Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's West Michigan Live with Justin Barklay on Wood Radio.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Good Morning One a day, it looks like the weather
finally sort of subsiding, and in most cases in some
areas we've got a little bit of an issue on
the roads. We'll bring you up to speed to let
you know if you have any any major updates. Take
a little more time wherever you're going today, and I
(00:25):
leave a little bit room in front of you in
the Carner Park. We know how this works, right.
Speaker 3 (00:31):
We've left room.
Speaker 2 (00:33):
To talk about some of the major stories that you
won't hear about anywhere else. President Trump was just at
the National Prayer Breakfast earlier this morning.
Speaker 3 (00:39):
We'll have audio for that too.
Speaker 1 (00:41):
Is what we'll give it up hus weather and traffic,
outing his stories of the day. We're talking about what
matters most in West Michigan and beyond. This is the
big three I see.
Speaker 3 (00:54):
Speak fore an the stories, no matter most.
Speaker 2 (00:56):
You can tally let these around a water cool at
the dinner table, no matter where you are.
Speaker 3 (00:59):
Powerful good friends at.
Speaker 2 (01:01):
Heartland Home Mortgage, hhmlending dot Com. A way to get
in touch Dave Galloway and the team, the folks that
support this program and find out how they can help you.
Hell does save thousands many people to listen to this
program as well. Let's start off with President Trump just
spoke at that prayer breakfast yesterday.
Speaker 3 (01:22):
He was busy signing.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
The Executive Order on protecting Women's Sports.
Speaker 4 (01:27):
A few moments, I'll sign a historic executive order to
bend men from competing in women's sports.
Speaker 3 (01:34):
It's about time.
Speaker 4 (01:48):
Under the Trump administration, we will defend the proud tradition
of female athletes, and we will not allow men to
beat up, injure and cheat our women and our girls.
From now on, women sports will be only for women.
Speaker 2 (02:08):
In a room of the White House filled with congressmen
and women and female athletes behind him, Riley Gaines amongst him,
he made this big announcement to much fanfare. Yeah, Number
two Political The New York Times in an ap all
on the take, was this one of the stories they
(02:30):
had this morning?
Speaker 3 (02:31):
I must have missed it. The free press.
Speaker 2 (02:37):
Is being paid government money, taxpayer dollars you and I
funded to the tunes of millions upon millions of dollars.
Speaker 3 (02:47):
Remember when political.
Speaker 2 (02:48):
Leaked the Dobbs decision and conservative Supreme Court justice almost
assassinated remember that story, Remember the Hunter Biden laptop, the
backle that wasn't real either, right, all of it government funded.
Trunk just called for investigations yesterday into this as well.
Speaker 3 (03:07):
He wants to know who's getting the.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
Kickback all of the money coming out of us AID.
They paid for subscriptions to these failing websites, and it
turns out these subscriptions were probably the only people paying
on these websites.
Speaker 3 (03:21):
Thank you, Star and Elon Musk. How often are you
talking to him and how there have been.
Speaker 5 (03:26):
Ideas that he's brought to you that he said, oh no,
wait a minute, this is going a little too far.
Speaker 6 (03:30):
Well, many ideas, but look he's done a great job.
Look at all the fraud that he's found in this
us AID. It's a disaster. What the people radical left lunatics.
They have things that nobody would have believed the whole
thing with one hundred million spent on you know what,
(03:50):
with money going to all sorts of groups, I shouldn't
deserve to get any money with the money. I'd like
to see what the kickbacks are, how much money has
been kicked back? Who would spend that money to some
of the things that you read about and I read
about it.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
By the way, we'll do some of the digging on
connecting the dots here in just a moment.
Speaker 3 (04:09):
I think you're going to find that interesting.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Yesterday, Pam Bondi the Attorney General, now sworn in by
Justice Clarence Thomas in a fantastic moment.
Speaker 3 (04:19):
They're in the White House.
Speaker 2 (04:21):
One of the first moves she's made was to defund
the Department of Justice.
Speaker 3 (04:27):
By the way, defund.
Speaker 2 (04:29):
Sanctuary so called sanctuary cities. If you're not cooperating with
the federal government, you are not getting any of the
federal government money.
