundred. That
would also make her the oldest artistto top the Hot one hundred, replacing
Louis Armstrong, who was sixty twowhen Hello Dolly hit number one back in
nineteen sixty four. I learned todaythat she was thirteen when she recorded that.

(03:53):
I never knew that as many thousandsof times as I've heard that song,
Yeah, I had heard that yearsago, and it still blows me
away because she doesn't sound thirteen theredoes she know anyone that's a mature voice

(04:14):
for thirteen years old in nineteen fiftyeight. But it's been a couple of
years, you know. Typically everyyear that Mariah Carey song goes to number
one. Apparently it's been number onelike twelve different times, but this is
the first time for rocking around theChristmas tream, which had spent between December
twenty nineteen and Christmas last year,it would peak at number two on the

(04:41):
charts. I used to have oneof those dancing santas and this this song,
yeah, it played, yeah, and so I would just leave it
turned on, and so it wasconstant for a good three years. Every
year, like it was hearing thissong over and over and over and over,
like the singing bath severe, Yes, no, that's what that's the

(05:02):
one that annoys me quick, likethe singing bass. If you haven't seen
it. You're you're better off?Never mind, you really are. We
have things I know coming up.Excuse me in just a bit here,
plus Santana mon it's gonna be onthe show a little bit later this morning.
Oh just a reminder. We talkedabout this a couple of weeks ago,
but the Charlie Bound Christmas, AppleTV bought the rights to it.

(05:25):
So if you're you know, scrollingthrough your menu on your TV and you
can't find the Peanuts Holiday special thisyear, it's because Apple owns it and
you gotta have Apple TV. Butbut because they're not total grnches. I
believe it's December sixteenth and seventeenth, does that sound right? Or seventeenth eighteenth.

(05:46):
I'd have to look at the calendarthat weekend of December seventeenth. It's
December sixteenth, Saturday, December seventeenth, Sunday. They're gonna play for free,
right. You just got to accessto Apple Tea. Most smart TVs
have it, so there'll be acouple of days there where you don't have
to pay for it, or youcan do like my wife always does,
and you buy the seven day trialand then cancel it and it is the

(06:10):
sixteenth and seventeen. She does thatfor everything, and I can I She'll
be's like, well, if youwant to see that, just get the
trial for a week and then cancelit. I'm like, because I'm a
dumbass, and I don't cancel anything. And then I am seventeen subscriptions.
I don't want, uh, butyeah, sixteenth, seventeenth, that's when
you can catch it. And againit's on Apple TV. All right,

(06:30):
we'll take care some business here.Six thirty one, it's Big one hundred,
Good Morning, Washington's Classic Rockets,Big one hundred, Rolling Stones two
for Tuesday, Stones Tour sponsored byDoubarp. The old joke has become a
reality. They're actually the sponsor ofthe Stones Tour. I can respect it.
I like it. I mean thedudes are like one hundred years old,

(06:51):
still running out there like they're twindude. I hope I have half
as much energy. Half is MickJagger When I'm that age, guys,
phenom an anomaly. It's insane. It is time for things. I know.
At six forty four, Big onehundred, the New York Times has

(07:12):
approximately sixteen hundred to seventeen hundred obituariespre written so they'll be ready to go
when certain people actually die. Wow. I've seen some of these that they
write for, like rock stars, movie stars, famous people. They'll have
them ready to go, like Iguarantee you The New York Times as like

(07:33):
an oh bit written for Brinda Leerocking around the Christmas Tree. I just
watched a video of her. It'sseventy eight years old. She did a
remake. I think they're using theold I think it's the original track.
She didn't redo the song, butshe did a Christmas video for it.

(07:56):
Still looks good seventy eight man.A bunch of celebrity cameos in there.
That's cool. Three of the firstfive presidents died on July fourth. I
did not know this until today.John Adams Thomas Jefferson both died on July
fourth, eighteen twenty six. JamesMonroe died on July fourth, eighteen thirty

(08:16):
one. There are nine states inthe Union with more cows than people.
Probably guess what they are. SouthDakota, Yes, Nebraska, North Dakota,
Wyoming, Kansas, Montana, Idaho, Oklahoma, and Iowa. In
Vietnam, the Vietnam War is calledthe American War. Interesting, the last

(08:43):
movie released on VHS in America,so that was a great movie too,
History of Violence back in two thousandand six, last one to ever be
put on a VHS tape. Andfinally, Robin Williams wanted to play the
role of Hagrid and Harry Potter andthe thought of that sounded really really cool.

