I think he got these guys inthis group of guys to a certain

start to tune coaches out sometimes andthey're not listening and they're not responding.
It's like been there, hurt,this, hurt, this speech a million
times. And you know, whetherit's a conscious thing or a subconscious thing,
I don't know, but I thinkthat's the that's the point A lot
of players were with money. Sono, I totally agree with you.
What would be the number one issueyou think of all the issues that you

kind of so you just spoke aboutand wrote about it, what's the number
one? I think number one wasbeing not being ready to play in elimination
games and consecutive years getting getting blownout at home, you know, against
the Mavericks a year ago, beingdown know what, forty two points in
the first first half against that teamand losing by thirty. And then last

(23:06):
week, you know, basically thesame thing, barely being able to score
in the second quarter and you know, you're you're down by you're down by
thirty and the second half it's justnot competitive. And I get that.
You know, Chris Paul wasn't playingand DeAndre Eighton wasn't playing, but you
know, you can see that theeffort wasn't there. Defensively, it wasn't
a cohesive group. Um. Youknow, I think you've got to be

better than that. And especially inelimination games at home, it's it's embarrassing.
And you know, owners don't liketo be embarrassed. And Sons have
a new owner, Matt Shba,who's you know, anxious to push his
own stamp on the organization and youknow, and that's that's what he's doing
by making this change. Well Iwanted it to go there. Do you
think this change happens if Robert Sarveris still the owner? Uh? Probably

not? Probably not. You know, I think I think Manishby has taken
this organization in a different direction.You know, it's multiple reports have said
he was the driving force behind theKevin Durant trade. I don't know if
general manager James Jones, left tohis own devices, if he would make
that kind of deal. He's hisnerves over the years with the Sons have

been more on the side of,hey, I'm going to create a balanced
roster with a which a bunch ofa bunch of guys who can do different
things, and you know, andhave a deeper team and in a sohat
younger team, so you know,probably probably not, you know, And
I also think, you know,what contributed maybe to Monty Williams being shown
the door was you know, theinability to reach DeAndre Ayton and to get

him to be a better player.You know, I think he had.
DeAndre had shown progress in each ofthe years under Monty, and this year
it was a regression. And especiallywhen Durant came to town. It's it's
like beca more of an afterthought thanhe'd ever been before. I mean,
they never ran place for him.His going to be after a pick and

roll and you know, sort ofgoing to the basket. If Chris Paul
read it, read it that way, and you know, a lot of
that falls on DeAndre eight and two. I don't know if any coach is
going to be able to reach andhe's just up and down and you know,
and after five years in the league, I think you you kind of
are what you are so but butI you know, I think that was
that was definitely part of uh HPMdeciding there needed to be a coaching change.

Yeah, no question. I agreetotally with with with Joshua. He
was only here for a few monthsand we saw that he rarely got up
for games. That was his criticismhere in twenty seventeen when he was here.
Nothing's really changed. In fact,it should be a party played more
defense on a big man against youthan I just had to say that that

was you that right sport or somethingwell you don't do. I think some
of the tuck was either either it'sgoing to be Monkey Leavid or Aden leaving.
Do you think eyten and Chris paulstyI think it's I think Eyton will
be gone. I think they'll finda way to deal him and they'll they'll
trade him and he'll be gone.Chris Paul, It's it's up in the

air. I mean, it's ait's a very top heavy team. There's
not a lot of depth there.I don't know who they would play at
the point if they you know,traded Chris Paul and you know, a
salary is still thirty something million,but only half of it is guaranteed,

run this back another year and think, Okay, if we get Chris Paul,
Durant and Devin Brooker time to worktogether, you know, we're still
in a championship contender. I thinkthat's debatable when you look at the rest
of the roster because you know,their lack of their lack of depth was
really startling um in the series andagainst you know, and against the Nuggets.

So it's a roster that really needsa lot of help, and James
Jones doesn't have a lot of toolswith which to do it. And I
don't know that his job is safeeither. You know, he's he's also
you know, hired by Robert Sarverand and ah. By the way,
Isaiah Thomas has been hanging around mattIshbia and all a lot range sitting next
you mc games, et cetera isinsistent that Thomas isn't going to be part

of the organization. But you know, you'd be naive to think that Ishpa
is not listening to Isaiah Thomas andthat that's that scares a lot of sunstand
because they look at Isaiah Thomas's careerafter as playing days and you know,
there's been basically failure everywhere. Yeah, without question. Um, I was

family court under Hawaii law. Therecords and files and gennal cases are sealed

quickly with no admissions of guilt,so he could focus on his academic and

attorney in the in the lawsuit againstJade de Lawyer said that he and the

lawyer saying no, he did not. So somebody is either incorrect or just
flat outline, right, I mean, that's we have to conclude from that,
right. So, um, youknow the question we had is you
know, the only way you're goingto settle this, the only way will
know as if the junal court recordsare released. And so one of our

legal experts said, at least inArizona, and they think that the same
applies in Hawaii. That you cannotget into juvenal court record filed. You
cannot get into jingal court files withoutthe express written order of the court.
You would need to file a petitionidentifying the documents you're seeking, the reason

the documents are material to whatever taskyou are pursuing, signing the legal authority
that supersedes the court order or statutesealing of the documents. So I'm actually
saying, even if all the partiesagreed or unseal the documents, the courts
still have you stop to petition thecourt, and the court has to say
okay, which is unlikely to happen, and says it is not easy to
unseal documents, especially juvenile court.But it's okay for them to talk about

it. Well, according to theaccording to the statement from Dolores attorney,
they're not he said, but hejust denied that they plied guilty. They're
talking about it, right, hesaid what he said? How we're unable
to release details of the cage?He sails, yes, but they're still

next question I've asked for our guys. So how much can you talk about
documents that have been sealed? Sayingone party is saying guilty, which he's
not supposed to say, and thisparty is saying not guilty, which he's

about it, right, right,So what can you what can you say?

that nobody can go into the fileand verify that. You know, so
some who who's saying something because theyknow that the actual information can't come out

not believe guilty, there's still gonnabe people out say, you're gonna believe
that, I know, very unfortunatethat's admitted that he committed this sexual assault,

day of you know, social media, where everybody's got a platform and whatnot.

alleged victim, you know, putsomething out and now there's a certain segment
of people who are going to believethat no matter what. Yeah, but
then you know, then you youyou you pile on top that Dolaura settled
with with the girl, gave herwhatever money he had to give her.
We know was at least forty thoudollars because it was the lawsuit was handled

at a level of the court thatdoesn't handle cases for less than forty thousand
dollars, so you know, wasat least that um And you know,
people say, well, why didhe get rid of that if he didn't
do it, you know, andhow many times have people done that?
You know, I just want thisto go away and here's money and go
