Speaker 2 (04:17):
Ladies.
Speaker 1 (04:17):
I am so excited to get to chat with you
again because ever since you revolutionized the stage at Move,
Breathe Grow this year as one of our speakers, that
you guys also have been so busy. You're traveling everywhere,
You're making so many amazing, beautiful moves, and I just
want to tell you, guys how excited I am that
(04:38):
we get to have you on the podcast to share
a little bit more and to go even deeper into
what CODE is and how you guys are making so
many waves right in the medical field and the health
space in the world, really, because the reach for Code
just keeps increasing and increasing, and I'm just honored to
know you and excited to continue to support that growth.
(04:58):
So why don't we start at the beginning, right It's
usually the best way to go. And I want you
guys to tell me what inspired the creation of CODE,
And I know that there is always a personal connection
with these enormous companies that we are building right when
it comes.
Speaker 2 (05:14):
To like really making a change.
Speaker 1 (05:16):
Every time that I meet legacy makers like you guys,
every time that I meet powerhouse women that are moving
with purpose and making a change in the world, it
always is rooted in a very deep personal experience that triggered,
you know, the new movement that they're creating.
Speaker 3 (05:36):
So what was that for you guys.
Speaker 4 (05:38):
You know, it's funny. You think your life is going
in one direction and then all of a sudden, this
pandemic happens and your life takes a hard turn. And
that's exactly what happened to me. I got very sick
with COVID during the pandemic, and I was very fortunate
that my father was the neighbor to a molecular biologist
who has been doing research on what he calls resonant
(06:01):
molecular signaling for forty years. He's literally a pioneer. So
my dad said, well, I've got these drops in my safe.
He was keeping them in his safe, and he said,
if you get sick, call me, I'll overnight you the drops.
Speaker 3 (06:15):
Well that's what happened.
Speaker 4 (06:17):
So my father overnighted me the drops and by the
end of the first day my fever that was one
hundred and four was normalized. And by the end of
the second day, I had the first signs of I
was going to get taste and smell back. So I
was making a turn very quickly and it and you know,
(06:38):
the key for me, you know, as a doctor of
natural medicine, was that I wanted something that worked with
my bodies innate wisdom. And my father said, doctor McMichael,
he's just like you. He doesn't like all those chemicals
and drugs and things. So just do what he says
and follow the instructions. I said, okay, and so I did.
Fast forward a year. I went up to see my
(06:59):
dad and I said, Dad, doctor McMichael also happens to
be a farmer. And I said, Dad, bring me by
the farm.
Speaker 3 (07:06):
I want to I want.
Speaker 4 (07:08):
Doctor McMichael to put a face with my name because
I want to thank him for saving my life. And
so I did just that, and I said to him,
why doesn't everybody have this, and how can I help
you bring it to the world. I was finishing my
PhD in natural medicine. I had a whole other thing.
I was planning to do a whole other path, and
then all of a sudden there was a fork in
(07:29):
the road and I had to make a decision and
I went all in, and I didn't know how I
was going to do it, And fortunately I had Wendy
as one of my closest and dearest friends, and I thought,
if anybody could help me, it would be her. Now,
let's hope she sees the vision. And she did so
Wendy came in and she's the business powerhouse behind Code,
(07:53):
and together we make this dynamic team and we are
the Code Girls.
Speaker 2 (07:59):
I love that so so much.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
And also, how would you say when it comes to
that dynamic, I think it's so important as women when
we're working together, the way that we honor each other
in our own special genius, right like you said, Like
she's the business mastermind behind what we're doing, and it's
just so fun.
Speaker 2 (08:21):
I think when I see women working together.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
How would you guys describe your dynamic as the co
founders of Code.
Speaker 5 (08:30):
Well, I'll answer that question. So you know, we're, first
of all, we're like sisters. And as sisters, you know
you can come even from the same parents, but even
have very different personalities but yet be so similar. And
I think that's the best way to describe both of us.
(08:50):
We are so similar in the way that we think,
in the way that we.
Speaker 3 (08:56):
Work, all of our.
