A US attorney takes a nosedive,FBI whistleblowers stand up, and a US
senator forgets where she's been for thelast three months. These are some unbelievable
examples of our did they really justsay that? Moments from this week?
I'm Nancy Shack, I'm Ben Parker. This is a news bite. It's

(00:31):
no surprise that someone who refused toenforce the law also refused to abide by
it. Rawlins is now running outof office one step ahead of the sheriff.
So let's start with undoing the Republicanstevery and adding four seats to the
court. Congress can do it bypassing the Judiciary Act. What have I
heard about? Why about your return? However they felt about you? No,

(00:54):
I will haven't been gone. Okay, you should follow. I haven't
been going on and working. You'vebeen working from home, is what you're
saying. Oh, oh, myhusbands. It's hard, you know.
That runs a toughie for me becausepart of me feels horribly for her,
and the other part of me's like, what the bliep? That was the

(01:15):
senior senator from California, Diane Feinstein. She's eighty nine years old. And
has been at her home in Californiaand hospitalized in California for three months.
She had a brain infection, amongother things, before returning last week in
a wheelchair to the Senate. Andthat's when this that political reporter that you

(01:37):
heard in there, it ran intoher and silly him, he asked,
you know, first of all,she was in a wheelchair of the leg
up asked about that, and thenhow she's been feeling since she returned.
I don't think he for a secondthought he was going to get the response
that he got. That's cut twentyfour B. How you're feeling since ye
have the problem with the leg?The leg? What's wrong with nothing?

(02:00):
Nothing? Anyone is concerned. Okay, but what is the response from your
colleague's been? Like? What havethe well wishes? What have you heard?
What have I heard? Or about? Why about your return? However
they felt about you? No,I haven't been gone. Okay, Um,
you should follow I haven't been gone. I've been working. You've been

(02:21):
working from home is what you're sayinghere. Um, I've been voting.
You either know or don't. Ohmy god. You should see his face
because he's like, doesn't know whatto do. With this she's been missing
for she's been gone for three months, and she doesn't know she's been gone
for three months, and he doesn't. I mean, she he doesn't want

(02:42):
to be mean or abusive, buthe's like, well, and then she
gets snarky with him either now ordon't you know? I mean, it's
just like she thinks it's him thatdoesn't know what's going on. It was
incredibly painful and you could drive atruck through the hole in the dead air
between her talking and he just gotnothing to say. I mean, he's
trying to figure out what the hellto do with this response. You know,

(03:05):
I want. I wonder if justfor one half of a second,
you know, he thought to himself, maybe she has been working, maybe
it is maybe it's me. Ithink he was more horrified. What do
I say next? Because she's obviouslyoff her rocker and I had listen and
he had a brain infection. AndI agree with you know, it is
one of those things where, um, you know, it's it's it's it's
kind of sad because obviously, youknow, we all have grandparents or people

(03:27):
who someday will get old, andI've I've known many an old person in
my life, including relatives, butalso also people we used to go.
We used to go visit people whenI was younger. Um, just a
little insight into me. We usedto go visit to old people who didn't
have people to visit them at thenursing home. And so so we would
visit them, and and and andevery so often you'd have someone who literally
you were talking to them and youknew they were not on the same plane
that you were on. I livedthrough this with family members. But here's

(03:51):
the thing. She is a currentsitting member of the US That's why this
political or reprose like, why doI do with it? Because it's it's
like, oh my god, sheis a voting member of the US Senate
and she should not be there. She should still be at home, and
somebody should she should be appointed somebodyto take her person. She now I

(04:13):
know, look, she still cantalk. She's saying a babel, but
she she doesn't know she had abrain, especially a thing she had the
flu. At this point, issomeone anyone? Is she in charge of
herself or someone? Can someone makea decision for her? Can they say
you gotta go, you gotta goto court? In order to do that,
nobody's going to do it. Andthe rumor is that Nancy Pelosi doesn't
want that to happen because she's tryingto Adam Schiff is going to run for

(04:36):
her seat, and Nancy Pelosi wantsAdam Shift to get it because that would
make her life, you know, easier, And so they don't want Feinstein
to leave early because then that opensup a whole a whole can of worms.
But the problem is the people ofCalifornia and the people the United States
are not being served by this. And she's not the only one. That's
the scary thing. She's not theonly senator who whose elevator doesn't reach the

(05:00):
top floor. There's also the esteemsenator from Pennsylvania. UM. That would
be John Fetterman. This was JohnFetterman at a freaking hearing this week.
Cut twenty B. Is it staggering? Is it a staggering respective responsibility that
the head of a bank could literallycould literally crash our economy? It's astonishing.

