Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
Know just after six o'clock here on this Monday morning,
starting a brand new wig. Thank you for starting yours
with us. Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 3 (00:10):
Kim Kardashian has failed her bar exam. I'm really confused
about this, but she made a post to Instagram letting
her followers know that she did not pass the California
Bar exam. She noted it's been six years into her
quote law journey and that she doesn't.
Speaker 4 (00:24):
Consider this a failure.
Speaker 3 (00:25):
She plans to study more and to take it again,
which I think is great. But I'm confused because everything
that I read last week when they were talking about
her using chat GPT to study it, had said that
she was cleared to like actually start practicing in two weeks.
So I don't really I'm confused by that. But she
said that she failed a bar exam. That means that
(00:45):
she is not a lawyer. That's all I know. And
she's just gonna try again, and I think that's great.
Holiday spending is expected to hit more than a trillion
dollars for the first time. This is according to forecasts
from the National Retail Federation.
Speaker 4 (00:58):
Apparently, consumer are still planning.
Speaker 3 (01:01):
To prioritize holiday gifts and celebrations, just with some more
bargain hunting involved in all of it. But they did
note that the federal government shut down could really.
Speaker 4 (01:11):
Damp in spending, especially because it's so close to the
holidays right now.
Speaker 3 (01:15):
There is a possibility that it doesn't actually end up
hitting a trillion anymore.
Speaker 4 (01:19):
That's what it was originally projected to do. Wow, So
we'll keep you.
Speaker 3 (01:23):
Updated on that as well, and on the federal government shutdown.
Speaker 4 (01:28):
Tickets for the eighty fifth.
Speaker 3 (01:29):
Annual Iroquois Steeplechase are now on sale. The event is
going to return to Percywarner Park on Saturday, May ninth.
There's a new feature this year. There's a new live
music stage in center field, which is pretty cool. There
are multiple tiers of tickets available on their website Iroquois
Steeplechase dot org.
Speaker 4 (01:47):
I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
need to know.
Speaker 2 (01:49):
Thank you so much. Rick You're still kind of trying
to wrap my mind around that one trillion dollars in
holiday spending.
Speaker 4 (01:54):
That's I'm I'm shocked, honestly.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
Yeah, numbers bigger than I can even grasp. Thank you
for that. Thank you for being here starting your Monday
with us. We have passes into lay miz at tea
pack coming up for the first caller. You can get
those all week about six fifteen, so like ten minutes
from right now if you want them, be here on
the river.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
Heiky, Zach.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
And in the morning, let's say good morning to Camill
and Louisbourg. How are you doing. Camill, I'm good.
Speaker 5 (02:19):
How are you?
Speaker 2 (02:20):
I'm good. We're It's a good day around here, because
not only are we saying good morning, you were saying
good morning to our buddy Zach, who is back in
his seat after a week off.
Speaker 6 (02:26):
Hello, friends, good morning, Hey, I'm good. Are you also
annoyed that it's like forty five degrees right now?
Speaker 3 (02:35):
I am very bitter about it.
Speaker 4 (02:37):
It's disgusting.
Speaker 3 (02:38):
I literally wore my puffy long jacket. I have a
beanie on. I brought my gloves, which is disgusting so cute.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
Looked at the jacket, the bean Thank you working for you.
Speaker 3 (02:48):
I appreciate it, but I don't want to be wearing it.
Speaker 7 (02:51):
It should in school.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
My parents are in Northwest. In the end, they got
like eight inches of snow. My dad was to be
pictures this morning. It's crazy Kes.
Speaker 3 (03:02):
Being a teacher obviously are the one that really gets
it good when it snows and not having school.
Speaker 8 (03:08):
See, we still had.
Speaker 3 (03:09):
To be here early as commuters, so I'd rather know snow.
Speaker 5 (03:13):
This is true, very true.
Speaker 3 (03:15):
Well, Camille, we are so happy to talk to you
this morning, and we're so happy to tell you that
you are the first caller of the day on one
of seven five the river. You're gonna take us to
see Lamiz.
Speaker 7 (03:24):
I've been trying since you've moved studios to get in
in the morning, really.
Speaker 8 (03:29):
Have not until that's been like a year, Camille.
Speaker 3 (03:32):
I know, I am impressed. Then today's your lucky day,
even though like it's a little miserable because it's cold.
Speaker 4 (03:38):
Maybe you play the lottery or something.
Speaker 6 (03:40):
Maybe you know what they say, Camille, since it was
our idea.
Speaker 8 (03:43):
That means if you win, you got to split it
with us.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
Okay, that's what they said. That's what you say. That
that's a thing.
Speaker 8 (03:49):
Hey, but she said yes, and we have receipts for it. Okay.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
Yeah, we all need some help right now.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
Man, that's true. Well, thank you for being here, thank
you for starting today. With us, and thanks for continuing
to call even though we never answered. Yeah, you finally
got through. Your persistence paid off, so you're gonna have
a great day, Comil. Thank you for being here.
Speaker 7 (04:05):
Thank you, Zach.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
I was expecting some like real bizarre questions at you
after a week off.
Speaker 6 (04:10):
Oh, I was trying to be kind and gentle before
it just coming guns to blazon.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
We'll be here tomorrow for Zach's gun tomorrow.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
This is still the beginning of the show. It can
happen today, all right.
Speaker 2 (04:21):
KeV more at least tickets, same time tomorrow.
Speaker 9 (04:23):
There we go, Ricky, Zach and Minnow in the morning.
Speaker 2 (04:29):
Before seven o'clock here on this Monday morning. It's one
of seven five the river. Ricky mentioned a second ago
that she she just did something for the first time,
and we're proud of her. I think it's awesome.
