(00:50):
Good morning, six o'clock, Orlando'snumber one. Hit me the station.
It's XL one or sixty seven. It is Johnny's House on a Wednesday morning.
A lot of sunshine to day.He didn't des only ninety eight.
This morning is seventy six. Nowthe Johnny's House Entertainment News with Ray Gary
Busey's basically a wanted man right now, hit and runne what the trouble for
(01:11):
that before? He definitely had somesome traffic problems. Yes, I know
he got in a bad motorcycle accident, which is kind of why he's like,
well, he rear ended a womanin Malibu last week. He fled
the scene and she chased him down. She eventually caught up with him at
a restaurant in a parking lot andhe scolded or she scolded him, and
(01:33):
she wanted his information and everything likethat. He told her he has progressive
insurance, but refused to give heranything else because he's private. Then he
took off again. She got thewhole thing on video and filed the police
report. So that's all we knowright now, but that's where it goes
from there. And so basically he'snot giving any for any information. There's
pictures of like the uh, thescene and all that stuff, and the
(01:59):
damage to her are yeah, buthe's just like, yeah, whatever,
it took off. So he's takenoff twice. Now, Wow, this
woman's trying to get his information,so he's probably gonna get Stephen King,
this is actually really funny. He'sobviously like a true master of horror and
saying yeah, it's kind of biz. And his wife almost left him because
he is obsessed with Mombo number fivesong Mambo number five it is. It
(02:25):
is, and it's catchy, buthe said that it almost destroyed his marriage.
He says that he has like thedance mix. He loves the extended
play versions of the song. Heplays both sides of it, and one
of them that he plays is justthe instrumental So when he's writing, he
has music playing in the background. And he played this song over and over
(02:46):
again, especially the instrumental one,and his wife said, one more time,
play one more effing time, andI'm leaving you. And I'm like,
listen, you like our life wehave? Yeah, have you written
about a book lately? Sweet? No, a little little mambo? She
would say, just real quick, google Kevin Costner. It's just real quick
(03:07):
because I can live on sixty eightthousand dollars a month. That's why do
you said? I read an update. She's living in a forty thousand dollars
Kevin costanerst wife forty thousand dollars house, and her thing is the kids got
to share a bathroom. Yeah,oh wow. The bathroom is probably the
size of mine. So but anyways, she said, play it one more
(03:30):
time and I'm leaving you. Butthe instrumental one is the one that He
actually writes a lot of his stufftoo, to make a play a sweetheart,
I'm gonna be writing to day betweensuch and such, yea, mombo
gonna be right, You're gonna hearlogo and over again. Maybe get some
headphones, Steve, I mean, seriously, he gets a real nice one.
(03:52):
Maybe, sweetheart, you can justI mean, the person playing the
music is the one that should beconsiderate. I'm sure that house is big
enough where she could go on theother side of the house and she wanted
to hear lou Bega. But thinkabout it, though, If it's something
in your brain, you could bea mild down the street. And yeah,
that's true. That's true. LamarOdom is keeping it in the family
when it comes to his treatment centerand his treatment community or a company that
(04:15):
he's building. So he's focused onstrengthening his bond with his kids, and
so he's actually hired them to workat Odam Recovery Group. So Lamar's son
is a marketing consultant and Lamar's daughteris a client representative. She's responsible for
like getting the patients information. Butyeah, he's like, listen, he
wants to recognize their hard work.He took him on a little vacation to
(04:36):
like an ocean front property in NewportBeach. But the treatment centers are actually
doing pretty good. I think that'sgood though, as long as they,
you know, stay in the lanes. I don't want to go on there
from the castle in this sig,you lamar oldham Son, So what do
you do? I'm just a son, So just tell me what's going on.
Yeah. Yeah, he's the onewho hands out the flyers. Yeah.
(04:57):
So, but his recovery group keepsexpanding. I mean he's got fourteen
rehab centers. It shows you howmuch there is a need, yes,
absolutely, and the fact that hestays clean. Yeah, because he's a
good representation. Look, this iswhat you could do. You you you
two could almost die in a brothel, be me and they run up your
card while you're in the hospital.Story that was really But if it falls
(05:19):

of ninety three, heats gonna makeit feel like it's ninety eight and it's
(12:35):
seventy six right now. I justhad a normal day yesterday. I hadn't
seen the kid all weekend, soI picked them up from school. Car
lines, they're just different. It'sjust different. It's just I don't think
i'll ever and hopefully by his junioryear he'll get a car, but I
don't think i'll ever get used toseeing kids have better cars. It's humbling
a little bit. I do wantto just just like I want to go
(12:56):
buy people's houses and go, hey, I'm sorry, you don't know me,
but what you do. There's aTikToker that does that. I want
to those kids. I know y'alldon't know me. Yeah, what's your
parents do? It's not yours?Humble you as well. I took home
one of the kids from football practiceone time. Okay, well Jaden this
past year because he didn't have hiscar that day. Okay, yeah,
(13:18):
their their house, four of myhouse is easy. Oh gosh, I'm
like, okay, all right.Uh So talked to the get talked to
the kid. We didn't grill onLabor Day. So we did it yesterday
and that wasn't went debata early,Miss Ray, How was yours? It
was good. I went to thegym and then I went home and I
kind of just relaxed and then didsome meal prepping and then I went for
(13:43):
a run after that. How howdoes it feel right now? It's not
as hot as it heads. No, it felt good. And that's why
I went because I was like,oh, I went to the gym,
but I wanted to like go outsidetoo. Yeah. I did Reggy yesterday
as well. Yeah, and she'slike she's trying to teach me about like
meditation, like grounding and earthing andstuff like that. So yeah, so
(14:05):
it's really cool. It's like I'mfascinated with it. Oh yeah, good.
I'm gonna tell you, if youreally get into it, it will
change your life. Yeah, Imean really, Yeah, Brian's meditating.
I tell you how to do itright now, Brian, push all those
thoughts outside. Breathe the breathe outall that negative energy. Freath the positive
(14:28):
energy. There ain't no positive energyfor me to breathe thee around here.
This is not working for you, sir. She'll give you a check.
No, but it was good.It was a good day. Good I
was. I. I got stuckhere till almost three o'clock yesterday afternoon May.
Everything just kept piling up, nothinghard, but I just kept slowing
me down. So by the timeI got done, it was like three
(14:48):
o'clocks. I didn't take a nap. It was too late for all that
business. So I went home anddid some more work from home, just
a little stuff on the computer thatI could do from the house. Play
bass for a little while. I'mpicking up another new song, so I'm
trying to your to build myself aplaylist. So I got fall Out Boy,
I got Sugar going down. NowI'm doing all American rejects swing swing.
That's my next song. Nice.So I did that for a little
bit, and then I boxed, and then I want to box more because
(15:11):
my cardio has built up. Yeah, but my arms are like dead by
the time I hit my thousand punches. So I ran yesterday after I boxed
good, pretty good. So didthat and then that's pretty much it.
We just made some dinner roll nowwe need by saving made dinner. We
went to Chick fil a and gotdone. But I only did the grilled
nuggets, no side side because Ididn't want to add the calories because I
just burned a whole bunch for you. Yeah all right. And so my
(15:35):
family's still here. So I thoughtthey were leaving yesterday. Yeah, well
my uh they're leaving what is today? No, they're leaving tomorrow. My
mom isn't here, but my sistersare with the kids. So I went
to swing By after work and whilethey went shopping, I took my little
knees to the pool that they hadlike a water park over there. Yeah
yeah, I mean we were therefor like two hours on the same slide
as we were the other day,up and down, up and down.
(15:56):
But it was great. Yeah. And then uh cut with all the other
little ones too, so family timethat family love I am. And it
was like a nice dump of sterotonin. You know, it's like I'm working,
I'm taking full advantage without working, and then going straight to the kids.
Yeah you good for you. Listen, we come back, we'll talk
about some things and if you're,you know, getting ready to go to
high school, things you're self consciousabout now and then later in life what
(16:18):
you're self conscious about. And Raysay, it's pretty much still same.
Huh. We'll get into that nexton Johnny's house. Okay, not as
hot as it has been a littlebreezy though, it's mostly sunny heat in
decks of ninety eight, and we'lltake that because it's not like one sixteen.
And there's a big difference too,and right now it is seventy six
now, Ray, people will askingwhat they're self conscious about as a teen
(16:38):
and now. Yeah, so therewas a pole that I found, like
the most awkward age is seventeen, and the top things that they were self
conscious about in high school are stillthe top things that we're self conscious about
as like an adult. So thingslike your weight, your hair, and
your teeth are the top three thingsthat people are And this was it that
(17:00):
way as a teen, yep,as a teen, and then it's still
something that you brought into your adulthood. So what are yours? I first
of all, in high school? What were you? What were your self
concius in high school? It wasmy teeth, which I paid for it
to get fixed. Knocked him outright. Yeah, I chipped him when
I was younger and I had toget caps, and so as an adult,
(17:22):
I got veneers instead of just keepthe caps or whatever. And then
I had acne, so, whichis something that I also had in my
adulthood. But I've been as anadult now trying to take care of my
skin. So was the same myteeth in my fate my acne? Yeah,
mine is totally different. Really,Yeah, sa, I'm gonna put
myself out there, but I don'tcare listeners do it. When I was
(17:42):
in high school, I was selfconscious because I had very small feet,
and you don't care anymore. Itwas I had a six you know,
I used to buy shoes. Theyshould give me like a T shirt,
yep, And I had a bigegg. You went into it, I
grew into it. And my feetit's now like an eight and a half,
(18:03):
which is small, but back thenit was I was always and you
know, my boys found out aboutjoke. They just stop the tiny feet
and stuff like that. And nowI'm a little self conscious, but I
see it not. I see itfating because I don't really care that much
about the gray hairs that I have. Now I'm gonna dot of these things
up because I got a big eventthis weekend. But normally I wouldn't let
it get as you know, mychin get as gray as it is.
And uh, but now I reallydon't care. One day, I'm just
(18:25):
gonna stop. Yeah, I thinka new one for me as an adult
though, was my posture, LikeI didn't have that like bad posture when
I was in high school, butnow like I feel myself really yeah,
as an adult, I don't knowwhat my postures like, never thought about
it. Not so my posture, but I'm always on my kid like you
know, yeah that kind of thingbe what you first of all in high
(18:45):
school. My height when I was, I don't care anymore. I didn't
grow, I'm still short. Ijust I don't. I just didn't care
anymore. But back then I didn'treally care. Back then it was my
teeth because I was supposed to getbraces, but we were too poor and
I got braces as an adult tofix that, so when I could,
I did so. Yeah, myheight and then for me it was always
(19:08):
like money like we did. Ididn't have clothes, like nice clothes or
anything like that. Yeah, andI don't really care about that now self
conscious anything, you know. AndI think now my weight. Back then
I was super skinny. I didn'tcarry either way, but I think that's
probably it. I don't I wantto stay like somewhat in shape. Other
than that, I don't really care. All Right, the reads for you
(19:30):
in high school all yourself conscious.I mean I definitely tap into a lot
of the things that guy's already said. But one of the difference for me
was my rests. They were small, and I mean, even to this
day like that. No, butit's crazy because my sister, my middle
sister, I mean, she's gotI don't know how it's to say this,
but she's got she's got we knowwhat you're saying, but she's got
(19:52):
great ones. Yeah, And Ijust and I would be so self conscious
because I just didn't literally I didn'thave any but and you know, my
mom would have be it's okay becauseyou play all these sports, so it's
okay where you are right now.But even to this day, I'm just
I mean, I love my body, but like that was my number one
self conscious thing because I was like, okay, dude, really, when
you're younger, I could see thatbeing a big deal. Even in high
school. Yeah, I mean Iliterally put me next to any girl and
(20:15):
I was like nothing, because likethe popular girls where the girls developed.
