The Desantist launch crashes Twitter space, the UNCP tries to submarine Florida, and
a New York professor woke meltdown toherself out of a job. These are
some brow furrowing Did they really justsay that? Moments from this week?
I'm Nancy Shack, I'm Ben Parker. This is news bite, all right,

(00:31):
Sorry about that. We've got somany people here and that I think
we are. We are kind ofmelting the servers. We are advising African
Americans and others that if you travelto Florida, be aware that your life
is not value, that we havea political landscape that could cause harm.
You're no, you're not. Youcan't even have so you don't even know

(00:56):
what that is. Well, youknow it's going to be fun when you
hear a lot of beach. Ohyeah. That, by the way,
was a New York City professor bythe name of Chelleene Rodriguez, and that
was just the beginning of her meltdown. That she was going after some pro
life students in the campus cafeteria whohad, you know, a a pamphlet

(01:22):
table and you know, they werejust minding the room. They were at
the side of the room, Theyweren't hassling anybody, and she came in
and did this. That's cut thirtysix A. You're not educated. What
are you gonna do? This isthis is violent? You're my students,

(01:47):
No you're not, because you can'teven have you don't even know what that
is. But you don't see she'spushing over their table and pushing stuff off
the table. But you know forher to go, she's you know what's
trans next? Pretty? Don't havea problem with pretty viral video? Boy,

(02:09):
I've seen that a thousand times everytime. Students, Well, here's
the problem with my responses. You'retriggering me? Right, Well, here's
the problem I have. And look, you can disagree on the abortion issue.
You can disagree on the trans issuebecause she brought it up, so
I can bring it up. Firstof all, we do still have a
freedom of speech, right, Solike what they were doing, even if

(02:31):
you disagree with it is still okay. But you don't have to attack them.
You don't have to, I mean, just walk away from it.
I mean, look, there's plentyof said you know, what she did,
that's called assault. That's you know, she that was called assault.
What she did, she became violentand and let's make it even better.
That wasn't the last time she's popping. She got better. She got even

(02:51):
better at the New York part worsedepending on how you're looking. Went to
ask her about this incident, becausethis was a big deal. It was
caught on film and all the restof it. She met the New York
propose, the New York Post reporterat her door with a machete and this
is what happened. Cut thirty sixb away from my hole. Let's let's
get out of here. You can'tdo that, and she said, she

(03:15):
threatened, she's going to chop themup, and she ran down the street
after them, did catch up tothem and kick the reporter in the shins.
And I mean she did put thatmachete right to the guy's throat.
She did. It wasn't like youjust had it in her hand. No,
put it right to his throat andsaid, you know, get out
of here. And he's like, yep, okay, no, find no
problem. M The college did fireher. Um she was an art professor

(03:38):
at the college. They did fireher, and the police arrested her and
she turned herself in and you couldsee her. She's Um. She's a
woman of color with big tattoos thatsay bleeped the police on them, and
she portrayed herself in the court asthe victim in all of this. She's
a victim, of course she is. Yeah, you know it's it's it's

(03:58):
look and I don't care if youleft too. So I don't even care
what they say, because again, freedom of speech, right. You can
say whatever you want. You canwrite whatever you want on your arms or
your head or your neck or whatever. But it does kind of seem between
her actions at the school, thenher actions in the outside at her apartment,
and then outside of the apartment,it does seem like she's just been

(04:19):
walking around a lot of her lifelooking for trouble. Yeah, doesn't seem
that way. Yeah, I mean, maybe I'm wrong, Who knows.
She's organized a bunch of protests, which okay, then for FTP, which
is fight the power, and shefight the police, fight the power,
which everyone you like better, she'sum and that's her right. She is
saying that she was roughed up ina protest, and she's suing the City

(04:44):
of New York for physical damages, which I find really interesting for her to
turn around and then basically rough upstudents and threaten a reporter since she's saying
she's been the victim of violence herself. By the way, I know,
I know you can buy him atyou know, the big box stores,
various places. Machetes is what I'mtalking about here here. Machetes are us.
Yeah, the machetes are us.No, you can buy them a

(05:04):
lot of places and people just fromcamping, and I'm sure Amazon has.
But here's the here's the funniest thing, ull strangest thing. Sorry, funnies
the wrong word. But so Isee every once in a while in the
news, you know, somebody's doessomething like this, threatened someone with a
machete, runs down the street witha machete because you're just hanging around with
machete, Like I don't even havea machete sheet over heart. I mean,