(09:07):
Actually, when I read that thismorning, I was like, oh,
I could see that. I couldsee Robin. But the producers had
a rule that they would only castBritish actors, so they turned him down.
It turned down Robin Williams for HarryPotter. There you go. That's
things I know. Coming up.It's about seven thirtieth morning new letter for
you for the big word of theweek, going to give you a chance

(09:28):
to win Stevie Nick's tickets. Atthe end of this week we have Frampton
tickets. We'll talk more about thatcoming up a little bit later this morning.
Dennis is a woosie and he's notno it's gonna say sports on tap
later, but he's a little bitunder the weather. He kind of sounded
that way yesterday. I was like, are you getting sick? You sound
like you're getting sick, but Ido think he'll be out tonight too,

(09:50):
Jona said, Overtime Live with Cochrane, Rivera, myself and Julie Donaldson to
be out there tonight, and dowe carry that live? We do,
Okay, that's why I'm here.Well, I don't know you're here.
I'm there. How the hell wouldI know you're here. I'm here putting
it on the air. So yeah, if you can't make it out,
you can listen to it tonight. It'll be an interesting evening. It's a

(10:13):
tough it's been a tough season.Let's be honest. It's been a tough
four years. But it has beena tough season. And you've seen all
the things that are happening, andwe all kind of know what's probably gonna
happen towards the end of the season. So you know, just to have
to sit in front of a crowdand talk about football in this season,
I don't I don't aim me theguy to be honest with you. I

(10:35):
mean, that's gonna be that's gonnabe tough, but we'll try to make
it lighthearted. I'll just talk tohim about his favorite beer and pizza.
I don't know anything but football, all right, So we'll take care of
some quick business here. We're backto it in just a few It is
big one hundred good more Washington's ClassicCrocket's a big one for Tuesday, and
a couple from the Red Hot ChiliPeppers santonam Moss. It's gonna be on

(11:00):
the show coming up about eight o'clockthis morning, just the right side eight
o'clock this morning, we'll talk aboutthe remainder of the season. Get his
thoughts on it has been a toughyear. It's been a tough year.
So read an article this morning.Nothing that interesting other than I look out
my window at home and I cansee the Intel Sat building, and I

(11:22):
was like, look out. AnytimeI'm going to do anything questionable in my
apartment that my mother would frown upon. I always look out the window and
I see Intel Sat out there, and I'm like, they're watching me,
always watching me. Everywhere I go, everything I do, every phone call
I make, I'm paranoid. That'sprobably because I look at the building every

(11:45):
day. No, I just sawthat they were involved in re overhauling.
Basically, I think it was AmericanAirlines putting this like super high speed WI
fi on all the planes now,and they've got contracts with like Alaskan Airlines,
dell To. Eventually they're gonna they'regonna have them all. But I
think it was American Airlines. Youpay like ten bucks, but they're gonna

(12:07):
it's gonna be like fast fast, like you can stream movies, you you
know, do whatever you need todo, even log into a VPN,
So I thought was kind of cool. So they do something else besides spying
on me and foreign adversaries. Ifyou as you get up this morning and

(12:28):
get ready to go off and earnyour paycheck, know that, remember the
cash me outside. How about thatgirl from Dotchachi. Yeah, she's rich.
She's got sixteen million followers on Instagramsixteen million, has become quite the

(12:50):
influencer and makes quite a bit ofmoney. Why is she in the news?
She's pregnant, She's gonna have ababy, God help us all.
I can still go back and watchthat segment on Doctor Phill and just laugh
my ass off, But at thesame time, I'm kind of like,
this is sad. But in today'sworld, there you go. She's flipping

(13:15):
a millionaire, if not more so, she's about to have a baby,
and I was like looking at thepictures and I'm like sick. And it
said, you know, makes aton of money as an influencer, and
I was like really, and it'slike sixteen point five million followers. Are
you kidding me? Do you followher? No? No follow her?

