Speaker 1 (00:00):
Strap any It's going to be a heck of a riot.
It's like drinking from a fire hose.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
Never a dull moment.
Speaker 1 (00:07):
But yes, you'll hear the stories you won't hear anywhere else,
and we appreciate you being here with us. Born today,
I'm Justin Barclay. Yeah, welcome in for the Maha Missy
of the Today, the MAHA Update where we try to
give you, if we can, really a peak behind the
curtain of what's real and what's true and all of
(00:29):
the things that you're just not hearing.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
When it comes to health and making America, Britain and Maha.
Missy Malone with us Lives your Health Solutions again today
and every day more at health with Justin dot com.
But Missy, one of the biggest stories we have today
is an update on a story from last week, the
man who passed out in the Oval office. And the
ethic we have for you is is shocking. It's going
(00:52):
to be terrifying for some folks. They're going to talk
about real, real food, white works differently, and supplements. There's
a new story today and the Fox News exciting discovery
funds Common supplement cuts heart attack risk in half, but
Terry had to question last week one of our VIP
members in the Freedom Fan Hey, uh, what's the truth
(01:13):
on some of these You know, they promised a lot
of these supplements, promise quite a bit and then they
end up not doing any of the things that they promised.
So we're going to make sure that we people understand
what to look for and what to know and why
all of that matters. So that's that's up on the
list today. Thank you so much for being here as always.
Speaker 3 (01:32):
As absolutely Yeah, I'm like, oh, where do we start
the engines? Where do we go?
Speaker 2 (01:38):
This is like the tip of the spear, though she's
a tip of the spear in the fight to make
America healthy again. So I want to start with this.
This guy that that passed out in the Oval office
last week, what a what a sad story. But I mean,
now we find out some interesting information that guy was
(01:58):
not just He wasn't just that I thought initially was
an executive with one of the companies that drug makers,
but it's it's not that he was actually a somebody
who's on these these drugs. That's to me incredible. Here's
(02:19):
the video so people can see it, and this is
not good Oh my goodness. Yeah, I'm so it's so
sad to see Missy. This comes to the time that
I have a friend of a friend, let me just
(02:40):
say it that way, a friend of a friend who
just reported she's launt one hundred and seventy eight pounds
in a number of just months she was on. And
here are the drugs that I that that have been
sent to me. Now this is what I this is
whatever know isambic first, and then they switched her to
Manjaro or whatever it's called. According to this she's left
(03:02):
one undred seventy eight pounds just a matter of months.
And I said, that's way too fast. Number one, I
will see people get healthy, but you're not to put
in a healthy way. And then the other thing is
what what did it do to her? She's in the
hospital right now. We're praying for this woman, and I
would encourage our audience to continue to pray with us
(03:22):
that she'll be healed and that she'll be able to
return home. But these drugs, there's all kinds of side effects.
And in the oval office in that moment, we saw
this upclost in personal as they're talking about. I don't
blame it trying to make America healthy and we got
to lose this weight. But gosh, at the same time,
are we considering what we're doing to ourselves?
Speaker 3 (03:45):
Oh my gosh, Well, the question is like, what's causing
us to gain the weight we are gaining at rep
you look at any other country in the world. My
son lives in Australia and I have to literally look
all around to even find somebody that's overweight. I have
(04:07):
to even I have to scour to even look for someone.
They're they're not over there. You don't find them overweight there.
You don't find them overweight in other countries. And the
reason why those countries don't allow some of the worst
toxins to be in the food support. So so, now,
so we're gonna again. I always say, this is an
(04:28):
eighty legged octopus. One of the legs is what's causing
the problem. And now that we are the most obese
nation in the entire country, what are we going to
do about it? Well, giving ourselves a shot that has
poisoned venom in it is not the answer because again,
the body was only designed to recognized natural the natural
(04:52):
things that we're created. And so, yeah, you're right, losing
that amount of weight is like what part of the
body is start is dying because it's not just because
you're losing weight doesn't mean it's healthy. You know, there's
where a lot of people that have lost weight that
you know, do our program and they're like, no, anything
(05:12):
about my weight loss, and like, well, they might think
you're sick because who's ever seen people actually lose weight
in a healthy way, the right way. They don't see it.
