Speaker 1 (00:00):
My biggest takeaway from the intro is that that is
the best intro music I've ever heard.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Hey, Carter, listen, I know you get a paycheck. I listened.
I used to work for CBS Radio when they did radio,
and I know you get a paycheck and through Paramount,
and I love the I love Brad Nessler and my guy,
my guy Charles Davis is going to be doing the
game starting next year. I just wish they would have
come to the table and kept the SEC, I really do.
(00:29):
It was so much better when they had their choice
of the SEC game of the week. I'm just saying
I feel you there.
Speaker 1 (00:37):
And hey, those with YouTube TV would still be able
to watch the SEC if it was still on CBS.
But that's the size the point, right.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
What did you take away from last night? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (00:50):
Absolutely so. I mean, first of all, I think you
have to look at Texas Tech jumping all this jumping.
Oregon getting to that number six spot sets up perfectly
for the Raiders to potentially get a first round by
but then BYU only slipping to twelve. I mean it
sets up there for them to potentially get into the
conference championship game, win it, and then send two Big
(01:14):
twelve teams to the playoff. I think the Big twelve
is kind of a winner from the fallout of that
Texas Tech YU game. And then the other one I
look at is Miami sitting there at number fifteen on
the fringe of the bubble without really a clear path
to the ACC title game. Potentially an at large team
there that'll be one to watch. And then I guess, lastly,
(01:37):
South Florida giving the Group of five finally some representation
in the top twenty five after they missed out last week.
Obviously you've got the bulls there is the favorite to
get that twelfth and final spot that fifth automatic.
Speaker 2 (01:52):
Interesting you bring of all that, Laurie, Let's go with
Texas Tech right there. They are they have the best
defense that money can buy. Cody Campbell is this billionaire
philanthropists who's putting everything into that program, and you can
see the results and look at what they did last
weekend and that dominating performance of BYU and they are
(02:12):
an absolute wagon now. So you're saying there's a chance
they could sneak in possibly to the top four.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
Yeah, I like it, because I mean it comes down
to what happens in the Big ten and SEC championship games.
You know, because obviously you've got two teams from both
of those conferences in the top four. How much does
the committee punish the loser? And then how much does
Texas Tech gain from winning the Big twelve championship. I
think that's the only way they get into the top four.
Speaker 2 (02:43):
Okay, now you mentioned Miami and they have a special
place in my heart. That's my school. So with that
being said, I think last week a hurricane nation was
thinking that, you know, all was lost in doom and gloom.
I was surprised. I'm not gonna lie to you, Carter,
I was surprised they were ranked ahead of Georgia Tech.
(03:04):
Why why did the committy? Do you like to me? Carter?
And And here's the thing about this committee, They're the
epitome of inconsistency. They say one thing, they do another.
I mean, listen, I'll even say this, and I still
stand by this. Florida State got screwed so bad two
years ago. Well, I mean they got they went undefeated,
(03:26):
they won their conference, they lost their starting quarterback and
still won their conference when undefeated, and they got shut
out of the college football playoff. So last week Miami
was the red headed step child this week. Now they're
the golden child. What happened in one? I mean they
played a garbage Syracuse football team. Why are they ranked
(03:48):
ahead of Georgia Tech. I'm actually saying this. I don't
think Miami should be ranked in front of Georgia Tech.
And I'm a hurricane.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
All right? You want to put on a tinfoil hat
real quick? Yeah this try this on for size. So
Miami is undoubtedly, I think the biggest winner of this
week's rankings. The same week, mind you, that USF sneaks
into the top twenty five as the only G five
team ranked. Who did Miami beat by about thirty points
(04:19):
in the beginning of.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
The year USF?
Speaker 1 (04:21):
Yep, huh and almost as if the committee's rankings are
used to justify their own decisions.
Speaker 2 (04:29):
I totally see what you're going with this. I get
it now, You're right. Yeah, USF and USF has had
a hell of a season. They better not lose to
Navy on Saturday. But they've had a really great year.
I mean, you know, they were the one who started
the I mean when they played Florida. Florida was supposed
to be good and They're the ones who started the
inevitable downfall of the Gators, who have since fired their
(04:50):
coach and bench. Their starting quarterback was on every preseason
All American list. So there's that. Now there's a scenario.