(13:35):
Why would I follow her? Imean unless she starts posting something interesting,
you know. I'm cool with followingpeople that got something funny to say or
post crazy pictures. I follow allthose like Instagram crime accounts where they have
like you know, security footage oflike bar fights and you know, robberies

(13:56):
and wild animals. I follow theNature Metal site on Instagram. If you
don't follow Nature is Metal on Instagram, you are missing out. It is
basically just the animal kingdom and howharsh and uh it's yeah, you know,
animals eat other animals. That's justwhat they do. And this is

(14:18):
just a site dedicated to the killand eating. You do you follow that
one? Nature? I follow magiciansthat do tricks and lots of them.
No, Nature, Nature is Metal. I got magicians, oh my God,
to entertain me all the time.Nature is Metal. So you see

(14:39):
like a croc take down a youknow whatever's in its territory, or a
lion chased down a water buffalo. The freakiest ones are like you know,
lion's cats, they go in anddispatch their prey right so, meaning they
run it down, they immediately goin for the kill and then they eat
it right, pretty clean, prettyhumane, I guess. Bears do not

(15:05):
do that. Bears will take downa deer or an elk, and I
know this because I follow Nature isMetal and I see it on video.
They don't dispatch their prey so theydon't try to kill it. They just
start eating it alive. So it'lltake down like an elk or a deer,
and it's truly disturbing to watch becausethey'll be like, all right,

(15:26):
you're down, you're on the ground. I'm just going to start eating you
now. Bears, bears, theywon't kill them. I don't know why.
It's like you know cats, Theygo right in for the neck rives
or the back of the spine andthey take it and then all right,
now it's dinner. Now the bearswill It really is kind of disturbing to
watch because you'll see them just sitthere tearing something apart while it's still alive

(15:48):
making ungodly noises. We have yourletter of the day for the big Word
of the week coming up at aboutseven thirty this morning. Steven Knicks tickets
at the end of this week whenwe finally get word, Peter Frampton tickets
a little bit later this morning, probably play what did we learn on the
show today? We'll do that sometimebefore nine o'clock this morning. As I
mentioned, Santana Moss going to beon the show just after eight o'clock.

(16:11):
And we also have Florida Man comingup at about eight thirty. Pretty good
one for you today. It's Bigone hundred seven eighteen. Good morning.
Washington's Classic Rock has Big one hundredand two for Tuesday two from Van Hill
and I have fond memories of thatsong. My brother's name is James,
but when he was a kid,we called him Jamie and we used to
beat the living crap out of himand then sing Jamie's crying to him.

(16:33):
Yeah, we're awful, brothers awful, very way hates us today this is
adults. You can't stand me andmy brother. Hey, I was talking
about cool things to follow on Instagram. Nature is Metal, which is one
of my favorites and it's got aton of followers. If you've seen that,
you know what I'm talking about. But and this was a story that

(16:55):
was in the news recently and youshould check it out if you're a fan
of the NFL. This is justthis kid does amazing stuff. Kevin Fitzgerald,
I believe is his name. He'sthe guy that if you remember Tyreek
Kill did that or it's Kevin Fitzgibbonsis his last name. On Instagram,
He's at k fitz. That's kf I t z at k fitz And

(17:19):
he worked for the NFL for ashort time. He's he learned how to
edit videos and create content. Andyears ago he reached out to Tyreek Hill
and said, hey, I'll dofree videos for you if you let me
come, you know, film yourpractice, film your workouts, and Tyreek
agreed and that's how they became friends. And then eventually he took, you

(17:40):
know, a compilation of all hisvideos and stuff he'd created, sent it
to the NFL applied They hired himas a content creator for the NFL for
the Miami Dolphins. So he's downthere doing all sorts of cool videos.
He's actually you know, he coversall the teams but a lot of Miami
stuff. And Tyrer Hill scored atouchdown. He's on the sideline with his

(18:03):
like iPhone filming as he's coming intothe end zone and you might have saw
this news. Tyree grabs his phone, goes out into the end zone,
films himself like a selfie of himdoing a backflip, and there's buddy,
you know, the video guy ison the sideline celebrating, then jumping up
and down. There you go,right, The NFL fired him that it

(18:25):
wasn't professional for him to be jumpingup and down and rooting for I guess
one team or the other on thesideline. And the reason it made the
news is because then Tyreek Hill saidhe's going to pay his salary. So
Tyreek's paying this kid's salary for therest of the year whatever the NFL is
going to pay him because the NFLlet him go. So that's how I
found the guy, and I startedfollowing his Instagram account. Dude, really

(18:48):
killer content, NFL content, somesuper cool videos. So if you're a
fan of the NFL and you likecool kind out mini hype videos, you
got to check them out at kfits. That's k F I t Z
on Instagram. I think you digit. It's pretty cool. Lots of
Tyreek Hill stuff obviously, but andthere it is. He's got one of

