Speaker 1 (00:00):
First Date follow Up powered by the Advocates Injury Attorneys
online at advocates dot com.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Thomas is on the phone today for a first date
follow up and he's getting ghosted by a woman named Nanny.
So in a few minutes we'll call her and see
if she'll tell us why she's ghosting him and maybe
get him another date. But first, Thomas, what's up man?
How long has it been since you talked to Nanny?

Speaker 3 (00:19):
I spent a couple of days some texts, no reply.

Speaker 4 (00:23):
Okay, you sound bummed.

Speaker 5 (00:24):
I really thought I.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
Nailed this date. I thought this was the best date
I ever made.

Speaker 4 (00:28):
Oh okay, well, why don't you tell us about the date? Then?

Speaker 6 (00:32):
Well, we went to this night market. You know, it
was just like pop up, mainstream thing, lots of food
vendors and like you know, street our performers.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
That kind of stuff. And you know, it's actually a
lot more fun than I thought it was gonna be.
The honest, She's taking pictures.

Speaker 6 (00:49):
The whole time and like seeing that you have a
good time, Like this is like a total like Instagram
little date, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
Okay, so is she like an flinter or something?

Speaker 3 (01:01):
No, she's an insurance but like she's business insurance. I'm
actually trying.

Speaker 6 (01:07):
To start my own business this year, So I was,
you know, hell interested in all her insurance knowledge.

Speaker 4 (01:12):
You know, did you guys, I don't know, get close
and flirty, Like how did that vibe feel outside of
the instagrammable moments?

Speaker 3 (01:20):
I mean I thought so, I mean, she's crazy.

Speaker 6 (01:25):
I you know, I was still into her, like mega,
Like I could look at this girl for a decade.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
I thought she was feeling the same without me.

Speaker 6 (01:36):
You know, maybe I don't know, maybe shouldn't get my
humor or something, or the clothes weren't right.

Speaker 5 (01:43):
I don't really know what it was.

Speaker 4 (01:45):
So that was like the conversations during the date.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
I mean, you know, I kept making jokes, and I
think she thought she was. She was like laughing on
the inside. You know, she's not a big laugher, but
like the inside, I'm talking at her job becaus like
I'm saying, I'm trying to start this business next year,
and like she's in business insurance. I had a lot
of questions, and I thought we were having a good report.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
Going, you know, Okay, did anything happen that was kind
of awkward? On the date other than talking about business
the whole.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Time, So maybe some of my jokes were over herhead.
There was there was one thing.

Speaker 4 (02:24):
It was bad. You know.

Speaker 3 (02:27):
I don't want I don't want to talk about on
the radio. I'm just gonna hope it wasn't that thing.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
You don't want to talk about what it was. But
it's a safe place, Thomas. Well, I mean, let us
be the judge with it.

Speaker 3 (02:39):
I just I just I don't want to talk about it.

Speaker 4 (02:42):
Whatever that makes me feel like it's that.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
Yeah, I don't know, it's it's hard to I just
don't want to talk about it. I don't think it
was that. It could have been that whatever.

Speaker 5 (02:53):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
Okay, can you just do this for us, Thomas, Like,
was it perverted? Wasn't funny? Is it awkward?

Speaker 3 (03:02):
No, it was just it was the thing that just happened.
It could happen anyway. Don't let's move on. I don't
want to talk about.

Speaker 4 (03:09):
It, peer post. I know now my head's going to
a lot of the censor us that Dan, he's your pain.

Speaker 3 (03:15):
I did not see my pants.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
Okay, A pause on that. Maybe you did. All right, Well,
we'll try to figure it out.

Speaker 5 (03:21):
For you.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
Then we'll play a song come back, and then call
her and see if to tell us why she's ghosting.

Speaker 4 (03:24):
You and maybe get you another data.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
Right, let's do this, Okay, we'll play a song, come
back and get your first date follow up, next first.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Date follow up powered by the Advocates Injury Attorneys online
at advocatesla dot com.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
Right in the middle of your first date follow up
if you're just joining us, Thomas is on the phone
and he's getting ghosted by Nanni. We're about to call
her and see if to tell us why she's ghosting him.
But first, Thomas, why don't you refresh everybody's memory on
your situation.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
We had a good.

Speaker 6 (03:51):
Date at the night market, you know, taking pictures, a
little time, having a good.

Speaker 3 (03:56):
Time at oh we were connecting beautiful boy and Nanni,
and I don't know why she goes to me. Okay,
there's one thing I think it.

Speaker 6 (04:06):
Could be, and if it's that, then whatever, But I
don't I'm hoping it's not that thing and something else
and maybe we can work through this.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
I don't want to talk about it, so it makes
us feel like it is that thing. Yeah, you said
it was bad.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
If you knew you'd understand it's a story, but I
forget who said it.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Okay, well maybe she'll tell us then we'll see. All right,
you're ready for us to call her, let's do it. Okay,
here we go. Hell, Hi, miss Victani please here there?

Speaker 4 (04:53):
Hey, how are you?

Speaker 2 (04:54):
My name is Jubel. I'm calling from a radio show.
It's called the Jubil Show.

