Speaker 1 (00:00):
Health insurance execs are quickened in their shoes. There's a
big acquittal in New York City and looks like New
Jersey is becoming the UFO capital of the world. There
were a lot of questions that needed to be answered
this week, and some in are did they really just
say that? Clips this week? Answered them.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
I'm Nancy Shack, I'm Ben Parker.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
This is newspite.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
The suspect was just arranged here in the courthouse, and
presumably New York will file charges very very soon. That
process will continue to play out and justice will be
delivered in this case.

Speaker 5 (00:49):
The guilt I would have felt if someone did get hurt,
if he did do what he was threatening to do,
would never be able to live with myself.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
What is going on in New Jersey?

Speaker 6 (01:03):
So, sir, the FBI in the Newarkfield office, along with
the state and local partners there are the Bureau is
actively investigating the situation you mentioned is the unexplained sighting
of drome activity.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
I think you could have always asked what's going on
in New Jersey.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
That's say, actually an evergreen question, isn't it?

Speaker 2 (01:32):
And I have friends who live in New Jersey and
I asked them the same thing, what's going on in
New Jersey, But it has nothing to do with the drones.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
Usually, and for people who haven't been paying any attention
to the news, it's because there are drones, hundreds of
them actually the size of dining room tables, that have
been whipping around over New Jersey, over Philadelphia and apparently
over New York City now too.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
Are they sure they're not dining room tables.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
They're not sure. They're not sure what they are. They
have no idea what they are. And some of them
have been over very sensitive areas aka military bases, and
this has people pretty much upset. And what you heard
in the open that was Congressman August Fluger, and it
was at a Homeland security hearing and he was talking

(02:17):
with Robert Wheeler, he's the assistant FBI director, about what
the hell is happening? Cut two five.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
What is going on in New Jersey?

Speaker 6 (02:27):
So, sir, the FBI in our Newark Field office, along
with the state and local partners there are the Bureau
is actively investigating the situation you mentioned, just the unexplained
sighting of drone activity over that part of New Jersey,

(02:50):
including proximity to sensitive sites and areas of concern, So
the we do not attribute that to an individual or
a group yet we're investigating, but I don't have an
answer of who's responsible for that of one or more

(03:11):
people that are responsible for those drone flights.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
We don't know what they are. Isn't that what you
want to hear from the federal government when there's flying objects,
we don't know what they are.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
I got I gotta think and and I mean, let's
assume they're drones. They're all drones and not dining room tables. Uh.
That it's kind of been more than one person only.
I say that because drones aren't cheap, not good drones,
and and and to have that many uh sites.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
It doesn't seem likely that it's like.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
It's not some kid in Hoboken, uh, flying all these
drones around.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
I don't think, I mean, the technology with these drones,
given what they've been doing on a on a what
is the term agility flexibility?

Speaker 3 (03:53):
What is it that drones do.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
On how they can maneuver, maneuverability, how they can maneuver
is beyond your normal drug store drone. And they're flying
over a military basis, you know, shades of the Chinese
weather balloon. It's like, what the hell? And the the
big question that a lot of people have, including members

(04:16):
of Congress at this hearing, is why haven't you shot
one down? Why haven't we responded to anything? Cut two
O six A.

Speaker 6 (04:22):
Why are we not taking action against drones that are
flying over sensitive sites? So authority exists to mitigate a
uas in flight when authorized, and that could certainly apply
to a sensitive site. I would be a little measured

(04:43):
in speaking for a Department of Defense for those sites
that are in question here, but I will say that
we're from the FBI in a position closely aison relationship
with the Department of Defense and those areas that you
mentioned and will help an air way possible. But for
securing those particular sites in this way, it is a

(05:06):
d D equity.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
So don't ask us, ask the Department of Defense that.
So he's passing the buck to the device.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
I'm just thinking to myself, if if all of a sudden, uh.
I don't want to pick on any state, but there
are certain states where if drones were all of a
sudden flying over and nobody was doing anything about it,
the citizen they would just go out and shoot them
with their rifles, like like their shotguns.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Like Montana springs to mind. They were they were ready
to get the Chinese weather balloon. Sure, and I was
all for him. So I'm I'm bring the guys in
from Montana. If the people in New Jersey, I mean
they're they're.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
Ready to go, But in New Jersey are like, eh,
whatever you decide to do. But yeah, certain states they'd
be like, I got this, I got this.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
Yeah, and they and they would and they would have it.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
So nobody knows what this is. It was asked NSA
spokesman John Kirby was on News Nation and he's asked
by a reporter whether we should be concerned that these
are a foreign actor? Cut two o seven.