Most people if they've lost If you lost forty pounds
in two months, they're like gosh, they might answer because
that's what we waited to today, but yeah, it's gosh.
(05:33):
I don't even know where to start. The cause the soil,
You're right, the minerals. It's all the eighty legged oct
put the eighty legs on that octopus. Is there's one
body eighty legs and so soil, mineral depletion, the food
not having There was a there was a stat that
I had a long time ago and it went something
(05:54):
like this it's not up to date stat, but it
was like this we because I always talking to people,
if you were to eat one peach today, like one
if you would have one peach, if you ate a
peach like back in the low house on the prairie days,
you would get x amount of nutrients out of it
to today's date. Now, don't quote me on this, but
(06:18):
this is the kind of the theory. You would have
to have eight peaches to the one peach back in
the day to get the same nutrition that you would
have gotten if you would have had the one peach
in low House on the prairie days. Wow. I mean,
so we're just because we're eating something that looks healthy,
it still has been compromised because we've even in organic soil.
(06:40):
So the organic soil people they have to prove that
their soil has not had any contaminants on it for
quite a long time, which is great, But the unfortunate
thing is that they're neighbors that might be surrounding them
didn't get the memo. They were still purchasing things from
(07:01):
Monsanto and being in gosh. I don't want to digress,
but to understand what what the farmers have been up
against throughout all the years, there were so many farmers
that would say, we don't want to buy those chemicals
from the typical place where they would always buy the
fertilizers and things like that languages. Banks would then start
(07:24):
shutting off the farmers and not giving them loans unless
they would use the bad stuff. So when we're bullied
into it, it's not but I mean, but I don't
want to be all doomy gloomy, but I'm like just
saying that it's gonna take a it's going to take
some time to turn the ship around, and and you know,
(07:46):
and then you know, hopefully like as your kids grow
up there, you know, we're not going to be in
the same position we are, Like where we are today
is not going to be where we are in a
year from now. We're going to be so much further
down the line. But there's a lot of things that
need to be corrected, and Trump's doing it, and so
is our Oka Junior. I mean, they're they're they're waking
(08:07):
people up, and that man dropping collapsed me in the
White House hopefully was a wake up call. And those
of you are the listeners are listening to you justin
you guys are so much further ahead than a lot
of people currently in the world. I mean, because I
speak to people daily that are all across the uhighed
(08:29):
States and and it's it's you guys. You guys are
on top of it. I'm glad to be here, and
I'm sorry I'm rambling because I'm like, my brain's like,
which direction do we go? Oh?
Speaker 2 (08:42):
Well, no you're not, and I'll tell you. You know,
part of this obviously, like you said, everything is so connected.
It is. It is. Unfortunately, there's a lot that's gone
on to this and to connect the ots for people
to actually see it. But that's why I think, unfortunately,
when this man passed on the Oval office, a very
very a gosh concerning situation, but it's one that I
(09:03):
think will end up opening eyes for a lot of people.
Terry asked about Terry asked about this last week, he said,
what about these supplements? You know, he seize them constantly,
you know, advertised on television or wherever they might be,
and they claim to be you know, miracle supplements that
can help do this that or the other thing. And
it's funny because we have this story today about vitamin
(09:25):
D three and how it could help protect some heart
attack survivors from having a second heart attack. This is
according to this Fox News report, and I thought, you know,
it's really kind of an interesting moment where you see
the study and you have to dig in. We'll put
it in the show notes and whatnot. But people with
(09:46):
a history of cardiac arrests could protect themselves from future
risk with one simple daily habit. A study at the
inter Mountain Health City Health in Salt Lake City, Utah,
discovered that supplementing with vitamin D three can significantly reduce
the risk of a second heart attack. Well, one of
the reasons, and and we'll just walk into this, but
(10:06):
one of the reasons why, Terry, and what he asked
I thought was so important. Uh and and really kind
of dovetails into this this conversation is why do we
have to supplement it all? What does that mean? It
means that you don't have enough in your daily diet,
so you've got to add to it. So walk us
through that process, missy. And why are supplements such a
(10:28):
big deal and why can't they also be a scam?
