(00:00):
This is a podcast from woor.It is Jesse Kelly Show. Another hour
of The Jesse Kelly Show on aWednesday. We'll get back to the economic
news. I don't know why Igot distracted with this. In case you're
just now joining us, I'll getthe economic news in just a few I'm
telling a story about getting giardia andyou know my parasite life. Why because

(00:24):
Whoopy Goldberg says we all have poopydon't care if he's coop his pants.
I don't care if so let's talkabout that. I'm not going to give
you the backstory. If you missedme doing all the lead up to this,
go download the podcast. iHeart SpotifyiTunes. You'll enjoy it. Now
we're in the mountains. I'm doingmule packing with the Marine Corps and we're

(00:48):
learning how to pack mules. Howdo you pack them safely, that's good
for the animal, take care ofthem, everything else. At the end
of this we have to do afinal exercise where we go into the mountains
with the mules. You pack himup. All your food, all your
water, your weapons, everything youneed goes out of the mule. You
pack it right into the mountains. You go and you're going to I'll just

(01:10):
say camp, you're going to gocamping. You're gonna go camp for four
or five days. So we headoff into the mountains. I'm not leading
this. I'm a very young marineat the time. I think that was
a private first class or a lancecorporal. I was very young. I
was very very young. Yeah,Chris low Down, I was twenty.
I think I was young young. So I'm not in charge of anything.
The guy who is in charge ofthe mule packers, he just because they

(01:36):
put him in charge of the mulepackers, and just because he knew how
to pack mules didn't necessarily mean heknew how to work his way through the
mountains. The mountains can be avery confusing place figuring out where you are.
You can get lost very easily. He gets us lost in the mountains.
Now, I'm not panicking, notworried about it. I've lost my

(01:59):
way in the mountains before. Itcan be a little intimidating, but if
you keep your head on your shoulders, you'll figure out a way out of
there. I'm surrounded by infantry marines. We're gonna be just fine. It's
not a big deal. But Whatis a big deal is we're running out
of food. That's not ideal, but okay, you can get through that.
What is a very very big deal, though, was we're running out

(02:20):
of water. We don't have enoughwater. So I let him know,
hey, we're running out of hewas a sergeant, I'd run him out
of water. I said, hey, sergeant, we're running out of water.
We need to get some water. And he hands me this big these
big water jugs. He said, what's no big deal, Kelly, Just
go fill him up in that streamright there. And you you know,

(02:42):
I you know, I'm gonna voicemy opinion, especially if if it's a
situation that might become dangerous. I'mgonna voice my opinion marine corps or not,
low ranking or not. So Ilet him know, Sergeant, the
stream water, we can't just wecan't just dip these things in there.
Do you have any water purification?Surely you have water purification, because we

(03:02):
can't can't just pull water out ofthe stream and drink it. And he
just abused me up and down, just very no. I know what I'm
doing, Kelly. I think Iknow more than you just destroyed me.
Just go fill up the water.Tanks. Okay, well, look,
it's still the Marines. Doesn't matterhow opinionated I am, it is what

(03:23):
it is. If he doesn't haveany water purification tablets and we're not boiling
anything up here, then okay.So I and me and a couple other
guys who take the jugs down,we feel the jugs up and as we
try to work our way out ofthe mountains, what are we drinking jugs
full of mountain stream water? Nowwe get back, we finish mountain warfare

(03:47):
training, and three or four weekslater, like I said, she already
ellies dormant. We are back intwenty nine palms and it's the summer.
We're doing a field op out inthe field, doing a big shoot,
and we have to hump back tobase. I think it was a ten
mile hump if I remember right. And it's one hundred and twenty degrees outside

(04:10):
already everyone's dreading the hump. Yougot a hump when it's cool out,
it's brutal at one hundred and twentydegrees, when you've been busting your butt
the whole time. Woo, thatcan be a rough hump, right,
You're gonna test your manhood on thathome. I'm doing the shoot. We
have a couple minutes back on ourpacks and it feels like it feels like
I swallowed a bunch of midgets andthey're stabbing me in the stomach. All

