anything stupid. I just want tosay that you guys are the best radio

listeners more. You guys are thebest. I didn't find you to keep
doing what you're doing because you're saying, like me, it was stuck with
you. Welcome to Johnny's House.XL and one or six seven, Good

(00:50):
morning, Good morning. It issix oh one. Orlando's number one hit
music station is XL one O sixtyseven On a Tuesday's Johnny's House. Not
talking about any rain today and theheating X has gone out a little bit.
It's gonna be partly cloudy with aheating decks of ninety seven and right
now it's seventy two. Now theJohnny's House Entertainment News with Ray. So

(01:10):
of course, some people passing awaythis weekend while we were out smash mouthed
singer Steve Harwell, Yeah, hepassed away, which is very unfortunate.
He was only fifty six years old. He was in hospice care due to
liver failure. So he did havealcohol abuse for for years, but he

(01:30):
also had some heart problems that hewas diagnosed with. So I mean,
obviously all Star from Shresh Walking onthe Sun, there's so much smash smash
mouths they did. I'm a believerthey redid that for Shrek. Him and
I had a little Twitter dispute yearsago. Did you really? Yeah?
Did you really? Yeah, weshould see if you could try to find

(01:52):
it. Well, he like,he went, I don't know, I
you know, I defend radio, like because and he went on his rant
trash and radio and I'm like, but radios artist smash mouth. The DJ
played them over and over over inCalifornia back when you could do that.
Yeah, and that's how they gotdiscovered. So I'm like, dude,
like, without you, there isno without radio, there is no Shrek.
Don't you get And we went backand forth a little bit, but
then we're good. Yeah. Well, and then Jimmy Buffett of course passed

(02:13):
away and Margaritaville, the Keys Ohmy gosh. They went wild down So
you think people heard the news andjust got in their cars and drove down
there. I don't know, ormaybe they just like everybody emptied out into
the streets already there weekend. Myfriends were just down there just because of
the convenience of it, and theywent wild. Yeah. Yeah, well,

(02:35):
everyone like from the lower Keys couldgo down there easy, even from
like Miami. It's still only threehours, yeah, so it's not like
here, so you could easily jumpin the car if you live like in
Marathon or Keith Largo and be therein like an hour and a half.
So he passed away at they justseventy six. He was battling a rare
and aggressive form of skin cancer. It was fake when I saw it,
because I mean, because they didn'treally publicize the whole cancer thing. So

(02:58):
when I saw them, like,I got it. Double checks this.
Yeah. He had a net worthmore than a billion dollars when he started
franchise and Margaritaville. Yeah, ohmy goodness. Yes, and he had
that the parrot Head fan base andall that stuff. I think they said
it was worth four and a halfa billion. Oh my god, he's
worth a billion. Yeah, ifhe had a kid, does he I
know he has children. Yeah,he died, but he had one just

(03:19):
to take up. He's got thirtyalbums too, Like, he really had
a lot of music and he wasstill touring. It wasn't he just did
it for love man? Yeah? And then they say that death comes in
threes. There was the dream Weaversinger. He just passed the right too.
So Gary Wright, he died yesterday. Later on this morning, we're
gonna talk about how do you handlewhen your favorite artists passed? Yeah,
I don't know if you saw thenews. Also, Travis Parker had to

(03:40):
leave his European tour and rush homedue to an urgent family matter, and
they caused the band to like postponea handful of shows that they had over
there. Yeah, So he didn'treally say anything. And then there was
pictures of him leaving the hospital withCourtney Kardashian, who was still pregnant.
So she was briefly hospitalized. She'sforty four years old, so she's she's

(04:01):
feeling better, she's happy, andTravis is back home with her. So
it's unclear exactly why she needed medicalattention, but she's still pregnantic flew back.
Yeah, that's how you do that, all right. Hey, if
you know what the key phrase is, it is Tuesday morning. We gave
you one because you've been listening commercialfree call us four oh seven nine one
nine one o six seven eight sevenseven nine one nine one on six seven

(04:24):
if you've been waiting on it,that's when it comes out on Friday.
It is six h eight, Orlando'snumber one hit music station. And today
it's gonna be nice and warm.I won't say as hot as it has
been. It's gonna be a lotof sunshine. With the height of day
of with the heating decks of ninetyseven. It is seventy two. Right
now. We need to find outwho you are, what you do,
and why you're up so early.Excel, good morning. Who's this's tam

(04:48):
You say Tammy? Candy? HeyCandy? Okay, Candy is uh.
Let me see she's excited. Shegot a lot of energy. Norris,
your first to day. What doesshe do? I'm gonna go with teacher
your Brian. Yeah, I wasgonna go like daycare, like early childhood
type thing. I'm going healthcare. That's a nurse right there. Ray yeah,

(05:09):
healthcare. All right, Candy, what do you do? I am
Actually it's a construction business, breakingthe stereotype. Let's go. Have you
called before? I called? Waitfive years ago, right before the pandemic
hit. You're very happy to bein construction, I tell you. Yeah,

(05:29):
well you must be working, youmust do indoor construction. Yes,
I'm actually like a glorified babysitter. My job is it take care of my
guys that are out there working inthe industry. That's probably not easy to
do though it's it's not and Iend up saying a lots of bad words
to out day. Yeah do youare you the only woman in the office.

(05:51):
We have ladies that take care oflike Philly and takes like that.
But as far as outside with theguys, yeah, I'm the coming out
there. Really, so when theycome at you because some you know,
they're they're missing some supplies or uh, a client's not acting right, and
they just because you just sit thereand just listen. I try to.

(06:13):
It's easier something than others. Butyep, it's my job to try to
help them get the things they need, take care of the customers and come
on the straight there and how longhave you been doing this? Four and
a half year? Four and ahalf how'd you get into this industry?
It's funny because they actually reached outto me. I did some uh something

(06:35):
in a in an industry similar towhere I am now, and they actually
reached out to me and say, hey, we think that we've got a
position we think that you would begood for. And I was like,
yeah, I'm not unsure about that, but I ended up going and I
deglieve it. Yeah, they heardyou out, that cousin. That's like,
you know what, right candy canwork for us? You must have

(06:55):
like a thick skin to deal withthese dudes. Yeah, no, Joe,
I can home home without now Andhow what do you? Where does
all your positive energy come from?Because we can feel it all way over
here. You know, I've gota great husband and I've got amazing children,
and I try to send an example. I'm a little bit older than

(07:16):
the sense to those guys that Iwork with, so I'm olderness to be
their mob. I'm just telling you, know, you you just want to
make it difference to some of thesepeople that out there. They need a
little bit of help and they knowwhere to get it or what who's from?
Wow? That is awesome. Shefigured out the formula for a happy
life for her got a par oftickets in advanced screening. Oh, first

(07:38):
of all, I forgot you gottagive me a key frase. Oh what
three day weekend? Exactly? You'rethe one I'm gonna lookt with a para
tickets Advanced Screening of twentieth century studiosare haunting in Venice. It's gonna be
happening Tuesday, September twelfth, AMC. Disney Spring seven o'clock is PG thirteen,

positive energy going. Okay, bad, all right, you hold on.
We'll get that information and get youback to work on time. All right,
we come back. What have webeen doing the last couple of days.
We're gonna fill you in on Johnny'shouse in the world. Yeah,
for this year twenty twenty three, biggest box off his hit. Can you
believe it? Yeah? Barbie,Wow, perfect storm, perfect storm right

(08:22):
there? All right, today it'sgonna be nice and warm, not as
hot and humid as it has beenonly heat indecks of ninety seven. It's
gonna be partly cloudy and it's seventytwo now. As the morning shows soap
opera continues, there's always something goingon. And the recent tried out for
the Hype three two, one, five, six, eighteen. Yeah,
I mean she was on it lastyear. Yeah, this was just a

(08:43):
formal. It was a formality hetried out. And I'm trying to find
it and I'm sitting around. Ithink it was one day over the little
break here. Let me see ifI can find our the text message you
us? Yeah, do you wantto read it? Yeah? Well can
you read everything? There are certainthings like yeah, I don't want to
disclose just yet. He's been doingthis for a minute. I swear,

(09:05):
I swear. All right, Wellyou know I'm gonna go on it himself.
I'm sure you take the mic.Listen. I just wanted to share
with y'all. I got a callthis morning. Uh, and you didn't
make the team. Uh. Theywant to talk to you. Uh yes,
Uh it's not yes, but nothingofficial till you know you see the

(09:28):
audition. I'm pretty bummed out.I know it's gonna lead the bigger things
at the end, and I'm prettydown about it. I'll explain everything on
Tuesday. Have a good holiday, guys. Let me tell you how many
tears came with that message and youkilled my buzz. I was having fun.
Oh my god, like man, this is very selfish to ruin my
weekend. And the thing I'm thinkingto myself if she tells us Tuesday when

(09:52):
it's too soon to stop telling jokes. I got it all out about five
forty this morning, John, gofirst door. I kicked the rest of
the way in. But no,I understand. I mean that was something
that you you know, that youreally wanted to do. And I have

(10:16):
a lot of passion for that thatposition because that's where I found my home
in Orlando. What it's what broughtme happiness, It's where I gained all
of my friends. And so Idid audition. I did not make the
team. However, I will quicklyshare that it is possible that more doors
are going to open, and Iwill share with you this information either tomorrow