Speaker 3 (04:39):
Grand Rapids. Are you paying attention? Detroit and Armor Glenn?
Are you paying attention?
Speaker 7 (04:46):
Shot Shoe.
Speaker 3 (04:50):
Blue, Sheriff of down and the law.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Is back? Called Justin now seven seven for twenty four
twenty four. That's six one six seven seven for twenty
four to twenty four West Michigan Live with Justin Barclay
on News Radio Wood thirteen hundred and one oh six
nine alf M.
Speaker 2 (05:12):
All right, so settle in here, folks, Grab yourself a
nice hot beverage today coming up on the program, or
cold whatever you like.
Speaker 3 (05:20):
I actually am both sitting here with me right now.
Got them both.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
I'm trying to drink a little more water. I'm doing
that right now. So I got this big thing of water.
I'm actually already down. I just started my new phase,
well phase. I'm probably heard me talking about this, my
pure health solutions. And of course I dropped forty pounds
in forty days first time I did this, thirty nine
point four to be exact. But I've already down almost
ten pounds. I feel great. I feel amazing when I
(05:45):
I gotta get back into that. And uh anyway, so
I've got my coffee and they got my waters. I'm
trying to do a little bit, try to do a
little better. You know, we can't. You know, Rome wasn't
built in the day. Can't tear it down. But the man,
the fat burn is already underway. Uh So listen, grab
(06:06):
a beverage and settle in, because coming up, James Dixon
is going to join me. We talk about the protest
happening in Lancing yesterday.
Speaker 3 (06:13):
I don't know if you saw this.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
A bunch of screaming out of their mind folks, wacky
leftist on the grounds of the Capitol Building yesterday protesting.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
I guess some of these cuts.
Speaker 2 (06:25):
Well, I always feel like you throw a rock into
the pack of wild dogs, and the one who yelps
is the one who got hit.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
Okay, the one.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
Who yelps the lowest is the one who got hit.
That's just how this works. That's what we're watching with
Democrats in DC on the steps of the Capitol. They're
talking about, Oh, Trump bought to be in peach. In fact,
one of these guys, one of these weird I's already
tried to file these arc I don't think it's gonna
goldy wear all but all for digging in to the waste,
(06:57):
fraud and abuse through the DODE Department of Government Efficiency,
Elon Musk and his crew there digging and finding out
at us AID that they have spent millions of billions.
Let's just call it what it is on things that
you just can't even wrap your head around, including government
(07:17):
funded media.
Speaker 3 (07:21):
Here's how this works.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
And by the way, Press Secretary Carolyn Levitt she confirmed
this yesterday. Political She confirms up to eight point two
million dollars there received from the federal government. Politico, why
are they getting any money from the federal government of
New York Times? Well, even saw Disney plus yes, why
(07:45):
are they getting anyoney? But she she confirmed up to
eight point two zero head, you had an article that explained,
like thirty thirty million, I.
Speaker 8 (07:52):
Can confirm that the more than eight million taxpayer dollars
that have gone to essentially subsidizing subscriptions to Politico, I
mean American taxpayers dying will no longer be happening. The
Doge team is working on canceling those payments. Now again,
this is a whole of government effort to ensure that
we are going line by line when it comes to
the federal of government's books, and this president and his
(08:16):
team are are making decisions across the board on do
these receipts serve the interests of the American people? Is
this a good use of the American taxpayers money? If
it is not, that funding will no longer be sent
abroad and American taxpayers will see significant savings because of
that effort.
Speaker 2 (08:35):
Eight point two million already found from Politico, Politico stay sponsor,
meet the free Press not so free? After all, other
that take the free press is being paid.
Speaker 3 (08:50):
They're bought and paid for. That's well, isn't that something?
Speaker 2 (08:55):
Think about those stories that you've seen through the through
the years, and just imagine fake news bought and paid for.
We never would have known this if those wouldn't have
taken a look. And all they did is they went
and looked at all these different agencies and they found
this this agent usaid was the one that had the
most that sort of screamed. So they started peeling the
(09:16):
hood back and this is what they found. You know,
journalism is supposed to be the fourth estate, holding the
powerful accountable and all that, but what happens in the
press is funded by the very government it's supposed to scrutinize.