Carter Bains from CBS Sports joining us. Carter, let me,
let me. Rhese Davis said this last night. Here's a scenario.
Trib call quest, here we go, Yo, what's the what's
the scenario. There's a scenario that Duke Duke, who could
(05:13):
win out with four losses, win the ACC Championship, Miami
wins out and Miami gets it at large in the
ACC Championship gets champion, gets shut out. They said, that
could happen. Do you believe that could happen?
Speaker 1 (05:32):
It's possible. But here's the issue with Duke. I think
it comes down to obviously, who your second G five
team is gonna be, and right now I think everyone
thinks that it would be James Madison. Now, James Madison
and Duke have a common opponent in I believe Louisville.
(05:55):
You can correct me if I'm wrong there. Maybe it's
Virginia I'm getting I'm getting, you know, mixed up here,
But there is a common opponent, and are you going
to put Duke in over Jmu? You're gonna put Jmu
in over Duke. That's what it will come down to.
And look, the Committee hasn't been ultra kind to G
five teams in the past. You know, they they gave
(06:18):
Cincinnati that nod back before they were in the Big twelve.
You could say that they favored Boise State quite a
bit last year. Sure, but outside of that, the sample
size is really slim. Sure, And look, I know that
the ACC is down, and I know that a four
loss team is kind of an eye sore. But when
you start stacking up resumes, and you know the committee
(06:40):
likes those quality losses, you put four Duke losses up
against what James Madison would have one loss.
Speaker 2 (06:48):
To Louisville to Louisville at Louisville to Louisville.
Speaker 1 (06:51):
Yep, there you go a conference opponent, you know for
a you know it's a it's a conference team for Duke.
So how much are they valuing the AC there? I
think it's going to be really tough to justify James
Madison over Duke. Now, what I love to see more
G five representation G six representation absolutely, Like, if you're Duke,
(07:12):
you've got four losses, win your games if you want
to get into the playoffs, right, I think by all means,
you know, reward teams that are actually winning games. But
the Committee's going to look at the fact that Jamu
loses to a team that is in Duke's conference and
they'll probably use that as justifications.
Speaker 2 (07:29):
But Duke in, yeah, and James Massin's had a hell
of the year. They're eight and one, They've got app State,
They've got my producer Exhordanair, Christopher kids, Alma mater, Wazoo
at home, and then they go to Coastal Carolina. So
is there just probably for them not going to happen.
So with that being said, like there's so many different
(07:51):
scenarios that could present itself. Let me go through this.
Let's let's play the hypothetical what if game, because that's
what we do on sports radio, Carter Bains, Right, let's
go through this right now. All right, Let's just say
chalk hold serve. On Saturday, Bama handles Oklahoma easily, Georgia
runs rough shot over Texas and people say, oh, I
(08:12):
don't know, Texas, turn it around. Really they had to
go to back to back overtime games against Kentucky and
Mississippi State to pull those out. They should have lost
both of those games. Texas is a fraud. Those two
teams lose. Okay, Let's say BYU has another loss in there,
and then Tennessee Rocky Top knocks off Vanderbilt and Diego Pavia,
(08:38):
thus taking them out. Who then, let me throw a
team at you right now to in fact, we're gonna
go a little big ten year fight on. How about
the Trojans and then how about the team who won
the national title two years ago? Michigan could Is there
a scenario where USC in Michigan if all those things happen,
(09:01):
And by the way, let's not also forget Michigan. They
get Ohio State at the end of the month at
the Big House. And let's face it, we all know
Ryan Day his kryptonite is Michigan. Let's say Michigan wins.
That could Michigan and USC, if they went out, get
into the playoffs?
Speaker 1 (09:22):
Absolutely? And I think that's the scenario two, going back
to Miami, that the Hurricanes get in because all of
those teams ahead of them are going to have a
third loss and then Miami's got that win over Notre
Dame to hold up to the committee and say, hey,
put us in. But to your point about the Big
ten teams, absolutely, it's like I think USC and Michigan
(09:43):
may not even need a ton of help to get
in if they went out, because Michigan's going to have
that win over Ohio State, They'll, you know, they will have.