Speaker 5 (09:00):
Working habits really drive together, right. But Lisa, her personality
in some ways is so different than mine. And that
what that is what makes a great partnership, That you
take the best of what each of you bring to
the table, and that you harness those characteristics and you
(09:22):
grow where each person shines in their own light.
Speaker 2 (09:27):
Yeah, and that's with you. That's so important.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
And I think that that's part of the reason why
you guys have been able to scale so quickly, is
that you're so good at really highlighting each other's greatness.
And I've been, you know, I've been really able to
witness that. And I think that that's such a powerful
way for women to come together, is to just honor
each other's light, like you said, and before Code, because
I think it's also important when we see, you know,
(09:52):
companies like Code that are growing so quickly and we
have powerhouse women, uh, you know, as as the driving
force behind more movements like this, it's important to also
highlight like you guys, didn't just start doing this yesterday,
like you guys come with a phenomenal life experience, and
so what were you guys doing before code?
Speaker 4 (10:13):
Well, for me, right out of high school, I went
to hair school and I wanted to be a hairstylist
since I was five years old. And I did that
and I still do it. I work in the salon
a couple of days a week. I love my clients.
Many of them have been with me for twenty plus years.
Wendy has been with me for at least five or
six and she's probably one of my newest customers. So
(10:39):
that has been really learning the ins and outs of
running a hair salon and going to different salon trainings
and all these different things that I did. I learned
business through being a stylist, and parallel to that journey,
while doing hair is what puts food on my table,
(10:59):
I had this other parallel journey that was about healing,
and it started in world religion. It went into things
like multi dimensional mind work and reiki and medical chigung.
I worked with an oncologist that was a master Chigung
(11:21):
teacher and so he was incredible, and I learned about hypnosis.
I learned about chronic healing. I became a Kundalini yoga teacher.
But I think the things that really helped me the
most in my life, aside from these side things that
I was doing, and besides a bachelor's in business management
and a master's in health psychology and a PhD in
natural medicine. I mean, clearly, I'm a lifelong student. That's
(11:44):
why I'm here is to learn. But I think that
the things that really helped me the most. We're studying
the nature of the mind and consciousness in my three
trips to India, and that those concepts that I learned
in India have really helped me in so many ways
in my life, both personally and professionally. So you know,
(12:06):
you take what you learn, the good and the not
so good that you think is not so good, and
you take all these lessons that you've learned and you contemplate,
and you you learn to manage your mind and you
learn to use your intuition as a guide to create
whatever it is that you look to have. And for us,
(12:26):
it's been code. So everything that you see with code
is what Wendy and I have created.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
And Wendy, before we get into where you were before code.
I just want to I want to point out the
importance of what doctor Lisa just said, and that is
so many times where you're like, you know, this is
the thing I do, and like, for example, like I'm
a hairstylist. This is my focus, this is my expertise,
this is something I've been doing for so many years.
(12:53):
And I feel like it is so important as people
that we allow ourselves the space to also explore or
other elements of who we are and who we desire
to be, and to really give ourselves space for that
the exploration of our curiosity. Right like in your case,
doctor Lisa, it was the healing and you know, the
(13:16):
hypnosis and all the well being kind of stuff, which
when you really think about it, has nothing to do
with being a hairstylist. That was just your personal desire
for additional growth. And I think that's something that entrepreneurs
often fail at, is creating space for the extra stuff
that fuels the soul because ultimately, and I say this
(13:39):
at least fifty times a day, your business is a
reflection of you. And when you give yourself, when you
have the courage to become a business owner and to
learn business in any degree it is in itself admirable.
But also I feel like the success of entrepreneurship is
based on intentionally creating space to continue to nurture the
(13:59):
person behind the business, the curiosities and the things that
feed the soul, because business can be so depleting, it
can be so exhausting, and if you're not simultaneously making
space to grow the soul, whatever that means to you,
whether it's a religious practice or spiritual or it's cooking,
or it's a hobby painting watercolors, it really doesn't matter
(14:21):
what it is, but that is that it is unrelated
to your business.
Speaker 3 (14:25):
To fuel your creativity and to fuel your soul.