(04:33):
of a sudden, when I sayI'm trying to try to put this as
nice as possibooks, I realize somepeople may be heading home to eat dinner
and there are kids listening. It'snot as if I had to go the
normal, oh, I guess Ibetter get home type thing. It was
the you're about to go now whetheryou want to or not, and you

(04:57):
are in physical agony. And soit begins, and I will skip over
all the details. Just know overthe next few hours, in one hundred
and twenty degree heat, I wasin really, really, really bad shape.
It finally got so bad that ourdoc are Corman, He notices that

(05:17):
I look half dead and we're aboutto go on our hump. This is
one of those times in life, and there's been many of these where I
believe God looked out for me.I believe He saved my life, to
be honest with you, because thereis no way I was going to bow
out of this hump. You don'tdo that in the Marines, and you
definitely don't do it in the infantry. I'm too tired, I'm too sick.
Get your freaking pack on and gohome. You can't look like a

(05:40):
woofs in front of your buddies. And so I was gonna throw that pack
on and try. I would havenever made it. What happened from there,
I don't know, but I couldhump pretty well. I was never
going to make that hump. Idon't know if. I don't know if
I would have made a mile.I was never gonna make it. I
had no water left in my body. I had no food left in my
body. My eyes were hollow. My doc pulls me aside and jabs an
IV into me. He said he'dnever seen someone take down an IV bag

(06:05):
that quickly. So I drain it, immediately, pulls it out, jams
another one in there. What Chris? What? Oh? This is before
the sea urch and Chris, anyway, Hey, jam's another IV into me.
I drained that one too, Hey, jams another one. I take
down three ivy bags. In medicalterms, I was drier than a popcorn

(06:30):
fart. I had no water inme. They scramble now they're panicking because
now I'm running a fever. Theythrow me in the back of a humby
and race me into base, intothe base hospital. Base hospital doesn't know
what's going on, but they haveto do some tests on me. They
finally do some tests on me.The tests come back for me and almost

(06:53):
everyone else who was in mule Packers, we all tested positive for giardia and
we had to be quarantined to ourrooms. And that is a parasite story.
So I hear you, whoopee.I know what it's like to have
a poopy day. I have beenthere myself. A lot of Americans are
having poopy days right now, alot of them, and there's a reason

(07:16):
for it. Business bankruptcies jump thirtyfour percent in the first half of twenty
twenty four, and you have JeromePowell out there saying things like this.
Back in February, you were onsixty Minutes and you said, the US
budget deficit, the national debt areunsustainable. Do you still view that the
US is on an unsustainable fiscal path? I do so. I think I

(07:41):
tried to be clear that the levelof the US debt is not itself unsustainable,
but the path that we're on isunsustainable, and I think that is
not controversial. We're losing businesses,we're losing small businesses, and it's not
just that we're losing these things thegovernment because of government spending and money printing.

(08:03):
What they're doing with every new trillionthey blow is they're building a wall
between us in solutions. I washaving a conversation with someone the other day
and what he told me was hethinks, in a way, they're setting
up Trump for a disastrous four yearsif Trump wins. And I said,

(08:26):
wait, what are you talking about? And they laid it out. They
essentially said, well, the fundamentalsof the economy are not only bad because
they won't stop spending and doing allthe things they're doing, they're essentially blowing
up the foundation peers of it.So it doesn't matter who takes over,

(08:46):
they very likely are going to walkinto a debt and inflation bomb they can't
do anything about. I realize weall want, we all need inflation to
go down. We're all watching businessesclose. Small business closures are up sixty
one percent now. It's really reallybad. Big businesses bankruptcies jumped thirty four

(09:13):
percent for just the first half ofthis year. So we know that things
are bad now, the fundamentals areterrible now, but they're preventing us from
ever going back with this endless spendingand borrowing and spending and borrowing and spending
and borrowing, and they continue tolie through their teeth about all the reasons

(09:33):
beyond us. They're still too highbecause of corporate greed. We're in a
situation where rents are too high.We need more housing, whole rangeous things
we're gonna get done with your help. In the second term, food prices
are too high because of corporate greed. So we're in this rocky economic situation
and we have dirty line communists incharge who are not only not trying to

