An expert in public engagement and market research, Mr. Hales Jr. has overseen marketing and public outreach campaigns for various public programs and initiatives on both the national and local levels.

After spending close to a decade in the Federal government and working on multiple large public projects, Anthony Hales Jr. launched Hales Creative Solutions, LLC in 2014 to help state and local governments better communicate with their constituents and operate more efficiently in the new economy. He subsequently rebranded the firm as Bayne LLC in 2019.

Mr. Hales started his career at Clear Channel Radio of New Orleans where he focused on political advertising. In this role, Mr. Hales Jr. worked with clients to develop consistent and effective messaging to support their political campaigns. Mr. Hales would go on to work on former Senator Mary Landrieu’s successful 2008 U.S. Senate campaign. After relocating to the District, he worked as a community outreach consultant on Transportation projects before joining the United States Department of Education as a Data Analyst.

In his current role, Mr. Hales oversees the day-to-day operations of Bayne and consults clients on the best approaches to reaching their target market in this new digital media-driven landscape. After launching in 2014 with an initial investment of $1400, Mr. Hales has grown Bayne into a seven-figure company.

Mr. Hales holds a Bachelor’s in Mass Communications from Jackson State University and a Master of Public Policy degree from George Mason University. He currently resides in Washington, DC with his wife, Shari, and their two kids, Ariah and Carson.