(05:24):
That's like if you have I meanlike and and they also realize is
that that that now they have it'sa guaranteed, a guaranteed way to be
saved by no again by no matterby how you know. So it's it's
you know, isn't it appropriate thatthey those kinds of this kind of control

(05:46):
should be more stricter to prevent thiskind of thing from going Or should we
just go on and start bailing andsailing whoever bank, regardless of how how
there's there conduct is I gotta Igotta screw my head back on what Wow?

(06:08):
But just not even just rambling wow, rambling that's a US senator at
a US Senate hearing, um inregard to talking to the CEO of a
bank, and I Jesus Christ andgo and again. You know, he's
had a couple of strokes, hadsome problems. He had some strokes,
and he's been hospitalized for depression.Um, he's stopped eating for like two

(06:31):
weeks. And but okay, Ifeel horrible for him. He needs to
get the help that he needs. But he also needs to not be sitting
as an active senator on a USSenate committee and voting in for the people
offensive aid. That is and that'shorrific. And that's the point. We
don't you know, people are gonnasay, well, you're being mean.
Well no, look but the factsis the facts. They're they're senators and
they're not capable of senatoring by theway, Um, and and I'm just

(06:55):
asking this in passing, I'm surethere's probably not. But you know,
we have the twenty fifth Amendment rightwhere we can the president if they're incapable
of serving or whatever. Is therenothing in the same vein for lawmakers using
it. Yeah. The reason whythey're not using it is because they don't
want to lose the memberships that theyhave because the numbers are so close.

(07:17):
I get it, I mean exactly. And it's and it's inhumane for both
those people. It is inhumane, and it does a disservice to everybody.
They just both happen to be Democrats. But that's what's going on. Well,
it spells out once again, um, who the leadership in this country,
and that's Congress and the President andeverybody up there, everybody there who

(07:39):
has more power in the world thanyou and me. It just shows what
they really care about, and it'sit's about power. It's all about being
in power. They don't give acrap that Diane Feinstein can't tie your shoes
or that John Fetterman vomits on himself, has shoes. Well, okay,
fair enough. And again we're notmaking fun of these people. I mean,

(07:59):
I guess we are round about lebut it's they're senators. You just
heard in the span of a coupleof minutes, you just heard from two
percent of the US Senate exactly right, So how many more before? How
many more, mister speaker, beforewe have a real problem, I mean
someone problem, but right, right, But but but you might some might

(08:22):
argue and would well if our oneperson or two people whatever, But but
still that's a lot. Yeah, but but but somebody's got to do something
to me. If you really caredabout serving the people, then something would
be done about this. And again, God blessed the two of them.
It is what it is. Again. You know, it's not about them
personally. I wish them both well, and I wish is about the country.

(08:43):
This is about you. First ofall, Die Finstein is suffering and
visibly suffering, and whoever is notletting her withdraw or not having the come
to Jesus meeting with her, itshould be shot. That's horrific what's happening
to her. And no, andit's not any better with Fetterman. I
mean the fact that he's being forcedto, you know, to go through

(09:03):
a hospitalization because he fails to eat, the fact that he can't put a
cogent sentence together even when he speaksin public. And it's not as if
he's sitting up there not saying anything. He's taken control of the hearing and
he's talking super califragilestic xpialidocious and hasno idea what he's saying. I had
no idea what he's saying. Iwas lost from the beginning. But it's
not going to change. I mean, we sit here and we battle about
it, and then people yeah andjust and you made this point before we

(09:28):
started, Like people think we onlygo after Democrats. We don't know,
We don't um. There is acertain Republican congressman who has been in the
news because you know, both sidesare really trying to get him out of
office because he is a he hasa logica fantastica issue. He lies like
a rug. He also can't speakvery well. This is George Santos.

