the first Wolves practice? Been like, it's only for summer league, but

it's your first chance to slip ona little practice jersey and get out with
the guys. It felt good justbeing back on the floor, man,
just playing with playing with my summerleague guys and uh, just getting out
of defensive concepts and offensive concepts thatwe're gonna play having summer league and with
the team. It was good overall to looking forward to getting out there
and competing against some guys. Again. It's just just journey camp. I
mean, it's just summer league.It's the first step. But looking forward

I'm really I feel like I'm adownhill player. I can I can shoot
the three, and I'm a reallyreally good on ball defender. That's as
as simple as it get. Ilove going downhill, and I love attacking
the basket, and I love playingdefense. Basketball fans here in the Twin

Cities may have seen you at theBig Ten tournament, which is at Target
Center. It looked like that wasnot well you were you most outstanding player,
but you look pretty comfortable in thatgymp. Yeah. I'm pretty comfortable
in the Target Center. I was, man, this is all coming for
a circle. But yeah, man, I'm real, real comfortable playing there.

I can't wait to play my firstactual game with in the Timberwolves jersey
there. But man, yeah,it's just I'm just grateful to be here
right now. Man, when you'regrowing up, is there someone you look
to in the league kind of likedwatching their highlights and seeing them play.
Uh yeah, growing up, RussellRostbrook was that guy from me just for
his competitive spirit and there's nobody withmore energy. I mean that's one thing.

You can love or hate him,but you gotta respect his the way
he brings it every single night.It's something I've watched him his whole career.
I mean, his competitiveness just justjumps out of the off the TV.
Yes, sir, that's that's that'swhat That's what I looked up to
growing up. Man. Yeah,but that was that guy for me.

Like what's it gonna be like?I know we're still months away from that,
but taking the floor in an NBAregular season game and being on the
floor with some of these guys,I mean, Lebron will be out there,
A d will be out there,John Morant will be you know,
Jason Tatum. The list goes onand on. This league is so talented.
Well, first it started with beingon the court with with my guys
here like Anthony Edwards, uh,Rudy Gobert, car Anthony Towns, Mike

Connley, Jaya McDaniels, Nasri like, uh, Alexander Walker, like those
guys like we got some guys heretoo, uh, but just begin on
the court with them first in practice. That's gonna that's gonna be real,
uh real exciting for me just watchingthem play, but also the greats like
Lebron Durant, those in rost Brooklooking to the challenge of guarding those guys.

I'm really excited to do that aswell. Anything you're looking forward to
in Vegas as sort of a goalfor you over these next five maybe six