Speaker 1 (14:27):
I feel like that is such an essential part of
entrepreneurial success that often gets thrown to the wayside because
we're just so focused on the branding and the marketing
and the messaging and the clients and the getting more
things and the increasing the sales and the scaling and
the scaling, and it's like, dude, it maxes you out,
it drains you out. That you're not pouring into the soul.
How are you going to continue to grow this thing?
(14:48):
You cap yourself up, you know, and so I'm just
so excited to hear to have you on the show
to be an example of that, you know, and how
often it is those curiosities, not necessarily the thing we do,
that lead us to our ultimate purpose and where we're
ultimately meant to be. It's always going to be from
(15:08):
the thing of the soul, right like the thing that
nurtures the spirit, the soul. And so it's just so
exciting to hear that story. Wendy, what about you, What
were you doing before Code?
Speaker 5 (15:18):
Well, I just want to touch on a point because
I think what you said was so true.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
And when I think.
Speaker 5 (15:24):
About being a young girl, I.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
Was always this social butterfly, and I.
Speaker 5 (15:30):
Was always this big communicator, and I wanted to bring
people together, and I was always the one that was
having the parties and just bringing just like.
Speaker 4 (15:42):
Bringing everybody together.
Speaker 5 (15:43):
And now that you've said that, I realize that this
is exactly what I do with Code, and I share
this new revolutionary product in the same way that I've
always shared anything that I wanted to bring to people, right,
whether it was just gathering people, bringing up even we
(16:06):
have communities when we're young children as well. And so
when I think about my life and the steps that
it brought me to hear. The most important thing is
that in my journey and all of the businesses that
I was in, I made a lot of mistakes. And
(16:29):
when you're involved in businesses that you have a passion for,
but then something does not resonate with you, whatever that
business is, you have to realize that you need to
just cut your losses and move on. And there was
a reason why that happened. And so from the very beginning,
(16:52):
I always wanted to be a doctor, I really did,
and I always wanted to be a mom. And at
the end of the day, I chose being a mom
over continuing school and being a doctor because I knew
how many years it would take for me to complete
my doctorate and go into the medical field. Now, back
(17:14):
when I was in school, there wasn't this opportunity to
get into let's say, medicine. In what Lisa learned, we
didn't know about it. You know, you went to school,
you went to college, you went to medical school, you
became an MD. So I chose to be a mom.
(17:35):
I am a mom of two grown children. My daughter's
turning thirty two next week and my son is twenty nine.
But along the way about being with while I was
being a mom, I was always in a supportive role
with my husband. At the time, he was an attorney
(17:55):
and I did not go to law school, but I
became a licensed hearing representative of the State of New York,
which essentially is practicing law in the State of New
York for workers' compensation. And I practiced law, and then
from there, he and I started what became the first
medical funding company in the country.
Speaker 3 (18:17):
And I did that.
Speaker 5 (18:18):
So everything that I did involved medicine, involved doctors, and
involved helping people. But along the way, after we divorced,
I started another company, and it was a company that
really was also revolutionary. It was a CBD company, and
we decided to take that niche and only bring it
(18:41):
to medical providers. So again I was working at with
doctors and I always say, you know, Lisa's the doctor,
but I play one on TV because I just pretend
like I'm one. And went through that journey of having
that company. I still do, but I'm just you know.
Speaker 3 (19:00):
Silent now.
Speaker 2 (19:02):
And that led me to CODE. And my point.
Speaker 5 (19:05):
Is is if I didn't have all of those steps
along the way, I don't believe that Code would be
the company that it is today because I would not
have known all of the things and all of those
lessons that business and life.
Speaker 3 (19:25):
And people taught me. So here we are today.
Speaker 5 (19:29):
I knew nothing about energy medicine, I knew nothing about
quantum anything. And Lisa had me in her chair and
I was the perfect candidate for her to talk and
talk and talk to, and I would listen to her.
Five years ago, I listened to her and it went
over my head. I really didn't truly grasp what she
(19:51):
was saying. But once I became involved with Code and
understanding the product that we have, it in my mind
to an endless possibility. And I am so proud in
the two and a half years that Lisa and I
have been doing this where we are today.
Speaker 3 (20:11):
So it's a journey.