Speaker 3 (10:32):
Oh boy, well you were. You were right on the
money when you were talking about the soil. So it's like,
why this there's always a cause. Well, if we go back,
if our soil had the good minerals inside of it,
and minerals, minerals are like this unsung unspoken of hero
what minerals are doing. They're so important. And we talk
(10:56):
with our clients all the time about this because we
see a lot of people that come into our office
and they need to lose weight, and they're eating pretty decent,
they're drinking a lot of water. But when we start
to show them that, hey, according to your body, your
body is severely dehydrated, and they kind of get a
little offended because they're like, that's impossible. I'm drinking half
(11:17):
my weighting boat and half of my you know, weighting
half of my houses in body late the whole thing.
You know that if I'm one hundred pounds, you're gonna wait,
You're gonna drink fifty ounces of water. Well that's great,
but the problem is if we don't have minerals come
in under our system, and we get minerals in, like
people go out, like one of those one quick things
(11:39):
you guys could do today is to go out and find,
you know, Celtic sea salt. The Celtic salt you can
find is it a blue bag? And I like to
get the ones up of the granumals are a little
bit chunkier before you drink any water, have a little
dish of pink salt or less salt anywhere and just
lick your finger, put it in that salt, put it
(12:01):
on your tongue. Get in there, drink your water. The
minerals that are going into your system. That salt is
a mineral. We remember they told the salt bad for us.
Of course they told the salt is bad for us.
The white, stripped down table salt. Salt is bad for us,
but not the natural salt. When that goes that mineral,
that salt goes into our body. The minerals go when
(12:24):
they find themselves and they go in, they plant themselves
in the cells. So we've got thirty six trillion cells
in the body. When we get in minerals, the minerals
go into the cell. And then when we drink our water,
when we get the water into our body the cell,
the minerals go and they suck. They suck the water
right into the cell. So that is how we become hydrated.
(12:47):
Just because we're drinking water doesn't mean that our cells
are getting hydrated, because that's why most people are. Most
people are getting up to peach or three times in
the middle of the night because you're drinking the water
and it's not getting absorbed into the cell.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
The other thing is and if I get this right,
maybe you can correct me if I don't. But also
if we don't, if we don't have those minerals that
are taking in the water will then take out and
strip the minerals that's inside of our body if we're
not drinking the right kind of water that has that
that inside of it.
Speaker 3 (13:21):
Eighty Lake Docopus. Yeah, the right water too. Again, but
going out the supplement land, what I what I why
we need the supplements is because we're not getting the
food the food sources. We remember old fashioned days in
grocery stores there was a lot more fresh food fresh
(13:44):
food sections. The fresh food section has shrunk and and
and they have everybody going up and down, you know,
in the dry stock area. If you're finding that you're
shopping and most of your grocery shopping is done in between,
not you should be shopping on the perimeter. The perimeter
or everywhere is where the real live food sources, the
(14:05):
b and packaged foods that has all the preservatives in it.
Those preserves, I mean it might taste great, that MSG
does amazing. It makes food taste really good, but it
also inflames the daylight side of your body because we
weren't meant to recognize MSG and food. So we're eating
all this food that's stripping the good stuff. I mean,
(14:28):
just because when we eat something and then we get
in the car, we drive away, and we forgot what
we even ate yesterday. Your body didn't forget because it
might be inside trying to figure out how to process
this plastic that it wasn't designed to ever eat.
Speaker 2 (14:44):
It's interesting to mention that because I got a video
I got to share with you here in a minute.
But we were talking a little bit off the air
too about the supplementation and why what's missing in our
food today, and part of it is the soil. The
soil isn't good enough. And the reason for that that
is we've gone into industrial farming and we have depleted
the soil in a lot of cases of the nutrients,
(15:07):
the minerals, and where we are. We've also been told
you got to go vegan, you can't eat meat, that
sort of thing, and some of the most dense nutrition
you're going to get is going to come from meat.