And that's what's been happening acording to this bombshell report
(09:39):
from zero hedge political raking and up to thirty two
million dollars in federal funding. You're right, that right, thirty
two million dollars tax money, your money, my money. And
while single moms are struggling to put food on the
table and families all across America are struggling with the
rising cost of everything, under the Biden administration, we're sending
(10:00):
money out the back door to pay for these elites
to keep their jobs. And you know what's interesting political
the other day, I don't know if you saw this story,
but Political the other day did not make their payroll.
And this is how we know for a fact the
thing two are connected. By the way, you can look
(10:21):
all this up yourself if you want. Payments are detailed
under USA spending dot gov largely spent on Politico pro subscriptions.
When you go on the website. We did this in
a fireside chat last night, just looking and doing some
research and investigation. You can't even find out how much
the subscriptions are. So in my just my little bit
(10:43):
of experience that I have, when something doesn't have a
price tag, chances are you can't afford it. If it
doesn't even have a price tag, you know, if you
have to ask how much you can't afford it. Now,
that must have been the situation here. One contract alone
under Politico, which is a blog. It's it's like a
(11:05):
it's just a blog. These people half a million dollars
on one contract alone went towards just thirty seven subscriptions.
Now I have a little subscription blog over on Locals,
but I can't even imagine. The government ain't funded me.
I'll tell you that much. By the way, politicod not alone.
The New York Times, as I mentioned, also benefiting from
(11:27):
the government spending. According to zero Hedger reports, these revelations
should set off alarm bells for anyone who's doub believes
in a free and independent press. But the free and
independent press, so called folks aren't reporting on this, are they.
How can these folks fearlessly investigate government cre you speak
(11:48):
truth to power when they're still suckling at the federal team.
It's not journalism, it's state sponsored propaganda. And it's all
under the guys of funding democracy. That's what they meant
when they said they want to protect democracy and Trump
was going to tear it down. This is it, folks,
you're watching it. He's a threat to their money laundering scheme.
(12:10):
That's why they were so upset. That's why they tried
to kill him twice. Medius jobs to expose the truth,
not to keep I guess piling it on for folks
in power be kept on a leash by the institutions.
They should be watch talking. These pain to play schemes
call into question every hard hitting article out there. So
(12:30):
called hard hitting article these outlets have ever published anything
critical of President Trump?
Speaker 3 (12:37):
Think about it.
Speaker 2 (12:37):
Were they truly holding power to account or just regurgitating
whatever the money what ever that keeps the money flowing.
That's that's essentially what we're looking at. What point does
journalism just become pr I'm telling you we've seen it
over and over. I've called it out. Now we have
the receipts. It makes you wonder when a government paying
(13:00):
for the media, who's really right in the headlines? And
I want to know who's paying for it all together?
So now you know, and by the way, the answer
is you. The answer is you, And the story is
we dig deeper into this and over the next few days,
(13:20):
because it's not dying down, it's not going anywhere. Please
make sure you share this story with people because nobody.
Nobody is going to talk about this on the nightly snooze.
They're not going to talk about it in the newspaper.
The prostitutes are not going to cover it for a
reason because they're all filthy with it as well, and
(13:44):
they ought to pay back every penny. I have a
feeling political is going to be closing down shops soon
and some of the others as well, because they're getting exposed.
The racket is over and the cuts have just begun.
All right, we got cuts, speaking of which, we got
audio coming up from a Trump The National Prayer Breakfast
coming up this morning as well.
Speaker 3 (14:02):
We'll get to your calls.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
In James Dixon, Jinesus on the.
Speaker 3 (14:06):
Lag Informative Engigee.
Speaker 1 (14:08):
It's West Michigan Live with Justin Barkley on News Radio
Wood thirteen hundred and one oh six nine a FM.
Speaker 5 (14:15):
Here are your headlines from the Midwesterner this Thursday, February
sixth I'm Robin Poffman. It's a Midwesterner. Dot News original story.
Michigan Governor Democrat Gretchen Whitmer skips out on our own
state budget presentation. Michigan Budget Director Jen Flood standing in
for the governor and fielding questions from reporters. Another news,
Pam Bondi sworn in to be the next Attorney General.