Speaker 5 (20:13):
It's a journey, Gigi, for sure.
Speaker 1 (20:16):
I really really wish more entrepreneurs would see it that way,
would see it as the value of the journey. We
focus so much on the destination, whether the destination is
a dollar sign, or the destination is you know, a
number of purchases or a number of locations or whatever
(20:38):
it is. We focus so much on that and I
feel like every single time we look back and we're like,
oh what brought me here? Oh what made me qualify
to get to where I am? It is never destinations.
It is always pieces and parts of the journey and
people who supported the journey or didn't that gave us
the tools and resources to become version of ourselves that
(21:01):
was required to get to where we are today. And
I just wish that we were more intentional as women
and as entrepreneurs of focusing on the journey, like, Okay,
I'm doing this and I have a clear destination. Obviously
we're not just aimlessly wondering around it either, But I
feel like we can set a destination, but also as
(21:22):
we are as we're getting there, to be really intentional
about pausing for the journey and really fully taking.
Speaker 3 (21:28):
In that process is just such a key part.
Speaker 1 (21:31):
I think also of even overcoming the obstacles in the
way of getting to that destination, because it can be
easy to trip over an obstacle and just be like, well,
now I'm just so much farther away and I just
don't know what I'm gonna do, and now this is
you know, it's going to delay the process, and I'm
just trying to get over there, and it's like, okay,
but while you're here picking yourself up off the ground,
(21:52):
you know, what can you learn? What do you already
know that can help you to get up off the
ground quicker? You know, like, what resources have you already acquired,
what's in your tool already? And so I just I
love talking to you guys because of the way that
you are so versatile, both of you in your backgrounds
and in your understanding of life, which is ultimately I
believe what makes us phenomenal entrepreneurs is when we have
(22:15):
that really well rounded understanding of life and things right
that we can bring to the table as business owners
because you know, I really truly believe business ownership is
so much more than just the product and the system.
You know, business ownership is social skills. Business ownership is creativity.
(22:36):
Business ownership is resilience. Business ownership is so much more
than just you know, branding and colors and even the
product itself.
Speaker 3 (22:44):
It's so much You can have the best product.
Speaker 1 (22:46):
In the world and be unable to build community, for example,
and it's never going to sell. You have the best
product in the world and you know, be unable to
continue expanding and growing as a person, and you're going
to cap your You're going to cap your company out right.
And so I just I love to, you know, to
have women like you in my circle who exemplify these
characteristics because I feel like that is the true essence
(23:09):
of successful ownership. And speaking of the product, I want
to be as objective as I can be here, which
is hard for me. I really have to like tuck
on my journalism hat to be objective about code because
I'm not. I love code, and I've seen the way
that it works personally, you know, for myself, for my family,
(23:29):
and so it's really hard to be objective. But I'm
going to ask you guys to answer the following question.
What with so many supplements that are out there, so
many different stupple I've taken one hundred thousand supplements myself.
Everybody's on some sort of supplement. We're all interested, especially
you know, the audience for my for this podcast, for
my community. We're all business owners. Most of us are
(23:51):
moms or caretakers to some degree, you know, like we're
stressed out, we want to sleep better, We're worried about
our health. Like we really understand that we need to
be well in order for all the things that we
do and all the people that depend on us to
be able to continue to depend on us. And so
supplements are a big part of everyone's life. But what
(24:12):
makes CODE different than the other supplements that we implement
in our wellness routines?
Speaker 4 (24:17):
You know, first, let's look at what we're made out of. Okay,
we're made of more than seventy percent water, and we're
made of energy. Right, you breathe, that's your life force.
That's what makes your heartbeat, your butt, your blood pump,
everything is moving inside your body. That's the energy. You
(24:39):
need energy to move your arm. If you are depleted,
you can't move right, So it's energy. We're an electrical system.
So what really makes CODE different are the ingredients.
Speaker 3 (24:51):
Because we are.
Speaker 4 (24:53):
Code is literally made of what you are made out of. Salt,
water and energy.
Speaker 3 (24:59):
That's it.
Speaker 4 (25:00):
So there are no side effects, there are no contraindications.