Really, but like now my wife'sgot you know, and she's like,
I wish I had none. It'slike a we're of different clothes but all
the time. Really and as anadult another I mean, I'm happy,
I'm listen. I like to runand be still, so I'm happy.
(20:36):
So throw it out to you. We're being honest. And also I want
you to call if you're like inhigh school now, what are your self
conscious about? And believe me,it may stay to stay. Say it's
staying in the same right, Yeah, what are you if you're in high
school getting ready to go to schoolright now? What are you most self
conscious about? And as an adultcall in what were you self conscious about
in school? And what are yourself conscious about now? Is it the
same or is it different? Fouroh seven now one nine one o six
(20:57):
seven eight seven seven nine one nineone o six seven the Xcel Mobile.
If you can't get through, youcan always text you and read it.
That's four one o six seven. We have a YouTube channel and the live
streams they're watching you always drop comments. We'll find yours and we'll put it
up on social media so anybody canparticipate. But we love talking to you
if you're in high school now,if you're in school right now, what
(21:17):
are your self conscious about? Andcan you tell us what it was back
in the day and what it isright now? Four oh seven nine,
we're nine one o six seven eightseven seven nine, we're nine one o
six seven getting real along Johnny's house. They heat in the X ninety eight.
It is seventy six now. Tryingto find out some things that you're
subconscious about back in high school andtoday they say they are pretty much the
same. Hey, Abby, goodmorning, good morning, all right,
(21:41):
and what were you subconscious about inhigh school? Back in high school,
it was definitely me having a deepvoice, and definitely my boobs. Oh
so you're the deep voice girl withboobs yea. And as an adult,
what is it? It's still thesame thing to this thing. Your voice
isn't that deep deep deep? No, No, it's not, well,
(22:03):
I didn't mean it that way. It's not deep. Yeah, it's like
normal to me. Yeah, yeah, I would still say that the two
things, well, I mean comparedto like Rais. I think Rais is
a little high pitched compared to yours. But I mean, for the most
part, I wouldn't like if someoneasked, hey, does she have a
deep voice, I'd say no,yeah, yeah, appreciate it. I
can't tell the boobs over the radio. We're just gonna give you that because
(22:26):
you're there with your son. Yeahright, hey, Jade, and how
are you? I'm doing okay? And what are you subconscious about it?
Fourteen? Definitely not trading in?Oh really? Yeah? Like everyone else
at school is always on their phone, and I'm more like the kid who
wants to sit down and have aconversation. Yeah. Yeah, it wouldn't
(22:48):
be great. And what great areyou in? I'm a freshman. You're
a freshman. Well, as soonas that bell are you? You gotta
put them phones away? Yeah, they're making people talk now Yeah, yeah,
you're gonna win this one. Yeah, just lead the way. Yeah,
what school this go? You inseminal? Some of I don't think
some of thel has that. Idon't know. No phone rong, No,
I think it's just orange. Yeahall right, well listen, you're
gonna be fine man. You hangin there, Jayden, Before you know,
(23:11):
it'll be your singing year. Allright, all right, you haven't
un your mom. Have a beautifulday, Okay, okay, bye bye,
and then long run being a conversationlist will definitely win. Chris than
good morning, Hey, how's itgoing all right? And uh? And
how do you all? I amtwenty five? Now twenty five? Okay,
So what were you subconscious about? In high school? So I'm pretty
(23:33):
visually impaired, and I have somethingcalled the stagnus, which means my eyes
kind of moved back and forth andI can't do anything about it. Okay,
So growing up I would be calledevery single name out of the book
googly eyes, you know, bugeye, person, all that stuff.
So that was really a big thingin high school and you know, middle
school, all kind of stuff.Okay, But once so I started kind
(23:55):
of working on confidence, then thatkind of just went away. Yeah that's
not like I think I work aboutanymore. That's cool, man. It
injured me from getting any kind ofgirlfriend because I would not want to look
at him. I don't want toget you know, it's rejected and all
that kind of stuff. So nowyou're over there, you just got tons
of girlfriends. Well I'm not I'mnot too sure the lady I'm talking about.
(24:18):
See that's good man, Young peoplelistening right now, and say,
hey, don't worry about now, just just work on yourself confidence. Now
that you have disability is not definingyou now as an adult, and you
you have the confidence you look backon yourself and say, man, why
didn't I just started this in highschool and it'd been a totally different time
a thing for you. Yeah,it's more like I wish I had more
(24:42):
more grace, and you know,I wish I'd give people the benefit of
the doubt, but I would kindof like shut things down before they even
had a chance to yea being ayou know, your defense mechanisms we had.
It's funny who I grew up.We had a kid that had somewhat
of a disability like that, buthe would fight people. You talk about
him, he'd pop you, hey, Google, what dude, why you
hit me? Man? Watch yourtongue son. Well you can see they
(25:06):
didn't, huh. One of thetimes popular kids, one of them was
making fun of me, and hetold the other one, hey call them
Google eyes. And then one ofthe other pop kids actually stood up from
me. He's like, no,I'm not gonna do that. That's that's
that's myssed up, bro. What'swrong with you between. That's the differ
between two kids that one was raisedwhite, right and another one wasn't.
(25:30):
We won't repeat that, you know, and you know which one, the
white one was actually the other wayaround though, But all right, thank
you christ, thank you guys. Now I'm saying, you know, that's
a white kid thing to cast someone googly eyes for sure. Right,
so they said my awful teeth.I still am self conscious about it,
(25:53):
and a lot of people are sayingthe things that I was self conscious about
in high school was my parents,my weight, and nailaca CONFI and still
like that they're fifty five years old. Yeah, I'm telling you, man,
at some point in your life youjust stop. It's not that you
stopped caring, it's like, whyam I giving this? I am?
Who I am? Yeah? Yeah, I'm not giving my energy these people
excel Mobile Power by Attorney Dan NewlandInteract need to check called Dan Newland.
(26:15):
Someone said, being confident to expressmy feelings is what I was conscious about
then and now, well I thinkeverybody unless you one of those that can
just communicate anything. Yeah, youknow, and the phone rule, by
the way, statewide, Oh thatasantist thing. Yeah, oh I didn't
know that. I looked it upjust to make sure. Yeah, oh
wow, I did not know thatwe got gauge. He says. In
(26:36):
high school, I was worried aboutmy teeth because I had taken a baseball
and a baseball bat to the mouthman pure accident, though. Yeah.
I had a kid and on mytrack team try to catch a shot put
on purpose. Oh my gosh, and what happened to me? What's all
that out? Oh that was going? I saw Ray without her teeth once.
Yeah. Really, it's scary seeit. She looks like she looks
(27:00):
like bat Boy that used to beon the Inquirer at Public's Checkout Canada.
So it did Sam, Britney's exhusband really work for her father on this?
What's up everybody? This is justinBieber. This isn't do anything.
Hey, it seven Orlando now theJohnny's House Entertainment news with Ray. So
(27:30):
I know Brian mentioned this a coupleof days ago. I think I was
like last week about this conspiracy theorythat Sam, who is Britney Spears is
now ex husband, was working forher father on the side, and so
now people are suggesting that Britney doesbelieve that Sam was basically scheming with her
(27:52):
dad to provide him with personal detailsabout her life. Sam would supply information
to Jane her father that would helpkeep her locked into a conservatorship. In
exchange, Sam would be given accessto her and her money. Brittany now
feels like Sam was basically using herthe whole plant by her dad. Well,
(28:15):
I mean, you gotta look atit this way. If your whole
life, the people that you lovethe most used you, and you're married
to a guy and all of asudden he doesn't want to be married to
you anymore, your mind's gonna takethat person and put him in with everybody
else, start mentally start making connections, even though it may not be that
way. I know, and Ilike, I really hope that it's not
that, But it's just there's somany people now that are coming forward that
(28:37):
we're like, oh, I couldtotally say this came from a UK tabloid
and they said they have sources.Yeah, I mean, I mean,
obviously you don't know if it's trueor not, but if you look at
the timeline, it makes sense. They were finding out things about her on
a personal level. They were keepingit that was keeping her locked up and
he was the only one that theywere cool with being around. Yep.
(28:59):
And then as soon as he's notlocked up anymore and there's no use for
him anymore, they're getting divorced.Yeah. Yeah, and then there's like
trouble in paradise and release for conservatorshipand stuff. Yeah. So, but
the Britney suspects that Sam went behindher back all throughout their six years over
their relationship. He secretly worked forher a strange father. And so she's
posting it on Instagram of course becauselike you know, that's how she expresses
(29:22):
herself now because she has access toit. So I don't know, we'll
see where this goes. But mythought was he didn't probably go in thinking,
Okay, I'll make some money offthis. He probably went in thinking
I'll get in good with the dadby giving him some information, you know,
so he we're on the same team, or if the Dad sold to
him and said, hey, listen, you know, listen, we all
(29:44):
got to be together on this.Yeah. The number one concern is Brittany,
and we gotta make sure and I'mtrying to win your approval, right
because I want you to keep mein the loop. Yeah, so the
only way I could do that isto help you help her in my head.
Yeah, And yesterday I was tellingyou that it was speculation that Joe
Jonas and Sophie Turner. Well it'sofficial. I'm trying to defend. They're
wearing his ring and she's at theconcert. Now, that's what I'm saying.
(30:07):
Like yesterday, I was like,oh no, like everybody saw him
wearing his ring. He's totally fine. But yeah, Joe Jonas and Sophie
Turner have called it quits after fouryears of marriage. Joe filed yesterday,
but according to a source, hedidn't really want to. He tried to
save their marriage, but I guess. Uh. You know, they share
two daughters. He's asking for ajoint custody and says that the kids have
been living with him lately in Miamiand on tour. Yes, so the
(30:32):
kids have been going on tour withhim, and they basically go ahead.
I'm just saying, Okay, weare not together, you're on tour.