(05:28):
is that it's just like handy,Hey, here's a machete. And
some people have been attacked with machetes, I mean really attacked, which is
obviously even worse. But every timeI hear of someone being threatened with a
machete or someone wielded a machete,I always think to myself, what are
you doing just walking down the streetwith a machete in your back pocket or
bamboo jungle out back. Yeah,I know, like like on the table

(05:49):
near her apartment door, does shehave like her keys, a book and
a machete? I mean weird? Were you just walking around with machetes?
That's just weird whenever, I mean, really highlights the the complete and utter
disregard that. Um, some ofthe progressive left and liked, not all
the progressive left, but some thatare like this professor, have for anybody

(06:10):
else's rights. Nobody else has rightsbut them, to the point where it's
okay to assault people if you don'tlike them. And don't get me wrong,
it is legal to own a machete. So if you have a machete,
God bless you, that's fine. It's always legal to have it.
Depends on where you live, Ibelieve, I suppose, And it also
depends if you chop somebody's head offwith it or threatened to do I believe
it. Isn't it a dangerous weapon? Well yeah, well, I mean
a lot of things could be adangerous weapon anyway. Shod foot right,

(06:33):
that's absolutely absolutely all right. Well, anyway, if you if you want
to have it. If you wantto have a machete, go right ahead.
I just always find it funny, like it's handy, and the people
at the door just it's just bad. Now, you know who I was
willing to come out and say somethingabout this because they've been very they've been
very vocal about so many issues lately. It would be the NAACP. And

(06:54):
they didn't. They didn't say asingle word about them the professor of college
from New York City College who isattacking people with machetes and yelling at people.
But you know what they did comeout with. What did they come
out with a travel advisory for thestate of Florida. Imagine that they came
out with a statement basically saying thatFlorida is a dangerous place to go if

(07:18):
you're a minority. Cut one fThis, by the way, is the
president of the NAACP, Dereck Johnson. We are advising African Americans and others
that if you travel to Florida, beware that your life is not value.
That we have a political landscape thatcould cause harm. As we prepare to

(07:39):
twenty twenty four elections. To rightsize the political landscape in the state of
Florida. First of all, I'mnot sure what right sizing anything means.
And secondly, what the bleep don'tgo to Florida because it's a bad place
for minorities for blacks. Even CNN, which is where he was appearing when
he said this was a little takenaback. This is Sarah's wider of CNN

(08:01):
going, excuse me, the datafor Florida from minarities is actually really good.
Cut four Florida Chamber of Comments sensingin a statement about the advisory that
the NAACP that you all sent out, and here's sort of what it says
regarding the National Group's notice to certaintravelers. We have no comment, however,

(08:22):
on the economic diversification front. Injust the last few years, Florida
has moved into the number one spotin the United States for black owned businesses
and number two for Hispanic and numbertwo for women own businesses as well.
When you hear those numbers, whatthey are saying is, look, African

(08:43):
Americans and Hispanics are doing quite wellhere when it comes to running their own
businesses and being able to make moneyhere and being able to live decent lives.
How do you how do you addressthat with this new band. First
of all, that's propaganda language overthe last several years, cause if anything
he did in policy. Okay,so basically, it's not even Florida Santis

(09:09):
is what I'm saying. Well,it's not. It's it's that's who they
hate. That's who they hate. But but he's the governor of Florida,
understood, So they're saying, sothey are ready to cut off their nose
to spite their face because black businessesare doing phenomenally well in Florida. And
so he goes and so he wantsto cut tourism to Florida, which is

(09:30):
going to damage black but he doesn'tcare. He hates the Santists. It's
the Santis. Durrage Santas so much, I mean Florida because he's the governor
of Florida. But to respond,oh um, paying no attention to the
data, it's just probablyda I mean, are you freaking kidding me? And
by the way, I do needto ask this question because look, as
you just pointed out the success ofminorities and suction Florida, blah blah blah,

(09:52):
um is good. Um, obviouslythey hate the Santis who happens to
be the governor of florist So insteadof saying boycott De Santis, they're saying
boycott Florida. Are you telling me, mister Johnson, that there is in
another state out of the fifty stateswhere there's a governor you don't like,
because that's really what it is,or where minorities have a worse time,