Speaker 7 (05:58):
Now on this mysterious own sighting in New Jersey and
now in Philadelphia. Is there a concern for the American.

Speaker 8 (06:04):
People about their safety?

Speaker 7 (06:06):
Do you think Americans should be concerned?

Speaker 9 (06:08):
Is this a foreign adversary at work?

Speaker 10 (06:10):
No indication at this time that it's a foreign adversary
or a foreign actor. The FBI is looking at this,
DOJ's looking at this. I know the Department of Defense
when it current, when it affects or comes near a
military base. They're looking at this, so I don't I
can't tell you definitively exactly what we're talking about here.
In some cases, the investigation has led to a revelation

(06:33):
that it's actually manned aircraft and not drones at all.
So each one's going to be a little bit different.
And you know, we're looking at this hard, we're concerned
about it as well. But again I want to stress
no indication at this time that it's a foreign adversary.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
You know, Oh my god. First of all, we're not
talking about drones through the ages. We're talking about one
particular swarm of drones that is currently over the East Contine.

Speaker 2 (06:57):
By the way, a manned aircraft is a lot bigger
than even a big drone.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
Yeah, yeah, And so you know, but he's not talking
to these aer man, he's just saying in the past.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
Oh okay, that's what he's saying.

Speaker 1 (07:07):
In the past, some drones have turned out to be.
But we're not talking That's why I'm saying, we're not
talking about drones from the past twenty years. We're talking
about drones the past month over the Eastern seaboard, and
they're all part of a swarm. Meanwhile, he's saying, he
definitively says it's not a foreign actor, but we don't
know what it is. So how can you possibly know
it's not a foreign actor? So the NSA is saying,

(07:28):
we don't know what it is. The FBI is saying,
we don't know what it is. You can ask the
Department of Defense. So let's go to the Department of Defense.
This is Fox's Jennifer Griffin asking Pentagon spokesmans to bring
a sing what the hell's going on in New Jersey?

Speaker 3 (07:41):
Got two eight?

Speaker 6 (07:42):
Can you tell me what the Pentagon is doing to
address this issue of drone sightings over New Jersey? It's
near sensitive installations, the fbis involved.

Speaker 11 (07:51):
What is the Pentagon doing?

Speaker 9 (07:53):
Sure?

Speaker 12 (07:53):
So at this time so aware of those drone sightings
that have been reported. At this time, we have no
evidence that these activities are coming from a foreign entity
or the work of an adversary. We're going to continue
to monitor what is happening. But you know, at no
point where our installations threatened when this activity was occurring.

Speaker 9 (08:14):
Time.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
You know, if you don't know what it is, well,
and sometimes it's not about threatening, it's about observing. So
you can threaten later, Yes, depending on who this is,
of course.

Speaker 1 (08:23):
And she's saying we don't know what We don't know
what it is either, but we her Ruberg revelations. Yeah
we saw them. Okay, do something about them.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
Here's the thing too, and that that balloon. We knew
where it came from, right, a foreign.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Actor eventually where it came from.

Speaker 2 (08:37):
Right, But it came across air space for miles and
hundreds of thousands of miles right on down. These are
just being launched somewhere relatively close to where they're spotted.
I mean, everybody's flying one of these from Europe over
here to in New Jersey.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
Wow, there's a congressman who says he knows where they're
coming from. Oh he does, Yes, his name is Congressman
Jeff Van Drew, and he's he's, uh, he's got some
pretty interesting ideas. Are where this is from? Cut to ten.