(10:39):
or Thursday when I get another phonecall. Now, when you when you
got the message that you didn't makethe team, was that it was a
phone call. So I got aphone call. Yeah, so like you're
supposed to get an email and Istill haven't even received my email that says
I'm sorry, you have not qualified. You know, so nothing. So
I got a phone call that waslike, I'm sorry, but I think
this deserves a phone call. Ijust want to let you know that you

(11:00):
did not make the High Team. However, we do have something else available.
Blah blah bla blah blah, I'llshare with you. That's a move.
I'm like, I ain't calling.Be careful now for what you're doing
a setting yourself up for double failure. Yeah, because you haven't been guaranteed
anything yet and you're saying like you'reyou're putting it out there. You should
you should hold that too. Thenyou hit him with the band. But
I got this but you didn't.Yeah yeah, I mean yeah, So

(11:24):
I'll just suck there. Yeah,I'll just suck there. But but I
know that this is going to leadto better things, which is the ultimate
goal. So I've had I've hadthree things. One was way back in
the day after Jade qualified for Regis. It was Regis and Kelly Man.
Yeah, she was, she wasfilling in for Kelly. So the next
year, Brian, I did avideo and I qualified and to fill in

(11:46):
for Regis. He was for aweekend. But I ain't really want to
do it, okay, so I'mintentionally the interview section. I blew it.
I intentionally blew it, Like what'dyou like to do for fun?
I smoked cigars. Ain't think thatI knew it, but everybody was so
excited about it, and we watchedit on TV. Yeah, I didn't
get it, and I left getkind of bummed. And then two years

(12:09):
in a row, I ain't getinto the Radio Hall of Fame. This
isn't joke to me, now, joke me all you want to. Now,
it's disappointing. I get it,and I mean I mean, I
waited till that morning that it wassupposed to be announced, and they didn't
announce it til like for a weeklater. And then I got the phone
call from a very good guy.He goes, hey, man, I'm
gonna call you Susan Lucy because sheain't get and she's the queen of daytime.

(12:33):
Tell them, yes, yes,try for something. Didn't get in,
Like, no, I'm always gonnaI ain't gonna lose over here.
Maybe or maybe I just don't tryit things. I don't know what's that's
the solution. I don't know ifI don't trypointed, if you don't try,
that is you know. I reallyhad to think about this. I

(12:56):
don't. I generally don't fail atthings. I mean I try. I
think I want a comedy contest openfor Bruce Bruce that I entered, I
like, I mean, I generallydon't. I will say the one thing
that I thought I was gonna getfor sure. When I was still part
time here, I was interviewing forothers places because I wanted to be full
time in radio. And I interviewedfor a show in West Palm and I
talked to the guy and there andthey're still on down there, And I

(13:18):
talked to the guy his name isKevin, for like days at a time,
were every night on the phone,we'd have conversations. Yeah, And
so I thought for sure I wasin. I went down there to meet
the rest of the people and everythingand everything went cool. And then he
called me the next day and theywas down between me and a girl and
they wanted a girl versus a guy. Yeah, I'm like, so you
really, I can't do that.I can't out girl a girl, so

(13:39):
they went with her. Turns outshe had a drug problem, and three
days into the job she stopped showingup and was in rehab and couldn't fire.
And then I got full time threeweeks later. So jokes on,
you didn't work out. No,No, it obviously worked out better.
I never wanted to leave Orlando anyway, so it obviously worked out better for
those. A young lady who's ahe's a major in the in the record
industry, and I want to calla name out because the family lives here.

(14:01):
She was on the way here becauseshe was auditioning for the job that
Jade eventually got, and halfway hereI had to call and tell her turn
around, and she was crying.I'm like, I'm sorry, I rather
have my phone called in that way. And I'm sorry, she said,
when I told my job. Ido understand. Yeah, but but now
she's a I mean, it workedout well for her. This was not

(14:22):
the road she was supposed to beon. Now she's huge. We had
dinner like a couple of months ago, and she jokes about that. Yeah,
but she's like, you were sokind. I'm like, well,
I had to call you because Iwas the one told you to tell your
job. Yeah, plus text wouldn'treally be big back then. Plus that
other girl who tried set in withus for a day or two, like,

(14:43):
no, not that one. I'mtalking about the ones who she was
cool. She just didn't really fit. Yes, she went on, she
did to be syndicated. This justdidn't fit. It was not her.
And then at once to day,why can't I get the job? And
then the one who sent us aphoto that's about eight years old, Oh
yeah good. I want to findout from you when did you try out
for something you didn't make it,but it turned out to be the best

(15:05):
thing for you, because this can'topen the doors for other things for the
rest if everything works out. Ifnot, then we'll have more jokes in
a couple of weeks. That's setyourself up. Yet you need to come
in with the videos back to becontinued said next year, if I could
nominated, ain't telling nobody won't behitting announcement till I'm mad. Yeah,

(15:26):
and I can't say I got inthis year four h seven nine one nine
one six seven eight seven seven nineone nine one O six seven x L
Mobile four one o six seven socialmedia live stream. Want to hear your
comments from that. When did youtry out for something you didn't get it,
but it turned out to be thebest thing for you. Let's cheer
on our girl here right here onJohnny's house. How it's expected to be
partly cloudy? He didn't next ofa ninety seven. It is seventy two

(15:48):
right now, A girl on ourrest didn't make it, Okay. I
don't want to give it any disrespect. It's the hype. It's the three
two one hype three two one oneand then four seven. Yes, yes,
yes, she did not make it. She got cut, get out
of here. I got a phonecoffering too. I felt like I was
in trouble. Ain't in trouble. You just stay here. But some some

(16:12):
if things work out, there wouldbe some doors that open up for bigger,
bigger possibilities for her. I don'twant to find out from you.
When did something you try for somethingdidn't work, but in the long run,
it was the best for you?Hey, Mark? All right,
all right, Mark, So whathappened? I went on twenty two teaching
interviews. Yes, in one summer? Wow, Mark, when did you

(16:37):
start looking in the mirror saying maybe, yeah, because all I ever hear
is how we need teachers. Yeah, well this was when the teachers there
wasn't a teacher shortages. Okay, you had a criminal record for this.
For for for reference of time frame, I stayed home with I ended up
staying home with my kids, okaywhen they were eight months. I had
eight months old twins and a twoyear old. Okay, Now my twins

(17:00):
are ten and my my two yearold is turned thirteen in our week.
Oh nice. Nice, for thosethree years I stayed home. Now I've
been teaching for I was gonna sixyears in a different district. I'm gonna
say soon we got the phone, but three district call it it. Can
we get Mark's name? Yeah?Right, we'd like to talk to Mark.

(17:21):
Wow. So at the top twentytwo interviews, that's insane. One
in like in one summer, Yeahwow, Like did you did you feel
like, man, what am Idoing wrong? Yeah? It did feel
like that, and it felt likeI was. I was, But it
just ended up being really really greattime with my kids and I well yeah,
of course, yeah, So itworked out. It worked out the

(17:41):
way. See that, See thatit works out. Yeah, it works
out all right, thank you, thank you for calling Mark, No problem.
I enjoyed it all right. Seelate man, I feel like after
four times i'd be like, allright, two twenty two, it's the
man in the morning, bed morning, Johnny. How are you? Did
you audition for? And uh didn'tmake it? But it ended up being

(18:03):
the best thing for you. Okay. So about three years ago, I
was a junior in high school.I tried out for Rocket League in East
Sports, Okay, and we werecompeting for like an eat sports competition that
was hosted by school Fail University Okay, And unfortunately I did not get in.

(18:26):
Helloween, Hey, hold on,how did you cut you? Did
you get a phone call like areason? No, didn't you basically didn't
put me on the rocket Okay, all right, go ahead. And so
the year after we decide, therewas another tryout for different competitions and I

(18:51):
ended up getting put on the rosterfor that and we ended up going to
nationals at the Wide World of Sportsat Disney. All Right, it's cool,
that's how you know. So thatworked out for you. Thank you?
So math to be what they sayingover the Excel Mobile Power by attorney
Dan Newland Interact Need to Check calledDan Newlands. Some one said they didn't
make their middle school basketball team. They were five ten tallest player. They
just didn't make it and they thought, well, they were gonna make it

(19:14):
for sure, but they got cutbecause the coaches said they had no future
in basketball. They said they wereright because they didn't grow anymore after that,
and they said, but they didgo on to find other sports they
were great at. Well, it'skind of hard for a coach to say,
hey, you just didn't make myteam work harder. Yeah, they
ain't no future for you. Wegot Sarah's w She said this. She
tried out for American Idol twice, once in Orlando and another in Miami,

(19:36):
was not given the golden ticket.Yeah, but she does have a voice
because apparently she's sang here on Johnny'shouse before. So no, the thing
about Idol back then, man,it was our cattle call the really,
I mean, they had like thousandsof people. I remember doing it in
Orlando too. It was like thousandsof people and then they break up into
section who've done a m way theyhad It was, oh gosh, ten

(19:56):
thousand people out there easily all right, well, hanging girl, It's gonna
work out for you. Thank you. All right, right, what's going
on? Chris Rock and Diplo hadto Eskato, what's up everybody? This
is justin Bieber. This isn't doanything. Hey, it's a little now.

