A chemical spill at Love's in Delphos is quickly contained; ACRTA gets over $600,000 to expand service into Van Wert County; A Findlay woman dies from gunshot wounds suffered last Friday

A leaking tanker truck caused an issue at the loves
A truck stop in Delphus yesterday. Allen County EMA Director
Jared Gessler explains what happened as that truck pulled into
loves and Delphus yesterday morning about eleven o'clock.

Seems that there was a relief valve that failed mechanically
in the and so as the truck was driving, it
kind of started slashing around, and so there was a
small spill of beautle. Accurately, that's a solvent that's used
in lackers and paint, and so it is flammable. So

out of an abundance of caution, the fire Department ensured
that everyone stayed at least one hundred and fifty feet
away from it while we arranged for the company's cleanup
contractor to come.

Crews were also able to contain the leak from spilling
into any nearby waterways. Gessler says there was no threat
to the public. Allan County RTA is among a group
of Ohio transit agencies that were announced as recipients of
grant funding Monday. It comes from the state's Workforce Mobility
Partnership Program. Governor Dwaine said the investment will help more

Ohioans get to work and support employers who need reliable
skilled workers. In November, the Governor at Odd announced thirteen
point five million dollars in grants. Allen County RTA will
receive just over six hundred thousand dollars to expand to
transit services into Vanward County, launching micro transit and demand
response options to connect residents to major employers and job

centers in both counties. It will also add two new
vehicles to its fleet to support the expansion of services
to Vanward County. Nay Finlay woman has died following an
accidental shooting last Friday. Police say thirty one year old
Brianna Gonzalez was injured in that incident and passed away yesterday.
That incident remains under investigation. Communities ross Ohio are still

waiting on tax dollars from recreational marijuana sales. We get

Across Ohio cities are still waiting for their share of
marijuana tax revenue approved by voters in twenty twenty three.
The money is supposed to support community services and public
safety in areas with dispensaries. Local leaders say millions have
accumulated but can't be distributed until lawmakers fix language in
the regulatory bill. A conference committee meets on Wednesday. Cities

Meanwhile, President Trump is expected to sign a bill to
release the Epstein files after it made its way through
both the House and the Senate. Yesterday, Fox's Ashley Stromaier reports.

The House passed a bill compelling the Justice Department to
release all files related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein,
the only no vote coming from Republican Congressman Clay Higgins,
claiming on X that the bill's broad reveal of criminal
investigative files released to a rabid media will absolutely result
in innocent people being hurt, but the bill's authors disagree.

Many Republicans claim Democrats are politicizing the investigation to harm
President Trump, but Trump says it's Democrats who were connected
to Epstein, and the Senate unanimously agreed to send the
bill to President Trump's desk.

That's Fox's Ashley Stromyer reporting thousands of documents had previously
been released by the House Oversight Committee. And a Dayton
Man and former Columbus resident, has admitted to making death
threats toward Congressman Jim Jordan. Federal prosecutors say Jeffrey Dorsey
pleaded guilty to one count of interstate communication with a

threat to injure this week. He was arrested back in June,
accused of leaving voicemails at Jordan's office claiming he would
cut his head off if Jordan voted in favor of
cuts to medicaid. Dorsey could face up to five years