(09:48):
I was elected by them to comerepresent them. I will continue to do
that. I have not not donemy job since I've gotten here. I
can chew and walk gum at thesame time. I can chew gum and
walk at the same time. Ican chew and walk up at the same
time. Yes you can. MostI could chew and walk gum at the
same time. Yes, I tried. I take my gum out for a
walk every day and I could chewand walk them. You know, if

(10:09):
you're gonna use an example of howyou're able to do more than one thing
at once, you should get itright. I could chew and walk gum
at the same time. Yes youcan. Yeah, she's Louise. I
heard that and I almost fell downagain, and not because look, we
all misspeak sometimes, right, ithappens. But you're using an example,

(10:31):
and of course it's I could chewand walk, walk and chew gum at
the same time. But so head, he's trying to make an example of
how he is able to balance onething from the other and must tasker.
Yeah, and he screws that up. I'm a tasking malter. But what
hell are you even talking about? It is? I could say it was
funny, it was very hed. There's a lot going on off a capel

(10:52):
hill. Dude. While while DianeFeinstein was braiding a political reporter about asking
her why she hasn't been around forthree months, and John Fetterman was confusing
an entire hearing room. Our senatorfrom Massachusetts, Ed Markey, was out
on the Capitol steps and guess whathe was doing talking sense. He was

(11:13):
in a manner of speaking. Hewas talking before we do this. And
I want to say this ahead oftime, being I don't want to wait
till the end. I'll do itnow. I'm going to say that I
happen to agree with Ed Markey onone very important point. He is marching
and beating the drum to save AMradio in cars, and I happen to
agree with that one thousand percent. And if I agree with someone, I
agree with them. If they're aknitway, then still be it. But

(11:33):
anyway, so, so I wantto ahead of time say I don't disagree
with Ed mark Well, I'm notcalling him a knit wit, and I'm
certainly I agree with you. Isupport his effort to radio. What I
don't support is the fact that SenatorMarky wants to pack the Supreme Court and
he's calling the Republican thieves in theprocess. Cut number eleven the extremists right

(11:58):
wing will not stop, but wewill not stop either. So let's start
with undoing the Republican severy and addingfour seats to the court. Congress can
do it by passing the Judiciary Act. Expanding the court is constitutional. Congress
has done it before, and Congressmust do it again. Now, okay,

(12:22):
talk about a pure political move. Now, this reminded me of Feinstein
and Fetterman. For this reason they'restaying in their seats. Is a purely
political move. As you pointed out, what Ed Markey is doing is also
a purely political move. It ishe doesn't like the recent Supreme Court decisions,
so he wants to pack the courtand change it. And don't listen

(12:43):
to me about what a dangerous ideathis is. Listen to Ruth Bader Ginsburg,
the late great Supreme Court Justice RuthBader Ginsberg, who had this to
say about packing the court cut twelveA. I have heard it there are
some people on the Democratic who wouldlike to increase the number of judges.

(13:05):
I think that was a bad idea. When President Franklin Delano Roosevelt tried to
pack the court. He is mentionedbefore the Court appearing partisan will. If
anything would make the court appear partisan, it would be that one side saying,
when we're in power was going toenlarge the number of judges, so

(13:28):
we will have more people who willvote the way we want them to.
I so, I mean, youcouldn't put it better. There's a there
was a leading liberal voice that withRuth beader Ginsberg, and I think demarkus
should sit up and pay attention.I didn't. I didn't always agree with
what Ruth beder Ginsberg had to say, but in this case, I do

(13:48):
agree. And like I said,I if you're saying something I agree with,
I'm gonna say it. I mean, and she is absolutely correct.
And here's here's here's the thing.First of all, where because I want
to know, I want to Iwant to know the answer to this question.
First, where did the thievery occur? Like thievery, you stole something?
As far as I know, itgoes back to Mark Garland. That's