If you're taking other supplements, great, take other supplements. If
you're on pharmaceutical medication, great, take whatever you need to take.
The point is that CODE works synergistically for all ages,
for all people, for all pets, for all sizes. It's
(25:21):
the same one drop for all, regardless of size or weight.
And I mean think about this. You're a mom, Wendy's
a mom. I'm a mom to a furry baby couple,
furry babies. But if you're a pregnant woman, or if
you're in child bearing years and you all of a
sudden get pregnant and then you come down with a virus,
(25:43):
what do you do? Well, I know what I would do,
And my first line of defense would be resilience, because
resilience is our immunity formula. It acts as an anti
viral and stops virus from replicating, and it works with
the bodies innate wisdom. And again, it saved my life.
(26:03):
So I am picking on that product as not only
the founder of the company, but also as it saved
my life, like as a real person. You know, it's
and so I think in a nutshell, those are the
main things that make Code different. Is the ingredient saline
(26:24):
solution programmed with subtle energy patterns.
Speaker 1 (26:28):
Tell me more about that, Tell me about the science
behind it. Because I can I can think. For example,
I can remember when I first learned about CODE and
I was told it's saline solution and it's going to
have better effects than let's say a tailenol or a
supplement for vitamins or whatever, because you're not going to
(26:51):
be consuming like the extra filler stuff that often is
in our supplements, and it's going to be a more
direct impact to your body. Which really, when we take supplements,
I think it's something absurd, like only like ten percent
of all that you consume is what the body actually
receives and the rest just gets like put through your
liver to be tossed.
Speaker 3 (27:09):
It's just like it's too much, right.
Speaker 2 (27:11):
But I remember hearing about code and I was like,
what the fuck are they talking about?
Speaker 1 (27:15):
Like how do you infuse I mean, I'm a big
fan of all the energy work. I'm also certified in reiki.
I very much understand energy, but my brain did not
understand how do you infuse saline water with energy to
come into my body and have a better effect than
a supplement and to help me sleep better than to
(27:36):
consume malotonin. So I know that you're a big fan
of resilience. I'm a big fan of dream I've been
able to sleep in a way that I have not
slept since before I was pregnant. That was two plus
years ago, right or three really, because as soon as
I got pregnant, I stopped sleeping altogether, right, And so
before trying code, I remember thinking to myself, I have
(27:59):
no idea what this is. I have no idea what
you're talking about. And the only way to understand it
was to experience. It was when we first when I
first met Wendy and you gave me the calm drop.
Speaker 3 (28:10):
And it wasn't this.
Speaker 1 (28:12):
It wasn't this like, oh my god feeling. But immediately,
I think, not immediately, like within fifteen to twenty minutes,
it was a subtle shift that was so profound that
I was like, holy shit, what is this? And I
still can't explain the science behind how it works. I
know that you guys are the pros at that, but
(28:33):
I think it's important for the other listeners that I
know are like me. I have a lot of logical
brain listeners here that are going to be like this
sounds like nonsense. What are you talking about? So break
it down for me to doctor Lisa, how does it
actually work? What is the actual science behind it?
Speaker 4 (28:51):
Okay, so let's start with a pioneer that many people
are familiar with, Doctor Masuru Emoto or even Gerald Pollock,
for example. These are people at Gerald Pollock. He talks
about the fourth phase of water. Okay, Doctor Emoto talks
about how even our thoughts, because remember we're made of
mostly water, how our thoughts influence us on a biological
(29:16):
or physiological level. And he has been able to show
that water is an intelligent medium that stores information. Let's
call it thoughts. Let's call it a sound that you
hear on the radio, music, anything, any information, that's the information.
(29:36):
The thought is the information being sent. The music is
the information that you're listening to. If you're taking a picture,
it's the information that you're capturing with your camera. Either way,
it's information. And what we're doing is without even knowing it,
or imprinting our body because the body, the water in
(29:58):
our body is crystalline by nature, and it has these
piezy electric qualities, and this is part of our fascion,
our collagen, all of these systems. And so when you
send a message to your body, whether it's a thought,
whether it's a sound, all these things I just mentioned,
it's having a physiological effect on you. Okay, that's in
(30:21):
the most layman terms that I can say that's how
that works. The body sends the electrical impulses. Okay, the
water holds the information. So with code, what we do
and I told you that it's based on the work
of doctor John McMichael, and what he's done is he
(30:43):
has created what he coined the term as resonant molecular signaling.