Their only losses will be to Oklahoma, a team that
is currently in the playoff picture, and then a USC
team that we're also talking about being on the bubble,
so quality losses and a good win over Ohio State. Now, USC,
(10:06):
if they win out, you're gonna have a win at Oregon,
a win over an Iowa team that the Committee is
just in love with and has ranked higher than the
AP voters the last two weeks, and a win over Michigan.
So I don't really see how those two lost Big
ten teams get held out for other two loss teams
(10:27):
that are just kind of hanging out there like a
van the or you know in oklahst MoMA that maybe
don't have the quality wins that those teams would have
in the scenario that they went out.
Speaker 2 (10:38):
Interesting, Carter Bain cbssports dot Com joining us at breaking
it down. You can tell you're a smart guy. I
like smart people on the show. So you've definitely enhanced
the show. And not with like the illegal way like
Barry Bonds and a Rod and Maguire and Sosa. You're
doing it the natural way. We appreciate that. Carter, all right,
So USC, how about this one? What would it take
(11:02):
for Oregon if Oregon loses to USC at home or
loses and listen, I know it doesn't look really good
after what happened last weekend at Camp Randall. But let's
just say at the end of the month, when the
hated as they call them here Pregon Ducks come into
(11:22):
Motley Husky Stadium and after the horrible loss that they
suffered after combined four quarterbacks through for twenty four yards
on Saturday against Wisconsin quarterbacks to punter through for the
other twenty four yards and they lost. What if Washington? Now,
if Oregon loses one more time, are they out? Or
to take two more losses for them to be out?
Speaker 1 (11:44):
A three loss Oregon team is that in my opinion?
And I don't think it's particularly close. A two loss
Oregon team. I think is in as long as that
loss doesn't come at home to Minnesota. And the problem
with Oregon in the committee, guys, is the Ducks are
not They're clearly not getting credit for the win at
Penn State. Penn State was number three at the time,
(12:05):
everything left to play for, still in their coach, still
in their quarterback. But the committee, I think is using
hindsight to effectively say, look, we think Penn State is garbage.
We're not going to give you credit for it. Your
only quality win is Iowa. I mean that's if you
look at the resume and you look at where Oregon
stands compared to the one loss teams. I mean, Oregon's
(12:27):
eighth behind A one lost, Ill Miss one loss, Texas
Tech one lost, Georgia one loss, Alabamon. Like, clearly they're
not getting very much credit for that win. And so
if you've got three losses and your best win is
at Iowa and there's effectively nothing else to speak about,
I don't think that team's getting in.
Speaker 2 (12:45):
Yeah, ok yea. By the way, the yeah that Penn
State win anymore does me anything? Northwestern one at State College,
So that that Penn State win is you might as
well have been facing a an f CS opponent at
that point. Absolutely, you're so right. So you think. Now,
now here's where I'm gonna disagree with you a little bit.
Carter Bains on this, I think if Oregon loses the
(13:07):
final regular season game of the year at Washington to
an unranked Huskies team, I think they're out to me.
Now you Now, I think let's just say they beat
the you know, Chockholds, and they beat USC providing they
don't lose Friday night to pj flex Golden Gophers. I
don't think they will. I think to hold off the Trojans,
(13:27):
but you never know. Listen, man, Trojan's got as much
talent as anybody this side of Ohio State. I mean,
Trojans are loaded with talent and they gotta Obviously you
can see what uh I can't Maava Mayavia, what he's
done at quarterback? How do I keep from mispronouncing his name? Mayavea?
(13:47):
Is it Mayaveya Mayava? I was close the first time
may Ava. Okay, if they lose, I'm talking about Oregon
to Washington, I think there's a chance that Oregon is out.
And I think there's a chance that if Washington's completely
healthy with what happened last weekend in Camp Randall, Jetfish
(14:09):
needs to have a signature when if that all happens.
I'm not saying it's going to you don't think that
Oregon's on the outside looking in on selection Sunday.
