Speaker 1 (00:16):
Welcome to Healing Begins. My name is Pastor Gail, and
I have with me.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
Hi, Pastor Gail. Hi, everybody, This is Stephanie Butler. It's
good to be with you.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
Yes, Stephanie's going to be on a lot of programs
with me. This will be great till today or this morning.
We're going to talk about conquering your mountain. And you
might say, what do you mean? Well, to me, the
mountain is a circumstance you're facing that you don't see
any way you can get through. And Jesus spoke about
how to conquer mountains, and we're going to talk about
(00:46):
that a little bit today. But before I do, I
just think we're going to take a pause and listen
to some music by Steve Swanson. You will really love him.
I love Steve, I know him personally. He gave me
permission to you uses music. So let's take a pause
and let's listen to some Steve Swatson music.
Speaker 3 (01:09):
I'm not curting bad, there's nowhere to go, and no
one can feel their tongue and neibel you.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
Lord, I'm not HEARDing bad.
Speaker 3 (01:30):
There's nowhere to go. Yeah, then no one can feel
this hungering neighbor.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
You Lord, you will.
Speaker 3 (01:43):
Lay hands on the set and they were recovered. We're
gonna see blind eyes open. We're gonna see their fears open.
Right here in the supernatural column. Ride here in the
(02:07):
supernatural column. Resurrection life, resurrection life right here.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
Right down right here, right now. Receive your healing.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
Receive your healing everywhere.
Speaker 1 (02:25):
Hold wow. Yeah, ris rise up, rise.
Speaker 3 (02:39):
Up and comes out of your great come out of
your grain. Rise up, rise up, come down of your grain.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
Rise up, rise up, come down of your.
Speaker 3 (02:51):
Grain, rise up, rides up, come down of your breath rides.
Speaker 1 (02:58):
Wasn't that great? I just Steve. I mean sometime when
he's in Holland, I'm going to tell you again, because
he comes in and he does a worship set, the
whole services worship. He'll do that at night, and then
he'll sing the Song of the Lord. Yeah, and I
just love it. Have you met Steve? I have. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (03:15):
He comes down to Barbiota's church quite a bit over
at Chicaano, so we get to see him often there
and we just enjoy that song of the Lord. Whatever
God saying he's singing it, you know that.
Speaker 1 (03:25):
Is really whatever God's saying. He's singing it. You know,
there's nothing like music to get you through a mountain
that's true, that stands in your way. Music can be
a great help. So I've chosen a scripture for this
that I thought might be helpful. Now it's interesting Thanksgiving.
The day after Thanksgiving, I was in our per time,
(03:46):
and all of a sudden, out of nowhere, my phone
began playing. Pastor Jesse duplanis preaching on this scripture out
of where popped though I do have a zapp on
my phone Classic, but out of no sorry, he's popping up,
preaching on Mark chapter eleven, verses twenty three through twenty five.
And this is about speaking to your mountains. So Stephanie,
(04:09):
I'm gonna let you read that if you would absolutely
and just read it slow and take your time with it.
Speaker 4 (04:15):
For verily I say unto you that whosoever shall say
unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast
into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart,
but shall believe that those things which he saith shall
come to pass. He shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore,
(04:40):
I say unto you, what things soever you desire when
you pray, believe that you receive them, and ye shall
have them. And when ye stand praying forgive if ye
have aught against any that your Father also, which is
(05:01):
in Heaven, may forgive you your trespasses.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
Stephanie, this reminds me of a story I heard. Now.
I can't tell you what country was in This was
a Christian community in a country that wasn't Christian and
they didn't like Christians and they were going through killing
the Christians. And the military commander came to this city
and outside of the city there was a mountain and
(05:25):
the commander said, we're coming back tomorrow and if that
mountain is flat, your city is going to be spared.
So the city got together and they chose the best
prayer boyer they thought they had to pray, and they
began speaking to the mountain. Well, in the middle of
the night, there was a major earthquake and the next
(05:46):
day the mountain was flat. Our God, and the military
commander came back and he goes, wow, that mountain's flat.
So he didn't they didn't kill him, they didn't destroy it.
