Today is World Sleep Day and studies show that 2/3rds of us don't get enough sleep and the consequences of this are massive including an increased risk of developing cancer, dementia and heart disease. With everything going on this past year, working from home and having our kids at home so much more, I know I am struggling to get enough sleep, are you feeling the same way? I know it is only going to get crazier with the world opening up and schedules filling up but sleep is so important to your overall health that you want to make it a priority. Tune in this week for my rant on the evening routine at my house (LOL) but also the benefits of getting good sleep and why you should be getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