(10:15):
but to call and Andy ready forthis. By the way, do you
know what the number two state inthe entire country is for black advancement in
education? For children advancing in education? Where they do the best? Number
two in the entire country. Taketake a wild guess on education? Yeah,
where black children do the best wellin Florida. Yes, okay,

(10:37):
number two in the country, onlybecause I assumed it was going to be
Florida, because that's what we weretalking about. And he by the way,
Derek Johnson, do you know wherehe lives Florida, Tampa, Florida.
Well, and do you know wherethe chair and the vice chair of
the NAACP live hold on Florida?Yes? Yes, maybe maybe mister Johnson
just doesn't want people coming to hisstate because it's too crowded. He's like,

(10:58):
he doesn't like people. So it'slike, don't come here, by
the way, if you're a personof color, well, a person of
any color, but if you're sothe NAACP, you're saying, don't come
to Florida. If you are aperson of color and you're already in Florida,
does that mean you should leave?I don't know, because he's a
he's of color and he's living inFlorida. If it's so bad to come

(11:20):
here, here's here's this is Thisis my favorite cut though, it's my
favorite cut on this This is ademocratic stratagist by the name of Aisha Mills,
and she was on MSNBC and theyasked her about the travel band.
Listen to this cut and tell meif you can pick out, like within
a second, what the big hypocriticalpoint is here cut six. Please.
I think it was extremely clever umand I really appreciate the NAACP's guidance on

(11:46):
this issue. You know, Ijust took my family to spring Break in
Florida recently, and I think aboutall of the folks who travel there for
sun and joy, um and peaceand restoration, and to be reminded that
actually this is getting to the pointwhere Florida is about to be a terrorist
state to many of us here inAmerica, certainly as a lesbian, as

(12:07):
a black woman, I don't wantto have anything to do with the place.
Oh and you do that it's aterrorist state. But I just got
back from spring break, and boywas it fun. Just went to Florida.
Was a hell of a lot offun. And I don't want anything
to do with the She loves togo to Florida, but she had a
great time. But you know, don't go, you can't go. You
know, this is all about thetwenty twenty four election. This is all
about Joe Biden, and as youso aptly put it in the beginning,

(12:31):
this is about basically Ron DeSantis. They're afraid that Desantists is a more viable
candidate than Donald Trump is and willwipe President Biden out, So therefore they
don't They're trying to kill Desantists inthe state in which she lives, and
they don't care if they kill blackbusinesses while they do it. That's what's
happening. I've been to Florida,by the way, and I did have

(12:54):
fun there. I also had someno fun there because I moved my sister
there in the middle of the summerone time. Well that's no fun.
But so I've been to Florida severaltimes, different places, Panhandle. I
love Florida so and it's fine.Look, um, I haven't been to
every single inch of the state, but yeah, look, Florida is pretty
much like every other place I've been. There's some good places, some bad

(13:15):
places, some fun places, somenot some fun places, some nice places,
some ugly places. So I mean, you could basically tell people not
to go to a lot of placesif you think about violence or you think
about bad things that could happen topeople of color. And I'm just gonna
say this, be mad if youwant. The city of Chicago has an
awful lot of dead people of colorbecause of shootings every weekend. Advising people

(13:39):
doctor go there, yes, what'sthe danger? They had more people shot
like over the last weekend than Floridadid in the first six months. And
yet I see no double n ACPCP. Sorry, yes, ACP advisory about
going to Chicago. Correct. Imean, this is the point, because
Rhonda Santis isn't the government. Andby the way, no I inst to

(14:00):
the nice people of Chicago. There'splenty of them, and I am a
Cubs fan for life, so Icertainly love Chicago. But there's a lot
of violence there and a lot ofdead people every weekend. And you could
say that about a lot of differentplaces in the country. So, yeah,
where's the boycott of those places?Where's the look? San Francisco has
become a you just watch the news, right, there's a lot of crap
going on there. I haven't seenanybody boycotting San Francisco specifically. There's a

(14:24):
lot of plate So you're gonna justthe entire state, you know, because
there's some bad stuff going on inFlorida, you shouldn't go there. Well,
there's some bad stuff going on everywherethat affects, by the way,
people of color, non people ofcolor, people of lesbian, straight,
whatever, doesn't matter, because thatwoman brought up that part of it.
So you could basically call for aboycott of anywhere if you just want to
find the bad and if you hatetheir governor, like there by the way,