Speaker 1 (14:19):
I guess it comes down to what the other two
loss teams do, right, That's true. We did talk about
the scenario in which it's very realistic to see a
scenario where all of those two teams, two loss teams,
suffer a third loss and then a two lost Oregon
team is I mean, I think no question in But
if it does come to a point where you know,
Notre Dame's still at seven to two, Texas is still
(14:42):
seven and two, Oklahoma's still seven to two, you got
you know, Vandy potentially at eight and two. Now, if
all of those teams went out and Oregon suffers that
second loss, then it becomes really interesting. But I think
if if a couple or certainly all of them or
to suffer a third loss, you know you're not gonna
(15:02):
move organ behind those three loss teams. But yeah, that's
where the strength of schedule comes into and the strength
of record. Like again, like I said, the committee does
not love Oregon's resume, and I think rightfully. So. I
mean to look at their wins. If you say that
Penn State at the time beating them has the same
(15:23):
value as beating them now, which is effectively zero, Oregon
only has one quality win, and so if you have
two losses and only one or two quality wins, it's
going to be tough to stack up against those teams
that I just mentioned. So yeah, absolutely, if those other
teams have two losses, I can see a world in
which Oregon gets left out. I don't think it's entirely likely,
(15:45):
but I wouldn't.
Speaker 2 (15:46):
Be surprised if Notre Dame loses Saturday at pitt Are
they out with three losses?
Speaker 1 (15:52):
Wow?
Speaker 2 (15:52):
Totally wow? So there are no chance in hell they're done.
Speaker 1 (15:58):
I just I think, so, oh, just a three lost team?
We saw last year the committee didn't wantup the three
lost team in right, And who would their three losses be?
To Miami who potentially misses the playoff, Hit who potentially misses.
Speaker 2 (16:11):
The playoffs, and Texas A and m.
Speaker 1 (16:14):
Texas A and m Okay, sure you know you say, okay,
that's the quality of loss, but again then that's I
just don't see how that team gets in over two
lost teams from the SEC or the Big Ten. I
just don't they would. They would have to have some
serious help.
Speaker 2 (16:31):
Now let's talk about Texas real quick. Texas, if they
lose on Saturday at Georgia but win at home and
at the end of the month versus one of their
hated rivals A and M if they get a split,
would they still get in with three losses?
Speaker 1 (16:54):
That one's tough because they're on the bubble as it is.
I mean, here's the thing with Texas, Like they got
that Ohio State loss at the beginning of the year's
kind of a bargaining ship. Well, we can say we
played Ohio State closer than anyone else this year, and
we did it on the road.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
Okay, before you make your next point, Carter, let me
jump in there. But they should a lost back to
back games to Mississippi State and Kentucky, So that to
mean the gates the Ohio State right.
Speaker 1 (17:21):
Right. See, that's what the reasonable fan would say, But
then the committee will twist it. So any way they
want to get another SEC team in, Like you have
to put on the tinfoil hat when you deal with
the committee, because they've proven time and time again that
they'll do whatever it takes to get their way, and
getting a Texas team in four ratings is their way.
(17:42):
It just is, It just is. I know that that's
what they've shown us over the last what ten fifteen
years that we've had the playoff format.
Speaker 2 (17:51):
Yeah, they screwed. They really did. Two years ago Florida State.
I mean, I didn't lose any sleeper, shed any tears,
but they did. Man, Florida State got hosed. They they
went undefeated. They even lost their starting quarterback Jordan Travis
with a few games left in the season. They ran
the table and they they got out. They gave Nick
Saban a solid with Jaln Milroe because they probably knew
(18:13):
Saban was retiring after that, and that was it. So
that's that's interesting. Anything else that stands out to you?
Speaker 1 (18:20):
What?
Speaker 2 (18:21):
Here's the thing you know as well as I do,
that there's there's three weeks left in the regular season
and then we have championship weekend that the first Saturday
in December. So much can happen from now until then
that could turn this thing upside down. And we'll wait
and see, is there anybody right now, of all the
(18:44):
teams that are there and maybe on the bubble or
not in the bubble, who's the one team if you
had to pick one, that you would be not sleeping
so well at night if you were this team right now.
Speaker 1 (18:59):
That's a good question. Georgia Tech. Maybe an eight and
one record. You know, you think if you're eight and
one this point in the season and a power conference,
that you that you're looking pretty good. But Georgie Tech's
not even the highest ranked team in their own conference.
And like I think they have multiple paths to get in.