And really what that means in Layman's terms is we're
up or down regulating to restore balance in the body.
So for CODE, what we've done is we use quantum
time technology and what it does, it's like taking a
(31:05):
digital picture. We're mapping the energetic blueprint of the molecular
formula and just like when you press the button on
your iPhone or your camera and it captures that information,
it instantly digitizes it into what you're looking at the image.
Now you can take that image and you can imprint
(31:25):
it onto a medium such as paper or even canvas
or whichever. We take the energetic digital code from the
molecular formula and we imprint it into saline solution as
the carrier, and then you take one drop sublingual and
(31:48):
now what's happening in your body is based on the
function of the formula. So we have ten formulas and
we can get into that. But based on the function
of the formula, it is up or down regulating based
on the function. So for example, if you have stress
and you need to balance your autonomic nervous system and
reduce your stress, you want to downregulate. Same thing, if
(32:11):
you're having a heightened allergic response or a heightened histamine reaction,
it's heightened, you want to downregulate. There may be a
situation where you don't have enough energy and you're feeling
very depleted. You would want a product like Balance that
upregulates and increases mitochondrial energy and ATP production, giving the
(32:34):
body more energy. So again, just based on the function
of each formula, it will up or down regulate to
create balance in your body.
Speaker 1 (32:44):
That is such a phenomenal way of explaining how it works.
I actually have my Balance on my table all the
time because of that, because I feel like it's it
gives me that I almost want to like, I almost
want to say it gives me like a kick of energy,
(33:04):
but it's not a kick.
Speaker 3 (33:05):
A kick is the wrong words.
Speaker 1 (33:06):
It's a really like subtle elevation of my own energy,
which is something that I absolutely love too, because I
feel like sometimes you know, especially for entrepreneurs, we we
go after like the energy drink, and we go after
like the third cup of coffee. I mean, I'm a
coffee drinker. I love me a nice warm cup of
coffee in the morning. But I also like to stop
(33:28):
it at that, you know, because then you have like
the crash and you have all that stuff, and I
feel like with balance, I don't have any of that, right,
Like I can have my cup of coffee in the
morning because I enjoy it, because it's part of my routine.
Because when I when I wake up before my son
sometimes like it's just a nice reminder of like, oh
I can still have a little bit of this calm, right,
And so.
Speaker 2 (33:49):
It's a routine thing for me. But when you know, when.
Speaker 1 (33:51):
Three o'clock hits, I have a choice of like do
I really want to have another coffee or do I
just want to take a drop of balance and just
kind of still feel that like.
Speaker 2 (34:03):
That natural energy flow through my body.
Speaker 1 (34:05):
And it's just it's a really subtle, beautiful effect that
you guys have created, you know, with code, and you
guys have done so much. I mean, you guys are
featured in She Healed, which is a phenomenal documentary about
all sorts of up and coming proven biohacking techniques and products.
(34:26):
You guys have been traveling the country, you know, showcasing code.
What's next for Code? I mean, you guys are you
guys are taking over and it's only been two years.
Speaker 3 (34:37):
I'm so excited it is.
Speaker 5 (34:39):
It's been really a great ride. We're very excited. Also,
besides She Healed, to have just been filmed in a
documentary called Your Second fifty and it is directed by
an amazing man, Laurent Goldstein. He is Canadian and has
(35:03):
an an incredible accent, so it's always just so much
fun with his French accent answering his questions or how
he composes himself. But this is another documentary, but specifically
focusing on individuals and how they live their life and
what they do in their second fifty that life just
(35:26):
begins when you turn fifty. And it features many of
the same people that were part of the Biohack Yourself
community because they really are the leaders.
Speaker 2 (35:39):
In health and wellness, and their companies.
Speaker 5 (35:41):
Also are, like ours, revolutionary in what they're doing.