(14:46):
out of the fifty states, I'mnot going to name them, but
there's a few governors I don't particularlycare for. But I'm not telling people
not to go to that state. It has nothing to do with nothing.
By the way, come to Massachusetts, whether you like Morahali or not,
come to Massachusetts. We have mountains. We have mountains and streams. Oh
yeah, it's beautiful, TAXI,hell of you. But if you don't
live in your good I look,I get it. Sometimes people disagree politically

(15:09):
with with various people. Boy caughtthe entire state of Florida, including the
businesses of people of color and women, because I don't like ron Da Santis.
But to me, it's even moreinsidious than that, because here you
have a group whose job it isis to promote the welfare of the black
community, yet they are doing theirbest to damage the black community's business because

(15:31):
they don't like the governor Ronda Santis. It's all to stop Governor ron De
Santis. Well in twenty twenty four, I think you're right, But I
think you're right in a past.I think you know the NAACP was formed
for various reasons and and to helpwell, it's the advance for the advancement
of colored people, right, Imean, that's it's in the name.
So that's how it was formed. But it's become just a political wing.
I understand but it's still supposed todo they really care about well, nobody

(15:56):
being but right up until this time, that was supposed to be their mission.
Still it still is, you know, but no. But all of
this was to stop Ron de Santis. And this is a funny thing to
me, is that, you know, they may not have had to put
themselves to that kind of trouble becauseit looks to me like Ron De Santis
is doing his best to submarine hisown UM candidacy. They don't need to

(16:17):
help him because if anybody caught theTwitter space announcement of Governor De santis is
um candidacy for president, they wouldbe like, yeah, you don't need
to worry because it was by theway, I think I think more people
heard Abraham Lincoln live announced that hewas running for president than De Santis.

(16:38):
That thing was a train wreck. It was horrific. Now I give him
this. He was trying to thinkout of the box and engage younger,
younger voters and all the rest ofit. Um. So he was launching
on Twitter space, um and andthat's forward thinking and okay, but it
was abysmal. First of all,it was twenty minutes of silence there was

(16:59):
nothing there for twenty That's the bestpolitical thing I've ever heard. Yeah,
it was. And then and thenif you were lucky to tune in,
you heard this. Cut one E. All right, sorry about that.
We've got so many people here thatI think we are. We are kind
of melting the servers. Okay,so you think, but but you know
they're there, right, so you'dthink it's going to be Okay, it

(17:19):
wasn't cut to B. Let's see, so well, yeah, I think
so. Um, just to simplifythat, I think we're just going to
use you. That's that's what wewere. So and they were off mike.
They did not know the mic microphonewas turned on in that one exactly.
And then we're not there yet.Cut two A. And even to

(17:40):
expose Twitter's past complicity with a governmentcensorship regime might have surprised many, but
not those of us who've known andwork with Elon for nearly a quarter century.
It's into freedom and put his moneymouth into his mouth by our government
and the lead institutions in corporate media. Yeah yeah, So then here we
go. This is DeSantis finally getson and makes his announcement. Cut three.

(18:06):
Well, I am running for presidentof the United States to lead our
great American comeback. Look, weknow our country's going in the wrong direction.
We see it with our eyes andwe feel it in our bones.
Our southern borders collapse, Drugs arepouring into the country, Our cities are
being hollowed out by spiking crime. The federal government's making it harder for the

(18:26):
average family to make ends meet andto attain and maintain a middle class lifestyle.
And our president, well, helacks vigor, flounders in the face
of our nation's challenges, and hetakes his cues from the woke mob.
I don't think it has to bethis way. I agree, it doesn't
have to be this way. Now, right after that he was you could

(18:47):
hear he's a little overmodulated in thatbecause he's buzzing a little bit. It
was a little too loud, sothey overcorrected and you could barely hear it.
Now. I rolled on it andpulled, you know, cuts from
it. I had to boost itbig time with our equipment in order to
hear it. And it here's normal, But if you were listening to Twitter,
it didn't. It was like dockdown here, really low. But

(19:07):
it got really big. But eventhen, um, he's getting to the
end of his his announcement. Finallyhe's there yet Uh well this happened,
cut to c tired dogmas of thepast. All right, good afternoon,
good evening, or good morning everyone, depending on wherever we must have the

(19:30):
two who are participating, Yeah,we want we want to welcome you to
the and in the history of socialmedia, clock tonight on police contry as
individuals who've done more police because onthe West side of the US. Yeah
what ye us. Yeah, thiswas you know, two days ago,
so it was it was horrible nowto give him this. I mean,

