at MBA, went to college atBelmont, pursue music for about ten years,
and after that jumped into real estate. How long has your business been

in the area. So since twentysixteen, we've been in the area buying,
selling, helping people rent, invest, and now the next leg is
I really want to get into developmentsegment. Describe what your business is about.
We do residential real estate. Weare here to help you buy and
sale, but my primary mission isfinancial literacy. So I don't want to
have a transactional type of real estatecompany. I want to actually help people

grow and develop from a financial literacystandpoint. You want to buy a house,
that's fine, we can do that, but let's implement a plan,
maybe a two three year plan,where you can leverage your asset. You
can leverage your capital and grow viareal estate. How does your business help