The kids needs some stability, theyneed to be me. Yeah, yeah,
yeah, Well he's the kids havebeen on tour with him, So
Joe and Sophie, I guess havebeen having a lot of disagreements over what's
(30:52):
going on, and so they havedifferent lifestyles. Allegedly, they say that
Sophie likes to party and Joe doesn'treally like to part when he's not on
tour. And so last year Sophie, I guess, she said something about
going back to England because she missesher family, and she said that she
would do anything to drag Joe backto England to be near her family for
her mental health. So that's anotherspeculation at this point that maybe that's what
(31:15):
she wants to do. Yeah,so I don't know, it sounds like
as if she's following his agenda justbecause of the sake that he's probably touring
and all this stuff, and Icould see that being a burden also,
But yeah, seriously, the kidsstart there. But also Miley Cyrus is
revealing all these things about like notgoing on tour and being on tour and
all that stuff. But yeah,so she said that she did not make
(31:37):
a dime when she was on tour. She wanted to be on tour just
to be excellent and be there forher fans and everything, but she said
that it was basically an investment forherself. So she paid for it all
to make it exactly the way thatshe wanted it and the fans what they
deserve. She said. She workedwith these creative directors and everything, but
the show was so big that shedidn't really make any money off of it.
(32:00):
It was just an investment for herself. And she did it wrong,
I know. And that's what Iwas thinking too. Beet Venue, Well,
you usually get a sponsor to rightoff the hard costs and then your
tours presented by Butterweiser or whoever itis. Yeah, and they handle most
of the hard costs. I mean, once you're on Beyonce level, you
pay for the tailors, if youpay for the extra because you know you're
gonna get it back. Yeah. But like I mean, for the most
(32:21):
part, that's where you make yourmoney. Yeah. But she's just done.
She's done's done. Yeah, it'shard. Some people love the road,
some people hate the road. JustinBieb. But I had to pull
him off. Yeah, it wasdriving him. I mean he's a lot
happier now than he was. Yeah. On the road. We come back,
We see we can help you out. We call it thirty seconds of
therapy. You tell her what's up. We'll break it down for you on
(32:42):
Johnny Say it is Johnny's house. It's sunshine today head in the decks of
ninety eight. It is seventy six. Now, as you have noticed,
there is a new tropical storm outthere, and it is tropical storm Lee
has a name, and it israpidly intensifying. It could be it could
be extremely dang your category four way, I know he kicked in the door
(33:02):
and say, that's another one andit may be hit it towards the coast
of North Carolina. He sounded likeDJ County, another one and another one.
But what is happening? They sayit's gonna get out there and some
stuff happening. And I wish Ihad written down to read the notes that
he had told me. But I'mjust using in my terms upper level wins.
What's gonna happen, And so I'mgonna push. It's gonna veer out,
(33:23):
that's what's supposed to happen. Butit's because it's over open water.
It's gonna build and build. Andthey said major hurricane by Friday. Yeah,
so I mean that's category three orhigher. But it's gonna hit some
front. It's gonna push it up. Yeah, I don't know. That's
upper level wins. I've just heardthat term before. I forgot that out
there sounded good, upper level winsmy kids. He's probably shaking his head
like, man, just don't listen. You don't listen. But I mean
(33:46):
I've heard that term before, notin this case. I don't know,
shares, I don't know. Butbut what was happening. Funny is that
that we're watching today. No,that's the heat, right, I don't
know. We're watching and the NationalWeather Services tell you immediately they don't even
worry about this. It's gonna justveer out. Yeah, locally, all
(34:08):
of them stop where it's supposed toturn. Yeah, so that way you
pay close attention. Well, yeah, it's like the cliffhanger at the end
of an episode. Here's where itis on Friday. Stay tuned. But
if they gone one more right, and that's what's gonna happen, get the
people all worked out. Yeah, because we're already like, okay, we
(34:29):
we we you know, somewhat dodgedthe bullet and already looks like it's as
big as the whole Atlantic Ocean literallyfrom Canada all the way down right now
telling you. So that's what's supposedto happen. But you know what the
spaghetti the spaghetti models. Yes,one hasn't doing a loop the loop going
(34:49):
back and then coming forward. Atthis point, you could say any term
and I'll just believe it spaghetti. But if you haven't watch it, there's
one that just takes it. Everybodyelse can say it's going straight once he's
gonna go because they literally look likesomeone through spaghetti on a plate. Yeah,
there you go. But it istropical storm lead and it will intensify
to a category or four. Butby the weekend and hopefully, uh,
(35:13):
if everything hits, it won't botherhurricane by tonight tonight like a like a
regular hurricane by eight pm tonight iswhat they forecast. We like they use
the Spahetti model as like a teambonding thing, like who wants to draw
the next line? It's gonna goleft, even though if I'm saying I
feel like it's like Adam party whereeveryone does pin the tail on the donkey.
They blindfold you and give you amarker and put you in front of
(35:36):
a map and say go and thenyou draw, and then you take your
little blindfold off. You go,oh, that's pretty cool, and these
people take a check, they geta check for that because we're sitting there
going look at that. So anyway, it is the FTLC model. Okay,
okay, sounds good to me.But yeah, they say it's supposed
to be a route. But ifyou watch locally on any of them,
they're gonna stop at that time whatit's supposed to be out. So that's
(35:57):
what's going on. Tropical storm leadwill be or hurricane by the end of
the day. You shouldn't be jokingabout this stuff. No, No,
here's the thing. This is thething that always gets me is that they
always say, well, there's nothingout there. I'm sure some islands,
you know what I mean. Ifyou look at the map, there are
a few little things out and there'speople on those islands like but nothing to
worry about. There's nothing out therethat looks like island. Here's some bermudas
(36:19):
right, yes, and I've beenthere. All right, it's time for
us to help you out. Wecall it thirty seconds of therapy. That's
where you call us up. Youtell a situation that is occurring, and
what we'll do is we'll try tobreak it down and tell you, with
some real life experience, how tohandle that. Got a pair of ticasy,
Sam Hunt, it's gonna be Thursdayat the Mid Florida Credit Union Amphitheater
in Tampa. Well, you justcall us up. Nothing real heavy,
(36:39):
y'all. You know, it couldbe personal, it could be work friends.
Whatever you call us up, tellus what's going down. We'll try
to break it down, and thenwe'll hook y'all with a pair of tickets.
Sam Hunt, Thursday at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater in Tampa.
You got a call us though, that's the only way to do it.
Four oh seven nine one nine oneon six seven eight seven seven nine one
nine one to six seven calls nowon Johnny's house, Breezy, it is
(37:01):
seventy six right now. We callit thirty seconds of therapy. That's what
you tell a situation in real lifeexperience. We'll try to break it down
for you and for being brave.Got a pair of tica See Sam Hunt
Thursday, September seventh at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater over End, Tampa.
So let's go ahead and get started, so we get as many as
we can. Hey Tina, goodmorning, Hi, good morning. How
(37:22):
are you good? Tina got thirtysecond therapy? What's going on? All
right? So I just recently gotpromoted to a position. I'm a retail
manager. The manager that was thereprior, she was very friendly with the
teams, didn't really set any expectationsor rules. So she got let go.
I got promoted, and now Ijust feel like I have this huge
(37:44):
target on my back. It's beenreally hard to win the team over because
they're very loyal to her. Yeah. I've been doing this for twenty two
years and I know what I'm doing, and I'm just trying to get the
team on my side. And like, I'm not the bad guy. He's
not there for reason. I'm justhaving a hard time well getting the team
rallied around me. Here, here'sa deal, here's the reality of it.
(38:07):
This is not your team. Thisis her team. You inherited it.
You have to slowly put your teamtogether. You know, when one
gets out way out of pocket, unfortunately, you gotta let him go.
So let others know that. Okay, I am in charge now and I'm
trying to do the best by thisstore, at this store, and I
understand you got some loyal team tothe other person, but you understand this
(38:28):
is not your team. You inheritedher, So of course it's going to
be that way until slowly you startputting your players in place. Miss Ray.
Yeah, I agree. And peopledon't like change. So unfortunately,
if there is change, and ifit happens quickly, they just get uncomfortable.
I would just try to, likeJohnny said, build your own kind
of kind of crew. Yeah.I mean, it's unfortunate because she was
(38:49):
like the party girl and you're theone who's trying to like to bring order
to it. And look, Isay it all the time around here,
like you gotta set standards and yougotta hold people to them, and it's
sometimes gonna get ugly because that's that'sjust a thing. There was no accountablity.
The store wasn't performing to the expectationthat you know, she was clearly
being held to. So now I'mcoming in and yeah, well somebody else's
(39:12):
monkeys, Like they said, youcan't win that way, so you're gonna
have what you have to do isyou're gonna have to set high expectations and
have a low tolerance for people thatdon't meet them and it's going to be
ugly. But a public firing whenthe store is packed, Oh wow,
publicly I would go that. Yeah, that's what you need to do.
You know, I'm not gonna lie. You do think there needs to be
(39:36):
you know, I do think thereneeds to be an example made of at
least one person if they if theydeserve it, they deserve it. Yeah,
yeah, of course, Yeah, not my intention, of course.
Yeah. Your you know, yourstory sounds very familiar to mine when I
came into Johnny's house. Honestly,it's just a slow pacing that you have
to do to gain the respect ofthese even though you've been doing it for
(39:57):
so many years. That doesn't meananything. You just have to show the
effort and the hard work and thenslowly gained the respect. It doesn't happen
to me earn their respect. She'sthe boss, say they don't respect the
process. No, in a senseof like what she's going to bring to
the table, like kind of havea balance so that you're pleased with your
teamwork. You know them, it'snot like you don't know them. You
want you wouldn't put into a newposition you just was promoted in a position
(40:22):
that you're in. Yeah, yeah, correct, Yeah, but yeah,
public firing around Christmas time, thestore's pack, store's pack lines everywhere.
He said, you know what,Ray, if you don't want to work
here, I'll tell you what.Ray. Goodbye? Okay, can I
take you? Make a scene?Yeah, make a scene? Make anybody
else? Did you get that theyfive Ray doing a peak Christmas? Yes.
(40:44):
I saw a thing yesterday and itwas maybe it was like an athlete
that said, look, if youif you're an individual and you want to
be whatever you want to be,that's fine, but being part of a
team is a privilege. And ifyou don't earn your way onto the team,
do you want the team? Yeah? Wow, Latina, I'll tell
you just just you're in a toughspot. You know what you need to
do. It's again, it's notyour team. But you find out which
(41:05):
ones want to be Team Tina, which ones don't want to be a Team
Tina, and the ones that don't, then you know, say, hey,
you know what, the same workingout for you? But I guess
I guess you can do it atthe end of the day or something,
you know, on a Friday. On a Friday, I'm talking about Statistically
shown there's a less chance of incidentif you fire people on Friday. Yeah,
that's well, we're gonna hook youup. Got a particacy, Sam
(41:30):
Hunt Thursday at the mid midfloor ofCredit Union Amphitheater and Tampa. We're gonna
hook you up with that. Buthang it, hang in there. Good
luck to you. Okay, allright, awesome, thanks guys, have
a good day. All right, don't go anywhere. We're gonna hook you
up. And Ashley, unfortunately wecanna get to you this week. Hopefully
we can. You want to knowwhat age her teenager should start dating.