(14:11):
what he's referring to. I understand. But but but you didn't steal anything.
I mean, everything was done aboveor not right. I mean,
you don't look you may not agree. Well, that's part of that which
is different. No, No,there's a little bit. There's also that's
not just one part of it.The other part of it they're saying is
that Trump was an illegitimate president,so therefore his Supreme Court u his Supreme
Court nominees were an appointments were thereforeillegal gogitimate as well. I get that,

(14:37):
but it come on, I mean, because we know you want to
pay anything that President Biden does hisillegitimate too. If you're going to choose
that kind of sure, because DonaldTrump believes that Biden stole the election,
it is illegitimate whatever. So here'sthe problem. I also have I forget
that we know why it's all it'sall a political stunt and all of that.
But let's say, for example, you are successful and you do pack

(15:01):
the court, and now there's thirteenjustices there, so that Joe Biden can
stick four justices on there. Forargument's sake, Let's say that gets done.
What happens, because remember most ofthese a lot of these judges are
upper in age. When they geton the bench, they end up staying
there and tell the other and thenyou have this cluster of like people who
are old who may die all atonce. When I like Diane finds things
well, sure, but she's noton the court. But if so,

(15:24):
tell me what happens in twenty yearsor thirty years, the outside of our
lifetime. But we should be thinkingabout our futures. So there's thirteen justices.
You got the court packed the wayyou wanted it. But all of
a sudden you have a Republican presidentfor a couple of terms, and a
few of the justices well kick gooff or retire or whatever, and all
of a sudden, now it's it'sseven to six Republicans or eight to five

(15:48):
Republicans on the court. Do younow come out and say, well,
we got to pack the court again. Guys, there's too many Republicans.
You could pack this court till there'sten thousand people on it. Cutt listen
if you really want to fix theproblem, and this doesn't even fix it,
this opens up different problems. Buttheoretically and then no, they're not
going to do this right you justlook, it's a twenty year term,
it's not life. And so youhave the cyclical nature of the court that

(16:11):
would eventually be cyclical also with thepresidents who could be Republican or Democrat.
I mean the life appointments are thething that they are. But I'm just
saying, you don't just say allof a sudden, well, we don't
like the way the court looks, let's put thirteen on there. And then
in fifty years they're going, wedon't like the way the court looks.
Let's put one hundred and twelve peopleon there. Let's put or let's let's
let's get rid of a few.I know that they have the right to

(16:33):
change the dynamic of the court. They can pack the court. It is
their ability. But should they GodNo, I'm right there with you,
Benjamin, right there with you. While well that was happening on the steps
of the Capitol, inside the Capitolwith something even more frightening, if you

(16:53):
can believe it, okay, Andit has to do with FBI whistleblowers and
the Committee on for the Weaponization ofthe Department of Justice and Other Governmental Entities,
which is headed by Congressman Jim Jordanof Ohio, and they yesterday spoke

(17:14):
with three in person and a coupleof video depositions of former FBI agents who
have been retaliated against by the FBIfor not going along with the public narrative
of January sixth that happened, andit was scary. It was very,

(17:36):
very scary, and I'll give youa taste of what it was like.
This is a former FBI agent bythe name of Marcus Allen cut fifty three
police. I was not in Washington, d C. On January sixth,
played no part in the events ofJanuary sixth, and I condemn all criminal
activity that occurred. Instead, itappears that I was retaliated against because I

(17:57):
forded information in my superior and othersthat questioned the official narrative of the events
of January sixth. As a result, I was accused of promoting conspiratorial views
and unreliable information. Because I didthis, the FBI questioned my allegiance to
the United States. So he wrotean internally not public internal emails saying,

(18:19):
hey, wait a minute, that'snot And he's the guy that's sipping through
all the evidence. He's like, wait a minute, that's not what happened.
And they basically took his top secretclearance away from him and left him
without a job because he said that. Now, there is another one that
was up there. His name isO Boyle, and you should hear what
they did to him when he questionedsomething that was happening Cut fifty two.

(18:44):
My oath, however, did notinclude sacrificing the hopes, dreams, and
livelihood of my family, my strong, beautiful and courageous wife and our four
sweet and beautiful daughters, who haveendured this process along with me and Weapine's
fashion, the FBI allowed me toaccept orders to a new position halfway across
the country. They allowed us tosell my family's home. They ordered me
to report to the new unit whenour youngest daughter was two weeks old.