They could. They are I think the most likely team
(19:20):
from the ACC to get into the playoff as an
at large team, because if they played Georgia close, they've
got that late season non conference day a point that
they can hold up there on their resume. But if
I'm the yellow Jackets, I'm a little frightened about what
the committee thinks about a myself as a one loss team,
(19:41):
being way behind these two loss teams and be the
conference that the highest ranked team is fifteenth, and that's
a team that doesn't really have much of a conference
title outlook. So I think the yellow Jackets are very
clearly in a situation where they've got to win the
ACC to get in, and that's a really tough spot
to be in. As a one loss team. Would like
to have a little more margin for air, and you
(20:03):
know they can build it for themselves by a beating
or be losing very closely to Georgia. But man, a
one loss team, you'd like to be ranked higher than sixteenth.
Speaker 2 (20:14):
And how about Pitt's schedule. The last three weeks, they
get Notre Dame, Georgia Tech in Miami. And by the way,
I don't buy. I'm gonna put my tinfoil hat on here, Carter.
I don't buy Pat Aroozi does not care about beating
Notre Dame at home this weekend at all. I think
he's just saying that. For what, I think he really
(20:35):
cares about beating Notre Dame at home. What about you.
Speaker 1 (20:39):
That's some real reverse psychology to throw at your locker room. Yeah, hey, guys,
I don't care about this game, all right, coach, We're
going to go play super hard for you. I'm curious
to be how that plays.
Speaker 2 (20:50):
So let's play super close and hard, but worry about
the conference games at the end. Versus Georgia Tech in Miami.
That's hilarious. Yeah, I couldn't believe he said that, but
I think there's something there. I think they're gonna be ready.
They will be ready on Sunday. They're getting twelve and
a half points at home, so we'll see. Carter Baines
(21:12):
from CBS Sports Listen Man, you were great. Look forward
to talking to you again soon. And as the college
football playoff rankings world turns like a soap opera, so
are the days of our lives. We'll talk to you
again soon, Carter. Thanks for making.
Speaker 1 (21:27):
Time yep, thanks the ton for having me on.
Speaker 2 (21:30):
Oh, no problem Factor fiction coming up next, Hugh Millin
at Noon, Nobody's better than Christian Bale. And the best
Batman movie of all time was The Dark Knight and
obviously doing large part to his foil in that movie,
the late great Heath Ledger, who played the Joker. And
(21:50):
there's a part of me inside that enjoys chaos and anarchy,
especially when it comes to the college football playoffs. And
that's what I want. I want a four lost Duke
team to win the ACC Championship and get shut out
of the playoffs. That's what I want. I just want it.
(22:12):
I want it because this whole process is so stupid.
Why do you need committees just come up with a
formula that this is who makes it and this is
how they do it, and like instead, when you start
having you know, different athletic directors from different conferences, and
you know, it's just so Oh. Last year North Carolina
(22:36):
men's basketball team had no business getting into march man
as they were awful, They were no business. But at
the time, who was the chairman of the men's basketball
committee last year their athletic director, Bubba Cunningham, And they
got in. And that's the type of crap I hate.
I hate it. So I want chaos and I want
(22:58):
anarchy and oh boy, oh I cannot cannot wait, cannot
wait for this to to transpire. I am, oh, yeah,
I am. I'm all for it. I'm all for it. Man, kid,
I think I'm gonna call an audible at the line
of scrimmage here. I think I'm gonna go college. I
(23:20):
went to the bathroom and I told kid what I
was gonna do, and I think I'm going set three
sixteen hut hut. No, I think I'm calling an audible here.
I'm gonna call an audible kid, and I guarantee you
nobody gave this one out. We're gonna go to college.
We're gonna go to We're going to college on Saturday.
(23:44):
That's what I'm doing for factor fiction. I'm gonna I'm
going college, my friend, We're gonna go college. We're gonna
go to another place that I spent a few years
in Athens, Georgia, and a big one on Saturday for
arch Manning and the Texas long Horns going up against
the dogs. Now it's time for fact or fiction. Where's
(24:07):
that to go?
Speaker 3 (24:07):
Glad you're with us, it's your shot at our weekly
thousand bucks and the ten thousand dollars grand price. It's
fact door fiction, probably presented by Lucky Ego Casino and
hotel where every day feels lucky. Fact door fiction is
on Sports Radio ninety three point three KJR FM.