Yeah, we want. We don'thave enough time to deal with that once.
So that's why hopefully next week she'llcall in and we'll do that.
(41:52):
All right. If you ever lostsomething and it was really important and you've
found it, how did it happen? Because when the reasons something she's been
looking for three days, it's likelive, let it go, it is
gone. All right, we'll talkabout it in Johnny's house. Heating decks
of ninety eight seventy six right now, now, I gotta we all got
that text. It was over theweekend and no Rede lost our AirPod,
(42:13):
AirPod. Those things are always inyour ear all the time, all the
time, all the time, andyou lost them. And then yesterday you
had people looking up on the tablestrying to find everywhere, everywhere, and
you still did not find on thefours and everything. Yeah, but they're
in the building, right, Theyare in the building from my last time
I tracked it. If they're stationaryand they're still in the building, I'm
telling you they're laying somewhere. Butthat's the thing, man, My my
(42:36):
AirPods are fully charged. And Ijust find it to be a little suss.
Yeah that at a certain time whenI was here, they just stop.
Check the cameras in the section ofthe building, so quick, the
new section over here. That's right, that's right, there's no no cameras
in the building. Yea, Iknow, idite how everything went down.
(42:57):
And yesterday she was asking me aboutsome certain people. She's like, you
think how much you know about thispart? Say write a name down.
I wasn't think of Skitch name,And I told your way off, hilious,
(43:17):
Wait what tell me? Tell me? Okay, okay, so I'm
really in the wrong. You couldn'tbe further all right, And I would
like to say, we won't getinto it because then it would reveal But
I know it was a little stereotypical. What do you mean, I know,
I know you were No, no, no, yes, you were
stereotype and stop it. That's funnyabout it. And I know who I
(43:38):
know who you should be looking atyesterday, who you should be looking at.
Listen. I was walking by andthere was only a certain amount of
people there, and I was like, I saw this person. I saw
this person, and I know theyI'm gonna tell you, maybe it's just
me. I just think that you'veyou've laid them down in there. Someone.
I just don't see somebody stealing,I'm telling you in the daytime.
(44:00):
Else I don't see that. Ijust I don't see it. I leave
stuff on my desk all the time, and if it's a cookie or something,
now it might be gone. Yeah. I mean, I leave my
expensive headphones around and no one takesthem. Yeah. We leave our purses
there. Yeah. So I justthink I think that they're just somewhere and
they'll pop up when you least expect. I just think we're in Vegas.
(44:21):
Are a president of the company atthe time, she lost her phone at
the iHeart radio music and the guyand she called the phone. He answered
yep, he said, yeah,I need my phone. She I got
your phone, but yes, andshe is like the higher ups, yeah,
I mean she's got the phone numbersof very important people day And they
(44:45):
say, and the and the police, they say, oh that's the thing.
That's what they keep. They keepyour phone. They somehow to get
in and stop your tracking. Andthen you call and it's like, hey,
yo, I got your Hey,hey, this is my phone.
Yeah it is. Can I getit back? Uh? Yeah you can,
man, But listen, I liveabout two hours about hour away,
and it's gonna cost me one hundredfifty dollars to get back to you.
(45:07):
What one hundred and fifty dollars toget back to you? Now, trust
the people on the round to givethis to you, you know, if
you want to hit me up.Yep. One of the people just outside
of my my little friend's circle lefttheirs in a ride share okay, and
they shook them down. They said, I'll drive it back over there,
but it's gonna because it's gonna betwo hundred dollars. Whoa. And they're
(45:28):
like, well, I could justreport it and like when you could,
and I could just tell them Ididn't find it, go ahead and report
it, and when and when theyreach out to me, I'll say I
didn't find it. This is whyyou can't give people to benefit of the
do listen, man, I meanwhat were people my phone got stolen?
Yeah, the ring. Yeah,So they're going around taking people's cell phones
(45:50):
and mine got stolen one of themwas and they put it on like airplane
mode immediately or whatever, so youcan't track it. And then when I
got it back, it was allin Spanish. And so I like when
the police officers actually called my emergencycontact because they caught the girl that was
stealing all the phones a whole bag. She had like eighteen of them or
something. Yeah, And so theycalled my emergency contacts and then they told
(46:12):
me to come down to the policestation to pick it up. Big festivals
is where they get you is becauseyou're sitting around with your phone and I
gotta have it handy just in casepopping in your back pot. It is
ye all it takes ye next thing, you know, yeah, all the
way for the beat to drop, yeah, beat drop. Oh got him
(46:34):
my son's air pods disappeared. I'mnot fancy enough to have air pods.
I don't know any about them. But my son had some and they disappeared
and the location said they were inan our driveway but never found it.
Never found them, and it's justweird. Yeah, and then it stopped
locating, but we never found them. I had to buy him new ones.
My air pods are so fake. That long stem goes down my chain.
(46:54):
That's what I have because I thoughtwas for my son. He said,
Dad, I can't wear that.He said, if I were those
kids, what are those? I'mlike, really, yeah, So I'm
like, I can't. Well geton the plane. I can, I
don't. I'm on to play withmy long the long stem. People look
at me the double take. Idon't. I don't know y'all. These
cost me nine dollars. Yours coststhrough hunted the job exactly exactly. I
(47:19):
want to find out from you, when have you lost something and how did
you find it or did you haveto go through some type of ordeal to
get it back? And I hopeyou find yours. I do believe you

When did you lose something and didyou find it or did you have
to go through some type of ordealto get your own stuff back? We

them down somewhere. I hope,so, yeah, I placed for sure,
for sure. I want to findout if you have lost something and
did you find it or did youhave to go through an ordeal to get
(48:20):
it back? Tim? Good morning, damn morning, all right, So
what'd you lose last week? Ilost my wallet? Oh man, I
traveled to South toward a lot everyweek for work, and I stopped the
travel plazes a lot. So Istopped all of the travel plazes and get
some snacks and drinks, and theygot out of the parking lot, get
(48:43):
back in my car, and I'mI'm driving a mile down the road and
a message pops up across my screenon my car because I have an Apple
air tag on my wallet. Andthe message pops up Tim's wallet left behind.
I'm like, oh crap, SoI'm mak an I legally U tarn

up back to the travel plants.I'm knowing about ninety I'm pouring of the
parking lot and there's my wallet sittingsmack dab in the middle of the parking

dollars in cash, and there youknow why, You know why, Jamie,
because it looks like a set upa real criminals, Like, let
(49:30):

gonna do this thing? I cansee this thing moving on my on my
tracker. Am I gonna follow theperson and trying to get it back?
And luckily I didn't have to doany of that. Oh, I'm following.
(49:52):
Hit me too, I'm following.I'd call hey, listen, I
don't know how long this is gonnatake. I want to getting back right,

going on. Hey, Rebecca,Hi, all right, So what did
(50:15):
you lose and what did you find? So I lost I lost a couple
of things. So I was gettingready to go to on a road trip
to New Jersey and I would Ineeded my curkey, but of course,
you know, I'm cleaning up myhouse and whatnot. And I drew off
(50:36):
the trash. I don't think anythingof it. Put it in the incinerator,
like it it's gone. Yeah,go back to the house, really
check myself to make sure I haveeverything and figure out said I don't have
my car key, and I'm like, okay, well where it's my curkey?
(50:58):
So now I'm carrying up house lookingfor my cocky. That's the worst.
Only to figure out, Oh Ido it away. Oh you can't
go down and try to look forit, did you? Let's know,
is there a trash compactor and Ihad pressed the button for it to come
back. Hey, I've done thatbefore. I used living hot rise.
I wouldn't look for it I foundto do. Oh yeah, I also
(51:22):
lost my glasses, which we're like, fo that. I still don't have
my prescription glasses. Okay, Rebecca, at this point in your life,
you gotta write yourself off as oneof those that don't need expensive glasses.
There are people like that because youlose them. There are people raised like
that. You just won't kick itin because you know eventually you're gonna lose
(51:43):
them, and you should go aheadand let it take you something that I've
never lost my glasses before. Youcan't say that again. Came but okay,
grab put that one on the resume. All right, Jamie, good
morning, Good morning, all Jamie. What'd you lose my sign? The
left my phone in a department store. Wow. And of course his show
(52:08):
was playing on it because we're gettingready for a trip where we're trying to
step on I had him and mysixteen months old and I just like,
I know you're stressed out, buddy, he's non verbally assy. I put
on a sh his favorite show forhim to help him kind of you get
what I need done. He setit down somewhere and I didn't know,
(52:31):
so I got out to the car. I went to go call my husband.
I was like, oh crap, where's my phone, buddy, where's
my phone? And so I'm draggingthe kids back into the store. We're
going through Aisle Buy, Aisle Tight, and I'm calling it from my sister's
phone because I came out up withme. Okay. Come to find out
(52:54):
it's not bringing true because his videostook my Oh wow, that's true.
That's the only reason we found itis because we heard the theme song playing.
Where was it? A worker hadit after we had asked, and
they're like, oh no, nobody'sgot it. I just found it.
(53:15):
So I'm just asking you. I'mjust asking. I'm asking you. You
think the worker, if you haveto come back, the worker was gonna
keep it if I didn't come back. I think he was getting it.
Like why wouldn't it worker just hitstop on the video so wouldn't be playing
the show. I think it's becauseit was locked. It was locked because
(53:39):
he'll start just pressing a bunch ofstud Yeah yeah, yeah, alright,
emergency services a couple of times.Yeah yeah, you gotta stop that.
All right, We're becca, Thankyou for that. You have a good
day, right, what they say? Somebody had like a really nice handcrafted
cup, like one of those Stanleycups and all the girls walk around with
and they lost it at the barnthat they work at, and somebody took
(54:00):
it, and then a couple ofdays later, somehow it appeared on the
back deck where they like bring outall the horses and stuff. So somebody
had taken it and then brought itback and put it somewhere, or they
put it back there. It wasgonna get a sip late up XL Mobile
Power by Attorney Dan Newland Interact needa check, called Dan Newland. A
lot of people on the mobile soand said, my husband lost his brand
(54:20):
new iPhone in a pet store.Someone picked it up. Weeks later,
he got a message from someone whosaid they were in Dominican Republic and they
had his phone. He had toget his friend to translate it. They
actually asked him for the pass codeso they could get into the phone.