(19:07):
Then on my first day on thenew assignment, they suspended me, rendering
my family homeless. They refused torelease our goods, including our clothes,
for weeks. All I wanted todo was serve my country by stopping bad
guys and protecting the innocent. Tomy chagrin, bad guys have begun running
parts of the government, making itdifficult to continue to serve this nation and

(19:30):
protect the innocent. But I,for one, will never stop trying,
and I'll never forget my oath. That was Garretto Boyle. I mean he
and his wife had to go beggingfor coats for their kids because it was
cold in DC. They took everythingfrom them. They basically crushed them.
Now, and you would think thatevery member of this committee. I've seen

(19:51):
movies by the way like this.Yeah. Yeah, every member of the
committee, whether they be Democrats orRepublicans, would be horrified at these stories.
Right. No, the Democrat membersspent their time saying, well,
you know, no, they couldn'thave been this bad. And one of
them, a congress from a womanby the name of Linda Sanchez in California,
tried to set up Agent Marcus Allenfor a gotcha question. She tried

(20:15):
to send him up and saying thathe was promoting pro January sixth criminal activity
on his Twitter account. Listen towhat happened cut fifty four, Sir Allen,
have you ever used Twitter? Yes? Or no? I have utilized
Twitter? Yes? Okay? Andis your account at Marcus A ninety seven
zero five zero six four five Thatis absolutely not my account. Okay,

(20:38):
that's not your account. Well.On December fifth, twenty twenty two,
on account under the name Marcus Allenretweeted a tweet that said, that is
not my account, ma'am. Youhaven't let me finish the question, sir
football player, you haven't let mefinish the question on and the time is
mine. On December fifth, twentytwenty two, an account under the name

(21:00):
of Marcus Allen retweeted a tweet thatsaid, quote Nancy Pelosi stage January sixth,
retweet if you agree end quote?Do you agree with that statement?
Yes or no? That is Idon't know, ma'am. That's not my
account at all. I'm asking whetheryou agree. So it's not her,
it's not nothing to do with him. And she still had to read it

(21:22):
into important tour, still had toread it into the into the record me.
He's like, no, it's notmy account, you know, and
it's it's very easy to prove it'snot his account. By the way,
has has she ever used Twitter orsocial media? Should be the question,
because don't you understand that any knucklehead, any knucklehead out of the three hundred
and forty million knuckleheads that that callAmerica home, anybody can go online right

(21:47):
now and make an account with anybody'sname. I can go and make a
Nancy Shack account post stuff under NancyShack, but it's not you. Yeah,
And when you say it's not me, oh, it's not you.
Well, let me tell you whatMark, because let me tell you what
he said. You he's he,because that's what she's implying. Oh it's
yeah. You say it's not you, but it's you, it's not me.
Let me read it anyway. Okay, oh my god, all right,

(22:11):
fine, you agree with that. No, it's not mine. Somebody
somebody, by the way, youshould have done their homework and seeing if
there was another Linda Sanchez out thereand then gone and found their Twitter account
and said, hey, there's aLinda Sanchez who posted a recipe for a
chicken cutlets last week. Goes thatyou you're like chicken conna. No,
no, you're gonna be fun ofme with a parrot really whatever. Yeah,

(22:32):
it's like you know, first, first of all, here here's two
different things. First of all,you can make fake accounts. That easy
to do. Two last time Ichecked and the guy mentioned it. You
hear it in the background. Maybeit's the football player. There's more than
one Marcus. What the fuck?Well, excuse me. Didn't mean to
say that, So it could havebeen a fake account, which it probably
wasn't. It was probably just anotherMarcus Allen who had that political view.