They found a slate or through ourchaeology too, that that
mountain had been totally leveled through that earthquake. He might say, well,
what a coincidence. No, I don't think. But when I
(06:08):
think of this, he starts alling. He goes barely. I say,
unto you, whoever shall say to this mountain. He doesn't
tell us to go around the mountain. He doesn't tell
us to climb the mountain. He doesn't tell us to
go through the mountain.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
Speak.
Speaker 1 (06:21):
He tells us to speak to that mountain, which really
is the circumstance. So I don't don't want you to
go out to Mount Everest and start speaking for that
to be cast into the sea. This is not what
that's talking about. Although I did have an extreme story there,
but start speaking to it. You know, if your mountain
is fear, you can say mountain of fear. It says,
(06:44):
God has not given me a spirit of fear, but power,
love and a sound mind. And the Bible says, if
I speak to you and believe, you have to be removed.
Now the key is this, You got to keep speaking,
because sometimes we speak once that it's not removed. Then
we say, well, I guess that didn't work. So we
speak to our mountain a week and it's not removing.
(07:06):
I guess God's not listening to me, but sometimes you
got to keep speaking. It takes time and it's a process.
And I think it's so important because we tried to
go over the mountain, around the mountain, do something to
the mountain, figure out a strategy to do that. And
God never asked you to do that. That was his job.
That's right, to remove the mountain, that's right.
Speaker 4 (07:26):
Yeah, we just agree with what God is saying and
we say that thing and watch it come to pass.
Speaker 2 (07:30):
You got to remember God first showed.
Speaker 4 (07:32):
Up in the world or in creation or with mankind
is elohem.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
Elohem means creator God. And what did he do?
Speaker 4 (07:40):
He spoke the world in two existence. He spoke and
there was light in the darkness. He spoke and separated
the land and the waters. And we're creating in his image.
You're created in his image, and he created us in
such a way that when we speak, things happen. That's
why if we talk about our problems over and over
and over again and everything that's going wrong, a lot
(08:02):
of times the problems increase. And that's why the enemy
will try to get in your head because he actually
has to have your agreement to bring something to pass
in your life.
Speaker 2 (08:12):
But if you do exactly.
Speaker 4 (08:13):
What Pastor Gail's talking about, and you get a promise
from the Lord, and you speak that thing that you
want to see come to pass that aligns with God's
word love, peace, joy, patience, kindness, self control, provision, blessing, right, wholeness,
chalom in.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
Every area of your life.
Speaker 4 (08:32):
Those things must shift because God is in you and
you are created in His image.
Speaker 1 (08:38):
So obviously we quoted this out of the King James
version of the Bible. But he says, he says, and
this is a thing, Well, you shall believe that those
things what you say shall come to pass. What are
the things you're believing for? Jesse talked about this, and
I thought it was so good. What are the things
that you are believing for? What are the things? And
(09:00):
Jesse always says, it is not yours to pay for,
it's yours to believe for, and it's God's to pay for. Right,
And so maybe you've given up.
Speaker 4 (09:12):
I know my.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
Grandma prayed for me to come back to God for
five years. She kept she irritated me death. She kept
speaking over my life, speaking into my life even when
I didn't want to hear it. And she was constantly
in prayer, for I was her last mission that I
would come back and be in the ministry and fulfill
(09:34):
God's plan. And maybe you do have a wayward son
or a daughter out there, don't give up on them. Never,
never give up, because it says Proverbs eleven twenty one,
the seed of the righteous shall be delivered. So what
are the things you're believing for? Maybe it's debt to
be removed. Oh, this here's a great story. I gotta
share this with you.
Speaker 2 (09:53):
I've got a great story of recent one.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
Okay, I got a recent one I'll share. Okay. So
this was on day after Thanksgiving I wrote the scripture.
I decided to go to the Double Tree Hotel again.
The Double Tree just go down and they got this
really nice quiet area and you can get a soda
if you want to sit there. And a girl came.
She waited on me, and she said what are you doing.
(10:18):
I said, well, I'm just spending time to meditate on something.