Wow. But he had already writtenthe phone off. So he actually told
them for five hundred dollars, I'llgive you the pass code. They cashed
at him five hundred dollars. Hegave him the passcode because he the phone
(54:44):
was gone. Yea might as wellget something for it. Wow. So
at least they got five hundred dollars, So that thief trusted him after he
send him to five hundred bucks.Ye, he was gonna give him the
pascal, I guess. Wow.And at that point you might as well
get what you can get. Yeah. Quincy said, he his wedding ring
at the beach three months after hegot married, and now he just buys
forty dollars rings. It still losesthem all the time. Some people know
(55:07):
they can keep those and not allright, Live News the Eras and Renaissance
Tour by the numbers, We're goingto compare this is Iana Grande, everybody,
This is Jesso vil Now the Johnny'sHouse Entertainment News with Ray. By
(55:29):
the way, all the celebrities thatshowed up to Beyonce's concert, we did
see a new couple, Kylie Jennerand Tifer Timothy shalome over each other.
So they made their first public appearancetogether at the Beyonce concert. Obviously all
of the Kardashians were there. Kylieand Timothy, they've been like for a
(55:52):
couple of months now, been rumoredtogether. She's been seeing like at his
house multiple times. So they haveconfirmed their new relationship. What about Travis
Scott, Yeah, well Travis Scott'sdoing bigger things right now, like the
harm Music Festival up a couple ofweeks and yeah. So, but also
one of the things that people arebringing up is that Timothy was smoking a
(56:13):
cigarette just right there in the arena. And it's a drug free, smoke
free, no vaping, no chewingtobacco environment, and he's straight up just
a little yeah yeah, oh wow. And so he's just smoking a cigarette
like it's nothing. Well, sosomeone compared Beyonce and Taylor Swift's tours,
(56:34):
and Taylor is playing almost three timesas many shows and her shows are an
hour longer. Beyonce has more backupdancers, was has more like outfits and
all that stuff. So like, but somebody did these exact numbers. It
is insane. So the total numberof dates Renaissance is fifty six, Eras
is one hundred and forty. Ohgod god. The average show run time
(56:58):
Renaissance is two hours in twenty nineminutes. Eras is three hours in twenty
three minutes. The average songs performedRenaissance is thirty five, Eras is forty
six. So and then as faras like opening acts, Renaissance doesn't have
any, Yeah, and then Erashas about ten, which one opening acts?
I think in Los Angeles she hadDja Kalet, but that's the only
(57:22):
time i'd her having opening Next well, I know that she had she had
somebody on set. I think DianaRoss, yes, every Happy Birthday and
stuff. So but yeah, Imean, like I said, somebody did
all these numbers. The number ofsurprise guests, Renaissance had fifteen, and
then Eras had five. But Ithought it was pretty interesting. I don't
know Taylor torn like that. Ohyeah, at the end of that tour,
(57:42):
if I was in the band,if y'all even come croas to me
with a Taylor Swift song, goodNo, don't turn on the radio,
pretty insane. Also, do youremember when Pete Davidson got into argument with
Peter because he didn't adopt. Ohyeah, he bought a dog instead.
I bought it dog, and soPeta would like went after him and everything,
but he did. He went toa shelter and then he didn't get
(58:06):
the dog that you know, likehe wanted. So his parents or his
mom and his sister I just losttheir dogs. So he had a specific
dog in mind, and so hegot a dog without adopting it. And
so no, Peta is selling aPete Davidson Halloween costume that says adopt,
don't shop and it's a hundred bucks, but the proceeds all go towards like
(58:28):
spay neuter surgeries to help like apopulation. But like, if you look
at the costume, it's actually prettyfunny. What do you get it?
It's like a mask of Pa andthen there's like a shirt or like a
sign that you hold up that saysadopt, don't shop, and then there's
like a little puppy that you holdthe savage but yeah, it's they're pretty
(58:49):
pretty hardcore going after him right now. But if you look at the costume,
I'm not gonna lie, this looksgood. It's like Pete's face,
his actual face, and I'm like, I feel like he can go out
after them for that, right Butthey're looking at it. Yes, we
did do this, but it's tohelp the puppies. Yeah, it's all
on the charity. It's all goingto the puppies. Brian's looking it up.
If you don't like the puppies, yeah, yeah, I mean it's
(59:09):
like a cartoon of his face.I think you can get away with that.
Yeah, wow, funny. Allright, true stories it happened to
me. If you had something thathappened in life that people don't believe,
we want to hit that story. We're gonna hook you up with some Halloween
hard night tickets in morning eight ohnine. And they're not talking about rain
right now. I don't think rain'scoming until maybe this weekend. Looking for
(59:29):
sunny skies, still kind of warm, heating decks of ninety eight. Even
though it's not no hundreds, we'lltake that. It is seventy six right
now. We like this new thing. It's called true Stories. It happened
to me. Everyone has a storythat you're like, you know what,

I'm trying to think do I haveanymore? Pretty much in my years of
(01:00:12):
radio, I think I probably toldeverything that I would find surprising in my
life. I was on ses Street, claimed fame. I won't talk about
my promise, I wouldn't talk aboutmy my track career. There was a
time that I talked about it alot, But that's pretty much. I
(01:00:34):
don't have any amazing stories. Uh, you know, we I did mention
the fact that we saw my friend'smom as a ghost, and she came
back to talking, Yeah, yourfriend get a call. Yeah, which
gotta call him. We can doit now if you want. I mean,
will you answer the phone? Idon't know, we don't know.
Did you get back to you afterhe texted me? But I didn't want
to. I just said, hey, I said, I wanted to talk
(01:00:55):
about our childhood and if you seethat number again, just pick up.
And he said, okay, maybewe can call him. Over the breath.
I needed to be I don't wanty'all to think that I fixed anything
up. If we do it,it's gonna be cold. And I know,
maybe this friend is just like yourfriend's mom. I got the text
doesn't really exist. It doesn't exist. I'm just saying maybe maybe I'm just
(01:01:17):
saying, no, he's ready,he's I mean, I'm told. I
didn't want to put I didn't wantto te him too much because I didn't
wan y'all said, well, y'alltold you told me. Remember No,
I just said, hey, man, I was going to reach out to
you. I know it's been aminute. I'm on the air, and
I wanted to talk about talk toyou about our childhood. And he's like,
I said, what time do youusually get up? He says,
usually around eight? Okay. Isaid, okay, one of these days.
I think around Halloween we should doit. Okay, perfect again.
(01:01:40):
And this is somebody I ain't talkedon the phone. I haven't talked on
the phone probably thirty years. Okay. And he's like, first of all,
why are you calling me? Yeah? No, I understand that he
better be that way otherwise I knowyou're lying about that. Hey, what's
up? Man? And how touse my you know, neighborhood name?
Yeah, look, Chris Man,right, there was a bit Chris in
the neighborhood, so you had tobe a little Chris L I L But
(01:02:04):
I didn't keep that when that wasn'tyou should have used that as your radio
name, Chris. You know, but that was before the little was a
big thing. Oh yeah, thatwas we were before you know what I
want my radio names. I knowI won't say it, but y'all know
Daddy numb changed. I think ragelstrying to amuse ourselves. Yeah, all
(01:02:29):
right, if you have a truestory, now listen. We know if
you're lying or not, and ifyou're lying, we're gonna call you out
quickly because we have questions. Everybodywants these tickets as a hot tickets,

and you're gonna be embarrassed on theradio. Four oh seven nine one nine
(01:02:50):
one o six seven eight seven sevennine one nine one to sixty seven.
That's the only way to win.You gotta call true stories. It happened
to me, call us something.Let's see what you got on Johnny's house.
I was time, but true stories. It happened to me. He
tells the stories that occurred. Gonnahook you up pair takes Halloween Hard Knights
in Universal Orlando Resort. But firstwe need to hear your story. And
if we think you're not telling thetruth, we gonna call you out.
(01:03:12):
Maloney, good morning, Hello,it's Melanie. Melanie. Okay, how
are you all right? Good? How are you good? Good? All
right? So tell me what happened? So we I was struck by lightning.
We went tubing with my family.I was like in middle school a
long time ago. We went tubingdown the Itschna Tuckney River in Gainesville and
(01:03:35):
it started raining and store like, you know, looking like a storm was
coming. So I remember I wason a little gator blow up thing and
I was, you know, tryingto paddle. Anyways, We're like almost
to where you get out, soI was walking like my feet were just
in the water still, and alike a lightning struck right on the edge
of the bank and it you couldsee it like ripple in the water,
(01:03:59):
and you know, I was youngerand it's kind of blurry, but my
brothers got pretty struck pretty like notthey didn't get burnt or anything, but
they were like super tingling. Myfeet singled for like a week afterwards.
Really, there was like ambulances andall sorts of stuff came. There was
one girl that had to be taken, like maybe two people had to say.
I don't know that. We allkind of like we took a moment
(01:04:21):
I saw that. Yeah, Ithink you want to say something else,
but it came out came out thatway. Uh yeah, Melanie, I
don't think she meant to say, people get real comfortable. Yeah, that's
crazy though, I've always petrified ofgetting what is crazy? It is?
It can happen any place in anytime. Have to hit you. I
(01:04:42):
just have to hit close, allright, what we gotta be quiet for
a second. Hold a second secondso I can get m the four second
one mm hmm. Every next time, I'll just dumped the four second one.
Okay, all right, all right, be careful with your languages,
(01:05:03):
because yeah, I understand you comfortabletalking with us, Alicia, Good morning,
Hi guys, how are you good? True story happened to me.
We haven't So. I was theflight attendant and about five years ago we
had a layover. I was likea brand new baby flight attendant. All
of the senior flight attendants were like, oh my god, this hotel is
(01:05:25):
so high. We had to stayovernight in Savannah, Georgia. Okay,
and I kind of knew that, like things were kind of spooky over there,
but I don't really believe in thatstuff personally. Okay, So we
went into the hotel room. Ididn't really get to look around that much.
I just dropped my bag. Itlooked like the lights were off from
what I can remember walked out togo have dinner when the crew came back,
(01:05:48):
and I kid you not. Allthe lights were on, the cabinets
were open because it had like aTV behind one of those dresser cabinets.
Yeah, that thing was open. The TV was pulled out and shifted towards
the window blinds were open. Eventhe bed was kind of messy, and
I was like I even called thefront desk and I was like with someone
(01:06:08):
in my room, like what happened? And they were like, oh,
it happens all the time, don'tworry about it. I was like,
this is not real. It cannotbe real. So you call the front
desk of a hotel, say, listen, I get back to my room,
the TV pulled out, cabinets opened, all the lights on, and
they tell you, girl, anywhereabout it happens all the time. Yeah.
(01:06:29):
They're like, oh yeah, no, don't worry about it. It's
all good. I'm like not justnot. No. I was like,
you need to switch me to anotherroom. They didn't have any available,
so you had to go back.I had to go back in there,
and let me tell you, Idid not sleep but maybe twenty minutes.
And that was when the light cameup, like the sun came up.