(19:53):
De Santis is very eloquent and hegives great interviews and all the rest,
and there were so many better waysto start the announcement. Um. He
did go on to Fox with TreyGoudy afterwards and give an interview where the
fristing out of Trey County's mouth waswhat the bleep? Cut ten A governor
deciantists, if you broke Twitter,my daughter and the Carnasians are going to

(20:14):
be very upset with you. Idon't know if that's what happened with Elon
Musk or not. Maybe you justhad a big audience. We had a
huge audience. It did. Itwas the biggest they'd ever had. It
did break the Twitter space, andso we're really excited with the enthusiasm.
But ultimately it's about the future ofour country. Trey. I'm running to
lead a great American comeback. Soare you buying the explanation? We're happy

(20:40):
about the enthusiasm. Does anybody thinkthat he didn't read somebody the riot act
as soon as he got oh yougot of course, you got to put
the spin on it right to bethe nice guy and and you know,
bleep happens kind of thing. AndI mean, there's nothing wrong could have
done about ron Like we hang outon weekends, ron There's nothing wrong Ronnie
could have done about it. Well, so you gotta take the that's a

(21:00):
good point because we're gonna do.Here's what I was seeing in social media,
and that is that people are going, oh, he bleeped his campaign,
This was horrible, How can youtrust him versus whatever. My response
to that was, well, he'snot Twitter. I mean, is he
did he maybe put his judgment insomething that was not ready to fly with
those numbers? Yes, it washis fault. No, the guy whose

(21:21):
fault it was was sitting there talkingin Elon Musk. Now, if I'm
Elon Musk and I'm sitting next tothe head of Twitter Space, which I'm
sure who was sitting there with himwhen he was doing this, I'm like,
excuse me, can we look atyour employment contract? Because you just
made the biggest fool of me.I just spend forty, you know,
a million dollars for something and wecan't get this up and running for an

(21:41):
announcement from a Florida governor. Ithink it's better the way the way it
happened, because of the way ithappened that ron Da Santis is the one
running for president and not Elon Musk. Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh,
what can you do? I mean, if you're Ronda Santis and again
thinking outside the box. Right,Hey, it's a great idea. Everybody
knows, Elon muscle, everybody's onTwitter, this is this is fantastic.
It's great idea. Maybe they shouldhave thought it through a little better and

(22:03):
fixed it a little better. ButI'm great server before. But if you're
wrong, my buddy, ron ifyou're wrong, um, it happens.
I mean, I think him comingout and saying the stuff that he said
was fine. He didn't come outand say, damn freaking elon musk Twitter.
He was like, well, Imean and look here, here's here's
the spin you put on it,which and of course he did, and
and there is probably a good amountof truth to this. So many people

(22:27):
wanted to hear or see or hearbecause it wasn't a visual, wanted to
hear what Ron de Santis had tosay. Doesn't matter if they were Republican,
Democrat or anybody that right, Soso so that is the spin.
We have so many people who wantto hear what Iron de Santis have to
say. We busted Twitter. That'sthe spin, of course. Yes,

(22:48):
not Twitter sucks. I mean whatever, No, no, I thought.
And by the way, at theend, he should have said, if
you can still hear me, umcome to Florida. Yeah, a little
pr campaign. He did actually talkabout the NAACP's travel ban, and he's
like, really, you know,it's interesting to me that everybody comes to
Florida for their vacations. You know, like, yeah, I agree with

(23:10):
you, that's right up there. You know the thing about this what the
NAACP has done, and of coursewe've seen it across the board with all
kinds of not just places, butwith products and businesses and everything else.
Ninety eight point two percent of thetime when anybody on either side of the
art whatever calls for a boycott orsomething, it typically doesn't work. Hey,
don't don't go to McDonald's next week, because because they did this,

(23:33):
this, and this, people stillgo to McDonald's. Screat You know what,
Listen, listen to me. Thisis a little advice for the NAACP.
If they want to take it,it's up to them. You may
hate Florida, and you may hateRon Descantis, probably more Ron Descantis than
Florida. But all millions and millionsof blacks and whites and all kinds of
people go to Florida because they toldtheir kids they take them to see Mickey

(23:56):
Mouse, or they're going to UniversalStudios. They're going to Florida. Nobody's
boycotting Florida, no matter who thegovernor is, because you know why,
you know why, because fricking DisneyWorld is fun, and that's why they're
going. Right, A lot ofpeople go to Florida that they were going
near Land. Understand, it's it'sa beautiful state. It's it's a has

(24:17):
farmed besides tourism farming. It's abig farming state. It's a beautiful place
to go, gorgeous architecture. Right, there's people out there and place to
go. It is beautiful if youbut if you're if you're if you're a
person of color, and you hearthe NAACP say don't go to Florida,
and you're going in three weeks withyour kids to Disney or or Universal Studios
or to watch the rocket launcher.Wherever you're going to Florida, doesn't matter.