(19:12):
the posts on here. One ofthe most recent is how I Yeah,
how I got my NFL credentials suspended? And then he tells the whole story
with all the video attached. Soit's kind of cool. All right.
So it's time for your letter ofthe day, for the big word of
the week and your chance to winStevie Nicks tickets at the end of this
week. Let's do it, shallWe got the big word of the week

(19:33):
on Big one hundred two days.Letter is the letter Oh. The letter
O is an orange. The letteroh, got it? All right,
that's your second letter of the week, and at the end of the week
we'll have a word know that wordwin the prize Stevie Nicks tickets again.
The letter is the letter Oh.All right, comeing up here in just

(19:55):
a bit. We'll get to SantanaMoss just the right side of eight o'clock
this morning. Plus we're gonna havethose Peter Frampton tickets to give away and
two for Tuesday continues couple from LeonardSkynyrd coming up. It's Big one hundred
twelve, Washington's Classic Crockheads, Bigone hundred two for Tuesday, and Southern
Fried Little Uh Leonard Skynyrd for you. Santana Moss coming up just around the

(20:18):
corner. We'll chat a little footballand the remainder of this season, and
then of course we'll be out tonightovertime Live with Coach Ron Rivera at DC
Prime Stakes and Lobsters. I wasreading that story this morning on John Mellencamp.
He was born with spina bifida.I did not know that, and
he had an operation when he waslike six weeks old where they actually cut

(20:41):
off his head. As he says, you think you had a rough childhood,
Mellencamp says he was. He wasdecapitated. Told this to Esquire Magazine.
He said, I was born withspina biffida. I had my head
cut off when I was six weeksold. Apparently they detach it and reattach

(21:02):
it. And I think there werea couple of other kids who had that
a similar surgery at that time, and he was the only one who survived.
Yeah, there were three other kidsthat had the same operation that day
they died. He lived. Hesaid. One of the girls that had
it done made it for a while, and he says, I used to
see her at a basketball game. She was paralyzed from the neck down.
It's terrible. She died when shewas That seems what happens when they cut

(21:25):
your head off. Yeah, shedied when she was about thirteen. H
Mellencamp obviously did pretty well for himselfand seemed to make pretty good recovering.
Go on to be a rock star. Cut your that's going to take me
down a rabbit hole. Did theyreally, like, completely decapitate you in

(21:45):
that surgery. I don't think that'spossible. That doesn't I think that's that
was his telling of it, right, like, yeah he used that.
Yeah, that's him telling the story. But it seems to me that once
you severed the spine, that wouldbe something irreversible. But I know,
doctor, But now I'm gonna goI'm gonna go dig into it. Because
Mellencamp said he was decapitated as achild, I have to know more.

(22:07):
We've got Frampton tickets to give awaya little bit later this morning. We'll
talk about how you can win thoselooks like a pretty decent day online.
It's gonna be Sunday this morning, clouds this afternoon, high about fifty,
but we're gonna see some rain andpossibly some snowflakes tonight and tomorrow. Nothing
that's gonna stick, but you know, it's always notable when you get the
first snowflakes of the year, andI don't think I've seen any yet this

(22:30):
year, so tonight might be it. All right, all right? Two
for Tuesday continues and Florida Man's comingup just around the corner as well.
It is Big one hundred seven tofifty three. Good morning, say Washington's
Classic Rockets, Big one hundred andtwo for Tuesday. There's two from the
class Big Rock Morning's Jackson Here it'seight oh seven and on the line,

(22:52):
mister Santana Moss, Washington Legend.Welcome to the show, my friend Helly,
Thanks for having me. What's goingon? But how are you man?
A big fan? Well, Imean, you only got one strike
against you, and that's you playedfor Miami, But outside of that,
I love it. That's a greatstrike down. Well, I grew up
a Nebraska fan and you were probablyonly five or six years old. But
I goes. My hatred of Miamigoes all the way back to the nineteen

(23:15):
eighty four Orange Bowl where Tom Osbornewent for two and lost thirty one to
thirty. Yeah. I definitely don'tremember that one. Yeah, well we
probably remember ninety five though. That'swhen Nebraska beat Miami twenty four to seventeen.
Just saying I remember, I rememberTemmy Fraser Florida Boys. I remember