(20:18):
The Johnny's House Entertainment News with Raythe Burning Man happened in Nevada.
It is like a big festival andthere were heavy rains that came down Friday
nights and it was so bad thatthousands of attendees were banned from driving out
to Burning Man because of like itwas just muddy. It was just a
muddy mess and they didn't want peopleto get trapped and get stuck and all

(20:41):
that. So Chris Rock and Diplowthey decided to walk six miles in the
mud out and eventually they managed tocatch the ride like in somebody's like pickup
truck or whatever. But Dipplo documentedthe whole thing and he was like,
I legit walked the side of theroad for hours with my thumb out and
he was like, I have ashow in DC tonight and I didn't want

(21:03):
to let anybody down. He alsoshot out the guy for like making the
smart purchase of a truck and likebringing bringing it out there and everything.
He's like, uh, this exactmoment, he's like, I wish I
had a truck, but yeah, the guy picked him up. It's a
big event in the middle of thedesert. Normally it's dry and you have
to wear a face masks so youdon't get all the wind in your lung
yeats a dusty mess. The end, they burned this huge yeah figure of

(21:27):
a man. They did that lastnight, and yeah, everything the party
still goes on. Yeah, Ihave a friend that's out there right now
this year and she was saying that, like everything from Friday to like leading
up to yesterday was just kind ofa mess. But yesterday everybody was like
you know, I mean at theband and all that, I wouldn't go
unless ahead an RV they head extragas, Yeah, because if not,

(21:48):
you just there. Yeah. Theywere talking to some people that a r
v's they couldn't get them out becauseit was too money. But they're like,
well, at least we have ahome base, like you know,
we're here. Yeah, And becauseof that, they were also saying,
like reserve your water and your food. Yeah, because different Yeah, sixty
four thousand attendees are out there.Yeah, Kanye West and his wife are

(22:08):
now banned from the Venice Boat Companyfor lewd behavior. Obviously, So Kanye
West and his wife, if youhaven't seen the pictures of them, they
were on a little Venice boat andthey were just participating in some I thought
little behavior. I thought she droppedsomething and she was just trying to pick
it up. No, So basically, if you haven't seen the pictures Kanye
West, you could see his pantsare down and she's just down in between

(22:32):
his legs. And the pictures werereleasing, the company issued a statement condemning
their behavior and promising that if itif the captain would have noticed, he
would have stackled the media. Butthey don't want is people booking that and
yeah yeah and thinking that you canget away with a yeah. So in
addition, there there was a thirdperson I guess the boat company said there

(22:52):
was a third person that was onboard the taxi that was with Kanye and
his wife, and he obstructed theCAP's view. So the captain wouldn't have
didn't see anything that was going on. Well, that person was just blocking
it. If that person was doingthat, that ain't the first time that
happened. To run that person. That's like that person's job pretty much,
that's your job. So yeah, they're never allowed back on that boat company

(23:15):
to Venice. I'm sure it payswell. Yeah. This rumor that Joe
Jonas and Sophie Turner are reportedly headedto a divorce took off this weekend.
So apparently they're splitting after seven yearstogether, and so people were freaking out
that Joe is ready to file fordivorce and end his marriage to Sophie.

(23:37):
No, but he was spotted. He was spotted wearing his ring in Austin
so show. Yeah, so Idon't know exactly where, Yeah came after,
But I don't know they've got Ithink they've got a couple of kids
together, not just one man. What do you do? You wake up
with your with your way? OhI'm tired. How about you? Hey,
it looks to me we're having someproblems. You're probably laughing so used

(24:00):
to this nonsense. He was wearinghis ring justin Timberlake and Jessica Biell been
getting divorced for eight years old.Oh yeah, that's what everyone says every
year. And they're fun all right, all right, we're gonna find out
who's smarter than your hood representing yourcity on heat and decks. About the
ninety ninety seven is partly cloudy andit's seventy two right now. See all
the stuff that's happening. They slidethis stuff by you because you don't pay

(24:22):
attention. Now, this came out, and this is huge, and people
don't seem to no one's talking aboutit. The Pentagon came out on last
Thursday. They are launching a newwebsite and they will provide public information,
will declassified h information on UFOs thatyou can go to the website and they
will show you good time. Uh. They call it UAPs. They're not

(24:44):
UFOs anymore, you aps. Uh. They said that the press briefing that
the new website provide the public withinformation, including videos and photos associated will
resolved UAP cases as they are declassifiedand improved for the public. He said.
Other information available reports, trends, frequency frequently asked questions, links to
official reports, transcript press releasing, other sources that the public may be find

(25:07):
useful. Right, what does youa P stand for? It is let's
see where it's gotta be Unidentified aerialphenomenon. Is that its phenomenon? Yes,
and they said. He added thatit's a one stop shop for information,
uh, for the public, thepublic upload information or is it just
like no, because like then youcould just write whatever you want, like

(25:29):
this is all stuff a video. No, it's all documented government stuff because
it was classified at one point andit's not like they were keeping it from
us, and now they're no longerkeeping it from us. The website can
be accessed at a r O dotM. I light reading that. So
here's my thing, this is myI got a prediction. I say that
with the next two years, we'regonna be looking at an alien on television.

(25:52):
We're gonna be home, you know, because they throwing that stuff out
the real slow like now all ofa sudden, Hey hey, okay yo,
okay yo, okay, y'all,we can't lie no more UFOs.
Okay, we gain we can lie. There's UFOs. Okay, here's the
website. Here's some UFOs. Andthen if you've been looking at the website,
you remember at one ship we talkedabout, well, we found a
man and here he is right now. Yeah, I've already I've already said

(26:15):
that I believe aliens have been hereforever, so like it, like walking
among us, like every My beliefis that every major breakthrough we've ever had
has been somehow connected to aliens. Now, I haven't been following it.
I believe they've been here for sincethe beginning of time. But I guess
recently there was a big crash andthey have the UFO and they've been using

(26:36):
reverse engineering to use their technology, right, and Will Smith and Jeff Golden
are gonna fly it into space.Well, listen, this is the Pentagon.
Let's say we got a website soyou can look at the UFO.
Yeah, what do they sound like? Johnny rock rock rock rock, rock,
rock rock rock rock, and seeby then we had that translator.
Yeah, and it's gonna tell uswhat they say. Hey, they're gonna

(26:56):
turn it into some sort of themepark over at Kennedy Space. In a
visitor complic We're gonna get to gocheck it out for real. We're joking.
I'm tell you the government that toldyou that's some of you have holes
here and we got photos. It'sabout time. It is about time.
Like I told you, I alreadyknew that is crazy, but I think
they just slow rolling it so youcan relax your mind and let you know.

(27:17):
So when they have whatever its name, blocklock on TV, blocklocky be
on TV and they say, look, we haven't told you years ago,
and block block says, look,we're just here to be friends. We'd
be more afraid of like what theywould look like. It's like giant creatures.
Whatever they said. Listen, blockBlock just said that he had originally
come here to steal all our resources. But they're looking around and say,

(27:38):
ain't nothing to see him. Theysaid this place is a hot mess in
alien terms, and they are leaving. That's why they're telling us. Now,
look, there's so many other thingsgoing on. This ain't gonna bother
nobody, nobody at all. Butit's true. You can look it up.
The Pentagon is opening up a website. US is just gonna zip his
skin off of him. And thenhe dude, he's the one building this

(28:03):
little satellite network. Yeah, that'sthe that's the dude we should be worried
about. He's going to be theone translating. He's their leader. He's
the leader, all right. Ijust want to let y'all know, try
to keep you up on the oneup to date on things, all right,
try to play smarter than your hood. That's what you compete against another
city to find out who is thesmartest. Brian Grimes has gone and found
the questions of the easiest questions inthe world. Brian, way are they

(28:25):
today? It is elementary trivia abouteverything elementary canna get one question for the
group? One question? Just onequestion for the group, one question for
the group. You say, yellout your city. If you know who
wrote Hamlet wind the Shakespeare correct? So gang, you know? How do

(28:45):
it? You're so smart? Iknow I didn't know that. You didn't
literature. It was not my thing. Yeah, awes, you guys were
kidding. So I hated every timewe do this looks around words. Yeah,
that was another thing. If youwant to play, you wonder why

(29:07):
I get so disgusted in meetings becauseI don't know Hamlet doesn't clear. We're
sitting around people that are not onmy level. Four oh seven nine one
nine one o six seven eight sevenseven nine one nine one six seven Got
a paraticasee Sam Hunt Thursday September sevenand the Mid Florida Credit Union Amphitheater in
Tampa. If you like to playand represent your city. Now it's time

(29:27):
to call on Johnny's house. Idon't playing smarter than your hood. As
we get two people to compete andrepresent their city to find out who is
the smartest and if you win todaygot a Paraticasee Sam Hunt. It's gonna
be Thursday, September seven and theMid Florida Credit Union Amphitheater in Tampa.
But the first thing we must dois meet our amazing contestants representing the city

(29:48):
of al Vido. Let's say goodmorning to Chase Chase. Good morning,
Good morning, Chase. How oldare you? He's gonna win? I
got, I got anybody, Igot all my money on Chase. Anybody
wants it's gonna win this thing.Nobody so confident? All right? And
Brad, you can connect that toline too. Going up against Chase represent
the big city of Sanford, Florida. Let's say I'm on to Connie.

(30:11):
Hey, Connie, good morning, and Connie. And how old are you?
Because Chase told us his age,I'm forty two. He's gonna beat
you. I don't know about that. I'm a fifth grade teacher. What
you alright? A teacher? Igot five old Chase. Anybody want song?