She goes, what, I go, you want me to read
it to you? She goes yeah, And I began to
read that scripture to her and she began crying. She goes, oh,
my gosh, I can't believe it. I am believe. She goes,
I am believing for a car. Wow, And she goes,
I cannot believe. You're sitting here. You might say, what
(10:41):
a coincidence. I say, God, you might think that that's
a coincidence. And then I had to give money away.
What do you mean? Well, I had to sew a
seed a kid that needs a car, was a single
parent in need. And so I thought, well, God, you're
so good. And I was believing for things, and little
(11:02):
did I know that she was believing for things. That
I got to say, probably there's a lot of people
believing for things. What's your story? Stuff in it?
Speaker 4 (11:10):
Yeah, so within even the last thirty days after I
told share my story on one of the previous podcasts,
right about the divorce and all that. And so I
have this house mortgage, and I've just been talking to
Lord Lord. I only want to work this many days
a week, I make this much money. I need you
to pay off my house. I said, I know you
love me, you said, he bula, I'm married to the Lord,
(11:30):
so I need you to be my husband and pay
off my house like I need your help. And I
had complete and absolute rest with it. But I kid
you not. Within two weeks, somebody called me and said,
God told me to pay.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
Off your house.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (11:42):
They literally just paid it off last week.
Speaker 1 (11:45):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (11:46):
So completely debt free.
Speaker 4 (11:48):
Now.
Speaker 2 (11:48):
I got some other things, you know, I'm working.
Speaker 4 (11:50):
Down, but completely and absolutely debt free.
Speaker 1 (11:53):
That was a real key, wasn't it.
Speaker 2 (11:55):
Yes it was.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
There's a key hanging on the wall by her, and
she bumped it when she was I had something similar
happened where I thought we were going to go under
and I didn't see any way out. We were given,
we were tithing, we're doing other things right. And the
next day God called God spoke to somebody in a dream,
(12:16):
and he called me on the phone and he said,
the Lord told me to come over and take care
of the debt that you're suffering from. God told me
to help you. And I'm like what he did, And
he came over the next day. He had a check
book between the seat of his car, and he took
care of the extra debt. I mean, you know what's
interesting here. Now Some people might say, well, you guys
(12:39):
are pretty special to God. No, no, that's not true. Dog.
We're everybody's special to God. We're just just like you.
The only difference is we're on the radio, we're in
the ministry, and we've got a subject that we feel
that to talk about. That's the only difference is so
God really prepared. I don't know why I'm seeing them
(13:00):
out and Crazy Horse. When I went to South Dakota,
there was a mountain. Now the first time, someone said
they're building an Indian chief on that mountain. And I
went by that Crazy Horse mountain. I gotta be honest,
I didn't see Crazy Horse. I thought they were crazy.
Speaker 3 (13:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
But thirty years later I went back again with my
Indian mom and dad and they took me in and
there was a very distinct image of crazy Horse riding
his horse with a bow and all that, and how
that guy had chipped away at all that stone to
bring out that beautiful image. The reason the Lord has
given to me this right now. Someone you're going through something,
(13:40):
or you've went through some things, and God's chipping away
at some things. He's removing some things from your life
because he sees something very beautiful in you. He sees
a masterpiece in you that he wants to bring out.
I couldn't see the first one I looked at Crazy Horse.
I don't know. I said, guys, I don't see no
Indian in that mountain. I mean, I got a need
and help with that one. I don't see no Indian
(14:02):
in that mountain. But you know what, that guy knew
what he was looking at when he looked at that mountain.
And God knows what he's doing when he's working in
our lives. And the Bible says that we're a blessed
when we go through the trials of many kinds, and
I'm like, man, i'd like to I don't feel that
way when I'm going through a trial. But we have
to keep that right attitude.
Speaker 2 (14:21):
Yeah, we definitely do.
Speaker 4 (14:22):
And I think for me in my situation getting that miracle,
I had to work through some of my heart issues first,
right Like that verse also says at the end, if
you have aught against anybody, forgive them. So I was
in this situation because of the divorce and all the
things that had happened, and I had to lay that
before the Lord and say, you know what, God, you
really are still good and I'm going to trust you
because I'm here. That means You're going to have to
(14:43):
take care of this because I don't have the wherewithal
to do it.