So how many other flight attendants werethere? There was four other flight attend
(01:06:50):
and you weren't close to any ofthem. I know they kind of they
keep us like on the same floor, but we're kind of like spaced out
a little no no, no,no, it comes sleeping exactly like,
hey, listen a man, Iknow this is weird, man, but
I went back to my room TVown light zone. You might, you
might if I stay in your room. Yeah, I mean if we're tight,
(01:07:11):
yeah you can say. But ifyou ain't tight, I ain't going
by. But don't bring that ghostin here, like I am not going
to sleep with other people or evenlike you know, I don't know acteel
like that would have been weird. So you just took a chance with the
ghosts. I said, you knowwhat, they didn't harm me. There's
okay. They said it happens allthe time. Didn't say it was a
ghost. They could have easily beenthe housekeeper goes in and just rummages through.
(01:07:33):
It happens all the time. Wecan't get Ingrid to stop dry but
she won't stop Brandon, Good morning, good morning, how's it going,
all right, true story happened tome. Okay, So I'm gonna try
and to steal this down because itcould be a really long No, it
can't be a long story, bro. You got about thirty seconds. I'm
gonna I'm gonna steal this down tothirty seconds. I was in a hit
(01:07:53):
and run car accident. I decidedin the moment that the best thing to
do is chase the driver. Ichased him for six blocks and I stopt
him in an alley so that Icould get his information. At that moment,
I realized, what am I gonnado? This is a dumb idea.
So hellop, Brandon, We'll neverknow what happened next. Then no
(01:08:19):
connection, Brandon. Sorry, Ithought you were the police officer they sent
for me. I was in ahit and run accident. He's hey,
he's okay, if I wait withyou, I'm happy to sit here.
Sure, reports in his location onhis radio. We're sitting there. About
two minutes later, the biggest SUZwith the most strobe lights I've ever seen
in my life forces its way downthe wrong way of a one way street.
(01:08:41):
Four plane closes, agents get out. They hang out with me.
This starts to create a ruckus andwe're near a college campus. University police
roll up, you know, SecretServices here on the scene. But they're
like, hey, we need tobe here, we need to help.
And so they asked, hey,so what happened? And I explained that
we were in a hit and runaccident, and the university police officers was
wait a second, where I don'tunderstand. I said, oh no,
(01:09:04):
we were six blocks away. Ichased him and I chopped him in this
alley, and all the heads ofall the cops at the same time kind
of turned to the other driver, and Secret Service pulled him aside for a
questioning to figure out what was goingon. They offered to exchange information for
us, and we went on ourmerry way. Okay, did we miss
who it was in that little becauseyou were gone for a minute. Yeah,
(01:09:25):
for about thirty seconds you were gonehere. Who who was it?
The other driver? Yeah? No, the driver was nobody. I was
two blocks from the White House,so I have kay all right, all
right? Alicia who decided to sleepwith ghosts and hang out with some friends,
(01:09:46):
gonna hook you up a pair oftickets to Halloween her Knights at Universal
Orlando Resorts and do it again nextweek. True stories. It happened to
me, and unfortunately Brandon was agood story. But yeah, we minute
if it's the whole meet up,all right, loaning family member's money,
what is your philosophy on that?Gonna get into it on Johnny's House seventy
(01:10:09):
seven right now? I take itinto my personal life. I'm started Monday.
I have If you didn't know,I got like, I got like
thirty nieces. I got a lotof nieces and a nephew, and I
stay in touch with him as muchas I can. But I just got
this starting on Monday. I gota text from one niece saying, you
know, give me a call. Then I got a she called enough the
(01:10:30):
message and I text her back andcan't talk right now? Is everything okay?
No, we're safe. Everybody's okay, Just give me a call,
all right. So I got acall while I was on the air yesterday,
you forgot to call me? SoI called my mom. I was
like, hey, why someone's callingme. I don't know why she's callies.
Everything okay, okay? Because Ilike to know what I'm getting into
before I get into it. Yeah, First of when it comes to family
member, I gotta make sure ofmy head right. So then I called
(01:10:53):
my my sister, who knows everygot their one sister knows everything, and
she didn't pick up. So I'mlike, well, I can't leave a
hanging. So I called and she'sall upset. Something happened in her apartment
complex where she had a disagreement witha neighbor and they took the side of
the neighbor and told her you gottago. You gotta believe you gotta leave.
And I'm like, well, listen, I told you about your temper,
blah blah blah. So the wholetime I'm thinking, I'm like,
(01:11:14):
I'm just gonna wait for it.I know what's about to happen. I'm
just waiting because there's certain members ofyour family. Did you call for certain
things? And I know when theycall me what it's for. So I'm
just waiting and I'm listening to her, and she's all upset. She goes,
well, listen, you know,She's like, there's some cood spirait.
It doesn't matter if they if theytold you had to leave, and
they've taken it to court in thecourt and said you gotta go. You
(01:11:34):
gotta go right, you know howmuch time they give you. They're talking
about putting the luck on the knowthey can't put the locker on it said,
you know, they're scaring her toget out. Yeah. Yeah.
So I'm talking and she's really upsetand she's crying, and I'm like,
listen, you know, hold itall together. You know, I'm from
the spiritual background. You go ahead, start praying because I know you haven't
in a while. It's this wholething figured out. And you know,
I said, listen, the thingis you have a huge family. We're
(01:11:57):
gonna make sure that you're okay.Just you know. And I'm just waiting,
right, I'm waiting. And thenshe goes, okay, all right,
you know I love you. Ilove you too. I gotta call
I'll call you back. Okay. She never asked any money, she did
no. So I called my mom. I said, hey, y'all,
I need to check on so andso. She she she's going through something
(01:12:17):
right now. My mom goes, how much she asks you for? She
ask me anything? It's like, what, now, don't she ask you
anything? Okay? So I calledmy sister saying, hey, listen,
you need to you know, it'smy she came to me, so it's
my job to tell everybody. Shedid not say, don't tell anybody.
Yeah, so she goes, so, how much he hit you for?
She hit me for anything? Likereally, she just wanted some uncle supports.
(01:12:39):
Okay. So I'm talking to afriend and yesterday I'm like, yeah,
this is what went down, andblah blah blah. And they're like,
well, in your family, you'rethat one. What one? I'm
not the money one. I meanI would see I would guess I don't
know your whole family, but Iwould guess you're the guy. Yeah.
Maybe that's the first time it hitme, you know. And I was
just like, if I need money, I'm coming. Yeah. Facts,
(01:13:01):
but but I you know, maybeit's it's a new way to ask.
You don't go for the direct route, right, Yeah, set them up
and well maybe she was trying tosee if you'd say, well, is
there anything I can do for you? Yeah? Yeah, she was probably
waiting for you to ask. That'sa good point. And I said,
hey, the family's here for you, I know, but you didn't say
is there anything I can do foryour Is there anything you need? Yeah?
Or how much are they asking forno. I'm wondering how the conversation
(01:13:26):
goes in the back end, Likeis she saying, like I need to
call Johnny or someone like you know, you need to call She didn't call
anybody else, so she just calledme first. And then I put out
there and say, hey, listen, you know what, you're not alone.
You have a huge family. Wegot you. Figure out what you
need. I'll get with the family, We'll make sure it happen. But
I'm like, I'm telling everybody, this ain't my Look, we all in
this together. She hasn't as anybodyelse for money, not yet, or
(01:13:54):
gone on the phone with anybody else, not not. I mean they started
calling her after I called them.Yeah, she hit me back and said,
you know, they gave her twentyone days. I'm like, well,
listen, you got time. Gofind up next time. Don't go
upstairs and knock on people doors, because I told it in Florida, you
get shot here. You need don'tknock on somebody's door because of some dispute
about what happened. They don't playso you need to learn from that and
(01:14:14):
say okay, nothing. But Inever said she knows I got her well,
I mean I think she expected youto say, do you need me
anything from me? Yeah? Really? I think so? How old is
she? She's twenty three? Whyelse am I telling you all of this
your family? I don't tell youeverything else, Like she doesn't call you
(01:14:36):
on a regular problems. That's whatI'm saying. Why else am I picking
this to tell you about? BecauseI'm thinking you're gonna go, well,
do you need me to help youout? You need you need me to
do anything? Or maybe she waslooking for a place to stay. Well,
I mean, look, look, you you got to You can't fly
out, drive to Florida to staywith me, okay, unless you're trying
to pick up, unless you're tryingto pick up and change life. But
(01:14:56):
you know her job is there, everything there, and plus there's other members
that have housed is that they can. We'll close family if she if my
mom's like, will tell her tocome here, said, will tell her
come here whatever. I'm like,y'all tell her. But I never did
come out and say, hey,do you need anything? I said,
find out what you need, I'lltell the family, will help you out.
We're huge. Well, then she'sprobably gonna find out what she needs,
and she's gonna hit you with thatnext And I'm getting on the I'm
(01:15:17):
getting on the family text. Hey, so and so need two thousand dollars.
I'm in for this. Let's makeit hit. Okay. Well,
then that's what she's expecting you tobe the one that that puts it all
together. Okay, But I gota philosophy, and I know if I
if I lend family money, Idon't expect it back. I don't even
(01:15:38):
but don't come to me again. So I'm a one shot closed bank.
Yeah, I will help you. This is yours, you know, whatever
you're going through blah blah blah. But you can't come back, do you
understand? Yeah? But no,no, no, because that's somebody to
do that. Here it is nowyou understand, Yeah, I can't come
back. Yeah, what's it?Philosophy. I don't loan money. I've
(01:16:01):
given money, yes, yeah,uh and but that's only two like super
immediate like my brother ye and thenkids. Yeah that's it. That's it.
If you ain't my brother, mykids, I ain't giving you a
sorry. Yeah, I got afriend of mine, she asked, Uh
no, she didn't even ask me, but she was explaining the struggles of
going to school and the tuition andall this, and I loaned her two
(01:16:24):
thousand. I willingly was like, let me loan you this. Uh so
not really, but I did getannoyed by all this time that was passing
and she didn't follow up. No, no, she paid it all back,
but she didn't follow up with like, hey, checking in, Hey
checking it. I had to belike, yo, it's been like months,
Like what's your status? Like,give me I mean, I don't
check it in with my bill collectorscheck in with me. I know,
(01:16:46):
I mean, I know that ifI give it out, it's not not
getting it back. But do theyknow you're not They're not going to pay
you back most of the time.Really, yeah, is it the one
shot thing or just whatever you needit? Well, I've loaned a large
amount and after that, I waslike, this is it. I'm gonna
tell my nixten. You don't know, her name is Rake. She's worth
(01:17:06):
one to five million, telling youmy niece got you, got you,
and you ain't even gotta pay you. Guys got just hearing about biggest small,

(01:17:26):
find out what is your personal philosophyon lending family money? What is your
story? Share with us on Johnny'sHouse mostly sunny with the heading decks of
ninety eight. It is seventy eightright now, all right? What is
your philosophy on lending family money?Do you do it? You don't do
it? One time deal four ohseven nine one nine one o six seven
(01:17:47):
eight seven seven nine were nine oneo six seven Suzanne, good morning,
Good morning, All right, Susanne? What is your what is your philosophy
on that? So my philosophy isI just didn't always say yes, and
I was just thinking about it.This goes back to like twenty years ago.