(30:33):
I don't have five dollars anybody,Alright, I'm gonna go for my
girl Cone. All right, allright, all right, you're betting on
credit? You got five dollars? On I got? I got bemo bet
on credit. I don't know whatI know. He's the only one who
ever has That's why I can neverbet. I never have cash. All
Right. The way it's gonna work, You're gonna ask you a question,

(30:53):
and the way you answered it,you yell out your city, and the
person that answers first, you getan opportunity to answer the question. You
get it right, you get apoint, you get it wrong, we
take away. A point does notmatter because the last one is for the
tie. Now we need to gaugeon how you sound, so at the
count of three, I need youto yell out your cities. One two
three, all right, let's justtry it again. One two three,

(31:19):
all right, all y'all, wegotta listen closely on this one. All
right, all right, here's thefirst question. How many great lakes are
there? Five? Heard? Yougotta go to her. You gotta go
to her. I'm sorry, Connie. Five five is correct? Chase you

(31:40):
gotta say, you gotta say you'resay the name of the city, and
then answer. You can't yell outthe answer. Okay, okay, would
be the turning point in the game. Normally I would take a point from
you, but you're thirteen, soI'm gonna let you have it. You
got no point. Let her answer, yeah we did? Which state was
the fiftiest state to join the Union? All, Connie, that is correct?

(32:07):
Wow to not lead? Okay,Brian, all right? What sport
holds the FIFA World Cup? Nowit's Chase, Chase. The answer is
soccer, soccer and it's correct.Correct. Now, here's the way it
works, Chase, you get thisright. It's a tie. We go

(32:28):
to Brian's special time breaking question.Okay, it's the craziest question I've heard
in my life. You get itright, Chase? All right, Chase,
if you get right. If youget it wrong, Chase, you
lose the game. Connie, ifyou get it right, you automatically win.
But if you get it wrong. We go to the tiebreaker question.
Are we on the same page thirteenyear old Chase against Connie? I got
five dollars on a thirteen year old? Right, Are you ready? I'm

(32:52):
right, all right, here wego. Okay, what is the only
land animal that cannot jump? Butwe chase? Chase? Uh penguin elephant?
Chase, You'm a man. That'sokay, Chase. You did an

(33:15):
amazing job. Chase. You justgot me Starbucks coffee? Will you hand
on that? Congratulations, Chase, you did a great job. You can
play again anytime, okay, okay, and my money will always be on
you. You have a wonderful dayin school, all right. See he
buzzed in because he's like, I'llfigure it out when I get there.
All right, Connie, congratulations youare the winner. Thank you so much?

(33:37):
As excited? Do you know thatanswer was an elephant? I didn't
know it was an elephant. Shedidn't know. All right, See if
you can see if you can hasa right? I would totally give her
the tickets, but my daughter wouldkill me if I gave away a family
ticket. No, I got you. Yeah, but can see if you
can answer Brian's crazy questions? Allright? This would have been the tiebreaker
between Memorial Day and Labor Day?How many hot dogs do Americans eat per

(33:58):
second? And it would have beenclose. It would have been the closest
one to it. So what wouldyour answer per second? Yes, I
don't even know eight hundred and eighteenseconds second, yeah, alright or something?

(34:21):
Yeah, yeah, alright. Youhold on a second and we'll get
some information from you and Chase goahead and hang up. All right,
we'll come back. We're gonna talkabout It's called season jumping, and it's
happening right now. I want tofind out how you feel about it.
If you don't know what it is, we'll explain it next on Johnny's House.
Hen that's only ninety seven. Itis seventy two this morning. Now,
I've been watching this happen and I'vebeen objecting to it, but don't

(34:43):
nobody care, because it's happening anyway. And it's a term i'm gonna call
season jumping. Before you had distinctseasons, you know, you had your
fourth of July, then September startedthe fall season, and October was Halloween,
then November was Thanksgiving, and thenDecember was Christmas. Well, they
eliminated anything. They ain't making anymoney, and y'all letting Corporate America do

(35:04):
it because they went in January,Halloween, Yes, July, Halloween,
September, Labor days a day that'sin a round and as soon as hollow
as a Halloween is over, it'snot going at things giving, it's jumping
straight to Christmas. Yes, soafter October thirty first, all the Christmas
stuff goes out and it goes andpeople are putting up their Christmas trees,

(35:25):
like, uh, November first, there's already aisles of Christmas stuff at right
now, already there's there's a Halloweenaile and a Christmas out right next to
each other. Are you serious? And by the time Halloween comes around,
if you want anything Halloween, issh, it's gone real. It's either they
just don't restock it or the Christmasstuff I thought. I thought, like

(35:45):
into September you stopped breaking out thefall stuff. No no, no,
no, no, no no no. But September first is like when y're
supposed to start bringing out falls.Yea, already my wife bought a whole
bunch of stuff over the weekend fourteen. Yeah, that's fine. She put
a whole bunch of stuff on theon the island in the kitchen. And
I don't like the fact that theyjust eat race Thanksgiving because they said Thanksgiving
it just for the grocery stores itis, which I'm fine. To me,

(36:07):
that's the best holiday. You getto eat and you don't have to
give anyone anything. I just think, I thought. I just like the
way that it you slowly transitioned intoyou know, you had you had the
fourth did lye And then August washot and then okay, Labor Day you
get three days off and then youstart feeling effects of fall. Then October
you start thinking Halloween. Then youstart thinking ay like that, I like

(36:30):
it. You like it enough. As soon as Labor Day is over,
that is when fall starts for me. Good, So you like it?
Yes, I absolutely love the factthat, like usually September first is when
fall starts for me because when wheneveryou get into the bur months, September
December, that's like that's the fallseason, holiday season. But you don't

(36:52):
skip over anything, like you wantthe whole fall like you just like it.
Yeah, so I usually do fall. I do more Fall stuff than
how Halloween stuff. Okay, sowhen so do you throw out your Halloween
stuff the same time you do yourfall stuff? Yeah? So I mean
no, no, no, falsestuff starts now and then maybe I'll put
some Halloween stuff like October Halloween canaccent your false stuff. You don't got

(37:12):
to remove your false stuff. Itjust goes with it. Absolutely you like
it. I mean I don't reallycelebrate any holidays like that, So like,
I mean, but I like thefeeling. No Thanksgiving, I love
Thanksgiving. That's my favorite. Likeit's they're trying to erase that. I
know. It's like, Okay,Thanksgiving, fine, and get some pick
get at it. Christmas it's myfavorite holiday. Thanksgiving. They want to
get you out to the shopping early. I don't like to buy things for

(37:34):
people, and I don't like toreceive gifts, So Christmas for me isla.
But I usually have my Christmas treeset up by the time Thanksgiving comes
around. Yeah, just because it'snice to like sit by the Christmas tree.
And to me, I'm like Thanksgiving, well yeah, to me,
I see it like as a plant. I'm like, I'm gonna use this
plant as much as possible. It'slike the second they start selling it,
I'm gonna buy it and put itup. I like that. I like
the real tree. So do youlike it? Do you like the season

(37:58):
skipping? You want to do?You want to just slowly transition I like
the slow transition of it. Andalso I'm a little biased to it because
my birthday is December fifth, soI look forward to that also as part
of the holiday, you know whatI mean? Yeah, you got to
celebrate my birthday as a Halloween. You're not one of those celebrate for a
whole week or whole month. No, no, no, I like to
go hard on the weekend. That'sit here because I know people, it's
a whole month. Just give methe weekdays and the race. I want

(38:22):
to find out from you. Areyou do you like the new transition that
is happening or do you I meanthe season jumping where you just forgetting about
Thanksgiving? You going? I mean, I remember somebody was doing a Halloween
thing. I mean, what didyou Halloween hard Night's you're starting? Yeah,
this weekend? And I remember whenI got here, it was like
two weekends. Yes, they usedto do it right around Halloween, just

(38:43):
right around Halloween. That was it. Man? Do you like the holiday
jumping has happened? Now? Areyou one of those that like the slow
transition into each holiday so you getthe full effects of all of the number
That's what I like about just jumpingright in. There's no way to like
decorate for Thanksgiving. Well, Imean, but you think about turkey.
You know your kids gonna come withthe hand turkey. You know that's cute.

(39:05):
But I mean, like how youknow getting ready for the Thanksgiving?
Me keep like a lot of thefall stuff leading up until Pilgrim salt and
pepper exactly not only goes so farcornacopias of stuff. Oh wow, beautiful
four h seven nine one nine onesix seven eight seven seven nine one nine
one o six seven. The XcelMobile is four one h six seven social

(39:28):
media live stream. Throw your opinionin it. Are you one to like
the slow roll of the holidays oryou like the holiday jumping or season jumping?
Right now? You go straight fromfrom fourth of July to fall and
after after October it is all Christmas. Everything I got to all Christmas.
Ain't no Thanksgiving them nothing look atriaking Ah yeah, look, I mean
they still celebrate Thanksgiving. Do youreally absolutely sit down? Do we go

(39:52):
around the table and give things youdon't represent the Pilgrims, You don't get,
You don't you don't even like recognizethat they got together head a little
pot luck? Yes, do youeven eat turkey, Yes, do you
eat, and don't look up thereal Pilgrims, because then you want damn
thing furrel seven nine one nine onesix seven eight seven seven nine one nine

(40:13):
one to six seven. We'll findout ho you're feeling on this next on
Johnny's in Morning, partly cloudy headingdecks of only ninety seven seventy five right
now, all right, it's beenhappening slowly. It's called season jumping.
That means that you go from oneholiday to another elimonading like Thanksgiving's gone,
right after Halloween, Christmas, Bang, there it is, put your tree
up, it's over. I wantto find out if you want of those