(14:38):
She is already hard at work on day one, tackling
sanctuary cities where illegal aliens allowed to roam free a
percentage committing serious crimes.
Speaker 3 (14:47):
Here's Bondi.
Speaker 9 (14:48):
I will restore integrity to the Justice Department, and I
will fight violent crime throughout this country and throughout this
world and make America safe again.
Speaker 5 (14:58):
And President Trump signs an executive order to keep biological
men out of women's sports.
Speaker 4 (15:04):
With this executive order, the war on women's sports is over.
Speaker 5 (15:10):
For these stories and more, visit the Midwesterner at the
Midwesterner dot news.
Speaker 2 (15:21):
Listen President Trump speaking again. I think this is I
think he stepped up in the National Prayer Breakfast to
speak again. We were going to bring you some clips
from that, but this is actually happening a lot, and.
Speaker 10 (15:30):
He's become too successful. They want me to hire people
that have totally failed to run.
Speaker 4 (15:36):
Department of Energy, somebody that.
Speaker 10 (15:39):
Lost all his life. I don't want to do I
just don't want to do it. I know it sounds nice,
but I want to get somebody that.
Speaker 3 (15:44):
Was so successful because we got to.
Speaker 10 (15:46):
Bring the country back and him and Chris are going
to be unbelievable. I really believe it, but I want so.
I want to thank you very much, Judd for what
you've gone through. He's gone through a lot too, but
he was easily approved because he's an honest person.
Speaker 2 (16:00):
I think does he just remarks that he's giving as
we speak live at the Prayer Breakfast.
Speaker 3 (16:05):
I believe this is what he said just moments ago.
Speaker 4 (16:08):
So some highlights Miss Jefferson himself once attended. Sunday service
is held in the Old House Chamber on the very
ground where.
Speaker 3 (16:17):
I stand today.
Speaker 4 (16:19):
So there could be nothing more beautiful than for us
to gather in this majestic place. It is majestic and
reaffirm that America is and will always be, one nation
under God. At every stage of the American story, our
country has drawn hope and courage and inspiration from our
(16:41):
trust in the Almighty. Deep in the soul of every
patriot is the knowledge that God has a special plan
and a glorious mission for America, and that plan is
going to happen. It's going to happen. I hope it
happens sooner rather than later. It's going to have happened.
And it's his hand that guides us every single step
(17:05):
of the way.
Speaker 2 (17:06):
Now, he gave an account again and retelling of the
changes that he believes he's gone through since that faithful
day July thirteenth and the first failed assassination attempt. It's
incredible stuff, folks, they get into that. More of it
coming up, and of course James Dixon joins us. You know,
yesterday the governor Democrat Gretchen Whitmer. She put her budget
(17:30):
out for twenty twenty five. The only thing missing inside
of this big stack of spending was her. She wasn't
around anywhere to.
Speaker 3 (17:40):
Put it out.
Speaker 2 (17:41):
Just strange, isn't it. You gotta wonder what the heck
is going on. We'll dig into it. Coming up. James
Dixon joined us down on seventy five on X and
more all coming up from the Michigan to join after
this and Whet's Miski life.
Speaker 3 (18:03):
Love is a burning thing.
Speaker 7 (18:09):
And it makes a fiery ring.
Speaker 2 (18:13):
President Trump speaking right now at the prayer breakfast as
we speak here.
Speaker 10 (18:19):
All we had was we were going to go just
up and I came back. We have Russia, Ukraine, we
have the Middle East has exploded. All of these things
would have never happened. And we have inflation that was
the worst in the history of our country. But we're
joined today by several brave families whose loved ones were
taking hostage during the October seventh, horrible attack sixteen months ago.
(18:42):
And I know I speak for everyone here today when
I say that we're keeping you in our hearts and
our prayers, And please stand if you are one of
the people.
Speaker 2 (18:53):
Who prayer breakfast is wanting on the way at the Capitol.
I think this is happening live right now as we speak,
but I think he's he's spoken already once and I
don't know if he's like in different rooms or if
there are two different pieces of this, but it's uh,
it's happening live. Just wanted to make sure you heard it.
We're gonna give you some more highlights to we've planned
(19:13):
some of those. Will get you more of those throughout
the day this morning. James Dixon is with us right now,
James with the Michigan and Joan of course at down
is seventy five over on X one of my favorite
places to read.
