to tell you I'm an eighth generationWest Virginian, then in Nashville most of
my career, a very amateur endurancerunner and enjoy being around our two adult
children. Describe what your business isabout. We are a provider of direct

healthcare, which means we are paiddirectly by large organizations to provide primary care
to their eligible populations, and sowe do this at eight hundred and fifty
sites across forty eight states. AtPremise, we like to say we're on
the right side of healthcare, meaningwe are not fee for service, we
are not volume driven. We arepaid based on the outcomes that we get
for the patients, and so wefeel like we are an aligned healthcare model

community. We're very engaged in ourcommunity. I would point to our work
with veterans and active military spouses,specifically with the Daniel Center, located on
the Middle Tennessee State University campus.It's one of the largest veterans centers in
the country, and we are directlyinvolved with the Daniel Center and recruiting and
developing talent from MTSU. What elsewould you like listeners to know about your

business? Well, we're one ofthe largest employers in town, we're one
of the largest companies in the region, and we're very proud that we've been
a top workplace as designated by theTennessee and for the last seven years.