(09:56):
fix it, it appears as ifthey're trying to make it all worse,
and of course that is what they'retrying to do. I really do think
there is a rocky economic future outthere. And speaking of lies, let's
talk a little bit more about this, because we were talking about the twenty
twenty five in the world to makebelieve these commies live in Let's touch a
little bit more on that next truthattitude. It is the Jesse Kelly Show

(10:24):
on a Wednesday talking about lies, and yes, I understand what happened with
the Save Act a little while ago. I haven't gotten into it yet.
We'll talk about it here in probablyten minutes, all address this whole Save
Act thing that Democrats voted against inthe House. Before we get to that,
let's get back to this world ofmake believe. Because I said something

(10:45):
earlier in the show, and I'mgoing to repeat myself because it's very true.
You you have the curse of seeingthings clearly, and when you live
in a corrupt, rotted culture thatbelieve me, that's a curse. See
the problems. You know what ittakes to solve the problems. The people
in charge don't seem to realize whatyou realize. And so your life is

(11:07):
going to be frustration with your politiciansand the Norms and Normas. That's your
burden, that's your cross to bear, because you see things clearly. Set
you aside, not talking about you, norm Norma. I know I hit
the microphone, Chris. I don'tthink you even think it made that.
It didn't need it that hard.I talk with my hands, Chris.
Anyway, norm and Norma, theylive their lives. You know, you

(11:30):
know how you can see everything. They live their lives in a fog,
a very, very, very thickfog. I'm not talking about car carrying
Democrats. This applies to many Republicans. This is the norm in your life.
The norma in your life. Someonewho goes to work, probably as
a family, maybe coaches Little Leagueon the weekends, watches football, goes

(11:56):
church on Sunday, lives a verybread and butter normal American life. But
right now, while you're listening tothe sound of the sound of my voice,
he's watching the Mets. That's whathe does. He's just a norm
a normal. He's not political.I don't like politics. He says things
like that. But the problem fornorm is because he doesn't seek out the

(12:22):
truth, and we live in aculture built on lies. If you don't
seek out the truth in a culturebuilt on lies, then the best you
can hope for is to stumble onit from time to time. So he
lives in this thick fog. He'swalking up the street. It's a super
thick fog, and he can kindof make out a car there. I

(12:43):
guess that's a little bit of thetruth, and he may eventually a trip
on the curve. He may stumbleon the truth. Oh whoa, it's
a fire hydrant. I found one. He may run into the truth by
accident from time to time. Thatwould be his conversations with you when you
tell him what's up. But forthe most part, he lives his life
in a fog. He has avague idea of the world around him,

(13:05):
but he's really quite lost. Andthen there's your liberal aunt Peggy. The
average American Democrat. If you area Democrat, you consume lies at all
times. You watch movies. Everythingin the movies today is framed around your

(13:28):
sick, demonic worldview, and theyreinforce your lies. So when you go
to the movies, lies, whenyou turn on the news, lies,
when you listen to your politicians, lies, when you go to school,
whether it's grade school or universities, lies, lies, over and over and
over and over and over again. If you do not believe me, go
look at a poll at how manyDemocrats in this country still believe Donald Trump

(13:52):
colluded with Russia to win the twentysixteen election. And I have a spoiler
for all U comedies hate listening. That is one of those things that has
been debunked a thousand times over.Even prominent Democrats have had to admit publicly
that entire story was an invention. It was all made up, and Democrats
across America coast to coast believe itto be a fact, because if you

(14:16):
are a Democrat, you live ina world entirely of make believe. Everything
you believe it's not just a littlebit wrong, it's black and white wrong.
You believe things are up when thingsare down. You believe things are
left when things are right. Youbelieve the sky is green when everyone else
normal can see the sky is bluebecause you consume things like this. How

(14:39):
is the world safer with President Biden? Because he prioritizes alliances in partnerships.
That has a great question, andI'm glad you asked it, and this
week will show that, unlike others, he doesn't demean them, he doesn't
insult them, he doesn't cast themaside. He's investing in alliances in partnerships.