Speaker 3 (19:27):
He's written for lots of great folks.
Speaker 2 (19:29):
In fact, I don't know, maybe you've even gotten a chance, James,
to write for a USAID funded a publication at some point.
Speaker 3 (19:36):
We don't know.
Speaker 7 (19:37):
We might know it would without my knowledge or consent
or forethought.
Speaker 3 (19:45):
Can you imagine.
Speaker 2 (19:46):
Well, I'm just looking at subscription numbers these guys were
pulling down. I want to talk about this with you
here in a second, but I'm looking at that going well,
I'm certainly not government funded, and the free press is
bought and paid for.
Speaker 3 (19:58):
I guess it ain't as free as we thought.
Speaker 2 (20:00):
But it looks like according to some of the reports Politico,
New York Times, I'm seeing the AP wrapped up in
this and also Reuters, Thomson Reuters with big money on
the line. It looks like they got I don't know,
maybe this one hundred and something thousand or it's anywhere
between one hundred and some thousand and ten million.
Speaker 3 (20:21):
This this is but you could go search all of this.
Speaker 2 (20:24):
Oh yeah, nine point one million to Reuters from the
Department of Defense. People are going looking up this government
spending on websites now, which I think, you know, if
anything Elon Muskus has done, this is really open up
the eyes of folks transparency, to be able to see
where your government, where your money is going. This is transformational,
(20:49):
It absolutely is.
Speaker 7 (20:50):
And you know, mus talked about how we are the media.
I think I think the reason you've had the rise
of the independent media and fall of the incumbent media,
you know, the Detroit News type things, is in this era,
we all have access to the same search bar. Oh
you can't box me or threaten me, because I could
(21:13):
doc or threaten you. There's no information advantage that these
guys necessarily have. So what you see commonly happen is
we'll be talking about something on Twitter for two or
three days, and then eventually the associated press will get
we'll do a story about it, and then eventually that
will wind up in the free test. The media moves
(21:34):
too slow and is not smart enough for these times,
and so a person who just you know, upon a
strong coffee and a strong Internet connection and a curious
heart can go a lot further than a press bag
these days. So we'll say that we are the media. Oh, while,
(21:54):
find how to search these USA grants, find how to
search where your money's going, and then say, wonder if
Ford Motor Company is getting any wonder if New York
Times is getting any. Let your curiosity guide you in
your search, and what you'll find is a lot more
interesting than anything you'll read in the big papers.
Speaker 3 (22:14):
Yeah, can you imagine? Uh?
Speaker 2 (22:17):
I just I'm looking at this, and I think people
are now starting to What I think is even more
interesting is go back and look at the stories that
we're done and line it up with the funding. It's
say the Hunter Biden laptop story. Ah, there's nothing to
see here political This is just Russian disinformation. Of course
they were on the take for it, of course, and
(22:37):
and and this is just one little piece of the USAID.
We're starting to find out that they were a big
funding arm of the Democrat Party all together when it
comes to sending money out to NGO, so then would
launder it back into campaigns and other movements and things
that looked they really looked well they wanted to present anyone.
(22:58):
I don't know they looked that way in our in
our eyes, but they they wanted to present at their grassroots. Well,
where did all these signs and t shirts come from
that were all professionally printed and made. I noticed yesterday
there was a big protest. In fact, we could talk
a little bit about this, but there was a big,
say a big part. There was a protest at the
(23:19):
capitol in Lansing, and essentially it was I guess against
Donald Trump and maybe all the funding he was doing.
And I don't know, maybe it was just a rage session.
Speaker 7 (23:29):
They don't know why they're protesting. People kept asking me
on Twitter, why are they protesting? Why are they? I said, guys,
they're protesting reality.
Speaker 2 (23:37):
At this point, yeah, yeah, I noticed the signs were
a little more homemade this time around. Now, I don't
know if the money got cut off.