I grass fed beef, and our family does too, and
think about all of the nutrition that we're getting from
those cattle that spand those cows have been I mean,
(15:29):
these some of these are like you know, they're the
best taking care of in the world. They go out
and they eat those plants and then they get the
nutrition in. Then they've got it built up, and now
I'm eating them, so I get the best of both worlds.
But our soil just isn't the same as it used
to be, and that's why we need to supplement and
take care of these things. By the way you are,
it's working. See listen to this, Bonnie says. I've been
(15:52):
doing what you said about the salt recommendations every day
since you said too. Now I'm curious, have you noticed
a difference, Bonnie, Sodium and potassium depletion put my mother
in the hospital more than once. Greater said, most soil
is contaminated. Terry says, and he asked, also, Missy, maybe
one one question and maybe you can answer this before
(16:12):
we get to this food video that I got to
show you. Magnesium pros and cons I needed for system evacuation.
He says, I love magnesium. But here's the other thing, too,
is there's so many different kinds of magnesium terry and
got to make sure you get the right kind correct.
Speaker 3 (16:29):
So for somebody that needs to go to the bathroom,
they're a little bit constipated. What I recommend. There's a
really good natural product if you look it up, is
called Calm, c Alm all natural. You can find it
at any store Myers, the Myers and the Walmars, all
those stores. Calm has a great magnesium and it tastes
(16:50):
really good. You can have like raspberry, pink, like pink
lemonade flavor, orange flavor, and it actually tastes really good
and it's healthy.
Speaker 2 (16:56):
I've seen that.
Speaker 3 (16:58):
Will help you go the bathroom. That's a really good
tool to go to the bathroom. And yes, I'm going
to go back to your meat situation. Meat is so good.
Meat is excellent. Oh, there you go. There's calm. Easy
peasy you guys. Literally, I if I have like ate
too much bread, if I eat too much bread or
(17:19):
anything like that, I might need to have a nice
glass of calm.
Speaker 2 (17:22):
And it looked. They call it the anti stress drink. Next.
Oh you might. You might feel a little bit better
too while you're at it.
Speaker 3 (17:28):
Absolutely, it's got a good magnesium, because you're right, there's
a bunch of different types of magnesium and it's hard
to tell what magnesium each person needs because every person's
body is completely different. So you could have you could
have you could be a twin, you could have a twin,
and you guys are both going to take the same
supplements and eat the same food and eat the same
supplements and take everything and have two totally different responses.
(17:50):
And it's because the just because you look the same
on the outside doesn't mean you are at the same
at all on the inside. Everyone's completely different. Going back
to like the blood pressure as something else you mentioned
about heart, I recommend if anyone if you haven't heard
of Barbara O'Neill, Yeah, Barbara, I recommend see many people
(18:11):
to look into her. She did a really good talk.
I was listening to her talk a little bit one
day and I took some notes down, and she was
mentioning that with hearts, that if people were to take
like a quarter teaspoon of turmeric, a quarter teaspoon of
cayenne pepper, do it in a glass of water, and
add like a little bit of honey, do a little
(18:32):
bit of lemon, and then just drink that if you
could do that twice a day, the effects of that
on the heart. Again, I don't have my notes in
front of me, but it was enough. It was jaw
dropping to me. And she said in this one Herb
book that she reads, she said, like every book, every
(18:53):
page in the book was dedicated to one Herb. Cayenne
Pepper had ninety pages in it.
Speaker 2 (19:00):
I've heard.
Speaker 3 (19:00):
I went to go buy that book. It was five
hundred dollars because there's hardly any in print anymore.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
Yeah, there's a reason for that. They don't want you
to see it. Yes, No, I'm like.
Speaker 3 (19:12):
You gotta be kidding me. And so part of me again,
maybe I got to write a note down is you
can tell? I like lots of thoughts, lots of notes.