(22:56):
There are I bet you if yougo look in the phone to Marcus Allens.
If you don't know what the phonebook is used to be, this
big book with a lot of pagesin it, yellow, go find a
phone book and goes find how manyAllens there are and then see how many
ms or Marcuts Allens there are injust one city. So first it's so
stupid. Yeah, yeah, sothat was So that was That's part and

(23:17):
parcel of what the Democrats on theon the Weaponization Committee we're doing. But
I don't want to leave this weekwithout saying, like something about the big
news story here. It's local andbecame national, and I know you were
very well versed in it because youread the whole report. The Inspector General
came out with report on Massachusetts USAttorney Rachel Rollins, who was the former

(23:40):
Suffolk County DA here in Boston. So Ben and I are very well versed
in her. And Ben's even moreworld well verse because he actually read every
page, read the report. Thereport. I summary when I when I
insted it was in the news room, and it did the summary. Here's
the summary. Well, no,before you do, here's the summary.
Can I just want to play. This is a cut this Senator Tom Carton
of Arkansas who was at the JudiciaryCommittee hearing when he got the news about

(24:06):
Rachel Rawlins, and he was likehe was torn between crying and laughing.
Cut thirty nine A. I referredRawlins for an investigation by the Department of
Justice Inspector General, and just minutesago, the Inspector General released a damning
report over one hundred fifty pages offindings of wrongdoing, just a short sampling.

(24:30):
Rawlins used the office to launch abogus investigation and then leaked it to
the press to influence a district attorneyelection. Rawlins used the office to get
free tickets to the Boston Celtics.Rawlins repeatedly lied to the Inspector General during
the investigation. By the way, much shorter version. This is the one

(24:53):
hundred and fifty five pages he said, over one hundred and fifties. Always
correct. But it's one hundred fiftyfive pages, trust me, it's one
hundred. The only by the way, the only saving grace of the one
hundred and fifty five pages is thefirst page is like the cover page.
Then then there's like an index. So that's a couple of pages. And
then at the very end they havelike this Jill Biden event. No,

(25:14):
at the very end there's like aflyer protector of the Jill Biden event.
Okay, so so I'm told like, you can't go, you can't go,
you can't got them going anywhere, but they got the flyer of it,
like hey look at this. Soum but anyway, so it's one
hundred and fifty five pages minus sayfour or five or six because there's just
not whatever. But uh, here'sthe summary, much shorter than Tom Cotton's.
Rachel Rawlins did a lot of badcrap, period stop. End of

(25:37):
story. That was I love itthe entire you. I mean, if
you want to go into all ofthe things she did, uh, sit
down, get a cup of coffeeand we could do that. She is
accused of doing a lot of badstuff. And by the way, in
fairness and I did, you know, look if the only thing she did,
as you know, if she wasbasically a clean person, and the
only thing she did was because thething the Celtics tickets, which he mentioned

(26:00):
Tom Cotton mentioned, Um, shegot like thirty tickets or whatever to a
Celtics game, for you, forher, for well, for this group
of kids. Yeah, and thenshe took two when she went. Now,
in theory, if that was theonly thing she did, yeah,
you shouldn't do that. But shecould at least have said, well,
I wanted to be with these kids. But there are fifty other things that
she did too, that's right. So so you could take a couple of

(26:22):
little things there and go, well, if that's all she did, it
wouldn't be a big deal. Butit's that plus all these other big deals.
I think Tom Cotton put it bestin his summation thirty nine. It's
no surprise that someone who refused toenforce the law also refused to abide by
it. Rawlins is now running outof office one step ahead of the sheriff.

(26:42):
Good riddance, Good riddance to badrubbish. But he also went into
um some of that this was foreseeable, what happened with Rollins. This was
not out of the blue, Andhe mentions the fact that, you know,
the problems weren't just a fact thatshe didn't like to prosecute crime,
which she didn't. It's she hadpersonal issues cut thirty eight. But her

(27:03):
problems were not limited to her abysmalprofessional record, rawlins temperament and judgment was
also in question. We learned ofa curious case of road rage where Rawlins
forced another vehicle out of the mergelane, threatened the driver, and turned
on sirens that for some reason shehad in her car before she sped off
through a red light. So andthen he mentions the fact that that instant

(27:29):
instance became even more blown up becausethere was a big confrontation with the TV
crew over it. Cut thirty eightA. When a local news crew asked
her about the incident, Rawlins threatenedthe news crew as well, saying,
and this is a quote, I'llcall the police on you and make an
allegation and we'll see how that workswith you. Rawlins's record was clear at
the time she thought the rules didn'tapply to her, that she could use