Speaker 3 (35:46):
So it's exciting to.
Speaker 5 (35:48):
Be part of that, and I would say that's probably
the most exciting thing that is on the horizon for
us when that comes out.
Speaker 1 (35:58):
You know, you said something that made me think that
is how your product truly is revolutionary, and I agree
with that, and it got me thinking. You guys are
a perfect example of how when you are walking in
your purpose, when you are walking in integrity, when you
are leading with hearts. I truly, truly believe when you
(36:21):
have the clarity and when you have clarity in your why,
and you're walking with those three elements in life and
in business, I truly believe that the doors of the
universe naturally open for you. I believe that I've lived that,
I've walked out of integrity and away from my purpose
and seen the opposite also be true. So I know
this in my soul that when you're in your purpose
(36:44):
and you're walking with that integrity of your truth and
the clarity of what you want to leave as a
footprint in the hearts of the people around you, that
the universe aligns with that and says, this is what
you were here to do. So let me just make
it as easy as I can. So I know that
even then, when there's there's a difference between walking in
(37:06):
your purpose and doing a thing and revolutionizing industries that
are established and industries that govern, and industries that are ginormous,
you know, that don't want to be toppled, that don't
want to have the revolutions, and so when it comes
(37:28):
to wellness, that's a huge industry. I was just on
the phone with a friend who does like insurance and
stuff like that, and we were talking about, you know,
like coverage, and we were talking about like how it
works and what kind of things like, you know, just
kind of like learning more about her business to see
if I can be a group referral base for her
(37:49):
and all of this. And one of the things that
she mentioned was and I forget like how we got
to that conversation, but she was telling me like, for example,
like most insurances don't cover nutritionists, and my brain nearly
did a backflip.
Speaker 3 (38:05):
I was like, how how the fuck not?
Speaker 1 (38:07):
Like nutrition is at the foundation of most of the
leading sicknesses in the United States, like art health, nutrition
can help, you know, like diabetes, nutrition can help, like obesity,
nutrition is the solution, Like how does insurance not cover
a nutritionist? And then she was also like, well, let's
not even get into moms. Like, you know, pelvic floor
(38:28):
health is one of the biggest issues that moms have.
It's one of you know, a pelvic health pro can
help you even to speed up delivery, to make it,
you know, to make you more prepared, to strengthen the
body whatever, blah blah blah.
Speaker 3 (38:42):
Also not covered by insurance.
Speaker 1 (38:43):
And I was like, you know, and so these are
systems that are put in place so that we are
disempowered from being covered and couraged to do the things
that are best for our health, so that it's just
becomes like that's cle of Well, if we don't teach
the moms how to do birth naturally the best way,
(39:04):
then see section is going to be the thing, right,
Like it's most likely what's going to happen. It's also
the most profitable go figure, right. And same thing with nutrition,
like if we don't necessarily like support that process, well
let them keep eating the fast food and that feeds
the beast.
Speaker 3 (39:17):
Right.
Speaker 1 (39:18):
And so you guys are truly revolutionizing the pharmaceutical world.
Speaker 3 (39:22):
It really is a revolution.
Speaker 1 (39:23):
I feel like the more people that learn about code,
the more that you guys are I don't want to
use the word, but you truly are a danger to
the pharmaceutical world.
Speaker 3 (39:31):
And so how are you guys prepared to.
Speaker 1 (39:37):
Or how are you guys feeling about being that revolutionary
movement in spaces against you know, organizations like that.
Speaker 4 (39:45):
You know, Gigi, We're not a threat to anybody. Really,
there are always going to be two paths, and people
will choose which path they want to go on. Now,
what's happening in is the current system. People are waking
up and realizing that it is a sick care system
(40:07):
but for people, and the numbers are increasing each day.
Now we live in this age of information. Now we're
coming in, timelines are shifting, people are waking up. We've
got people like Robert Kennedy and the Maha movement that
are making a big difference, really shedding light on what's
(40:27):
wrong with the system. And I think that what you'll
find is certain people that are stuck in their ways
and in their thoughts will stay with the system that's broken.