Speaker 2 (14:46):
So if you give me exstruction to do something, obviously
I'll do it. But I don't. So can you just
be my husband? Can you just be my father?
Speaker 4 (14:52):
And I know if my daddy was here and he
was alive, he would take care of if he had
the money to do that. I know if I had
a husband that loved me, he would take care of it.
And he would do that because that's what they do.
That's what love does. And the same thing that God
did for me, he'll do for you because he loves
you too. And it's just you need to know that
that's true so that you can pray in that way
and see it come to pass in your life as well.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
It's not something you have to work up.
Speaker 1 (15:16):
You know. There's a I have a friend in Costa
Rica and santels Hey. Her name is Michelle Sopreto, and
she prays with her pastor for me all the time.
And she said, well, Gail, what do you need? And
I with Sharon. She looks at me and she goes, well,
you know you have a good father. You know you
(15:36):
know you have a good father. It's more about the
way she says it to me or one time she
gave me work. She goes walk straight, walk straight ahead,
and I'm like, wow, yeah, because she's she normally speaks Spanish,
not English, and she's given me the words that are different.
She always says, you know, after all, you got a
good father. And that church threw me at Christmas party
(15:59):
and Costa Rica this year. You know, I got a
cake with my face on it. I never had a
cake with my face on it. They sang me a
Spanish happy birthday, saw it, and then they sang me
another song on top of that, a song of blessing.
I didn't understand a word of it, but it was
like being treated like a good father. And some people
(16:21):
feel like, you know, you don't know my circumstances of
my birth. I don't need to, because you know what,
your earthly father may have not been good to you,
but your heavenly father loves you. And the problem is
many times people have a hard time because they put
on God what they saw on the earth they fathered. Yeah,
and that's not the way it is. And so you
(16:41):
have a good father that wants to provide for you,
he wants to take care of you, he wants to
bring healing into your life, Isaiah forty one thirteen out
of the Lord will take you by the right hand
and we'll walk with you.
Speaker 2 (16:55):
Amen. I was just thinking about have you ever read
the Love Letter from the Father.
Speaker 4 (17:02):
It's online. We'll have to read it sometime over the
air for the people, but it says it talks about
being misrepresented.
Speaker 2 (17:08):
It talks about I'm not I am not like your
earthly father.
Speaker 4 (17:11):
I'm different. I've numbered the hairs on your head. I
was there when you were hurting. I was there when
you were crying out to me. I saw you in
your desperation. I saw you in the celebrating, you know,
in your celebration. And God sees you right now, and
he knows that mountain that you need help with, and
he is love. He does not change. The scripture says
(17:33):
God is love, so he can be nothing but who
he is, and that is love. So if you call
on him right now for whatever that mountain is, and
ask him to intervene, just because he loves you, not
because you're performing, not because you're doing something for him,
not because you're on some radio show like we are,
but just because he loves you, he's going to answer,
and he's going to reveal himself to you and show
(17:54):
himself good.
Speaker 1 (17:57):
You know, our words have great power. At Joe two
twenty eight says thou shalt decree a thing, and this
shall be established unto thee, and the lights shall shine
upon thy ways. And so right now, I'm just gonna
ask Stephanie to lift up a prayer and to speak
to some of the mountains as you feel that people
are facing.
Speaker 4 (18:15):
So, Father, we asked that you would right now be
a father and be a husband to all the widows
out there, or widowers those individuals who have broken relationships
and are in places of mortgage debt or tax debt,
or credit card debt, or debt with rent, or debt
with utility bills, And I ask for a miraculous, supernatural
(18:37):
answer to their prayers that those debts would be paid
off that are hindering them from moving forward into the
fullness of who you created them to be, that are
hindering them from operating in a healthy family dynamic. In
Jesus' name, Father, we speak to the mountain of.
Speaker 2 (18:54):
Else.
Speaker 4 (18:55):
Lord, I don't know why I am seeing anger actually
as strangers as that sounds, so I actually see I'm
hearing anger. So someone's just like, I can't get over this.
I don't know how to forgive, I don't know how
to stop being angry. It's almost like a spirit of rage.