(23:36):
watching him. Oh yeah, absolutelyabsolutely. So first question this morning,
man, you any interest in comingout of retirement? Na. Man,
you know I laugh at this everyweek every home game when I see fans
and they asked me talking about whenI'm going to the field, I'm like,
man, I'm forty four years. They definitely don't need me on the
field. So what do you whatdo you what do you think we have

(24:00):
to do to kind of fix what'sbroken heading into the back half of the
season here. I mean, youjust keep fighting right now? Man,
I can't really just you know, put my hand on it and say this
is the problem, that's the problem. I think I think we have a
team that's right now in the situationwhere they're just a little wounded. When
it comes to you know, takingthese ls and a lot of it you

(24:22):
can kind of put on Sam Benand young quarterback and you know, some
of the mistakes that we've you know, displayed on the offensive side of the
ball, and then a lot ofit you can put on just the defense,
you know, giving up explosive aboutthe explosive, about the explosive plays
every weekend, and finding ourselves ina ditch, a big ditch early in
the game and making it hard forit to dig ourselves out of it lay

(24:42):
in the game. So it's alot of stuff you can kind of like,
you know, you know, nitpickat. But I think in the
end, being in this situation beforeas a player, all you can do
right now you have a buy,you go reset and come back with a
different mindset man to try to finishfrom. Yeah, so as a receiver,
you went head to head with someof the best d backs in the

(25:03):
league, so you obviously know whatthey did well and and how they did
it when they were trying to coveryou. So what do you think we
need to do, like with ourdefensive backs. I mean, I feel
like the talents there is it isit coaching? Is it? Just?
Uh? What? What? Whatdo they need to do to step up
the game and not give up thoseexplosive plays. I think some of the

(25:25):
things that were one, you knowdouble some of the guys that should be
double that's one, right. Ithink one of the things that that Ron
you know, mentioned about last weekwhen he took over you know, the
U and said he would be callingthe players defensively wise, just simplifying some
of the things. And I thinkif you really watched that game, I
know you watched it live, youcan't really see some of the great things

(25:48):
that they these guys did. ButI believe when when I went back and
watched the game with Logan and Fred, you know, Logan pinpointed and showed
some of the things that these guysdid better that they had did better than
they have done all this year.So going forward, it might be a
better chance for them to make someof those plays and get a little more
comfortable with this defense. This sedout of place, so they can you

(26:11):
know, play a little faster andstuff like that. But I think the
main thing is the main thing whenyou're playing these guys or a guy who
you know can beat you, makesure you put you guys on them and
then everybody else got to earn theirkeep right right. So yeah, when
I saw when I saw him lineupman against Tyreek Hill, I was like,
please just like float a safety onthat side of the field something,
because that guy's so fast. Yeah, you know they had they had another

(26:33):
guy that was supposed to be lookingthem up. I think Cam Curls out
there just got there a little toolate, man. And yeah, that's
just the price you pay when youplay in this league. Man. You
got quarterbacks out there that can youknow, read that stuff quick and to
it? Did job? Got theball up and down? Yeah, get
the risk. Yeah. So wellwe know Tyreek's fast. Let me ask
you this, in your heyday, best season you ever had? You and

(26:56):
Tyreek? Who wins in a fortyWell you know, speed wise, you
know, I came out I wasthe fastest in my draft class. Yeah,
I clocked the four too four totwo six in my draft class.
But when it comes to speed, man, uh man, Tyreek is beyond
fast. I mean you know whatI mean, I think I think Tyree

(27:17):
could beat me anything. You knowwhat I mean. He's he's a he's
a different type of you know runner. You know what I'm saying, yeah,
you know, I you know,I put him up and down as
well too, But I never reallygot caught up in to who was faster
ever. You know, I neverwas the fastest down my team ever.
But you know I just made surethat when that ball got up in the
air, I knew how to trackit and and and get in the player.