(15:00):
That's what your liberal Peggy says whenshe walks in. Does she know
what any of that means? Shehas no idea. She lives in a
world of make believe. Why dothey need Biden's transcripts from the deposition.
It was accurate. Listen to theAttorney General. There's been an allegation that
the transits might have been altered insome way. Is there any truth to

(15:20):
that allegation. There's no truth tothat. The senior career official in the
department, in a declaration he filedunder oath, stated that he had compared
the audio to the transcript and thatit is an accurate transcript, is accurate
with the exceptions of uz and ozand reputations of words like eye and ant

(15:46):
and he. The transcript is totallyaccurate, especially if you don't count all
the things we eliminated from it.So Joe Biden sat there forever. They
deleted everything where he repeated himself, deleted all the uhs and uhs and ends,
and other than that, it's totallyaccurate. If you are a Democrat
who watches CNN, you go toa government school. You've been to a

(16:08):
government school your entire life. Youthen go off to a government college.
You now live, work, andworship in a blue city. And who
am I kidding? You don't worshipanything, but you live and work in
a blue city. You live alie and you have no idea everything you

(16:29):
believe is a lie. Everything, and it's a lie designed for sheep like
you. You want to stand that. They know who their audience is.
It's dumb people like you. Allthe comedies hate listening. You're the moron.
All this stuff was built for.I want you to know that.

(16:52):
All right, speaking of morons,I was going to avoid this, but
let's talk about it. The SaveAct. Every Democrat but five just voted
to let illegals vote in an electionwe knew they were gonna do. That's
set that aside. Let's talk aboutlanguage. Selling something horrible. Let's think
into that in a moment. Beforewe do that, let's sell something wonderful.

(17:15):
How about rough greens. How aboutthe gift of having your dog live
longer? Does that sound something appealingto you? You ever had to put
a dog down? I have? That's not one of the better days.
Is it's freaking horrible? That's probablyif you have a dog now, probably
a day you'd like to push outas far away as possible. And the

(17:38):
years you do have with your dog, wouldn't you like him to be healthier?
Those hip problems, Oh, hedoesn't move anymore, his coat's getting
doll his breath smells like a landfillin South Africa. Does that sound appealing
to you? Well, Rough Greensis an all natural and nutritional supplement.

(17:59):
You pour on your dog's food, you will see differences in your dog digestive
system, coat, breath, energylevel, and your dog will live longer.
How about that free jumpstart trial bagseight three three three my dog or
Roughcreens dot com. Slash Jesse isthe Jesse Kelly Show on a Wednesday.

(18:25):
Don't forget. You can email theshow, love, hate, death threats,
email whatever you want to Jesse atJesse kellyshow dot com. Now,
all right, let's touch on theSave Act. You already knew what the
deal was. The Save Act wasa Republican piece of legislation in the House
that guaranteed illegals will not be allowedto vote in federal elections. Because in

(18:48):
many states right now, like Illinois, if you get a driver's license,
they're going to register you to voteif you check the box saying you're an
American citizen with no verification at all. So House Republicans said, hey,
here's a bill, let's not letillegals vote. They just voted on it,
and all but five Democrats voted againstit. The Democrat position in the

(19:11):
United States of America is that illegalsshould vote in elections. Now, none
of this is surprising you. Youalready knew all this. Jewish producer Chris
grabbed a couple bits of audio becausea bunch of Democrats got up on the
House floor today to speak. Now, before you play it, Chris,
I just want to I want tosay this. I want to prepare you
for what you're about to hear. It's gonna be a bunch of standard racist,

(19:33):
misogynist Jim Crowe crat. But getpast that, get past all that.
What are you actually hearing? Well, what you're hearing is a sales
job. What being a politician reallyis or any kind of a cultural leader
or anything like that. Everyone's insales on some level. If you're a

(19:56):
dirty communist, if you're a Democrat, what do you really want? All
everyone in this video, everyone inthis audio, I should say that you'll
hear. What do they really want? Well, they want to destroy the
United States of America. They don'tbelieve this country is good. They believe
it's evil. That's part of thereason they want the border open. Everyone
in the world should be able tocome loot and pillage this place and rape