Speaker 7 (23:45):
No, there's no moral force behind it because Trump was
the you know, at least in the White House context,
was the unknown, and there was that fear, and fear
can drive you when you see that there's I had
nothing to be afraid of. Even if people try to
work you up, it just doesn't really work. It doesn't
(24:06):
really land. Abortion's not on the ballot. All the things
they would have said and did say for years and
years and years. I mean, you could hardly have a
conversation about Trump in twenty seventeen without Russia or collusion
coming up entirely fake storylines. So this is what we
might have gotten if Trump had been allowed to be
president in his first term and people like what he's doing,
(24:31):
and so there's no more fear card to be played,
and there's no more empathy to be drawn on because
the last time we tried to have empathy, you put
boys in the girls' locker rooms.
Speaker 2 (24:43):
Yeah, this is an issue that I think again, I
just when I watched it, I thought to myself, you
know this is right here, just shows you the real
mental health crisis and what is happening here in our country,
and of course in our state, you've got lots of
people just disconnected from reality and very unhappy about various
(25:03):
different things. Elon Musk and all the rest of it.
It just it kind of all of it sort of
rings hollow. But I will say the interesting part about
that protest yesterday where the people were at the Capitol,
there was one person missing, and that was Gretchen Whimer.
She wasn't anywhere to be seen, at least as far
(25:25):
as I could tell, Lancing when they dropped that budget.
Why what's the I mean, I know she's lame, Doug,
but why is she She can't even be involved with
dropping her budget now.
Speaker 7 (25:37):
Gregick Whimer checked out she spent Thanksgiving week in Spain.
This woman has no interest whatsoever in governing our state.
I mean, you know, a lot of people get bored
with Lancing. But what's odd to me is that she
grew up in the area, So it's not like she's,
you know, from Detroit and hates how boring Lancing is.
(26:00):
She's just tired of us. She's tired of the ten millions,
she's tired of the kind of people who get offended
and she does a cute little Dorrito communion video. She
is so bored with being the governor of our state
right now. It's and honestly, no one wants to say this.
She knows she shouldn't be our governor, and she resents
(26:23):
us at this point, she resents us for making her
do it. And so she decided she's not going to
do it. But I don't feel like presenting the budget.
I won't do it when her and Biden we're not
on great terms. So I don't feel like meeting the
president at the airport. I won't do it. So whatever
she doesn't feel like doing, she doesn't do. And leadership is,
(26:44):
you know, requires going beyond your wants, beyond your fears,
and so Retan Whitmer is just not willing to give
us her best. So what on earth do people think
she's going to do in twenty twenty eight. She's already
checked out of this. Do you think that this woman
is about to run for office and somehow get energy
(27:05):
in the next three years. It's not going to happen.
Speaker 2 (27:09):
Yeah, it's wild stuff to watch, I can tell you
that much, James Dixon. One of the other things I
got to ask you about is Jocelyn Benson. Well, the
governor's race keating up. She is the governor or the
secretary of State that would want to be governor. She'd
preside over her own election, which is interesting in itself.
And she's the one that doesn't want voter id she
(27:33):
doesn't want anything put in place.
Speaker 3 (27:35):
And Republicans just put this out.
Speaker 2 (27:37):
I think it ought to be great, it ought to
end up on the ballot in twenty six that you
got to have a voter idea, got to be a citizen,
and all of that needs to be enthroned in our
constitution here to make sure that that's But she can't
get far enough away from that.
Speaker 3 (27:49):
And I think now we know why.
Speaker 2 (27:51):
She's the one who a lot of Chinese national come
into Michigan vote and by the way the vote counted,
this is the one who wants to be governor. Are
coming up in twenty six and she's going to have
a little bit of a fight on her hands with
some of the other folks who are announcing or have announced.
But this is disturbing. She's not ready for primetime either.
Speaker 7 (28:12):
She's never been fun fact about Jooncelyn Benson. She's never
won a primary election So Attorney General and Secretary of
State are convention races. Those are determined that conventions the
same kind of convention that's going to decide who's going
to be the chair of the Republican Party. Think about
the kind of person who goes to a convention that's
(28:33):
very different and that's very much an insider relative to
your normal person who might show up on a Tuesday
and vote. And so those are the kinds of people
who have belied her entire careers. So you're the product
of two conventions, No primaries, got it. You're the product
of two waveers that you had yourself very little to
(28:53):
do with. You could give Whitmer credit, You could give
the twenty eighteen pod initiative and the twenty twenty two
Abortune initiative credit. But Jocelyn Benson, she was writing coaktail.