(27:37):
Well, you're you're not giving yourselfenough credit. You were damn fast.
So what do you think? LikeI look at guys like McLaurin and
and just think he should be gettingthe ball more. How do you now?
I understand, you know, Sam'snew quarterback, and I can see
him going through his progressions and doingall the right things. But uh,
you know, is it maybe aset of design plays where Terry's the first

(28:00):
read, the first look? Imean, how do you get a guy
like mclaurin's such a great receiver moreinvolved in these games? I mean,
that'll be a way to you know, go about it. I've been in
those shoes before, so you knowI would have asked the quarterbacks and the
coaches back then when I was inthose shoes, you know how they get
me the ballimore? Because guys likeMcLaurin. Guys like myself, when you're
part of an offense that's not reallygoing through you, you know, you

(28:23):
will hope that, you know, they'll make an impati and say, hey,
certain games you're gonna make sure hejust get his touches. And I
think if you really watch this season, you know EB has cast some games
early where he just got McLaurin going. But you know, you can't just
base your offense on saying, hey, we're gonna run these particular players just
to get him going. You haveto, you know, allow your offense

(28:44):
to flow. So I think someof the things that you've seen from time
to time is our offense get togo on. And you know, if
McLaurin didn't get his first read orsecond read in that particular down, you
know, then you get lost inthe shuffle. And then and then when
you get to the end of theday, you say, what was gone?
He didn't have any you know,he only had two or three,
you know, two or three attempts. So it's one of those situations.

(29:06):
Man, I'm sure with the fansand everybody, you know, uh,
you know, basically bring it upa lot more. You will see it
more of an infest probably next week. But it's just one of those things.
Man. You got a young quarterback, he's reading, he's seeing a
lot of things, got pressed inhis face. Half of the time.
He's not gonna always be perfect, but at times, you know when he
has gotten into you know, Terry, it just wasn't one of those situations

(29:30):
where Terry came up with it,you know, great coverage or just couldn't
get the ball to him clean. So it's just one of those things.
Man, as we see it,we all go through it. You hate
it. I hate to see Terryin that situation, but you know,
this year has been one of thoseyears. Man. You just want to
see these guys finished strong and youknow, hope for the best. Yeah.
Yeah. And how about how youthink he's the guy we build around.

(29:51):
You never know, man, youknow, I like him, I
really do like him. I feellike, you know, with all the
changes that's gonna probably be made potentially, you know, because you're hearing so
much going on now, you know, you never know what can happen.
You know, he might have tolearn a whole new offense and then we'll
be you know, trying to seehim. You know, you know,
go out there and learn that allover again. That'll be his third offense
in three years. So it's it'shard to really say put your hand on.

(30:12):
But I think some of the thingsthat he has showed that what I
have him in here, and ifyou think someone else deserved a job,
he would be a great You know, he's going to compete for it because
he's that he's that good. ButI can't just I can't just you know,
say it right now because it's stilla lot of work that he has
to put in. And I thinkyou're seeing that now. We got the
week. Yeah, sure, sowell, the upside of all of this

(30:34):
is, uh, you know,we're looking at a good draft. So
let me ask you the age oldquestion, the thing that's been debated forever.
Uh do you draft for position ordo you draft for the best player
available. I'm all of the bestbest player you know, who's who's available
at that slot. It's you know, I get one of the things I

(30:55):
get tired of seeing year after yearafter year. You know, the drafts
has been these things where it's aquarterback frenzy. Everybody want to go out
there and get a quarterback in thosefirst three, four or five you know
picks, and those guys never endup being ready to go right now,
so they get thrown out there intothe fire and then you know, before
you know it, you know, they out the league because they just you

(31:15):
know, them shall shot because theydidn't have you know, a great team
or a good team around them.So I'm all about the best you know,
you know, best player available atthat moment for our team. That's
gonna help us to be able towin. Well, I just I keep
looking at Marvin Harrison Junior and goingthem, Mmmm, we need a whole
lot more than Marven Harrison Junior.I don't want to see more receivers over
here. We don't get lineman andeverything else. No, I agree.

(31:37):
I agree, he's a phenomenal talent, but man, we need a whole
lot more. Yeah, got toprotect our quarterback first. I think that
that to me is a point.Yeah priority, Well, said Tanna Man.

other than it makes me laugh.Gentleman has been arrested, a Florida man,

with his wife following his arrest afterelected striking her with a sausage. Yeah.

(33:06):
During a verbal altercation Saturday afternoon,Ray Allen, sixty one years old,
allegedly threw a sausage at his wife'sface, presumably pork. The said
sausage struck the woman in the face, right side of her face. I
can't imagine how this did any damage, but apparently he threw hard enough and
EMS workers had to come and respondedto the couple's home in Saint Petersburg,

(33:29):
where they washed the victim's eye outwith saline solution. Apparently hit her in
the eye with a sausage. Hewas arrested for domestic battery and booked into
the County jail. Released yesterday fromcustody on his own recognizance. He's pleaded
not guilty to the misdemeanor charge ofthrowing a sausage at his wife's face.