Speaker 9 (09:03):
Well, here's the real deal, Harris. You know, I'm also
on the Transportation Committee, on the Aviation subcommittee, and I've
gotten to know people and from very high sources, very
qualified sources, very responsible sources. I'm going to tell you
the real deal. Iran launched a mothership probably about a
month ago, that contains these drones. That mothership is off

(09:27):
I'm going to tell you the deal. It's off the
east coast of the United States of America. They've launched drones.
Is everything that we can see or hear. And again,
these are from high sources. I don't say this lightly.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
Yeah, I okay, he knows he sounds like a nut.
He does sound like a nut, like a conspiracy theory nut.
But you know, he's like, Okay, this is what I've heard.
Give me a better theory. Nobody knows where they come from.
This guy actually has a theory. I don't necessarily think
it's true. But he also follows up with this, this
is to me, what the hell's going on here?

Speaker 3 (10:01):
Two ten.

Speaker 9 (10:02):
Now you know we know there was a probability it
could have been our own government. We know it's not
our own government because they would have let us know.
It could have been some really glorified hobbyist or hobbyists
that we're doing something unbelievable. They don't have the technology,
but let's pretend that's possible. The third possibility with somebody,

(10:22):
an adversarial country doing this. Know that Iran made a
deal with China to purchase drones, motherships and technology in
order to go forward. The sources I have are good.
They can't reveal who they are because they are speaking
to me in confidentiality. These drones should be shot down,

(10:43):
whether it was some crazy hobbyists that we can't imagine,
or whether it is Iran, and I think it very
possibly could be, they should be shot down. We are
not getting the full deal and the military is on
alert with this.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
I do agree they should shoot.

Speaker 1 (10:58):
These things somewhere reasonable. Well, yes, so it's like, okay,
so maybe it's not that, but give me another reason,
but get one so we can figure out what it is.
Shoot the freaking thing down.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Clearly they're not I mean, they're not flying in from
another country. But could they be from another country?

Speaker 1 (11:12):
Sure?

Speaker 2 (11:12):
And by the way, here's the thing. I wouldn't necessarily
go with the mothership idea. And the only reason I
say that, and I could be wrong, is we can
see the drones, which are drones. If you've got a
mothership full of drones, it's a hell of a lot
bigger than a drone. Shuldn't somebody have seen it? Even
if it's off the coast like we have technology to
see big crap in the sky.

Speaker 1 (11:31):
Don't we Oh, nobody says it's in the sky.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
Oh, the mothership is on.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
Could be on the water, It could be a ship.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
Oh we see.

Speaker 9 (11:37):
Well.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
The other thing too, is we're not seeing these drones
necessarily fly in over the coast. They're over land and.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
We don't see them until. Well, here's the thing to remember,
everybody there.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
Remember flying too low.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
If you're flying too low, you're not picked up on
any scanners. You can fly in low and then go
up a little bit to get a better vantage play,
and that's when you show up on radiaro. The only
thing that gives the appearance of disappearing. Well, what it
means is that you're flying too low for radar.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
I'm not saying I know. Answer, I'm just thrown out hypotheses.
So it could still be a foreign actor. Yeah, they've
they live in a neighborhood in in Hoboken and they're
they're launching them from somebody's backyard.

Speaker 1 (12:12):
Yeah, so they by foreign right doesn't and and.

Speaker 2 (12:16):
Well foreign people here, I mean it could be being.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
Paid by a foreign adversary. And then you know, so
they're they're actors here are putting them together, there's any possibility.
But so Congress got together and said, all right, let's
have a hearing.

Speaker 3 (12:29):
Let's figure out.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
Somebody's got to come and tell us what's going on here,
because if it's us, we want to know. If it's
a possibility somebody else, you've got to tell us. So
But guess what. Guess what happened when when Homeland Security
was hauled into no answers. Not only that, this is
Congress from Brian Bergen of New Jersey and this is
how he felt after the hearing where they were supposed
to get some answers on this cut to eleven.

Speaker 2 (12:52):
You were just inside. You walked out?