But I thought to myself, what if I could get
a hold of the people that were the original publishers
of it and say like, hey, what would you think
about bringing this back into print? Yeah, I mean, because
I mean I don't know how that would work. But
I'm like, ninety pages, all the cayenne pepper. And so
(19:36):
people go like, oh, cayenne pepper, is this a little spicy? Well,
what it's doing it. It's activating, it's doing what it
needs to do for those blood vessels inside of your past.
So well, but it's good, it's good heat, all right.
Speaker 2 (19:50):
Got to show you this video now, Maha, MISSI. First
of all, it's fast food, so don't don't hate us
for that. But this person online posted culvert oh yeah,
and they go, I left these that for a couple
of days, and look at what's growing on my French fries.
Speaker 3 (20:10):
My kids got covers two days ago. They never finished
up the fries and left the box outstanding, no fridge
for two days. Uh huh. And this is what I
open up the box too.
Speaker 2 (20:21):
Now you know it's hilarious. Is I'm watching this, I'm
thinking to myself, you got to mold on there. That
mold maybe from the fries, it may be from something else.
Is somebody on the kid's hands or something they touched.
Who knows exactly what it is. But what's wild to
me is the comments section. And this is what I
thought was the most interesting, Missy, is that what people
(20:42):
were saying, because it shows us that Maha movement is working.
Because people are saying so they're serving real food. That's
what I take from this look at this one. This
is the video that shows trying to burn that you know,
process cheese. It's like plastic. There's real cheese and it
(21:04):
just melts. And there's a whole there's a whole video
of this. And then look at this guy says McDonald's
fries after being in a moist tumid attic for thirty
seven years.
Speaker 3 (21:14):
Oh, that's no joke. We yeah, you guys do it
as a fun experience. You want Maha movement people, if
you want to get your kids involved, literally go out
and buy go buy a happy meal, cheeseburger, french fry
and let us set just put it somewhere. I don't
care where you put it at, and just come back
(21:35):
and look at it, month after month after month. We
did this in our office years ago. We had a
fry and she's. We had the whole thing sitting out
in front for one full year. It became petrified. Yeah,
it changed, It became petrified. And we did that to
make people. We've been trying to wake people up for
a long time. And I'm so glad social media and
(21:56):
people posting this stuff. You guys, like I said, just
because you ate it and then you walk away. The
next day, your body's still trying to break that down.
So try the best you can to shop. To shop
the real, the real natural fruit or even frozen fruit.
Don't buy the canned fruit that's got high fruit toast
(22:16):
corn syrup in it, you know. And again for people
on a budget, you know, go into all these or
if you see that they are having a sale on stuff,
pack pack up. Stock up on the healthy things if
you can, you know, the healthy, fresh frozen strawberries. You know. Man, there,
I had a lady, this was years ago. She was
a high up.
Speaker 2 (22:37):
Look at this McDonald's burger and fries in Iceland in
two thousand and nine, sold an Iceland. Still don't have.
Speaker 3 (22:44):
Yeah, exactly, go get your I can't believe it's not butter,
open it up and go sit it on the garage.
A bug. Bugs won't even go into it. Bugs won't
even eat.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
Yeah, we've we've talked about this before, and this is
part of the problem of why every by itself, you know, fat,
sick and narrowly dead, like the documentary, right, it's like,
you know, we're eating food that's not real.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
Yeah, we're not. That's why I mean the supplements because
we're not eating for this not real. Let me go
back to the people that are eating meat. So now
here's the thing. If you are simple don't know what
their blood. If you are a person that has blood
type A, blood type A, people are naturally known to
not have enough hydroclork acid in their bellies to break
down the protein. The protein's good, but we don't maybe
(23:30):
have enough acid. So I would recommend people to look
for something. It's called HCl hydro CLOrk acid. And if
you know you're going to be having some red meat,
some protein, take a couple of those before you go
ahead and eat your food. So that way that that
can get down in your belly and say, come on, meat,
we're gonna be able to break you on down. That
(23:51):
way you won't be bloated, gassy, constipated all that. So
you're gonna give your the drain, You're gonna give the
train in your belly to write things it needs to
go ahead and let that food pass right on through.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
This is just another example here of people I think
waking up and seeing the truth and our you know
that Mohammed moment, our audience, they are more on top
of it. Like if you could see the chat right now,
you would see all these sorts chatting, typing back and
forth and Bonnie, keep us, keep us post and let
us know how that salt's working out for you. And
(24:27):
Terry says he's been using that calm, he's been using
it for twenty years, and I guess he loves it.