But the people that are looking to open their hearts,
lead with light, get back to nature, reconnect with their
inner divine self and their intuition, and that part of
(40:50):
that is what you eat. It is what you put
on or in your body. And so when you start
recognizing where you're failing yourself and small make small, incre
mental changes each day, then the numbers start to shift.
And now we have more and more people where those
numbers are shifting. So what I would like to think
(41:10):
and that the space that I hold and the intention
that I hold is that look, I'm not an insurance specialist,
but there will be a company that will come out
as an insurance company and they will cover alternative, complementary
and alternative medical procedures. That has to happen. That's part
of the puzzle. Democratization is a huge piece. People want truth,
(41:34):
people want transparency, and people want to be in control
of their own body, mind and spirit and their records
and everything else. And in doing that, we're also taking
on that responsibility instead of passing it off to the
government or the insurance company or even healthcare professionals that
(41:57):
are doing their best but are also confined to that system.
So I think there's always going to be two roads,
and each individual has a right to choose which path
they're going to walk.
Speaker 5 (42:09):
You know, there actually already is insurance that does this.
It's the HSA and FSA the Health Savings Account, and
there are many corporations that bring this into their for
their employees and people that use HSA and FSA. You'll
(42:30):
start to see even on Amazon some products are HSA
FSA eligible. And what that means is you have this
credit that you can use whatever it is based on
your program that you're in, and you can start using
it on things that are qualified that wouldn't otherwise be qualified.
And we are proud to say that Code Health is
(42:54):
HSA and FSA eligible.
Speaker 4 (42:58):
We just got approved about two months ago.
Speaker 5 (43:01):
We have not yet made a very big announcement about it,
but it is a way that you can pay for
Code Health. So right now, if we had started code
five years ago, I don't think that we would be
able to talk about code the way that we talk
(43:22):
about it and people would be as receptive as they.
Speaker 3 (43:25):
Are right now.
Speaker 5 (43:26):
We are in right now such a shift of the
way that people are thinking about themselves, health wellness and
their family.
Speaker 2 (43:36):
And when we.
Speaker 5 (43:37):
Created the Code Kit, it really was intended as the
modern medicine cabinet, this alternative to over the counter prescription medications.
And the moms are really the ones that are the
decision makers for the families. So those mothers, whether they're
just a full time mom, stay at home mom, or
(44:00):
an entrepreneur, like you know, I was a businesswoman bringing
my children up.
Speaker 3 (44:05):
Oh my gosh, Gigi.
Speaker 2 (44:06):
If I had.
Speaker 5 (44:07):
Code calm, I would have handled things so differently.
Speaker 2 (44:12):
And if I had this new.
Speaker 5 (44:16):
Modern medicine cabinet, I don't think that I would have
chosen these over the counter or prescription medications for my children.
But again, I didn't know that there was a choice
people back when I was, you know, a new mom,
anybody that was thinking in terms of all of these natural,
(44:36):
out of the way things, you know, they were wo
wo or they were you know, spiritually different.
Speaker 2 (44:42):
Now that's me and that's the greatest part.
Speaker 5 (44:46):
Like I am one of those people, right and this
woman that's you know, in the frame right next to
me is the one that actually taught me this. And
it is never too late because there are so many
things that are part of our world today that we're
not part of our world even five years ago, ten
(45:07):
years ago. So the stressors that we all have daily stressors,
but also the environmental toxins that we are all dealing
with are so different. So we're contending with a lot
of things just emf just that alone, you know. So
(45:28):
we're so excited that we are bringing Code to the
world today and nothing happens coincidentally, it's all orchestrated, you know.
So it's it's quite amazing the journey of what even
brought me to Tampa, and being in Tampa, I never
would have met Lisa had I not had the journey
(45:51):
that I had to move from the east.
Speaker 3 (45:53):
Coast of Florida to the West coast of Florida. And
here we are.
Speaker 2 (45:58):
Changing the world. I love it. I love I love
what you guys are doing.
Speaker 1 (46:02):
I'm so excited to continue to walk beside you in
this beautiful journey and to continue to support your growth
because you guys really are a phenomenal product. And so
in the show notes, you guys can find the links