Speaker 13 (12:53):
Why I walked out because it was it was worthless.
It was the biggest amateur hour presentation I've ever seen
that anything. Okay, it was ridiculous. There were no answers.
Every question that was asked by a member of the
state legislature are great questions, no answers, no resolution. They
don't know where the drones are coming from, they don't
know who's doing it, they don't know why they're doing it,
but they say there's no credible threat. It was annoying

(13:15):
to be there. I drove two hours to be here. Today,
spend an hour in there, I gotta drive two hours back.
The biggest waste of five hours in my entire life.

Speaker 2 (13:22):
So why do you think they called this meeting? No idea?

Speaker 13 (13:24):
Why would you call meaning to tell people you don't
know anything? I have no idea? And then when the
legislators would ask questions, there were no answers. Here's the
most frustrating part. The colonel of state police said that
he had a helicopter of his flying over above one
of these drones, a six foot drone or something. I
can't remember exactly what he said, and he just he
felt unsafe for his helicopter, so we just let it go,
just let it go where to go? Who knows, you know,

(13:46):
didn't want to follow it because he didn't feel safe.
That is that not the most ridiculous thing you've ever heard?

Speaker 2 (13:51):
I mean, honestly, I agree with him, pretty ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
And you know, and normally, when a legislator or a
congressman bitches about having to do some thing, I'm not sympathetic.
But this guy, I'm on his side. I mean, you know,
my guess is he hadn't seen his family in a
couple of weeks. He's got to do all this stuff.
Now he just spends five hours with people saying we
don't know.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
And by the way, oh my god, I almost sensed.
And trust me, I have a very long commute myself,
as as people know me. No, it seemed like he
was more pissed that he had a two hour commute
each way for nothing. For nothing. I could have come
in for two hours and gone to the movies, but
I had to do this bowl crap.

Speaker 1 (14:24):
Or I could have actually got work done, or I
could have stayed home, you know. And so so as
of this taping, we have no idea what the hell's
going on in New Jersey, not that we ever do,
but just in particular in regard to the drones in
New Jersey. And it's just it's anybody's guess, and the
questions are out there, and hopefully we'll know more, you know,

(14:45):
maybe in a week. Maybe we won't who knows, Maybe
won't know anything until the Chinese start parachuting down.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
I have no ideaody has anybody thrown out the idea?

Speaker 7 (14:53):
You know?

Speaker 2 (14:54):
It is as of this taping, it said before Christmas,
I don't know when you're listening to this, but maybe
Santos got new technology and.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
He's drone delivery. He's not dropped. Well, apparently all the
ones he wants to get out of a military basis.

Speaker 2 (15:07):
So the military base you are think on the naughty
list or the nice list.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
Yeah, well, it took a lot to.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
I mean, the drones was big news. It took a
lot to knock a few other stories out of the headlines,
one of which was the big Daniel Penny acquittal that
happened this week. Is if everybody who reads the newspaper
or listens to radio or watches television knows Daniel Penny
is a former marine who uh killed a crazy man

(15:37):
in the New York City subway, not intentionally, but he
put him in a chokehold to protect people because the
guy was threatening people with a knife, wanted to he
was a lunatic, and he was and he was screaming
and shouting and threatening people in the car. Daniel Penny,
along with some other people took him down basically and
held him in a choke hold until police could get here.

(15:58):
But then get there, but then he died, and so unfortunately,
Alvin Bragg in New York decided to charge him with manslaughter,
which I thought was inappropriate, and the this week the
jury came back and found him not guilty. This is
Daniel Penny and his lawyers celebrating at a bar in

(16:20):
New York City. Cut ten A, how.

Speaker 14 (16:22):
You failing great?

Speaker 2 (16:24):
Yeah, he's failing good. He's failing good.

Speaker 13 (16:26):
He's feeling good.

Speaker 7 (16:27):
What's up?

Speaker 3 (16:29):
What's up together?

Speaker 15 (16:30):
How's it going?

Speaker 13 (16:31):
How's it feel?

Speaker 2 (16:32):
Feels great? He's finally got the justice he deserved. Did
you think it was going to happen?

Speaker 16 (16:36):
We think that this is uh, it should have happened,
probably on day one. But the point thing is it happened,
so we can't control the timing of it, but you
can certainly savor the outcome.