He also said, I believe the preservatives in ninety nine
point nine percent of the food or the biggest problem.
Our government needs to stop the poison in our food.
And RFK is the leader in that. So thankfully we're
seeing those things happen. And look, this is for me
the same. We talk about this every time we do
(24:49):
one of these updates. But the reason why I think
are so important is because this is going to be critical,
not just in elections. Yeah, politics, that's one side of it,
but really we're talking about getting the country back on track,
making America great again. Part of that is making America
healthy again. We cannot be maggot if we're not Maha.
It's just one. One goes hand in hand and the
(25:12):
other pieces that I know too from my personal experience
that you know, I can't do what I'm called to
do unless I get healthy. You know, part of watching
all those things that Charlie Kirk and the things that
have made such a big difference to me is looking
at what he was doing and what kind of a
difference he was making. Can't do it if you're not healthy.
And so I see my two kids. We know, we
just celebrated the third birthday for my youngest and the
(25:35):
oldest will celebrate her fifth and just another couple of weeks,
and you know, being there for them, But being at
you know, on my game, you know, top of where
I need to be is so important. I'm down over
twenty pounds, twenty one pounds. We told you that last week.
I'll have another update here shortly. But this is incredible,
the way that I feel, the way my clothes fit,
(25:57):
but probably most importantly, the energy that I have and
how well I sleep at night. I got an update
from my Apple watch thing the other day and it goes,
it goes, you had some great sleep last night. You
should see this thing. It was like, oh my gosh,
your sleep is off the charts lately, and I'm like, yeah,
I mean, I feel better than I have in years.
Speaker 3 (26:17):
So many of the people body's not working triple over
time while you're sleeping, it's actually now healing while you're sleeping.
That's the that's the goal, and people can get their
lives back in short order. I just had I was
just talking with our staff meeting the other day. I
had a sweet seventy two year old lady who is
(26:39):
on has been on met forman for thirty years. Thirty years,
and her A one C is so bad. But anyway,
she's kind of freaking out in a good way because
she's waking up to normal blood sugar. Her she said,
every she measures it at nighttime and measures it in
the morning, measured in the afternoon, and every morning she
(27:01):
will normally wakes up to a way higher blood sugar. Well,
it's not happening anymore. Her her blood sugar levels have
normaled out in like less than ten days. She's no
longer on met foreman because her body doesn't need it
any longer. So there, once you get the body balanced out,
the body isn't is in need of medications because the
(27:25):
medications aren't fixing anything. They're not fix anything. They're just
kind of like it's they're in there and you're you're
you're just kind of like you're holding your breath. It's
in there to chemically try to alter you not having
high blood pressure, the problem as to why you do
have high blood pressure or why are you on type
(27:47):
two diype body medication, because there's always a cause, and
your body will always let us know what that reason
is and give us the answer to help bring you
back into the life you were supposed to have. Mean, gods,
the body is designed in such a brilliant way. It's
it's mind boggling. I love what I do for a living.
(28:07):
I love being able to when I talk to people,
you know, when I do my consultations with them and
get to hear their journey, what they've been through, what
medications they're on, what are their health challenges I already know,
I already know happened to them in just a few
short weeks. If they choose to do what we're doing,
you know, if they choose to like this doesn't kind
(28:29):
of make sense, but I think I believe you, but
let me try it. And that's what happens. And it's
just like, and I'm grateful to be here and that people,
you know, kind of get to hear things. Going back
to that supplement thing, I do have to say this,
try not to buy your supplements at Sam's Cubber Costco. Uh,
(28:49):
let's just say they're produced. There's a lot of things
that are a mass producer. You're buying them in bulk.
And just because you're buying vitamin C doesn't mean that
that you're buying the vitamin C from. Did they really
make it the right way? Because this packaging, the packaging
makes people believe one thing when it's really not a truth.