Speaker 2 (24:35):
So I could go one of two ways here in
between the hedges on Saturday and Athens, Georgia. All right,
who's that coming down the track? Who's that coming down
the track? The mean machine in red and black, the
mean machine in red and black. Nothing finer in the land,
(24:59):
Nothing fine in the land, and a drunk of knoxious
Georgia fan A drunk of knoxis Georgia fan. Go Dogs,
Go Dogs. Woo woo woo. All right, Uh, now you
think I'm gonna go Georgia. But in this game, and
I'm going to that game, I'm going over. I think
(25:21):
arch Manning and Texas show up, and I think Gunner
Stockton and the Dogs show up as well. I lean Georgia,
but I think the best play in this game is
the total over. Remember that shootout against Ole Miss a
couple of weeks ago, it was like forty three to
(25:43):
thirty five. I don't know if it gets to that much,
but it's certainly gonna go over forty eight and a half.
So I'm gonna go over forty eight and a half
Texas Georgia, And I really hope the Dogs take care
of business and it's whole ORNs down once again and
knock that burnt Orange the hell out of the college
(26:05):
football playoffs. So I'll be pulling for the Dows, but
I really think the overs to play here. I'm gonna
personally bet this game. So if you agree Texas Georgia
over forty eight and a half, text fact to four, nine,
four or five to one. If you disagree, text fiction
to four nine four five to one over forty eight
(26:27):
and a half Longhorns Bulldogs between the hedges in Athens,
and I would think that this game is pretty much
Texas's playoff chances on the line. I think if they lose,
they are done. They are out with three losses. Even
if they do beat A and M in a couple
(26:47):
of weeks, I think they're gone. So I'm gonna go
over forty eight and a half. You agree, text in
fact to four nine four or five one. If you disagree,
text in fiction to four nine four or five one
over forty eight and a half Texas, Georgia. That's one
of the best chants in college football. It is awesome
and of my times in the three places that I
(27:11):
spent and got degrees Coral Gables, Florida, Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Athens, Georgia.
I will tell you I loved Athens, Georgia. It is
the best college town in America. It is awesome. I
love Taco Stand on Millage. The grill there right near
(27:32):
the where the arches are. It is. It is a
great play. If you've never been to Sanford Stadium on
a college football Saturday. My, oh my, you need to
go one day. It is an amazing place to go.
So I'm gonna go over Texas, Georgia, Hey arch Manning,
Steve Sarkisian, let's actually show up. Okay, let's show up
on Saturday and put some points on the board. I
(27:56):
think they will. And here's the reason why I think
they will. Georgia's defense is not good and Texas gave
up thirty eight points a couple of weeks ago on
the road at Mississippi State, so Texas can give up
points too. So I love the over in this game,
big time over. I'm gonna bet it personally. Oh by
(28:18):
the way, don't forget come on out to Muckle Shoe
Casino Resort, Galaxy Galaxy this Sunday. I want to thank
all the fine folks at Muckleshoe Casino Resort, my main guy,
Trevor Drew, who's handling everything at the sportsbook, Trevor who's
the director of casino operations, Raymond Kaylaw and all the
(28:41):
fine folks. Come on out to Galaxy this Sunday for
the Seahawks Rams Seattle away game Rumble watch party at Galaxy.
Muckle Shoe Casino Resort. Come on out Saturday one oh five.
Kick And for those of you that said you can
make it last time and then you kind of, you know,
(29:01):
you kind of flaked at the last minute. I'm not
gonna call you out, Joel and Jeremy and some others,
you better be there on Sunday. I cordially invite all
of you. All right, come on out on Sunday. We're
gonna have a great time. Plenty of giveaways. They're gonna
give away free plays at the casino as well. They're
gonna be giveaways KJR T shirts. The Corona Girls, Medello
(29:21):
Girls will be there. They'll be giving away stuff as well,
and to root on the Hawks, which will hopefully be
a huge win over that plastic, fake, superficial, pretentious city
known as Los Angeles and the Rams. All right, coming
(29:42):
up next, I've got something that's gonna blow your freaking
mind on why the Seattle Seahawks are being compared to
arguably not just the greatest defense in NFL history, the
greatest team in NFL history. Hawks. This is gonna blow
your mind. Hugh Millin coming up at noon right here
(30:05):
on MJ in the midday. Okay, we know was if
something wonky was going on. Got it. It happened, And
we appreciate all of you. I got all of you. John,
I'm not seeing in notications. This is there, you know. Sorry,
we're getting all these ones. The text window isn't opening. Yep,
open the window. I just made my pick, and I
(30:25):
got a bounce back, said, I already entered a pick.