Speaker 7 (16:47):
And why do you think it was not guilty?

Speaker 2 (16:49):
That's gentif.

Speaker 14 (16:54):
Well, he's not guilty on a few different reasons because
he's actually would have justified. He was trying to help
the people.

Speaker 2 (16:59):
On that and he did.

Speaker 14 (17:00):
And number two, he's not responsible for the death because
the death was caused by a lot of other factors
that we tried to present with a lot of clarity,
such as the K two abuse and the sickle self.
The sickling crisis in cardiactions not to mention the paradise schizophrenia,
which only added to that impact.

Speaker 2 (17:18):
So I'm just glad that the jury was.

Speaker 14 (17:19):
Able to truly evaluate that it's a potential cause of
death and that Danny was justified and the action said,
you ch o.

Speaker 1 (17:26):
Daniel Penny. It seems to me to be the kind
of guy that you want to have near you if
something bad happens, because he responds and he's very self effacing.
This was him doing an interview on Fox with Judge
Janine Piro Cut twenty three.

Speaker 5 (17:43):
I mean, I'm not a confrontational person. I don't really
extend myself, and I think this type of thing is
very uncomfortable. All this attention in line mind is very uncomfortable,
and I would prefer without it. I didn't want any
type of attention in our praise or and I still

(18:03):
don't the guilt I would have felt if someone did
get hurt, if he did do what he was threatening
to do, would never be able to live with myself.
And I'll take a million court appearances and people calling

(18:25):
me names and people hating me just to keep one
of those people from getting hurt or killed.

Speaker 1 (18:33):
So that's the kind of guy that we're talking about. Now,
here's the deal. This is why it's become such a
big deal. So the guy he killed was black. Daniel
Penny's white. The guy he killed was black and a
schizophrenic and living on the street, and his family would
have nothing to do with him. After he died, all
of a sudden, he became like the favorite child and

(18:54):
the family is like, oh, our son was murdered because
you know, there's no job if he's found not guilty
because obviously he was a black man. This is his father,
Andre Zachary cut eleven A.

Speaker 17 (19:06):
I just want to say I missed my son. My
son didn't have to go through this. I didn't have
to go through this either. It hurts, really really hurts.
What are we going to do people, What's going to
happen to us?

Speaker 2 (19:26):
Now?

Speaker 9 (19:31):
I had enough of This.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
System is rigged.

Speaker 17 (19:38):
Come on, people, let's do something about this.

Speaker 1 (19:44):
Now. I feel back as he's a father and his
son died, but he didn't do anything for his son
before he died, and now all of a sudden, you know,
oh my, the system is rigged. Well you didn't, You
made no effort to help prior to him. And on
top of this, we've now got the bl climbing onto this,
trying to turn this into a race issue. This is

(20:04):
Shavonna Newsome. She's a BLM cow co founder. After the
Penny verdict, just listen to her take cut twelve A.

Speaker 18 (20:11):
But America has no moral cold, America has no soul.
As we saw those non white jurists, we knew that
this case was over. These wonderful white people. I hope
they celebrate their Christmas while the Neely family is praying
and asking God for comfort. Got them and got for America.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
All right, thank you.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
And it's going to shock you, Ben to find out
that there is a civil suit now pending on behalf
of the family against Daniel Penny for damages suffered.

Speaker 2 (20:42):
Well, there's a lot of things here, can't go on forever.
But of course with the family, they didn't give a
crap about them until now he's dead and they can
put their faces on TV and get their fifteen minutes
of fame.

Speaker 13 (20:51):
Hau.

Speaker 2 (20:52):
Besides that, look, this guy's problem. Look, I'm sorry got
killed and Penny sorry got killed. And I think most
people way right. I mean, it would have been nice
if it didn't happen this way, but it did, and
it's on him and his family and his friends and
his He needed help long before he did this crap,

(21:13):
and if he'd gotten it, maybe he wouldn't have ended
up in a chokehold by a US Marine who was
trying to save people's lives on a train in New
York City. There's a lot of things that have nothing
to do with race. There are a lot of things
that didn't happen prior to this event that could have
stopped this event, but they didn't, So mister Penny had

(21:35):
to stop the event.