(24:41):
You're not uh no, sorry, kids, we're not going. Boycotts
and calls for boycotts and places seldomwork and seldom work for any length of
time. So I wanted to talka little bit about um another Descantis wasn't
the only presidential announcement. Nine peoplerunning. I think sim Scott from South

(25:03):
Carolina, senator from South Carolina, who's a black senator from South Carolina,
made his announcement this week, whichwas very interesting. And then he's very
articulate guy. I like him verymuch. He's a center of the road
in my opinion, Republican. Thiswas his announcement Cut thirty two. I
was seven years old when my parentsdivorced. We moved in with my grandparents,

(25:26):
my mom, and my brother. We all three shared one bed in
one bedroom and that seven hundred squarefoot rental home. But my grandfather said
to me, son, you canbe bitter or you can be better,
but you can't be both. Yousee, he chose patriotism over pity.

(25:48):
He focused on the windshield of hislife and not on the rear view mirror.
And today I'm a living proof thatAmerica is the land of opportunity and
not a land of oppression. Itwas an excellent speech. By the way
he gave it was terrific, butit absolutely positively sent the ladies of the

(26:15):
view over the edge. Now thisis the one that just kills me.
This is Joy Behar. I wasgoing to say middle age, but actually
she's older than middle age. She'sat the far end of middle age.
Now, white woman, this iswhat she had to say about Tim Scott.
And she threw in the black justiceSupreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas for good
measure. Cut twenty five B.And he's one of these guys who you

(26:37):
know, he's like Clarence Thomas, black Republican who believes in pulling itself by
your bootstraps rather than to me understandingthe systemic racism that African Americans face in
this country and not the minoritists. He doesn't get it. Neither does Clarence
right, and that's why they're Republicans. Yeah, I know this why middle

(27:00):
aged bag of hot air decided totell a black US Senator and a black
Supreme Court justice that they didn't understandsystemic racism. Sometimes I disagree with people,
obviously many times. But if youput together a intelligent argument as to
what you're trying to say, thenI might say, geez, I don't

(27:21):
really agree with you, but Ikind of get where you're coming from.
Joy's entire argument, and of coursebringing Clarence Thomas, why not m is
Clarence Thomas and Tim Scott um don'tknow what it's like, uh, with
systemic racism. That's my point. She didn't have a point. She basically
just babbled throughout a couple of namesand said systemic racism. That that is

(27:41):
her entire from somebody coming up toyou and saying you don't understand Ben Parker
I'm sorry. What I mean,it's just like she she has no concept
of what systemic racism is, especiallyfrom the perception she certainly doesn't. Yeah,
that's what I'm saying, from theperception of a black two black men
who have was systemic racism, overcomewhatever racism they came across, and are

(28:03):
highly successful, nationally, highly successful. And so she has the nerve to
say though that one, either they'retoo stupid to understand, which is a
racist comment and it's substimate, ortwo that she, a white woman,
understands the black experience better than twoblack men do. Either way, she
needs somebody needs to hit her upsidethe head. I don't mean, and
I don't mean physically, I meanin a figure tool I would I mean,

(28:26):
I would have preferred she said whatyou just said, because basically she
didn't even make an argument. Shethrew out Tim Scott's name, Clarence Thomas's
name, and these phrase systemic racism, and that was her entire argument.
She said, they don't understand, don't understand, right, But what I'm
saying is she didn't have an argument. She didn't have a She just threw
out the accusation that they don't understandit, right, Like you don't understand

(28:47):
Ben Parker. Well, why doyou think I don't understand Ben Parker?
Well, because you clearly don't understandBen Parker. That's not an argument.
Well more than that, it's youhappen to be Ben Parker. So that's
the point. And they happen tobe black and have lived in whatever racist
issues that we have. And thenshe's claiming they don't understand it while she's
living in a penthouse in New YorkCity being you know, a white Jewish