I mean because again these days the government has said,
(29:11):
well you can call you can say aspirin tame's not sugar. Well, yeah,
I mean so just because its sugar free, don't get fooled.
Turn around and read that label. If it has words
in there that you can't pronounce. There's sugar. I mean
you gotta look. It should be monk fruit sugar. It
should be stevia, It should not be superlose gross aspartame.
(29:34):
It should be none of those that the government says
is safe. Hopefully that gets changed out too really fast.
So it's it's yeah, I mean we can do this, guys.
I mean we can do this. Just modify a few
the people that are doing the pink salt or doing
that salt, they should notice a difference. And a lot
(29:54):
of times when I tell our clients is take a
quarter teaspoon of pink salt in a little glass of
water in morning and then in the eating before you
go to bed, get those minerals in there. That way
the water that's in your body gets absorbed up into
the cell and how you can notice it. If people
do get a scale, a body composition scale that is
going to show your weight, your body fat percentage, and
(30:16):
your hydration, that's when you'll start to see your hydration
levels will start to go up. And when your hydration
levels start to go up, your body fat percentage is
going to go down. It is like a teeter totter.
Body fat goes down, your hydration is going up, and
vice versa. So there's ways to monitor it on a
scale as well as are you getting up two or
(30:38):
three times a midlanite and pe And.
Speaker 2 (30:39):
Still that's the one thing I love. I don't I
don't have to do. I last all the way through
the night, no issues with that, and that's probably because
I'm finally hydrated. All right. This is a question for
charrosys so pink camalayan or celtic salt. Which one is better?
We have both available.
Speaker 3 (30:57):
You know what. Okay, this is another little conversation. Use both.
Use one for a couple of weeks, and then change
out and use the other one. Go back and forth.
Keep your body on its toes. Your body is always
looking for a pattern, and and what we see is
like a lot of times we'll see people. If if
(31:21):
you tend to eat like almonds every day, almos have
been your snack, almonds, you know, you've been eating them
for months at a time. Then all of a sudden
you start getting headaches or congested or your stomach hurts.
Chances are you have an allergic reaction in a way
that you wouldn't considered to those almonds. Take a break.
You want to give your body a break, because your
body won't see it as as a as a helpmate.
(31:43):
It's going to see it as you've been here too long.
We're going to see you as now.
Speaker 2 (31:48):
Think about the way that we used to to Things
wouldn't stay in season, we wouldn't always have them. Your
body would have time to have something and then have
not have something. That's kind of like one of the
things things that I'm doing now in this this program,
you know, the sort of the sort of a fasting,
intermittent fasting portion of it in some ways where I'm
eating sort of a window, right, So that's that's very helpful.
(32:12):
But think about these things. Your body didn't always have
all of this food in abundance in the availability that
we do these.
Speaker 3 (32:19):
Stings, right, because it was seasons. We were hunters and gatherers,
you know. I mean, you go and like Indians, they
would pick up and they would move to the next
location wherever it was, you know, I mean we were.
That was the mentality, and that was how the body
was designed. It wasn't meant to be able to eat
the same thing every day because you can get it
at the grocery store, you know. I mean it is
(32:41):
I mean, and is that little high maintenance sort of
but you know what, listen to your body. I mean
we did. I didn't design it. He designed it, you know,
and we just got to learn how to read it.
You know.
Speaker 2 (32:55):
This is another great example of the MAHA of this

(34:15):
tell people, I'm like, listen, have a conversation with me.

really doing because you've maybia haven't gone too much in detail.
That's what the console's for, so that way we can
kind of get to know each other. I'm not going
to answer you put any money down. We don't take
money that it's not the kind of call. But get
an idea of what it is that we do and say,
you know what, I want to do this, but I
(34:37):
don't want to do it till January. Can I do that?
The answer is yes, So get a plan, get a plan,
have a conversation with me. I don't bite. I talked
just like this on the phone and might be a
little all over the places. I'm getting to know you
and being able to share with you how we do
what we do.
Speaker 2 (34:52):