Speaker 1 (21:36):
Yeah, absolutely positively, and as I was very happy about
the verdict because I thought that was justice done. Like
I said, I wouldn't mind if I was in a
bad situation that mister Penny was nearby, because he's one
of these people that wouldn't sit down and watch other
people be hurt, which is what he did, and he
put himself on the line, and you could only hope
that you would do the same thing in that situation.

Speaker 2 (21:58):
I wouldn't be able to put anybody in a choke holdity.

Speaker 1 (22:02):
He had the training, you know, exactly to do it,
but given how horrific that was that was actually not
the biggest headline this week. The biggest headline this week
was the United Healthcare murder, also horrific, also horrific, where
Brian Thompson, CEO of United Healthcare was shot down and
murdered and they were tracking the perpetrator. They found him

(22:23):
in Pennsylvania. His name is Luigi Mangioni, and Governor Josh
Shapiro came out and gave the announcement that this was happening.
But before we go to him, I want to play
for you a montage of people on social media after
when the news of the murder came out. This is
their response to this man who had a family, a

(22:46):
wife and kids, being murdered on the streets of New York.
Cut sixteen.

Speaker 7 (22:51):
I vividly remember being on the phone with United Healthcare
for days and days, nine months pregnant about you give
birth alone.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
It was a terrible, stressful, mad scramble. We appealed, of course,
to United Healthcare, and they denied the appeal within one day.

Speaker 19 (23:10):
You were wondering.

Speaker 7 (23:12):
I'm just saying.

Speaker 9 (23:14):
My thoughts and prayers were also denied.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
I don't think nice nice, and it's not just people
on social media. This is Pierce Morgan with Taylor Lorenz,
who was of I think was she was box? I
think she was with a box. On how Taylor talks
about how she felt joy at hearing of the murder
cut nine.

Speaker 11 (23:37):
Why would you be in such a celebratory mood about
the execution of another human being. Aren't you supposed to
be on the caring sharing left where you know you
believe in the sanctity of life.

Speaker 8 (23:51):
I do believe in the sanctity of life, and I
think that's why I felt, along with so many other
Americans joy. Unfortunately, you know, because.

Speaker 11 (24:01):
Seriously, I mean.

Speaker 8 (24:03):
Execution, Maybe not joy, but certainly not no, certainly not empathy.
Because again the footage.

Speaker 11 (24:10):
How can this make you joyful? This guy's a husband,
is a father, and he's being young down in the
middle of Manhattan.

Speaker 2 (24:17):
Why did that make you joys.

Speaker 8 (24:18):
The Americans that be murdered, so are tens So are
the tens of thousands of Americans, innocent Americans who died
because greedy health insurance executives like this one push policies
of denying character the most vulnerable.

Speaker 1 (24:34):
Even a senator US Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, our
Senator Ben She was on MSNBC and she said, you know, hey,
you know, violence is never the answer, but cut nineteen.

Speaker 19 (24:47):
To look terrible for individuals, But stop and think overall
about the social contract. Get a part of the deal
in how we've kept this, this democracy, this economy, this
country on a fairly steady path for more than two
hundred years has been that those at the top pay
a little more in taxes, are a little less rich

(25:09):
than they otherwise might be, and everybody else at least
gets a chance. And what happens when you turn this
into the billionaires run at all is they get the
opportunity to squeeze every last penny. And look, we'll say
it over and over, violence is never the answer. This
guy gets a trial who's allegedly killed the CEO of

(25:31):
United Health. But you can only push people so far
and then they start to take matters into their own hands.
We need regulation in part to wring those guys in.

Speaker 3 (25:44):
Wow, but they were pushed too far.

Speaker 2 (25:47):
Oh my god. Look and even if she believes that,
which she does, and there are a lot of people
out there who think the same way, here's the thing.
First of all, no one should but certainly a sitting
senator should never qualify a statement against violence. It should
have ended with violence is never the answer, period, Thank
you very.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
Much, exactly exactly.