(40:34):
that like that, or you likethat slow transition in the tell Jamie.
We can't you know, Jamie becausestanding on the get off you bluetooth,
jaim. Let's a good morning,Good morning, all right? So what
do you you like the season jumpingor you like its slow roll? I

(40:57):
call it like holiday hopping, likehas pretty much Fourth of July has done,
like immediately putting up my my Halloweendecorations. My son's birthday is in
late audience like that last week,so he kind of enjoys it. That's
like his Christmas gift is to forhis Birthday gift is just to like go
ahead and like decorate for Halloween andthen pretty much to following is over.
We just popped straight to Christmas. And mostly because my my Halloween decorations kind

(41:23):
of play both. I do alot of nightmare before Christmas, Yeah,
decorations. So I make a multipurpose, like I saved some money because you
know, pretty much the same moviethat takes place. So do you even
like Thanksgiving? I mean I liketo eat. I like to eat some
good foods. That's what the marketingpeople say. This is just an eating
day. Yeah, yeah, Idon't. I don't need decorations to eat

(41:45):
some good food. This is allfor the grocery stores anybody else making any
money doing it. Well, asinformation became more available and we found out
that all the stuff we learned inschool about how cool the Pilgrims were with
the Native Americans isn't necessarily legit. We're just gonna forget all about that,
And I think that's I think thehouse's kind of been fading out before.
We didn't know anymore, Like Icouldn't look it up as as readily as

(42:07):
I can. Now. Now Iknow what happened, and I know it
wasn't what y'all told me it was. And we're sitting around eating smoking the
peaks pike and everybody's happening. That'scool. Now pass me to mac mac
and cheese please, yes, okay, all right, Well if you enjoy
it, if you enjoy it,then it's happening. So okay. It
brings me enjoy and that's all thatwe needed. That's true. That's true.

(42:30):
If it brings you enjoy, youdo it, girl. Okay,
thank you, you guys. Havea good morning. You too. Let's
see if Jamie following instructions. Thereyou go, Hey, Jamie, Hey,
good morning. All right, Jamie. Are you one of those that
like to she said, holiday hopor you like the slow roll? No,
no, we do a slow roll. There you go for every sason

(42:52):
on holiday, and I literally meanevery And you can't grow wrong when Nannie
tells you something. If Nannie saysit, then that's the right thing to
do. Well. She tells me, I'm a little wrong because I get
it up for my children. Andshe is very religious Catholic, so a
lot of her holiday decorations have avery religious overtone. I don't do that.

(43:16):
I bet, I bet nan. They don't even give out candy Halloween.
He does it. He makes myuncle do it. He's already he's
already going to Hill. Go aheadand give out that Candyle Devil Day for
the really big chocolate bar. Thereyou go, there you go the right

(43:39):
way, all right, Jamie, thank you? Right? What they say
a lot of people just say thatas soon as Thanksgiving is over, or
I mean, as soon as fourthof July is over, they start decorating.
Good low And then someone said,I hate holiday jumping turkey have his

(44:00):
day exactly. Let the turkey havehis day. Somebody took Christmas decorations out
this past weekend. Wow, decoratedinside for Christmas. By the end of
October. Wow, let's see xlmobilepower by Attorney Dan Newland and the rect
need to check called. Dan Newlandsaid, hobby lobby already has their decorations
out and yesterday today we're on sale. Oh yeah, and that's the ones

(44:20):
that they love Halloween so much. They decorate this week for Halloween. They
leave it up until Thanksgiving and thenthey start doing their nightmare before Christmas types
stuff for Christmas. Wow, Okay, it's on y'all like it or not,
it is on. So is CelebrityNews, right, what's up?
Olivia Rodrigo had to squash dough? This is Iana grand Day. What's up
everybody? This is just Vio sevennow the Johnny's House Entertainment News with Ray

(44:51):
So Olivia Rodrigo. People getting veryexcited for her to drop her album yep,
and so she's kind of clearing upsome of the rumors that people are
suggesting that her song Vampire that weplay is Taylor Swift is about Taylor Swift.
So if you don't recall some ofthe lines that she says in Vampire,

(45:14):
people are saying kind of sound likeshe's calling out the plagiarism scandal that
she found herself in after Sour herfirst album was released, so she ended
up having to pay both Taylor Swiftand Paramore royalties from her first album.
And so people are saying that, you know, because there was like so
many different similarities and stuff from herfirst album, but some people are saying

(45:37):
that her lyrics are calling out likea bloodsucker and all that stuff they think
is describing Taylor Swift. So Ijust because these rumors are just getting swat
at hand because recently I heard toothat they were accusing it of being her
ex boyfriend or something. Yeah,he wasn't all famous like that until like
they started dating and then so he'salso a bloodsucker fame bloodsucker. Yeah,

(45:59):
I don't know. But she alsotalked about how she she does address a
lot of her lyrics, but shesays that she will never say which songs
are about who. She said,I've never done that before in my career
and probably won't ever because I feellike it's better to not pigeonhole a song
we knew who. The last onewas about driver's License is about that little
dude that she wasn't on a TVshow with. Yeah. Yeah, Well
here's my thing. I mean, she works, I mean she worked with

(46:21):
a major label. And when youcome out with a song like Vampire,
I'm sure she recorded you say. Now, you know, once we drop
this, people all want to theydon't want to know who you're talk about.
Absolutely, you know, but that'skind of like a draw. That's
what made Taylor Swift. Song isso big, Like everyone's like, oh,
who's this one about? Yeah, but I don't think Taylor Swift ever
really said the person, and it'slike, that's the whole delivery. Rodrigo's
kind of playing now She's like,I'm never gonna say who it's about.

(46:42):
You guys can always assume because weall speculate, and that's where the conversation
comes in. Yeah. Well,Beyonce's second show in Los Angeles. Yeah,
and this is just right after TaylorSwift just rolled through LA as well.
So some people are of course doingcomparisons between the Taylor Swift concert and
that's why I wouldn't think the twobiggest tours happening in the world right now.

(47:07):
What they're saying is that Beyonce kindof cut her fans short. So
what they're saying is that Beyonce fansthat are sitting in the noseblades did not
have the Beyonce clips or the videosthat were circulated, like there's a thread
in sixty degree circular video board andso those are for the people that are
sitting all the way up in thenoseblades so you could see exactly what's going

(47:30):
on. Beyonce did not have theseturned on at all during her shows,
and so Taylor Swift did have thosemassive LED screens all around inside and out,
so people in the noseblades could seeexactly all the action that was going
down below. So a lot ofpeople are saying that Beyonce, in her
case, it appears only one monitoron the video board was on. The

(47:50):
rest of them were turned off,and some people are calling her out saying
that, you know, wow,I don't know if that has anything to
do with her production, if shewanted to do on her but obviously you
know what though, if I didget those two hundred and seventy five dollars,
those bleats dollars for the correction, yeah, I would want the video
board can't see you. This isthe reason, yes, yeah, yeah,

(48:13):
So a lot of people are sayingthat, like even if you were
in the Taylor Swift crowd, thefurthest seat away from the stage, you
saw it. There were a fewpeople that were talking about the production level
is higher on Taylor Swift than Beyonce, like they skimped on Beyonce's production.
Yeah, that's one of the casesthey've had problems that Taylorswip hasn't had.
It said Taylorswipt that the whole asconcert in the Ring and no problems Beyonce,

(48:36):
Perfect Weather and the MIC's cut out. Yeah, Like they're like they
maybe she cut some corners. Sheput all that budget into her outfits.
Well, but she's got an unlimitedbudget. Ye, so if she went
budgets because she chose to, Iwant to to rich. People went to
both concerts that they can compare, right, somebody ball and I did.
That's what I'm saying because somebody waslike, oh it was cringe worthy.
Compare Taylor Swift. Get out ofhere, Get out of here, we

(49:01):
come back. We're talking about smuggling, y'all. You've done it or maybe
you haven't. We're gonna talk alittle bit. Even though the headn't X
is ninety seven, it's not onehundred and seventeen, so we'll take that.
It's gonna be partly cloudy. Itis seventy five right now. Now.
Next week is our cruise and we'reexcited about it, and people are
planning smuggle, smuggle some things.Who is people crazy? I saw this

(49:27):
thing yesterday and it was just youknow, how you go down the rabbit
hole. If you look at somethingon TikTok, it takes you over.
Yes, it is a bottle. It is a bottle and you put the
alcohol in it, but it's alotion bottle and you screw on the top
and it has a bubble underneath it. Whether where the spout is that has
lotion in it. Oh smart,So if they test it comes out a

(49:51):
genius invention. Yep. I'm like, wait a minute. But if I
know this, then I'm the cruiseline knows this. Yes, you know?
Yeah, I mean this is thething. They probably seen everything that
you're gonna try. It's just arethey gonna go through the trouble of busting
you or not. Now years agowhen we first bet on. This is
our seventeenth year doing the cruise, and we used to do them before security
was really tight and we used toand they would tell you not to bring

(50:14):
alcohol on board. But I thinkthe most I brought was eight bottles.
I had like twelve twelve. Mysuitcase was so heavy. I set up
a whole whole ass bar in myroom and then at the I couldn't get
through all the bottles. I wasgiving out bottles here you go, Yeah,
I was. I did it allwrong. I had everything you weren't
supposed to have. I had bottles, I had candles, I had I