(27:52):
law enforcement as a weapon against anyonewho questioned her, and any criticism of
her record was racist. And justin case you think he's fibbing Cut thirty
one A. If I get hurtor harmed because of this, you are
on the record for that where mykids are killed. What do you think

(28:12):
you are get? This is privateproperty out and you know what I'll do.
I'll call the police on you andmake an allegation and we'll see how
that works with you. Yeah.By the way, they weren't on her
private property. They were in apublic road. They can stand there all
day long if they want so,but she was. And what happened eventually
she had a policeman muscle them outof there. And they were being respectful

(28:33):
if you listen to the whole confrontation, they were just like, we just
wanted to ask you a question aboutthat, and she was off the deep
end screaming. And this this wasthe woman that both Ed Markey, Senator
Ed Markey who we've already mentioned, and our other senator, Senator Elizabeth Warren,
put up in front of the Senatefor confirmation as US Attorney, and

(28:56):
which you know, the Senate hasa lot to answer for. In fact,
Tom Cotton brought that up to cutthirty six over eighteen months ago.
My colleagues and I warned that Rawlinswas unfit to serve as a US attorney.
My Democrat colleagues refused to listen, and every single one voted to confirm
her nomination on a party line vote. It was the first time in twenty

(29:18):
eight years that we'd held a rollcall vote. This vote was a rare
case, of course, but Rawlinswas uniquely unqualified. Yeah yeah, but
you know, hey, talk aboutpolitics. You know, there's a lot
of stuff in here, and someof it's, like I said, some
of its minor stuff, it wason its own, some of its major
stuff on its own or not.One of the funniest things I find it

(29:40):
jumped jumped off the page of me. So she leaked information to one of
the local papers, dropped dimes, tried to help Ricardo Royal who She did
it by faking a story. Shelied when she said she dropped dimes,
she lied when she dropped the down. Then she lied that she dropped the
dimes, but she in the informationwhen she gave out that. When she

(30:02):
was investigated, she also lied thatshe didn't do it. I didn't do
it. But but here's my pointabout it. It's not what she supposedly
was helping Ricardo Royo win her districtattorney's seat against Kevin Hayden. And Kevin
Hayden won. So I think tomyself, well, boy, I don't
want your help. You you're helpingme, But you I lost, So

(30:23):
it's silly. And somebody said tome the other day, well, you
know, Rachel Rawlins will be okay, she'll go and be a political consultant
and blah blah blah, which shemay or may not. I have no
idea what's gonna happen to her thefuture. My thought is, who's calling
Rachel Rawlins to say, hey, listen, help You did such a great
job with Royal's campaign. I washoping I could lose two can you help
me out? It's just help meout by not helping you. You did

(30:44):
all this stuff that was against thelaw, right and to try to help
somebody win, and you couldn't evenget it done. No, no,
that's true. That's some very goodpoints. So we ended each week with
a Bidenism. And at the moment, the President is at the G seven
in Hiroshima, Japan, and sofar he has been unable to open his
umbrel on the pouring rain. Hehas called the Prime Minister Japan President and

(31:07):
he fell down some stairs or trippeddown some stairs. Didn't fall to the
ground, you just tripped down somestairs. And but all of that is
really you know, three stooges,A visual and not really helps us out
here. So but I do havea cut from him this week where he
was thinking a guest chef at theWhite House. I just want you to
know before we go anywhere, theguest chef and he was brought in to

(31:27):
do this big Kosher dinner. Andthe guest chef's name is Michael. That's
really important to remember. His nameis Michael. Here's President Biden cut one
A. And I also want tothank our special guest Michelle, who is
sure that today's today is both adelicious and a glad kosher where I know

(31:52):
where the chef is. There youare, we'll stand up, man Michelle
me Michell, Yes, I couldn'tthere was no camera on the chef.
I couldn't see the chef, chefMichael's face as he was called Michelle told
a stand up. By the wayit would I mean, it wouldn't have
been unusual for there to be achef Michelle. Unfortunately this was a bit

(32:15):
Yes, this was not the day. There was no chef Michelle in the
room at the time. Just justsaying just pointing it out, Well,