Speaker 2 (26:08):
The rest of it was bs stupid. And by the way,
these are the things that they don't think about it.
I think that was Pandela well, I don't even know,
Yes it was, but it was also Look, these are
the things that plant seeds in the minds of others.

Speaker 1 (26:26):
And you know, yeah, and you know who stood up
and said enough with this crap. That would be Governor
Josh Shapiro in Pennsylvania cut six C.

Speaker 4 (26:34):
But some attention in this case, especially online, has been
deeply disturbing, as some have looked to celebrate instead of
condemning this killer. Brian Thompson was a father to two,
he was a husband, and he was a friend to many.

(26:55):
And yes, he was the CEO of a health insurance
company in America. We do not kill people in cold
blood to resolve policy differences or express a viewpoint.

Speaker 1 (27:13):
No, I mean, oh, oh my god, oh, like you know,
thank God for Josh Sapier. I've never thought i'd say that,
because I'm not a big Josh saperifan, but he's exactly right.

Speaker 2 (27:22):
I just want people to think, and you can substitute
any person who's been murdered into this equation and by
changing the wording. But just think for a second. Okay,
I'm gonna give it. I'm gonna get up and give
a speech. You know, the killing of Abraham Lincoln was
a horrible thing, be shot in the head while watching
a play. But you have to understand a lot of
people in the South didn't really like him or his

(27:43):
policies in the North, so therefore, you know, he deserved
to get a bullet in the head. I don't care
what you think. I don't care what your opinion is.
And again, if you're a sitting member of Congress, definitely know.
But it was horrible that this happened. No, but there
should be no buts.

Speaker 1 (28:00):
You and I both had our own tussles with with
insurance companies.

Speaker 2 (28:03):
Oh my god, please yes.

Speaker 1 (28:05):
But no, no, there is there is no justification, none
whatsoever for what.

Speaker 2 (28:09):
Just happened for insurance companies.

Speaker 1 (28:11):
I think, to be honest with you, the guy's a schizophrenic,
because this is about the age of it.

Speaker 2 (28:15):
He's definitely he's definitely got problems, plenty of issues The
first first issue is he went to Altuna. Yeah, who
tries to escape to a lot of people are fleeing
from Altuona. No offense to find folks in Altuna. But
he went there exactly, and he went to McDonald's.

Speaker 1 (28:34):
Well it's not it's not slur McDonald's. No, I employed
Donald Trump, for God's sake.

Speaker 2 (28:38):
I went. I went on the I went on the
map just for fun, uh my own amusement when he
got captured in Neltuna, just to kind of see the escape.
Where's that McDonald's. You know, what's the landscape? But I saw,
you know, all the fast food restaurants are there. There's
a there's a cracker barrel, there's a well, there's a
lot of places to eat, and there's some local bars
and tavernry. But I'm thinking this guy could have gone

(28:58):
to a million places in Altuna, and he goes to McDonald's.
I mean, hey, my first, just a weird place to
get caught.

Speaker 1 (29:07):
I agree with you. I agree with you. So we
end every week with the Bidenism. We're not going to
be able to do that soon. So I want to
get every last one in. This is President Biden at
the special Olympics Christmas dinner where he's trying to be
a comedian. I think which falls. I have never heard
crickets this silent in my life. But more than that,

(29:28):
he's about to tell the audience a massive lie. He's
going to tell them how his grandfather, Ambrose Finnegan was
an All American football player at Santa Clara. Here's the
thing about his grandfather, Ambrose fin Again, he did go
to Santa Clara. He won the award for best bookkeeping,
and there's no record of him ever playing sports. So
just keep that in mind when you hear cut one egg.

Speaker 15 (29:47):
I have to admit to you, holds my left hand.
My grandfather, Ambrose Fitningan was an All American football player
at Santa Clara. You say, Joey, I mean the only
Irish we ever mest this, never a drink in his
life anyway.

Speaker 1 (30:05):
Oh my god, are there and that's a room full
of people who are getting a free dinner and they
they're not even remotely amused.

Speaker 3 (30:13):
Exactly right, exactly right.

Speaker 1 (30:15):