Even when my parents were solo lives, they would call and need to
(01:18:08):
like borrow to make their mortgage dementAnd mind you, I was probably twenty
five at the time, and itgot to the point that I would call
my cousin and say, look,my parents need money. Can you give
it to them? Okay, I'mgoing to give it back to you,
but you tell them that you're theone. I gave it to them that
way, they would actually pay itback. Really, And why did you
(01:18:28):
do it that way? Because itgot to the point, you know,
I was really young and I hadkids in my own and a mortgage and
all the things, and I waslending money but never getting it back.
So at least if I got itto the mature they could keep their house
and keep things going. Eventually itwould come back to me because they would
they would always pay back to mycousins that they're not going to pay me
back Jack. So just said no. I just said no for the first
(01:18:51):
time. A brother, claud probablytwo weeks ago, and asked me,
and he's just talking and I'm like, Okay, what do you want?
What do you want? Hey,you were eighteen hundred dollars I can get
for a car. And I waslike, look, I just can't do
it. I just can't do it. Wow. I want you. I
want you to remember the statement,I'm not prepared to do that right now
(01:19:13):
for everything I'm telling you, Andit doesn't make you feel guilty because technically
no one is ready to give upeighteen hundred dollars. Yeah, right right.
You know what I'd love to helpyou. But I'm just not prepared
to do I'm not you know, prepared for that. Johnny's timing that phrase
years ago, and I'm not preparedto do that. Yeah, I'm just
not prepared to do that right now, You're like, really, no,
(01:19:34):
I'm sorry. Yeah, I justtook notes right now. Yeah, I'm
telling you advice because i'd feel guiltyand do it, and because I didn't
have a cat phrase. Well that'swhat I would feel like. It's like,
I hab it, why wouldn't Ido that? But I mean because
I work for it. That's whyI have it, you know what I
mean? Like, yeah, andso if you lent it to your brother,
you're sure he wasn't gonna give itback? Oh god, no,
(01:19:55):
no, no, no, Iwould not do And I know that I'm
prepared that, but I just inref I've given some money to like a
niece like you, and no,no, I just I gotta say,
yeah, you feel guilty, youknow, all right? Feel great because
the listeners are telling me. Money'splaying a long game. She knows you're
going to organize whatever funds she needs, whether your money or the family money,
(01:20:20):
it's gonna get there, right,It's gonna get there. All right,
Well, thank you for sharing that. No problem, all right,
Ray, what's whatever? Somebody said, I don't give it unless you're just
you're willing to never get it back, or just don't do it, or
consider it a gift because you're notgonna see it. A lot of people
just don't never loan out money, especially if you can't afford to get it
(01:20:41):
back. Okay, you have tothrow it out there. You gotta let
people know I don't lend money.Ye, with the understanding that they will
not ask you. Because if someone'sdesperate, they're gonna ask you. And
the desperation that a voice, ifyou got any type of heart, you're
gonna want to help them. It'shard to go. Nah, I can't
do it. Yeah, it's notsaying I think you have to accept on
your end that it's probably not alone. Yeah, that's what they're saying.
(01:21:05):
Probably. Yeah, and in somecases you're gonna in a friendship to be
what they say xcelent power by attorneyto Dan Newland. Interact need to check
called Dan Newland. Someone said anythingunder one hundred, I'll do it.
Anything over two hundred. We needa contract. I want some sort of
legally binding agreement. Wow, andsomeone said they lent their mother in law
over eighteen thousand dollars three years later, nowhere to be found, not one
(01:21:28):
dime. Look, you need totake your mom and giving my money.
You need your MoMA. I needmy money. Look, if you got
eighteen extra thousand dollars, you don'tneed it. I don't think she asked.
I think it might have been knuckledto dime. You don't need it.
You got if you if you've goteighteen grand to give away, you
don't need it. Yo. Yeah. Gency She says she's turned down her
mom from asking money a couple oftimes. To my mom, the first
(01:21:53):
time she asked how much, shewas like, well how much do you
make? In the second time waslike, well then just go get your
husband to go get a job.Like that, dope. If my mom
asked me for money, I'm sureit breaks everything, and I'm being to
do so. I just made itto where she didn't need to ask,
exacting exactly, that's what I wouldn'thave to ask. You don't ever have
to ask me. You're my mama. You gotta do that. Excel a
(01:22:15):
little six seven, what's up?Everybody. This is justin Bieber. This
is do anything. Hey, it'sa little now The Johnny's House Entertainment News
with ray Bill Maher. Okay, this guy's wild something. He doesn't think
(01:22:38):
the writers are owed a living, basically because you know, the writer's strike
is still going on right now.And he said, this is show business.
This is the make or mis league. And so he basically came out
and said that they're asking for alot of things that are a little kookie,
is what he said. He said, I find it objectionable, and
about the philosophy of the strike, said I kind of believe that you're ow
(01:23:01):
to living as a writer, butyou're really not. He said, this
is show business. And he's like, I feel for my writers. I
love my writers, and he's oneof his writers. But there's a big
other side to it, and alot of people are being hurt besides them,
A lot of people who don't makeas much money as them are being
hurt by the whole industry. Ain'thurting his pockets, it was he would
(01:23:21):
understand what these people are going through. I mean, he's right to a
point. I've heard of other peoplesay the same thing, Like writers do
get paid pretty well comparatively, butright now, since nothing's being produced,
there's lighting people that aren't getting paid. Yeah, and that's what he's saying.
And they don't make as much aswriters do and they're getting hurt from
that, and they'll never get residuals. They'll never be a residual for a
(01:23:41):
set builder. Yeah. You know. He added that this time is like
a bad time to strike because streamershave a ton of stuff in the pipeline.
Yeah, so we're already looking fora reason to like kind of like
slow down production, so they don'treally haven't any incentive to come to the
table. Yeah, and so he'skind of just like, you guys are
doing this all wrong, is hisyou know, take on, Now,
who's going to be hurt first asthe networks because they don't have a lot
(01:24:02):
of things in fighting streamers. Youknow, I'm sure they got projects that
they have been holding on time. Now it's not the good time when networks
rely on new content to sell commercials. Streamers rely on my subscription, which
isn't going to stop even He's likeI was gonna say, even these like
daytime shows, you know, likethey have a ton of writers and they're
definitely being affected by this. WhenI turn on my pay service, I
(01:24:25):
want something new, right, andif you got something new with you,
it ain't affecting. There's thousands ofthings you can watch, you know.
Yeah, so I don't know.Arnold Schwarzenegger is opening up about the open
heart surgery that nearly killed him.You know that this happened. Yeah,
so I guess. He said thata positive mindset is like basically what helped
him recover. But he woke upfreaking out and what should have been a
(01:24:45):
non in basive procedure when he wasseventy six years old. The doctors were
in front of him saying I'm sosorry. They explained that they made a
mistake and they cause internal bleeding. He recalled them telling him that they had
to force him to open up,like they had to open up his body
very silly to save his life.Is that crazy man? And they just
(01:25:06):
do everything I can imagine. Adoctor said we made a mistake. He
was like, I'm so sorry,we made a mistake, And the doctors
are just standing over him telling himthat they had to open him up very
quickly to save his life. Itwas his third heart surgery. Why y'all
talking to him? Why are weeven talking right? Your lawyers tell the
man to put the gas back homeand do what you gotta do. Scarier
(01:25:28):
conversation. Oh my gosh. SoMegan and Harry are currently living in a
fourteen million dollar mansion, which isyou know, I like Megan. I
know you did. She was atthe Beyonce concert. Yeah, she was
keeping no I tracked her out.Smile, Johnny, Hey, look like
Megan. I because a suit andmy wife were to fall off a cliff,
(01:25:54):
well and Prince Harry were to falloff a cliff, and maybe you
might have to hit her up inMalibu because they're looking at a pricey slice
of paradise out there. She deservesit. You're gonna set it up.
And you're saying, I'm not threateninga royal because you'll probably get me arrested.
I'm just saying, they're all clipsin Malibu. Okay. So they
(01:26:15):
checked out a state that's almost sixacres. It's already got a guard house
in front of it, a hugepool. The foundation is laid for a
ten thousand square foot house, butthey're building it from scratch, is what
it looks like. So I meanyou guys are terrible. What is it
most stuf about Megan? You noticewhen you interrupted my lost driveway that was
(01:26:39):
a big draw for Megan. Doyou have a long driveway, Johnny?
He do? Actually, yeah, yeah, mine's not very long. And
that's not a stereotypical joke, Johnny, get the long driveway. And I
don't just say you guys setting upa dult conversation right now, you got
anything else to say about Megan?Let's see here. No, you're done,
(01:27:00):
all right, we come back. What is this trend? Looking into
the stuff is happening? Maurice Philistinea. What's going on? We're gonna start
with a new prototype economy airline seats. Have you guys heard about this?
This is one? Yes, yeah, these seats you're not like really sitting
down fully, it's kind of likesemi standing but kind of like you know
(01:27:20):
the rollercoaster right that we went onray? Yes, literally that yeah.
And so because they're saving so muchspace with people standing, yeah yeah,
but they're designed to do short flights. So but the thing is too,
like you're saving so much space nowthat people are standing that they're compacting everything
and it can bring up to moretwenty percent more passenger. That's what they
(01:27:40):
want about your comfort. Yeah, they're literally saying this is not a comfortable
right thinkunting like what's considered short tothem? Two hours maybe, yeah,
that is a bit long. Imean people got to concerts in ga and
stand for two or three hours.True, that's true. Yeah. I
mean, if you're gonna save mea ton of money, yeah, Like,
if you're gonna save me twenty dollars, is now I'm good. So
(01:28:02):
there's a guy who created a threeD printed thumb that can also move on
command, and it's known as likethe third thumb, And so there's these
videos of people picking up objects morethan what like two hands would do,
and like peeling a banana with theone hand and playing a guitar. So
it's supposed to behave like an extraprototype prosthetic. Yeah, but it's considered
(01:28:23):
as like an extension of the bodypart rather than a replacement. I don't
know, they're like experimenting this guy. I mean I can see I can
see if if somehow you had anaccident you lost your thumb, It's like
that changes your whole life. Yeah, if you stick your hand out,
just imagine another thumb to the sideof it, like next year, pinky
or something. I don't think Ineed that. I don't need actual.
If I lose this one, Iwouldn't mind replace. Yeah, but I
don't think I need another one.Oh No, I'm good. We have
(01:28:46):
discovered a new planet and it's calledt o I seven three three B and
it's twice the size of Earth andscientists are saying that it's possibly covered by
ocean given its dense atmosphere. Youknow, we gotta believe that. And
you know what the thing is too, We don't have we're gonna have.
If I were assignedist, I canjust write that one day and be like
here it's like okay by NASA,okay, confirmed a proof? What tweeted?