(29:07):
woman of middle age. She's seriouslybut again, there was just no argument.
I mean, it was just herbeat. Well, which is what
they do a lot of Well,it is kind of they just use words.
There's no argument. That's not it. There's no no Ben you point.
I think I get yours, Iget your what you're saying, right,
What I'm saying is it's that's justa tiny percentage of what we're talking

(29:29):
about. What we're talking about hereis somebody who is such a freaking no
at all understand has nothing to dowith just babbling. Has She's specific she
wasn't just babbling, she's specifically sayingthat her intelligence is greater than theirs.
She specifically saying that she comprehends theYes, she did well, she said
it without saying it is what you'resaying. She came right out and said
it, Ben, She said theydidn't understand. That's her saying she understands

(29:53):
better than than they do. That'sexactly what she said. It wasn't just
nonsensical babbling. She's specific call themstupid and that she knew better. That's
exactly what she said. So ifthat's like, it's that's outrageous thing.
That's every argument on these shows, though, is they just throw out the
catchphrases or the words that are youknow, me a couple of names.

(30:14):
But it's not that they don't understand, Ben, it's that they're specifically saying
in all of these shows that youand I are stupid and they know better.
That's generally what they're without making areal argument, is my point.
They just throw words out, andthey are hypocritical arguments is what they are.
Fair enough, So that's so they'rearguments, but they're they're not logical
arguments. Well, which is whatI'm looking for, which I know,

(30:37):
which is why I'm not watching theseshows, tell me about it because I'm
looking for It's painful. It's justpainful. Speaking of painful, I have
one more thing for us, andthat's you know, we always like to
end the show with the bidenism. It was a goodie this week. There's
a bunch of them, but theone I'm going to play is good.
The President was talking in front ofEmily's list and he was talking about um,

(30:57):
Nancy Pelosi, and I want toplay it for you and see if
you can guess what the problem iswith this cut one. Please. With
Nancy leading away, you never hadto worry about whether the bill would passed.
She said she had the votes. She had the votes every time she

(31:18):
had the vote, so many lifechanging piece of legislation. She'll prescue the
economy, the Great Depression. Okay, first of all, I should have
told you he's talking about Nancy Pelosi. Can we just make that clear.
Do you think I need to playit again or are we good? No?
Good? Okay, Well, Ican't speak for the listener, but
he's talking about Nancy Pelosi and howshe rescued the economy from the Great Depression.
The Great Depression ended in nineteen thirtynine, Nancy Pelosi was born in

(31:42):
nineteen forty. Nancy Pelosi was bornthe year after the Great Depression ended.
Maybe what he means is her parentsconceived her at the end of the Great
Depression, and her birth ushered inthe end of the Great Depression. But
to your point earlier, then that'snot what he said said Obviously he doesn't
know what he's talking about, clearlyexactly, I don't know when the hell

(32:05):
he just he's the guy that yourfirst argument goes to, he's the guy
that just babbles, and it's like, what the hell I don't know.
And by the way, the onething that that's jumped out in me earlier
is this, if Nancy Pelosi hasthe vote, she has the votes,
and everybody went, yay. Thisis the same woman who, by the
way, I don't care if youlike her or not, this is a
This was a dumb thing. Shesaid that we won't know what's in the

(32:30):
bill until we vote for the bill. That's how you win votes. Remember,
she the whole So you vote forthe bill and we can read it
now, we can read it,right. That was paraphrasing her, of
course, but so so she hasthe votes for all. If so,
she has the vote, she hasthe votes, except she said, we
got to vote for this and thenwe can read it. What the hell
is healthcare? By the way,And I don't even care who says it.

(32:52):
Again, I try to be fairif I can be. Um,
I'm not a big Nancy Pelosi fan, obviously, I think you can figure
that out. But no politician, how speaker, whatever, leader of the
Senate should ever say, yeah,we're going to vote for this, then
we'll read to see what's in it. That is the dumbest. How about
this? How about this? Youread it, then you decide if you

(33:14):
want to vote on it, andthen you vote on it. How about
this? You claim that Nancy Pelosiended the Great Depression when she was born
a year later. That's pretty dumbtoo. But I'm just saying, no,
I think voting for something before youread it is actually dumber than saying
Nancy Pelosi solved the depression the depression. But she was right. They voted
on it and then they read it. So I mean, actually, she

(33:35):
did exactly what she said she wasgoing to do there, much to our
horror. All right, but thankyou, so thank you guys so much