(20:18):
its women because America is an evil, horrible place that deserves to burn.
That's how the communist thinks. Now, that's how the communist has always thought.
But these people also need to getelected. They do, They do
need people to vote for them,And contrary to popular opinion, every election
is instolen. Yeah, they cheatin elections, of course. Yeah,

(20:38):
of course the illegals are going tovote in elections, and all these things
are true. But every election isin stolen. These people, you're about
to hear, they need a lotof Norms and Normas to go in and
vote for them. But if you'rea demon who wants to burn down the
country and kill everybody and rape allthe women, how do you sell that

(21:00):
to norm and Norma? How couldyou possibly package such a horrible plan in
such a way that won't freak outNorman Norma. Well, you find a
way to appeal to their values. You take something awful, evil, despicable,
and you just lie about it andmassage it and send it down in

(21:26):
such a way that Norman Norma, even if they can't bring themselves to support
what you want, they'll be lesswilling to oppose what you want. That's
what you're about to hear with thesepeople. And it is only citizens can
vote for the United States Senate.Only citizens can vote for the presidency of

(21:47):
the United States. So this extrememac Republican voter suppression bill is not designed
to solve any problem on behalf ofthe American people. It is designed to
jam people up and prevent Americans fromvoting. The extreme mag of Republican vote

(22:10):
a suppress. This bill is essentiallya poll tax because I am not aware
of a single proof of citizenship documentthat does not cost an individual money to
get it unless we are requiring everystake to provide one for free, and
then it's not on funded mandate. This is the twenty twenty four version of

(22:30):
the Jim Crow poll tax. Andto advance it, John Lewis didn't give
up, and neither will we,mister speaker. How's Republican so called Save
Act is a dangerous anti democratic billthat has no place on this floor hypotheticals.
It is under attack right now, right here with this very bill.

(22:53):
Republicans want to throw up barriers becausewhen people vote, they lose. Let
me be clear, they don't wantyou to vote. They don't want to
hear black voices, brown voices, lgbtqia voices, young voices. Our fundamental
access to our democracy is being poetical. Wait wait, wait, we got
it, We got it, Wegot it. So even if you're not
going to sign on for illegals voting, because even a lot of older Democrats,

(23:18):
that's kind of too far for them. Oh, I'm an older Union
Democrat. I don't like Republicans,but I don't want illegals voting. So
even if you're one of those peopleand you're you're not really signing on for
illegals voting, they can shame youinto shutting up about it. Well,
after all, are you maga? Are you one of these extreme magas?

(23:44):
Are you? Are you? Whatdid that one lady say, Chris?
Are you Jim Crow? I betyou're pro Jim Crow, aren't you?
Do you hate gays and black peopleand brown people? And it is extremely
effective And let me clarify, Idon't believe it's effective on you. That's

(24:04):
not what I'm saying. So don'temail me and say, Jesse, that
would never work on me. It'snot supposed to work on you. Democrats
very very smartly. Never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever ever
campaign trying to appeal to their mortalenemies. That's what Republican losers do all

(24:25):
the time. They'll find the demographicthat hates them, and they'll bend over
backwards and forwards, trying to appealto somebody who's never going to vote for
them at all. Democrats are muchmuch smarter politically. You are an informed
American, You're an individual thinker. You are somebody who believes in rights,
freedom, guns, things like that. They're not gonna waste a single second

(24:48):
talking to you. They don't careabout you at all. Set you aside.
This is for your norm and normanorm in your life. Your brother,
you just I don't care about politics. You see that home run.
You're the norma in your life.Oh you're so worried about all that gay

(25:11):
stuff. We just got back fromDisney. Look at the necklace that the
Trannies Cinderella put on my son Aiden. That's who this is for. Because
that person, even if he legals, voting in federal elections might make them
uncomfortable. That person doesn't want tobe associated with Jim Crow. I couldn't.