I only entered at one time. Your text window is broken. Yep,
we fit. It's being fixed, so go ahead do it.
It will count. So go ahead and do it. Over
forty eight and a half Texas at Georgia. All right,
over forty eight and a half Texas at Georgia. That's
what we've got. So we appreciate you letting us know though.
That's again, that's the best thing that I love in
(30:49):
terms of there's only really one thing that you know
we have instant feedback. It's the text line, you know,
I mean, you know we're on to really phone call
as much anymore at all. So it's it's the phone line,
and I mean student meets the text line. So four
nine four or five to one, you want to get
in touch with us and let us know what's up.
(31:10):
That is the best one. We appreciate you letting us
know because now that we know, we fix it and
make sure that you guys get because I wouldn't want
because this is a winner. This is a guaranteed winner.
So I mean, I don't want you guys lose on this.
This this is going to go over big time. Now.
I was going to possibly save it for picking the locks,
(31:31):
but maybe I'll put it on picking the locks. But
this is a winner. I can trust me on this one.
This thing's going way way over all. Right, The Seattle
Seahawks right now are just playing at an elite level. Now,
I hear the critics, and I'm the one to point
it out myself. I mean, that's fine. You want to
(31:53):
hate and say, oh, they haven't beaten anyone. Oh, their
strength of victory is three eighty is thirty eight percent.
It's the lowest of any current playoff team next to
the Chicago Bears. Okay, you're right, you're not wrong, You're
not wrong. But then you look at the AFC. Look
at who's in the number one seed there, Indianapolis Colt
(32:15):
strength of victory is thirty seven percent. Denver strength to
victory thirty three percent. So if we're gonna go ahead,
and you know, like there's a lot of things that
we can question. That's one of the things then in there.
But here's the thing that I want everybody to just
to let you know how great this Seattle Seahawks football
(32:35):
team has been. The Seattle Seahawks own a plus eleven
and a half points per game differential in the first
half this season. And here's where it starts to get
into unchartered all time goat history, the highest by any
(32:57):
team in either half since the two thousand and seven
New England Patriots, which had a plus twelve point three
in the first half. That team wins sixteen and oh
in the regular season, and they went all the way
to Super Bowl eighteen and ohero in fact, if you
count the playoffs, and then of course they lost at
State Farm Stadium whatever it was called University of Phoenix
(33:19):
Stadium back then to Michael Strahan the Giants. But I
want you to think about how great the Seattle team
has been. And eleven and a half points per game
differential in the first half this season, the highest by
any team in either half since the seven Patriots that
had a plus twelve point three in the first half.
(33:40):
That's how great this team has been. So it's on.
It is so on on Sunday at Seattle Sofi Stadium.
Take it over, just like every other opposing fan. Do
take that over on Sunday. Take it over. And if
you are going down there for the game, let me
just give my PSA for the day. Don't get in
(34:01):
a fight with any of these losers that have nothing
to lose, and getting arrested to them is like walking
and chewing gum. If they're trying to fight you and
throwing hands, don't get into it. Just call stadium security.
Don't have this become a viral video. It's not worth it.
It never is. And because the fans down there and
(34:23):
not only there used to be Oakland, San Francisco, just
don't get into it. If you're going down for the game,
it's not worth it. We're classy, they're not. Okay, let
us show how we're class and their ass and just
don't you know, I just don't want anybody down there
getting any trouble because you're wearing a JSN jersey or
(34:44):
Sam Donald jersey or Cortes Kennedy jersey. Just just trust me.
Those fans out they're gonna they will try to incite
and they will try to fight. Don't fall for it.
Just watch the game, call stadium security and because I'm
telling you, man, I've seen a lot of incidents and
when it happens is se SEMs to happen a lot
at SOFI Stadium, so LFG Hawks, Let's go, don't forget.
(35:05):
You can join me. Coming up? Did I mention you
enjoy me? Is Sunny for the Seattle Away Game Rumble
Watch Party