Speaker 4 (04:56):

In and Ntoria? How are you? Hi? Hi?

Speaker 3 (05:02):

Speaker 5 (05:02):

Speaker 4 (05:03):
Have you ever listened to the show before?

Speaker 5 (05:05):
Yeah? Yeah, I listened before.

Speaker 4 (05:07):
Have you ever heard a first date follow up before?

Speaker 5 (05:10):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (05:10):
God?

Speaker 5 (05:11):
Yeah, yeah, I actually have great?

Speaker 4 (05:14):
Would you like to be on one?

Speaker 5 (05:16):
Yeah? Okay, yeah, I guess I should have sawn this coming.

Speaker 4 (05:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (05:22):
Sure.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
You're ghosting somebody and they emailed us because they want
to know why you're ghosting them.

Speaker 4 (05:30):
Do you know who it is?

Speaker 5 (05:34):
I mean it has to be Thomas, Yes.

Speaker 2 (05:37):
It is, You got it right? Do you mind telling
us about Thomas, like why you're ghosting him?

Speaker 5 (05:42):
Uh? Okay, here you okay? Some of his greatest hits.
The first thing he said to me, he said, oh damn,
you're hotter than the internet, which was flattering but like
a lot.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
Kind of funny. Let's hear more. That's okay.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
He commented on my shoes four times, even to the
point of asking me if I needed to take them off,
which reminded me of like, I don't know, like a teacher,
a parent, I don't know. It was like to leave
my shoes alone. It was a lot. He was like
tall enough, like it should have mattered. I thought, like
maybe that who cares? He's so much attention in my shoes,

(06:25):
Like it was a lot.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
Does he have like a hoot fetish?

Speaker 5 (06:29):
Oh my god, I didn't even think of that.

Speaker 4 (06:32):
I mean, you're trying to get somebody's shoes off real quick.
That tells me about that.

Speaker 5 (06:36):
Oh no. So he also just carried on and on
and on about this new business, like let's not get ourselves.

Speaker 3 (06:44):
This dude's not starting a business, like okay, and then.

Speaker 5 (06:48):
Okay, About thirty four and fifty seven times throughout the
night he commented on the other women at the market.
They they weren't nearly as hot as I was, and
like I started to get a little like embarrassed. It
was embarrassing, so like it was gross honestly. So no,
dude's not it.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
I mean that can definitely be a little awkward. I
feel like saying they're hotter than you.

Speaker 6 (07:12):
Sure, oh he wasn't because I farted on you at all?

Speaker 5 (07:18):
What? Oh my god, are you period? I got cut
that cut that.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
No, don't use that.

Speaker 2 (07:23):
Thomas is actually on the phone listening and wants to
talk to you. We can't cut it now, Thomas, you
said it. I guess you cut it that night too.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
Cut that punt, Cut that punt. I don't get out there.

Speaker 5 (07:33):
I wasn't even going to bring that up, but like,
yeah he did far like on you though.

Speaker 4 (07:40):
How did that happen?

Speaker 5 (07:42):
It was like it wasn't I got my shoes. Yeah,
he gets really excited about feet apparently.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
Okay, this is confusing. So you asked her to take
off your shoes and then.

Speaker 3 (07:55):
You were nice shoes. We all know nice shoes. He uncomfortable.
I was trying to be courteous.

Speaker 4 (08:00):
Okay, how did you fart on her? I'm back over,
I just come on, we don't got to talk about that.

Speaker 3 (08:08):
Come on, it happened to me, so that was the
best one.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
But that wasn't the reason.

Speaker 3 (08:14):
Yeah, I mean that's one of the reasons.

Speaker 5 (08:18):
One of the reasons.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
Yeah, I know, I mean you were embarrassed.

Speaker 5 (08:21):
You know.

Speaker 4 (08:21):
It didn't help his cause.

Speaker 6 (08:23):
Yes, no, I can't control them whatever, I guess whatever.

Speaker 3 (08:28):
Look, I was complimenting you though. I was just trying
to make you feel you know, seen and secure. I mean,
if it wasn't the art thing, I mean, come on.

Speaker 5 (08:40):
You you you definitely made me feel seen. It was.
It was a lot like this one of other women, Like,
I think they heard you saying that I was hotter
than them, and that's like embarrassing. Brow that. How is
that embarrassing?

Speaker 3 (08:52):
You're hot, you guys. People don't get embarrassed. They're hot.

Speaker 4 (08:59):
Now, he would you like another date with Thomas? Will
pay for it?

Speaker 1 (09:02):
Uh?

Speaker 5 (09:02):
No, I'm good.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
Thanks, though, they'll pay for it.

Speaker 4 (09:07):
Yeah, we'll pay for it. Thanks, Thomas. I'll probably tell
you you're hot again.

Speaker 5 (09:11):
You guys, theft was bad, Like, no, yeah, I really
want to go out again.

Speaker 3 (09:18):
But just you don't know this. I always think you're hot.
If you want to go on a date with someone
who says you're hot, I'm here because I think you're hot.

Speaker 5 (09:29):
Thank thank I appreciate that. Thomas thinks.