(01:29:12):
And what are you gonna know?Yeah? We only what are you
gonna know? What? When Ifirst when I first read that, I
was like, oh, well, there's definitely life now for sure, because
they say like, like, ifthere's water anywhere, isn't that like where
life exists? Yeah? Yeah youcan, Yeah, you can live.
But I mean what I'm saying isthat you got a lot of people that
has to justify a paycheck. Yeah, Okay, you've been sitting at that
desk and you've been been ten billiondollars with the telescope. Gain still with
(01:29:33):
crap. All right, Hey,look what's that? You see? It's
water on it? Well, howcan we find it? You gotta got
telescope, like like something twenty ninebillion light here or something like this.
Let's talk a little bit of music. Drake has a viral picture floating around
of him posted up and he's cheesingit and it has an entire collection of
(01:29:56):
the bras that were thrown to himon stage. He's like a hundre.
Yeah. Yeah. And also Diddyis giving artists they're publishing rights back.
So he's doing this in supportive artistsand songwriters, including artists like Faith Evans
and the people behind Biggie Smiles. And I'm just saying this. He've been
just growing up people for years.Well, Mace has been calling him out
(01:30:18):
forever. But Mace is getting hisback too. They say they've been doing
it for two years now, workingon but they're having trouble locating everybody that
needs to sign everything. Yeah, because he was offered a ton of money
for the Bad Boy catalog, likea couple hundred million dollars and he turned
it down. They said to giveeverything back to Okay, well, good
for him. For him, that'swhat they say. He's doing the right
thing. He's doing a good thing. All right. It is Wednesday.
(01:30:40):
Just gets you to know, wecome back. It's time for adult conversation,
grown folks talking about grown folks.Stuff on the radio on Johnny's House
now looking forward heading decks of ninetyeight and a lot of sunshine that day,
all right, just to have adultconversation. That's we get together.
It's grown folks talking about grown folksthings. And the topics day came from
one Brian Ryme. Yo, yourtopic is I'm just curious. I mean,
(01:31:04):
not for any personal reasons or anything. But you know, when it
comes to the movie going, areyou one to to enjoy more in depth
previews of coming attractions or do youlike to just dive right into the movie?
Okay? I think as a youngman, I didn't know the importance
of the previews. I just feltthat as a young man that if I
(01:31:25):
was ready to go to movie, you're ready to go to move to Right.
If I was, you're ready togo to Yeah. But as you
get older, you realize that youknow, you don't get warmed up at
the same pace. Okay, sowhat you have for me the previews?
For me, I'm ready. Ijust want to make sure that when you've
had enough previews, I know, and then we go to the movie.
So I don't have a set timefrom suf. I just want to make
sure that you know the previews golong enough for you say, Okay,
(01:31:48):
I don't only even know more previews, Let's go through this. Aren't you
concerned that maybe if you watched toomany previews that perhaps maybe maybe the movie
just ends before it starts. Andthat's cool too, because you know it's
okay, this cheerful bidding. Thenlet's go watch another movie because hopefully there's
no selfish. I'm just asking it'sno selfish in the movie. Okay,
you know you're in it together, right, just curious one side situation.
(01:32:12):
So for me, it's I'm sometimesall you need is the previews. I
mean, not on I mean somethingI don't not me. I'm just saying
it. I'm just saying it,but I'm saying hypothetically different here. The
topic was brought up by you,So that's why I was sitting all the
questions, but it's hypothetical. I'mjust asking people in general, like I
(01:32:35):
would imagine at some point, maybeyou know, there's so many previews that
you're like, oh, no,time for the movie now. I mean,
I mean, are you saying thatthe movies ended at the previews or
I mean I don't know. Imean, again, it's about your partner,
your your fellow actors. This isn'tin like an inquisition like topic that
(01:32:56):
we could discuss. I know, when you're a point, it was your
topic. That doesn't mean it's aboutme. No, it was this therapy.
The hell happened here? It wasyour topic. We'll just generally ask
me. So what are you saying? You don't you don't you're a movie
going partners, just like the moviesuation that you're pitching out to the public.
(01:33:19):
What about the fellow actress or amoviegoer? What about her? All
you can you can scarn about herpreviews? Yeah, that's that's the whole
purpose of the preview to me.But I mean go ahead, like but
like like you, that's the wholepurpose of the preview, because I'll walk
(01:33:40):
in and go straight to the nammovie. Yeah, I got no problem
with that passing, the popcorn, passing, all that straight to it.
So you're just the You're just sayingit's the movies. I don't prefer either.
I prefer whoever says yes, inwhatever circumstances they say yes to it
got to have common courtesy for theyeah other moviegoer as well for me.
I'm married. I know that yeah, yeah, is let's go doing a
(01:34:00):
movie. That meant that the previousover, it's time to watch the movie
right there it is? You knowthat's me, Ray, What about you?
How much preview? I mean,I don't care. I kind of
like Brian, if we if we'retouching each other, I'm saying that if
we're touching each other at theater,we're good. You brushed, you brushed
up against me that my previous let'sput your arm around me. I'm good.
(01:34:27):
I'm just saying one could get soenthralled into the preview process that maybe
the movie never starts. That's allI'm saying. It's like a short film.
I'm just asking. And I don'tsee a problem. I see a
problem with I don't. I don'twant appetized, I want a meal.
I didn't go there for the appswant to app but what if you're you.
I mean, I'm just saying Idon't want it. I'll put this
(01:34:51):
way, Ray, I won't orderenough apps that I can't enjoy my meal.
That is such a we went frommovies meals. Well, I mean
there, but there's sometimes the appetizerssurprisingly big, and then you're full at
that point, says he knows. At that point, I'm just have the
(01:35:12):
appetizers and later it's not long aslong as I know there's a meal.
Nick, I'm on the same boatwith Johnny because I've I've encountered a time
where I was watching a lot ofpreviews and I actually got upset because I
like to watch the movies. Well, I'm just sitting there for the previews.
I was never involved in your situation, but being one who's been around
(01:35:33):
a bit, but the appetizers weren'tthat good. Oh well no, no,
no, if it's making if it'smaking you mad. But it's upsetting
because listen, you know, becausethe thing is, the previews are just
getting better and better and better, and it's like, all right, so
let's start this movie and then it'sjust like then after a few previews too
much, I start to get upset. I'm like this movie. At that
(01:35:56):
point. The person who can't followinginstructions I have also does not know the
social cues. That person you withwas selfish. They were not in it
for you. They were in itfor themselves. No more, no more
coming attractions, no more stop.Oh my Godney stack fall, Hey,
(01:36:27):
I will. I would come upswinging, mother, We're on air.
We're on air, girl, Iwould come up swinging. Do not watch
the live stream four L seven notwhen it is get hotest head comp joke,
the A C cut off? Ogot a code twenty one over there
(01:36:49):
in the building four L seven nineone nine one six seven eight seven seven
nine one nine one sixty seven. When it comes to movies, how much
previews do yellow like? How muchpreviews that you need to make sure that
you enjoy the movie? Four orseven nine one nine one or six seven
eight seven seven nine one nine oneo six seven. Don't conversation on Johnny's
(01:37:10):
house. It is eighty right now. Don't conversation grown folks talking about grown
folks things. You understand. Theway this works is we started off and
then you feel in the blank. Now, if you're not gonna join us
because we can talk about all thisstuff off air. Then we'll won't do
it anymore. I noticed the livestream and a whole bunch of yucky jokes,
but they call in. None ofthem called all right, and we're
(01:37:30):
talking about how much previews do youneed for a movie? So I looked
it up, and here's what theysay. Twenty nine percent of those that
were poles said that the previews shouldlast from ten to twenty minutes on average.
Now, nearly forty five percent ofthose responded said that previews usually last
between five and ten minutes, andfourteen percent of those uh said that it
(01:37:57):
usualized less than five minutes. Howmany of those were lesbians? Does it
say? Actually, it does breakit down between it does. I didn't
want to get those stats on itsown, you know. Uh yeah.
And they said that there are twelvepercent of people who took this hole twelve
(01:38:19):
percent female, thirteen percent males saidthey average about twenty minutes twenty minutes a
long time. That's only twelve percentof those Here's the funny thing. Twelve
percent said more than twenty fourteen percentsaid less than five twenty minutes last than
five yea when if twenty is theaverage, I mean someone's up there in
(01:38:39):
the forty to sixty range, becausethat brings the average down. All right,
they say, okay, I'll sayit again. Twenty nine percent,
uh say ten to twenty Okay,Uh, I mean ten to long.
Forty five percent says usually five toten, So the average is five to
ten, five to ten, okay. Then there's the fourteen percent who said
(01:39:00):
lasted less than five minutes of checkingout previews. And then that's twelve percent
that said they average twenty. Okay. You know those are unselfish people who
want to make sure the movies goas planned. You know that kind of
thing. So let me hey man, about to go robb in here you
go, expected, No, what'sgonna happen here? Xcel? Good morning?
(01:39:23):
Who is this? Le's? Lewisgoing on? Guys? What's going
on? Lewis? What did youwant to say? What did you want
to add? All right? Holyyou don't have to dump anything? Well
you you control that, sir,Yes you do, because it was the
first time I'm calling this day, okay, my first all right? So
(01:39:43):
uh at the new uh and uh, Louis, Louis, We've got to
change move locations. You're cutting inand out, and if it happens again,
I'm not to dump it. Allright, you hear me, Go
ahead, let's try. Okay,So what I was say ain't what's just
what the problem is? What sincewe have a newborner? Whatnot? Pretty
(01:40:04):
much the thing is just that forsome reason, she has like these spy
senses that something's about to happen. The kid. We kind of the kid,
yeah yeah, like we put herasleep and so all of a sudden,
it's like she has like the sensesthose we're looking at the camera but
the same time focus at the Yeah, yeah, you gotta play red light
green light. Yeah, pretty muchpretty much the preview straight to watching the
(01:40:30):
movie. You want to understand,Yeah, you just skip it because you
got to get it in before. You would love to do the preview,
but because your child has spidy senses. Most kids do, magically, yeah,
I'm saying. And so like, what's the worst part is like if
I don't get up watching the movieand I get what he's trying. Yeah,
(01:40:53):
yeah, yeah, what they're sayingover there, the one is talking
all that trash. Ain't calling excelmob power by joining Dan new and interact
knee to Jack called Dan Newlands.Someone said, my wife says, she's
not a microwave. You got topreheat this other. The term again,
not a microwave, you got topreheat this other. Someone said, look,
man, I'm getting no, youget one or the other. I
can't. I can't do both,man, I'm tired. Oh come on,
(01:41:17):
I'm tire, boss, can't doboth? You pick No. That
person was not gonna call in Wow. Okay, on that note, I
think we'll stop before we get introuble because get out of here is forty
three. I have the gym andthen I'm gonna go get the kids.
We have to put together their littlegoodie bags for their birthday party. This