Who is she really beat Christina Karamo? Can we even
say that that was a legitimate race, and we even
say that Caramo at any point was trying to win
(29:16):
the race or had a chance to win the race.
Jocelyn Benson is in way over her head. She doesn't
have the skills, she doesn't have the background, She's never
done well, at any job she's had. I mean, this
woman was a thirty five year old dean at Wayne
State Law School based on nothing, based on nothing, because
(29:40):
universities are a patronage, just so much like the USA.
We were talking about the university, So people in power
can slide their people into these little roles, and Jocelyn
Benson has had those kinds of opportunities.
Speaker 2 (29:54):
I wonder how much you know, if any fun thing
she's benefited from when it comes to U groups like
that and her work with the Southern Poverty Law Center,
et cetera previously.
Speaker 3 (30:04):
I just I just all of this.
Speaker 2 (30:06):
I believe in the next year or two it's going
to be a bumpy ride for a lot of folks
because I think a lot of this is going to
come to the lie. James Dixon writes about this, by
the way, particularly the story about the Chinese national who
came here to Volk.
Speaker 3 (30:20):
Great piece.
Speaker 2 (30:21):
Got to check it out the Michigan Enjoyer and all
of the details inside. James, I wish we had more
time to deal with this, because it is a great
It's another great question, another great situation where we find
ourselves in a position asking how the heck did this
even happen?
Speaker 7 (30:36):
How did that happen? Absolutely?

good friend Jeff in Bay City.
Speaker 3 (33:20):
Jeff, how are you, man?
Speaker 12 (33:22):
Hey, I am very good there. But I guess for
all these years we misinterpreted. It wasn't free press.
Speaker 7 (33:30):
It was fed Press, fed Press, that's you know, fed press.
Speaker 12 (33:35):
It was the fed Press. You know, just just imagine
where you could be today had you been able to
collect some of that bigger you know, with the resources
and the effort that you guys put in. And I
want to thank you, you know, you and James and
different people out here across the board that are actually
(33:56):
doing the hard work and little funds compared to to
the Fed Press, because obviously they got millions upon millions,
and here we put in the effort and you try
to find news here and there, and thank the good
Lord for Elon Musk for buying Twitter.
Speaker 2 (34:14):
Well, I will tell you, you know, he's done a
bang up job with that. Folks are able to hear
and see the truth. They're able to communicate with each other,
which is big, uh. And then and then they're also
able to make a few bucks of some of these people.
They got different ways for them to do that on
on accident. And I haven't I haven't said that up,
but I will tell you if you can support.
Speaker 12 (34:37):
Yeah, imagine where we would be had he not, had
he not just step to buy it, you know, for
the kind of money that it really took, you know,
for us coming folks.
Speaker 7 (34:47):
Out here, we would have totally.
Speaker 12 (34:49):
Been lost, you know. And I haven't heard anymore like Brazil,
you know, let's not forget the third largest democracy in
the world and now ban Twitter. What back in September.
I don't all if Twitter got opened back up down
there or are they still running with that?
Speaker 3 (35:03):
Are I think they did? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (35:08):
I think they did. But this this little model that
we've got the USA, I d stuff and I've written
about it. I put it up over on locals, will
put on the stack later today so you can see it.
This story is explosive. It may be the biggest government
corruption scandal of all time, the amount of money. And
you think George Soros and the Democrats had it good.
Well George Soros, uh, I mean he's he's like second
(35:30):
in line compared to how much money the federal government
was giving to these Democrat causes, media organizations and more. Jeff,
hang on the phone and speaking of supporting the folks
in the independent media, I got something for you. Got
a brand new T shirt, the Golf of Mexico shirts

Speaker 12 (35:59):
And to correct you, we're in a new day and age.
Speaker 2 (36:02):

with me on this. They say, well, don't argue with me.
Go look at Google. They've changed an agent. Hang on there,
we're gonna get you set up, get your size and everything.
There's an eagle on there. There's Trumps face with the sunglasses,
American flags, fireworks, waves, the whole thing. Anyway, I've got those,

small town go anywhere, make it a great one.