(25:33):
I'll just stay quiet. About itbecause I don't want to be labeled
as a Jim Crow racist. That'swhy they use the language they use.
And that's well, that's why you'renorm and Norma. That's why they get
uncomfortable talking about politics. The communistpurposely makes politics uncomfortable to keep Norman Norma

(25:57):
shut up about the whole thing,to keep them quiet about the whole thing.
They just need good people to shutup and stay home long enough for
them to complete the revolution in theend. As all things, this is
just about the revolution, as we'vetalked about before. In fact, let's

(26:18):
dive into it right now. Fordecades, the leaders of the West,
every Democrat in most of the Republicanleadership, for decades, they have viewed
the patriotic American citizen as an annoyance, as a burden, a speed bump
holding them back, slowing them downfrom implementing their wonderful plans that will save

(26:44):
us. And so for decades theyhave tried to flood their nations with people
who can be bought much more cheaplythan you can be bought, who aren't
going to cry about the Second Amendmentor First Amendment or anything else. Here's
a two two thousand dollars visa cardin a room at the Marriott. Hey,
Pepe, you're voting for me thisNovember. The plan was always to

(27:07):
have them vote, because the planhas always been the revolution, keep Democrats
in power forever, burn down theAmerican system, the economy, healthcare,
education system, with endless floods ofthird world hoards, and right now they're
on the cusp of it. Didyou think they were going to stop these
people from voting? The whole planwas these people voting evil. Yeah,

(27:32):
But I got a couple numbers foryou the game of those to kind of
reflect what I'm talking about. Here'sanother number for you. Eleven eleven dollars.
Not a ton of money, isit? And I'm not being dismissive
of eleven dollars. Eleven dollars canmake a real difference anymore. But you

(27:53):
know what eleven dollars to Tunnel toTowers does. They asked for eleven bucks
a month. Eleven dollars the Tunnelto Towers provides for widows and orphans.
When Dad gets up one day, throws on his state trooper uniform, hugs
his kids, kisses his wife goodbye, asks what's for dinner when he gets

(28:15):
home and he never comes home.Where does that family? How do you
even try to put your life backtogether? I don't know, but I
know Tunnel to Towers is there providinghomes, so at least that burden is
off them. That's what you're elevendollars a month does go to T the

(28:37):
number two T dot org, Ttwo T dot org. We'll be back.
It is the Jesse Kelly Show.Chris, what is what that music?
What was that? It's a corrido? Who is he don't know what?
It's Mexican music. That's not Mexican. That's the New Year song.

(28:59):
Do the Mexican's credit for our song? There's no what No, that's not
a Mexican song. Get out ofhere. My buddy uh Luis's tell me
he always references these Mexican singers.I'll show up at his house to hang
out and he's got some Mexican musicplaying back there, and it's some guy
singing he sounds like, sounds somethingsimilar to that, and I I always

(29:25):
asked, dude, what are welistening to? And He'll always drop the
name of some guy as if I'msupposed to know who that person is oh,
I can't believe you've never heard ofuh not Jo Gonzalez. No,
I haven't freaking heard of not ChoGonzalez. What are you talking about?
And he acts like I'm supposed toknow Either way, Let's go back to
talking about the economy. Speaking ofnachos, but we were talking about the

(29:45):
economy being well, the country. It's more than the economy. The country
taken from the hands of the citizenon purpose. All Western nations are going
through this flooding. The Western leadersare flooding the with as many illegals from
across the planet as they possibly canto try to crowd out, snuff out,

(30:08):
and ultimately stomp out the patriotic citizen. Make sure your voice can never
be heard. You see it everywhere. We just had a thousand Africans show
up in the community Forwartanians from WestAfrica finding their way to Cincinnati, but
one hundred came to our doors lastFriday, and we're wiped out of food.