(50:35):
had iron iron, and we didn'tput them in flasks, glass bottles.
Oh yeah, and put them inour suitcase. I remember the guy said,
a man, I'm cleaning your room, dude, you got to blow
that. Yeah, oh my bad, my bad. But now nothing.
I'm the only thing that I'm thinkingabout trying to get on is a steamer.
But Brian said, anything with acoil on it, anything with the

(50:58):
heating element, they can take. They may not, but like they've taken
my wife's flat iron before, andthen they've also not taken it before.
I have a project that I'm gonnatry to get on. Then I'm recording
behind the scene. Cans almost gethim if you get that on, I
swear, I said, you know, want to make me real mad if
you get that on, And thenthey somehow him me up. I'm like,

(51:21):
really, really, y'all, don'teven look at Johnny Madden's bag.
Always see it. That's coconut.I'll send you oils if if I can't
get my stuff in, I'm takingeverybody down. I remember trying to I
remember what's coming from from the Bahamas, and I had some Cuban cigars and
I didn't know that there was anembargo. And I've mentioned this on the
air before and I got through withthe guy. It's like questioning, Hey,

(51:44):
how was your trip good? You'regetting cigars, man, I got
some nice ones, and he says, really, can I see him?
Yeah? And I should own himto him. I'm say these are all
Cuban. He goes, wow becausehe didn't know it, but there's an
embargo. What what do you meanyou can't buy Cuban cigars? Really?
No, he had a mind.Yeah. I'm like, du no,

(52:04):
Yeah, everybody told them they hadnew thing ban off. That's it,
because they have no way of knowing. I did not know Suggle trouble,
didn't they at least they destroyed yours. I met you. They ate mine
for lunch. I mean that's stilldestroying it. What did you what did
you? So? We bought salamiinside the Italian airport in Italy, we

(52:27):
bought the salami and they were like, I promise you you could get this
across because you purchase it in theairport, like blah blah blah, all
this stuff. We get to theAtlanta airport and they're like, you can't.
You can't bring this over into ourcountry. I'm like, food products.
Yeah, but I bought it inthe airport and they go and they
told in Atlanta there and I waslike, but they told me that I

(52:52):
could bring it over because I boughtit in the airport and they wrapped it,
they did everything the proper way. They stamped it everything, and the
dude was like, nah, weget into the side. We were in
Amsterdam and we made our own bottlesof Heineken, but they told us,
don't try to bring this on.Check it. Yeah, we checked it,
but these guys brought them and theybrought him on and it would have

(53:13):
checked it, but we brought herin there, but he checked in.
The dog would have got it.Yeah, he would have got it.
It's because you're going through customs.Yeah, no, I mean other than
liquor on. Yeah, that's theonly thing I wouldn't. I look,
I watch locked up abroad too muchto be messing with anything. And now
we me and my wife watched tocatch a smuggler. You ain't gonna get
me. I didn't even know thisagain, going on that rabbit hole on

(53:35):
TikTok. If you put the liquorin your bag and you locked the bag,
you can note in your room andthen you gotta come down. That's
embarrassing. Yeah, my mom andshe tried to pull this one where my
family and Panama they're farmers and sothey can use a machete or two.
And my mom tried to bring intomachetti's from from from the US to Panama

(53:59):
and the thing she was supposed tohave that particular luggage, but I flew
in the next day, so shegave me that one by accident, and
I got pulled aside and they're like, s we have to talk to you,
please, And I'm just like, what's happening? They're like, what
are you doing with all these machetteshappening? She ended up talking and got
it through. You might say,a new phone. Who is I want

(54:21):
to find out? Have you evertried to And I'm not talking about smuggling
drugs and stuff like that, y'all. Now, I'm talk about on the
cruise ship. It's a game thatthey play every cruise ship. Everyone you
try to sneak alcohol in because youain't trying to pay the you know,
the drink package. Have you doneit? Have you got caught? What
did you get caught with? Andthey took from you? What contraband?
If you have four h seven nineone nine one six seven eight seven seven

(54:44):
nine one nine one on six sevenExcel mobile four one o six seven getting
on social media live stream. Wewant to hear it from you. You've
done it. You've gone on thecruise before and you probably put it in
a wine bottle or stuck it insome bottles in the middle of the wall.
You know, the thing of waterthat you have. I've seen it
all four oh seven nine one nineone on six seven eight seven seven nine
one nine one six seven call usnow on Johnny's house. It's warming up.

(55:05):
It's about seventy six looking for ahigh today with the heading decks of
ninety seven and partly clouded with fromabout smuggling. Y'all have been doing it.
You know there's a you know,if you're go on a cruise now,
if you've seen locked up abroad, they don't play that stuff. They
don't play you sitting there trying toyou know, there's some country you get
caught bringing some some narcotics. Somethingthere you ain't ever gone home that said
you'll never see your home land again. Let me no, okay, Oh

(55:30):
it's the song in the background, like okay, so let me find out
from you there it is. Whydid you try to smuggle? Felicity?
Good morning? Good morning? Hi, Yeah, my seventh trader from Howard.
Sophie would love to say hello aswell. If that's okay, all
right, we'll talk to you thenwe'll say hello Sophie. Okay, he

(55:51):
says. Hi. So I don'tknow if I'm called up smuggling, But
me and my husband were in Mexicoand we were coming back and we had
bought this really cool bottle i'll cooholcalled alfle okay, which transfers into our
translates into the rifle because the bodyof the alcohol bottle was shaped like a
large rifle. And we wrapped itup in a in a blanket, put

(56:14):
it in a suitcase. Everything wasgreat, no issues until we got the
US customers. Yeah, and everyevery siren went off, everybody started screaming,
people started running and we were like, what the oh no, not
the rifle, not the alcohol,And of course they opened the bottle and
then they all laughed because they sawthat it was just alcohol, gave it's

(56:37):
like a little slap on the rift. Now was this on your carry on
or was the luggage your actual yourcheck in luggage. No, it was
our checked in luggage. But becausewe were in Mexico, we had to
come through customs and they had torun all our suitcases through ty a day.
Oh so this happened in Mexico.Well know what happened in Miami.
Coming back from so Mexico is like, that's their problems. Yet she got

(56:59):
a rifle in that's our problem.Well they thought we had a rifle,
but it was just a battle ofalcohol. And you really thought that that
battle of alcohol was gonna make itthrough. I mean it did, but
only after some jarring and alarms andlike a lot of agents running. So
they did give it to you, they did. They they thought it was
more funny than anything. Oh wow, okay. It was the size of

(57:22):
the suitcase. It barely fits intothe suitcase. It was so large you're
looking at and take you back thatlittle room back there. Oh, I
mean that sounded like his problem. That was his suitcase. Say wasn't yours?
All right? So let us sayhello to you or to your daughter.
Hi, Hello, I've been listeningto you gin. I was like
in preschool, look at you soundingall mature, like I mean briefly in

(57:44):
the seventh grade. Well have agrade dance school. Thank you guys.
All right, what I said,it's the x al mobent power back.
Turning to Dan Newland interact need acheck called Dan Newland. So one said,
when they were in high school, they tried to smuggle alcohol on the
course trip to Washington, DC.They put it in their salon selective hair
product bottle, but they didn't rinseit out enough, so they had bubbly

(58:07):
whiskey. It wasnt a right.Somebody said, I tried to put alcohol
in a water bottle for the cruise, but that didn't work too well.
They threw it out. Somebody saidonce on a bus came back with two
bottles of tequila that I didn't declareon the way back end. So they
threw those out an iron so thatthey didn't have to walk around with the

(58:28):
go to the laundry round. Butthey took that away. They'll play that
at all. They don't play thatanything from last Yeah, we got Cavan
grace, she said. I oncesmuggled a whole pizza in the movie theater
when I was eighteen. Yeah, good for her. I don't know how
you pull in a movie dat,it's kind of easy, the whole box
of pizza. Those people don't care. They really don't care. Whatever,
dude, it's not like back inthe day ahead somebody in front of every

(58:51):
theater. No, they don't care. Only only people don't bother the places.
The people are around you because theyain't got that pizza. We come
back, what have you been andfrom? And you've been banned from going
to a place because of something thathappened. We want to hear a story
on Johnny's house and she's in thestation and we say the singer security,
I ain't no name. So Igo down to see her. Very tiny,

(59:13):
so small, but had the biggestbody guards you ever seen. Yeah,
you had to look around them tosee her, that's how big.
They brought him to the studio andthey all walked like by the door and
like they couldn't fit through the door. And I'm like, I don't even
see her. But she was inthe middle of yes, a circle.
She's very nice when she said hello, But these guys looked at you like,
don't save him, don't say helloback right, we paid to do.
It was eight thirty eight on aTuesday, partly cloudy. He didn't

(59:35):
next get into ninety seven. Itis seventy five right now. So if
you haven't seen the video, Iguess Kanye and his wife, Yeah,
they've been they've been banned. Theycan really talked about that in trash,
So if you want to hear thewhole story, make sure you listen to
the podcast. There's no water taxisyeah, because they were doing some things.
Yeah, yeah, they weren't supposedto be done, right there photos
and videos around. I mean obviouslythere's always photos and videos of Kanye and

(59:59):
I sure I didn't know that, and he had a dude block in the
case, right. I think it'sgreat when you in a relationship and you
you know, you're with someone thatyou care about and they say, you
know what I need right now?And they said absolutely, ride or die.
He didn't even have to say it, yes, and uh, you
know, but he's been banned. So led us to the question has anyone

(01:00:20):
been banned from someplace? And Ithink I'm gonna start with Ray, Like
you everyone you have not who itwas when Dixie and like Mary, that
is now a publix, So you'reallowed in now because it no longer exists
now was my mom's all time favoritestore. Now what were you and what

(01:00:43):
were you were? You gotting afight in she stole? Oh you stole
that's stealing a pregnancy test for myfriend and got caught for your friend.
Huh. Yes, we don't believecallers when they say that, why should
we believe you owe into they callyour mom and say neither one of y'all
welcome back in here. Yeah.So we went to the bathroom and she

(01:01:06):
peeed on it and we did howold were you? I was sixteen?
Yeah, it sounds about like thosesixteen year old Yeah. So we went
to the bathroom at the store andused it and then we just tossed it
in the trash can. We're like, oh, they don't they won't even
know we were just in out ofthe bathroom. We walked out the bathroom
and somebody tapped us on the shoulderand they pointed us and they were like,

(01:01:29):
come here this way, and theysaid that we had to go back
into their office area, which wedid, and they sat there and they
called my mom. Oh, andthey said, that's what they take you
when you shoplift, because that's whatwe used to do in our retail store.
The security office. Security office.Yeah, and so they caught my
mom and then I was trespassed andI was never allowed to go back.
And my mom was more mad aboutnot being able to shop that one Dixie.