We speak to that spirit of rage and that spirit
of anger, and we bind you in the name of
Jesus Christ. So we command you to be cast out
along with all spirits of trauma, along with all emotions
(19:18):
stuck in the real pathways, and to go to the
cross of the True Lord Jesus Christ, and never return
to that person and holy spirit. I asked you would
fill that place where they're at now, that you would
wash over them with your overcomers anointing and with your
joy and with your peace and with your love, that
you would comfort every area where they were hurt and
(19:39):
harmed and wronged and unjustly, and that you would give
them hope again, open their eyes, that they could see
the hope that you have for them, that they can
move into the fullness of the thing that you're appointing
them to do.
Speaker 1 (19:53):
In Jesus' name, Lord, we speak to the mountain of debt,
command you to be removed. We speak to the mountain
of depression and command you to go and we just
decree over people, peace, hope and a good future that
you have for them. Lord Lord, you know the mountains,
(20:15):
there are so many. We could speak that. We speak
to the mountain of mental torment, and we use the
words of Jesus that we say peace, yes, Peace still yes,
in the name of Jesus. In the name of.
Speaker 2 (20:28):
Jesus, you said that, and I heard.
Speaker 4 (20:30):
We speak to the mountain of death that's trying to
come onto someone. That spirit of death. We say, the
Lord rebuke you. We command you to leave them now.
We say you shall live and you shall not die.
That God has good plans for you to prosper you
and to give you hope in the future, and your
time has.
Speaker 2 (20:44):
Not yet come.
Speaker 4 (20:46):
We speak to the mountain of sickness or that spirit
of infirmity we commanded to go in the mighty name
of Jesus Christ.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
We say, you have no right to.
Speaker 4 (20:54):
Come on this person anymore was paid for by the
blood of Jesus and by his broken body. We command
you to go into never return. We speak in place
of the death and the sickness, wholeness, healing, health, zoy
life to every cell, every tissue, and every organ in
their body. Every system in their body. In Jesus name,
(21:14):
we bless them and asked you baptize them in your glory,
from the top of their head to the souls of
their feet.
Speaker 2 (21:19):
In Jesus' name.
Speaker 1 (21:21):
We speak to the mountain where people are feeling like
with the sin they committed, they can never be forgiven. Lord,
that is a lie. We bind the liar in the
name of Jesus, and we quote over you Isaiah one eighteen.
Though your sins be a scarlet, they shall be white
like snow. Though they be red like crimson, they shall
be white like snow. So we speak of that mountain.
(21:44):
And Lord, this thought is coming to my mind. And
what's so wonderful is that our sins are not covered
by the blood. They're actually washed away. Your sins are gone.
And it says in the Book of Isaiah that God
puts our sins behind his back. I know God doesn't
have holy amnesia, but the Bible says that God chooses
(22:07):
not to hold man's sins against them. And I speak
to the mountain of condemnation, where people constantly feel condemned,
that they're unworthy, that they're not good enough, that they're
never going to amount to anything. You know what those are.
Those are all lies. And we speak to those mountains
(22:29):
and we command them to be removed. Because you are
a child of God. You are loved, you are treasured,
you are wanted, you are forgiving, you are cared for.
You're loved and you know. And Jesus left in ninety
nine to look for the one, and maybe you're the
one he's been looking for. And maybe you're not right
with God. Just say, God, I want to get right
with you tonight. Forgive me of my sins. Come into
(22:51):
my heart. I want to live for you, and I
want to be with you, and I want to walk
with you in the name of Jesus. So well, we
got about forty five seconds. Hear any closing thought you
want to give?
Speaker 4 (23:03):
Yeah, I just want to say, be encouraged. And there's
no place you have gone that His blood does not
wash it. When you were talking earlier, I just heard
He removes or sins from us as far.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
As the east is from the west.
Speaker 4 (23:15):
So don't look back, just move forward into this new
place of hope.
Speaker 2 (23:19):
And healing and peace and joy. God has such good
plans for you.
Speaker 1 (23:23):
May the Lord bless you, May He keep you May
He cause his face to shine upon you and give
you peace. May you know that there's no mountain too
big for God, and whatever you're facing, He can take
care of your mountain. Keep speaking to it and don't
give up. Well From Gail and Stephanie.
Speaker 5 (23:45):