(30:30):
We don't know where they're from,we don't how to communicate with them,
and it created quite an issue forus. This population is finding its
way to Cincinnati from a new routeposted on TikTok and WhatsApp. An immigration
loophole in Nicaragua allows relaxed entry requirementsand makes a low cost visa available for

(30:51):
purchase without proof of onward travel becausethey're smuggled illegally, so they're illegal from
that country to the US southern border. They travel all the way. They
go into Turkey and then Columbia,El Salvador, Nicaragua, you name it.
Then they make their way to oursouthern border, all facilitated by the
federal government, facilitated by you andme and our tax dollars. The federal

(31:18):
government is facilitating the invasion of theUnited States of America to crowd you out,
to rip your country from your hands. And so when you hear things
like this, it's not playing. But either way, that was a Chris
that was supposed to be a Montage. I had it at all, Chris.
I had this smoothest buttered transition setup where Biden was going to do.

(31:41):
He was talking to Montage about addingjobs and stuff like that, and
then the stupid soundboard didn't work.I'll play this until you play it right.
I'll just sit here all the roundcranes in the air factories opening all
those jobs meeting we created, We'vecreated more than twelve thousand brand new jobs
in two years. That's more thanany President of Americans who has created in

(32:04):
four years. That means overall,we've created more jobs in two years than
any administrations have created in the firstfour years. And I think all this
matters. It's no accident our economyis created headline Biden, economy is creating
zero jobs for Native born Americans.Native born Americans since twenty eighteen, negative

(32:29):
job growth. All the millions andmillions of jobs have been handed over to
the people they brought into the country. The entire country, the job market,
education system, each in every bitof it being torn from your hands
and handed to people who were welltheir loyalties can be bought cheaper than yours.

(32:53):
You see a citizen, You area citizen. Granted, we have
moved far away from our founding andwe've lost our way in many ways,
but as a citizen, you havea kinship with this country. You have
roots in this country, however farback they may go, and so you

(33:14):
are more emotionally invested in this countryand the things that happened here. It's
no different than you know what rememberthat one email we read your You're never
going to remember this. I don'tknow why I've remembered it, but we
got an email one time. I'msure they're listening now. It was from
this couple. They had inherited ahome from I believe it was his father,

(33:34):
from their parents who passed, Theyhad inherited home. And this is
a home, if I remember correctly, the father had built with his bare
hands. He built this home, and you remember it, don't you,
Chris. And they grew up asa child, he grew up in the
house or she grew up in thathouse. I forget who wrote the email.
And then dad passed away. Parentspassed away, handed the home back

(33:54):
to them, and they were ina really, really, really bad financial
situation. Essentially, they were barelymaking the bills, barely keeping their head
above water. And he wrote inan email saying, Hey, I don't
know what to do. My dadbuilt this house with his bare hands.
I I can't sell it. Ican't sell it. I got it,

(34:16):
I've got I need money, butI can't sell the home. I can't
do it. Now. Would youhave even the slightest amount of hesitation to
sell a home that Let's say youmoved into last year. If you were
all of a sudden hard up financially, you couldn't pay the car bill,
the kids didn't have shoes for school. You couldn't you couldn't make ends meet.

(34:39):
Oh, of course, throw thereal the throw the for sale sign
in the lawn right now. Togive a crap about this home. I
got a downgrade. Maybe we're goingto an apartment, No big deal when
it's the home you're freaking dad builtwith his bare hands. Now you are
tied to that home in emotional ways. That is the difference between a citizen

(35:01):
of this nation, whether you earnedyour citizenship or whether you were born into
your citizenship, you feel a kinshiproots to this country that make you uniquely
invested in the prosperity of this country, in the future of this country,
because this country is yours. LikeI said, either you immigrated here legally

(35:23):
and earned your citizenship and you rememberthe day you put your hand on the
Bible, or you were born intoit and your parents talked about it,
and you remember Fourth of July withfireworks as a kid, and you remember
learning about America. You're invested. But if you just freaking got here from
Tajikstan, and you're staying at aNew York City hotel and joined the papoosas

(35:45):
down in the lobby every night. Are you really stressed about November? Do
you really care that much about anyof this stuff? Of course you don't.
You just freaking got here. Andthat's why they want more of them
and fewer of you. You andyour emotional investment in America. You're such

(36:07):
a frigging bother. They need someother people who aren't quite as invested.
That's the deal. This has beena podcast from wor