(01:01:51):
They wouldn't let her back either.Well, I mean like she could
go back, but she's embarrassed.Yeah, now the management. I have
a good friend who's i mean,total professional, who was banned from a
club and it was I never wasHalloween. She was walking through. Somebody
thought that she jumped the line,so they snatched the hair and they started
fighting, you know, so theytold her listen to either one y'all can

(01:02:14):
never come back. So a yearlater we tried to come back and they
had a picture. Wow, nota little picture right by the register.
I said, hey, thank you. That's awesome band. You know,
I wish I had a great Imean I've been I've been denied injury to
places, but I've never been bannedlike permanently to where I can't come back.

(01:02:38):
Been no. But one of myfriends, one of my friends.
He was. He was at anamusement park and he was breakdancing and he
accidentally hit the belt of a cop. And that was in band. That's
all he had to do the parks, no problem, Yeah, not at

(01:02:59):
all. That's I would mess around. I have so many things I want
to do at the parks. Idon't mess around because I don't take my
annual passes back. We had acomedian here in here, who oh gosh,
we got him hooked up. Hegot his whole family hooked up with
tickets to the parks and return fordoing a show for us. Yeah,
and he's banned. He said. They were playing some gun game and some
lady bumped his kid, his wholefamily's band and his wife said, hey,

(01:03:22):
that's my child walk. Oh gosh, the whole yeah, and it
was. It was. It wasin the news everything, and yeah,
we're we are the ones who calledin the favors for the hook up.
He said. He was sitting there. No, it's bad. You need
to watch your kid be That wasit. And it was one of those

(01:03:45):
standard theme park fights where the wholefamily fights each other. USA. It
was a big ugly thing. Hesaid, thank you man, But we
can't have a go back, andwe like you ain't you ain't tell him
we got you? No, Iwould do y'all like that? Who appreciate
it. I want to find outif you've ever been banned from a place,
and if so, why did youget banned? Okay four oh seven

(01:04:10):
nine one nine one on six seveneight seven seven nine one nine one on
six seven XL mobile four one hsix seven social media live stream. If
you're watching and you're online, goahead and drop a comment. We'll read
it for you. You've been bannedfrom a place before, tell us your
story because it is in the past. Now, let's it just happened recently.
We want to hear a story. This is Johnny's house ninety seven is
gonna be partly cloudy to a day, all right? The Kanye West and

(01:04:31):
his wife, they've been banned fromriding to gone to This is because they
felt a little I want to dosome adult things and you know, we're
having in trouble. So they've beenbanned. And outside of Ray in this
room, has anybody else been banded? We're just kind of curious round good
morning, good morning, all right? So you got banned? Yeah,
I got banned from a bar,and it sucks too because it was I

(01:04:55):
really liked the bar. I wentthere a lot. I even got friendly
with some of the staff. Well, what what did you do it?
I was leaving with this girl andwe were walking out of the parking lot
and this guy comes zipping through theparking lot like real crazy and almost hit
her with this car, like almostclipped through this rear view mirror. And
he parks like just a little bitdown. Then I start yelling at him,
you know what's wrong with you?Like learning a drive? Well he

(01:05:17):
started like parking back like real herded. Oh so I was very drunk.
We got a fight and I puthim in a choke hold a standing guillotine
and just choked him until his bodywent lip and then just dropped him.
You know the old standing guillotine Johnny. Of course, I know that your
body goes the classic move, absolutelyso. So this as his body drops

(01:05:41):
and hits the ground, everybody hasis now coming outside because it was out
back to the bar. Everybody startspouring out the door. See and what
happened? I just turned around andwalked home. No, I wasn't worried
about that, but right, goahead, man, I don't. I
woke up the next morning and Iwas like, was that one of the
bartenders? You seemed like kind offamiliar. So I texted this girl and

(01:06:04):
that worked there, and I waslike, Hey, that wasn't a bartender
I got in a fight with lastnight? Was it? She said no,
but it was the DJ, andwe're all really not like you and
you can't come back. He wasdefinitely driving drunk in the parking lot and
was took a big part in it, but they were all really good friends
with him, so they didn't wantto hear it. So when the song

(01:06:25):
ends, what happens. Everybody dropped. I always tell people he wouldn't play
call me maybe. But I wentback a year and a half later,
I had like grown my hair out. At this point, I was wearing
like a hoodie. I got adrink. I was with my friend and
then I ordered another drink and someonecame up to me. They're like,
you know, you can't have anymore drinks here, and do you gotta
go right? I was like,dude, it's been a year and a

(01:06:46):
there's no statue of limitations on chokingout the DJ. Did you grow your
hair out. You did you growyour hair out so you could try to
go back in there? Was thatyour goal? But I know it's been
like probably seven years since then.I'm good. Now. Look Brown,
I don't know you, but itappears to me just through conversation with him
right now, you have put thesestanding guillotine on someone before I was.

(01:07:10):
I was regularly training M M Aat the time. Yeah, so I
yeah, I don't know it wasit was. It sucked. I shouldn't
have done that, but he wasreally aggressive. Yeah. No, sometimes
you got to check someone out.Doesn't let him know you'll do it.
Yeah, but then look what youlost, man, you had, You
lost entry into your favorite place.Yeah, the work is a really good

(01:07:31):
date spot. It really mess alot of stuff up for me. Okay,
right, somebody said I was bannedfrom trying to sneak his way back
into the college program for students overdown by Vista Way. What you said
I was banned for trying to sneakin after I left the program. I

(01:07:54):
don't know what's talking about, thesame thing. I mean, there's a
bunch of people on the XL mobilePower by Attorney Dan Newland Interact need to
check called Dan Newland. Someone wasbanned from Claire's Boutique for stealing earrings when
they were fourteen, and that wasthe first and last time they ever stole
anything, though, so they learnedtheir lesson. Someone got banned from Emerson

(01:08:15):
Lagoon, which is that place thatRay went and the Wesley Chapel band from
there, probably for being too drunk. I don't know, they didn't say.
And then someone got banned from SpiritAirlines. But Spirit anymore, let
me take some they said. Jokeson you open and flag in if you
depended my life. Depending on howbad you got a be to be banned
from Spirit Airline, you probably gotto put the pilot in a stand,
a guillotine in his body. LimpRace eleven news. Oprah and the Rock

(01:08:41):
are getting called out right now.If you ain't hurt you, what's up
everybody? This is justin Bieber. If this isn't do anything, Hey,
it's Orlando now the Johnny's House Entertainmentnews with So as we know, in
August, those wildfires swept through Mauiand there was one hundred and fifteen people

(01:09:06):
that died from it. So there'sstill yeah, there's still so money unaccounted
for. And so there was avideo that was posted from Dwayne the Rock
Johnson and Oprah Winfrey launching a relieffund to help aid local residents who were
affected by these wildfires. And basicallythe duo said that they were going to

(01:09:27):
donate money and they were asking forother people to donate money, and a
lot of people are just calling themout for not donating enough of their own
millions instead of appealing to people withlike less money. And so, you
know, the whole thing is thatthey posted their video for millions of followers
to see on Instagram in which OprahWinfrey you can see you standing there next
to Dwayne, and they were talkingabout the People's Fund of Maui. And

(01:09:50):
so the whole relief fund is goingto give people that were eligible to receive
twelve hundred dollars a month to helpthem through this p read of recovery.
So obviously if you're displaced by thewildfires or you know, if you lost
some money. So yeah, so, and they were saying that they were
honored to start this campaign with tenmillion dollars and ask for the help and

(01:10:12):
donating to those who have lost theirhomes. People didn't think ten million dollars
was enough, and so people arecalling them out. Five yeah, and
I guess a lot of the moneywent to set up, like I guess
the facilities to accept more money. It wasn't just like here's five millions.
So it sounded like like all thepress releases sound like they donated ten million

(01:10:32):
dollars, but a lot of themoney is being used to set up the
administrative part of collecting money from otherpeople. So like you're you're you're basically
taking credit for a ten million dollardonation and all you're doing is really setting
up away for other people that don'tmake what you make to give money because
they set up the People's Fund ofMaui and so they had to have the
facility and like all these other things. But people are like, you know,

(01:10:54):
the math ain't and mathing at thisone because you're seeing you guys literally
have so much money, you candonate a little bit more than that.
There was over sixty thousand comments, and a lot of them were calling them
out. They were like, Oprah, you have thirteen properties on Hawaiian islands,
and so they were like, yournet worth is two billion dollars and
He's the thing with that is withpeople seeing how much money Oprah has,

(01:11:17):
they'll never be a month, They'llnever be enough. No, it's never
enough, never going to be anotheryea unless she gives up a billion,
yeah, a billion she only hasshe has two. Yeah, you know,
there's always they're always gonna criticizing now. But it is a bad look
though. If like it's like itcame across like when we talked about it
that they donated ten million dollars,I'm like, okay, but even if
even if you know half of thatone setting up an organization, that's still

(01:11:42):
people that I mean, you didn'tdonate ten million dollars. So here's the
thing. A lot of organizations,if you have high administrative cross they will
not they won't donate right at all. And it might be that situation.
Yeah. Also, while we weregone, fifty cent had a little concerts
over in Los Angeles, so onones that he actually had another one,
but he was spotted throwing a microphoneat one woman that was in the audience

(01:12:05):
and mike wasn't working. It wasa third time it wasn't working. Yeah,
he threw it into the production pitch. She just happened to be standing
down there because she's a radio person. Fellow broadcaster, yes, so a
fellow broadcaster. She was struck bythe microphone and you could see like this
nasty cut right in the center ofher forehead, like he nailed her directly
in the center. She was takento the hospital in an ambulance. They

(01:12:28):
like head wrapped her with like allthese bandages and everything like that. But
Batman through it. But I guessthere was also some other drama behind the
scenes. So Little Wayne was supposedto perform with fifty Cents on stage,
and I guess one of fifties peoplepushed Little Wayne when he was trying to
get up on the stage, andso Little Wayne was like, nah,
this isn't it. So he wasgetting ready to go on the stage,

(01:12:50):
the backstage tour staff person pushed himand so he just never made it up
on the stage. So but Imean other people were there, like Chris
Brown performed with him, I know, like Nas performed with him. But
so all those people had mics. All of those people had mics, have
mic No one that was working properly. Halloyaoya said, if you truly believe

(01:13:12):
that this man looked at you witha little ricket hit you on the head.
You're ridiculous. Well she will begetting to check. Oh yeah,
yeah, definitely, and she gothit pretty hard. All Right, we've
been goneful a couple of days. What is trending in the world. We
got hardly cloudy being goneful a coupleof days on the Reese. What has
been trending, ma'am. Let's startwith Wawa. It's about to have its
first drive through in Florida. Ohyes, So they're breaking ground in Tampa,

(01:13:34):
and I'm sure this is just goingto be the first of many to
test market. Kapot. If you'rea fan of subway, listen up.
They're bringing a one time new diningexperience where you can enjoy a Delhi Hero
sub one thousand feet above ground inthere one hundred eighty foot long blimp so
you get the sandwich on the bloopbasically. Yeah. Yeah, So this

(01:13:57):
blimp is actually coming to Orlando incertain areas too, cities. Uh,
they're coming to Orlando September nineteenth andthe twentieth. And you can register on
September sixteenth at eight am on theirwebsite and stuff. And if you don't
know. Subway also did recently announcethat the Subway family chain sold the restaurant
to the same owner of Duck andDonuts and Jimmy John's for like nine billion
dollars dollar crazy. Have you everseen that thing? It's like an excourage

(01:14:20):
in West's called Dining in the Sky. Yes, what a bringing you up
on a whole crane? Yeah, you're like suspended? Yeah? Is that
in Vegas? There's one in Vegas. As wanted to bud do it a
few places. Yet I don't thinkI could do that. I'd be like
vomiting. Well what if I go, oh, yeah, that's two I
gotta have something. No, youstrapped in? Oh yeah, it's a
part of the seat. Yeah,I mean it's probably like a two hour

(01:14:42):
experience that say hold it. Yeah, yeah, that's probably written. If
you can't hold it, think foryou. All right? What else?
So Toy story five is in thetalks, and it looks like Andy is
coming back. So Woody's original ownersreportedly returning, all grown up with his
own family, and we'll play animportant roll part of the plot. Also
Andy's grown up now yeah, yeah, last one. And this is all

(01:15:05):
kind of like breaking news for usbecause the franchise made it clear that Andy's
story was pretty much wrapped up bythe third movie, So for him to
come back, it's kind of likenostalgic vibes. Yeah, we'll be I
mean, all you have to dois pull the box out of the out
of the closet and hey, guys, kids, and these are towards that
pas sit down. It's like, how do we keep the story going Andy,
Let's do it with Andy camping World. They kick started their college football

(01:15:27):
season this past weekend with FSU versusLSU. The game finished with FSU winning
forty five to twenty four, andthe game attendance was sixty five thousand,
four hundred and twenty nine fans. That was a two games. Again,
it was a game against two nationallyranked teams. Yeah, yeah, it
was going to be packed. Theyjust all those fans just destroyed or Lando.
Oh yeah, they were everywhere andthey were in Disney Springs. Fans

(01:15:50):
that didn't go to the game. We're all in there getting a gear.
Yeah for sure. Some days torecognize National Cheese Pizza Day, National National
celly Light Day, and National ActDumb Days. All right, we come
back, what do you do whenyour favorite artists, your favorite recording artists
passed. What do you do?Do you play their music? How do
you honor them? Let's talk aboutit on Johnny's House. A lot of

(01:16:11):
people in music and a big Imean they're all big names. Jimmy Buffett
was one that shocked a lot ofpeople because I guess with his family they
kept it, you know, prettymuch just a family matter until you wake
up one day and say, wait, Jimmy Buffetts. He had been canceling
shows, so people were like, knew that he wasn't doing well, but
I don't think anyone thought it wasgoing to be like that. And radio
you mentioned that it comes in three. Who are the other two? Yeah,
so obviously the smash Mouth singer hepassed away. And then Gary Wright

(01:16:38):
he was eighty years old, buthe's saying he's saying dream weaver, dream
Weaver, dream weaver. So Iwant to find out what do you do?
And I know in Key West Overthe weekend it was just insane with
people trying to honor Jimmy Buffett. So what do you do when one of
your favorite artists when they passed? Now, historically speaking, those through those
three artists. Their songs are gonnago through the roof. They're gonna be

(01:17:00):
on usually on the chart because peoplelike to listen to the music when they
passed. I think the biggest namefor me, and it's been a while
was Michael Jackson. And I juststarted listening to his music. You know,
when I found eight he died.I just started putting, you know,
just playing his music over and overand over again. But you just
you just you just pause for amoment. He started thinking about, you
know, all the songs that they'vedone, and how those songs you remember

(01:17:21):
back in the day when that songwas was played, And for me,
I did it for a day andthen I was done, what do you
do? Be Yeah? Same?I mean like you're like, oh and
then you remember some of the songsPrince was one, yes, yeah,
yeah, But I think that's reallyfor me. Michael Jackson kind of hit
a little bit, yeah, becauseI worked here and I was on the
I team at the time, sothey hit me up like we gotta get
stuff online fast. So I hadto start like, you know, building

(01:17:43):
like graphics and stuff. So andI grew up on Michael Jackson. Yeah,
Like when I was like you know, in middle school and everything,
like we look forward to Michael Jacksonmusic videos on so I kind of hit
a little bit. But I don'tget like, I don't get like emotionally
sad. I just think, ohman, I'm glad you brought a Prince.
Guy's reminded me. I listened tothat Prince mus all the time,
because Prince just reminds you of atime in life. Yeah, you know,
the old Purple Rain and all thatstuff back in the day. Yeah,

(01:18:05):
and then like if it's somebody we'vemet, then I think of that
like Mitch Hedberg GAMEDI and like, you know, I know so, but
I mean I have pictures with him, and I got to like spend the
morning hanging out with them and stuff. So that was kind of hit harder
to me than once. I don'tknow. Yeah, right, how about
you. I remember when Michael Jacksondied because of my parents, like we're
so upset. Did they play music? I mean, yeah, they played

(01:18:28):
music. I remember my mom likeevery time she would clean, she would
be blasting Michael Jackson and stuff.I remember I was kind of young,
it was younger, but Scott Wilandfrom stp just because like my dad was
a big STP too, so likethat was a hard one. But for
me, I mean luckily, thankgod she didn't die. But Demi Levada
when she overdosed and like when peopledidn't know her medical updates or like her

(01:18:51):
medical information, like that was verysad. I remember crying because of that.
Really wow. And yeah, Iremember when I was really young when
Aliyah passed away. Yeah, Ijust because I would listen to her music
and I looked up to her,and I liked dancing to her music.
So that was like I would sayone way that I would pay tribute to
her. It was just like playingher music and dancing to it. So

(01:19:13):
I cried. I remember I waslike really weirded out by it because I
was so young, and I waslike, these things happen. Yeah,
Jimmy Buffett just it just I've nevergone to his show, and I used
to mess with the parrot heads becausewhen he came to town, nobody worked
and they all went outside and itwas probably that once a year that people
would get high. Old people wouldget high and go check out a show.

(01:19:33):
And it was like this one bigtwo hour karaoke show because everybody sung
to every single word. So itmade people feel good about life to put
on their shirts. And people puton the parrot on the fake parrot on
the shoulder and the hat and thenthey had a good time. So I
want to find out from you whathappens when your favorite artists passes. How
do you know give them tribute?Do you play their music? Do you