Speaker 3 (04:39):
Thanks. Yeah. For the very first time, I volunteered with
Second Harvest Food Bank and I loved it.
Speaker 4 (04:46):
It was such a great experience.
Speaker 3 (04:47):
We packed meals for people who are losing their snap benefits.
Obviously a lot of people are going without food because
of it, so they are in overtime right now. Second
Harvest trying to get as much food as they possibly
can to as many famili as they possibly need it,
as many people as needed, and that obviously means a
(05:08):
lot more volunteers. So they opened up more and more
volunteer spots throughout the week with more hour variations, and
I went and I packed food with a huge group
of people. We had a full group of I think
it was like forty two people, which is beautiful to see.
Speaker 4 (05:24):
Like really amazing to see.
Speaker 3 (05:26):
And everybody's from, you know, different parts of Tennessee, and
some of them aren't even you know, from National per se.
But we had such a great time we packed. At
the end of our shift, we did six hundred and ninety.
Speaker 4 (05:40):
Six kids we fed and.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
Ten nine and twenty meals in emergency boxes. That is
INCREDI so proud of I am very proud of it.
I am very excited. I was like so giddy that
entire day because that just feels so good to say,
like to make it an impact like that feel amazing
because you know that your neighbors are getting the help
that they need and community is just so important to me,
(06:06):
and I know it's so important to everybody else. And
that's why, you know, we need to do things like this,
like volunteer when we need to, and sure if you
can't volunteer. Monetary donations or food donations are also so welcome.
Speaker 6 (06:16):
I was just looking at their website and it literally
says every one dollar equals four meals, So if you
have five bucks, that's twenty meals that you can like
cover first, which is awesome, and.
Speaker 3 (06:26):
Then you get to feel as good as I feel
to give.
Speaker 4 (06:29):
Back into help.
Speaker 3 (06:30):
I'm going to do more volunteer shifts, maybe not with
Second Harvest, because they said that they are actually getting
an influx of people volunteering, which is amazing. That's what
they need, but there are so many other organizations that
also need volunteers. If you're interested, we do have on
one of seven five of the River's instagram page there
is a little graph graphic and it tells you different
(06:52):
places that are looking for volunteers. I will also let
you know, like when I'm going to volunteer again on
my Instagram page if you want to volunteer with me,
because I think it could be nice.
Speaker 4 (07:00):
Nice if you're maybe don't.
Speaker 3 (07:01):
Want to do it alone and you want a buddy.
Speaker 2 (07:04):
I'll be your buddy. Yeah, And it was. It's a
win win because, like Ricky said, those acts of service
you're gonna feel, You're gonna feel not only are you
doing good for other people, but you also are going
to feel really good. So it's a wind.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
We felt so nice and like they work you too.
Speaker 8 (07:16):
Yeah, we were.
Speaker 3 (07:17):
Put to work and I was happy about that because
I'm like, I don't want to just stand around like
you were working the entire time.
Speaker 6 (07:23):
I will say this makes me feel a lot better
because Ricky and I are those type of friends that
have each other's location on our phones, and so I
checked to see where she was and it shows this
random warehouse and like Laverne murder area, and I was like, Ricky,
where are you?
Speaker 2 (07:38):
What you're doing?
Speaker 6 (07:39):
I was so concerned and then he was like, oh,
that's actually so sweet.
Speaker 2 (07:44):
I was concerned for a second though. Well, Ricky, we're
proud of you. Thanks for getting out there and do it.
Thats a lot of people talk about it, you're actually
doing it.
Speaker 10 (07:51):
Three things you need to just past seven o'clock here
on this Monday morning, appreciate just starting this new week
with us.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 3 (07:58):
Grammy noms are out here are some notable ones. Obviously,
there are plenty of people to list. I'm just gonna
tell you a few. Kendrick Lamar leads with nine nominations
this year. Lady Gaga comes in second with seven nods.
Leon Thomas he got himself six nominations, which ties him
with Sabrina Carpenter. You may know him from his role
(08:19):
in Nickelodeon's Victorious or his recent song Mutt, but six
nominations for him. Bad Bunny has made history with six nominations,
making him the first Spanish language artists to earn Best Album,
Record and Song nominations in one year, which is amazing.
I'm so proud of and meet though, and the Best
New Artist category had a bunch of our faves on there,
(08:41):
like Alex Warren, Lola Young, Olivia Dean, and Somber are
just a few. Obviously, lots of other people who got
nominations for Grammys. There's like ninety five categories, I think
in total, so you can check those out.
Speaker 4 (08:54):
Online when you get a chance.
Speaker 3 (08:56):
Tennessee and Vandy both saw improvements in the top twenty
five rankings for Week twelve. Vandy beat out Auburn and
Overtime on Saturday.
Speaker 4 (09:04):
They are now eight two and.
Speaker 3 (09:06):
Still alive in the college football playoff race. They jumped
to number thirteen in the Ape Pole, which is two
spots higher than last week's ranking and amazing for Bandy,
so congrats to them. The Tennessee Balls had a bye
week but still saw on improvement in their top twenty
five ranking. The Balls jumped to number twenty from number
twenty three to number twenty one in the country.
Speaker 4 (09:28):
So nice movement we got here in Tennessee.
Speaker 3 (09:32):
And there's a new spin on the classic gingerbread house
and it involves cheese its. You can now build your
own cheese It holiday house with their kit. So instead
of gingerbread, the walls and shingles are made of cheese
Slavor cookies.
Speaker 4 (09:45):
And classic cheese It crackers.
Speaker 3 (09:47):
This is perfect for anybody who prefers salty over sweet.
The kit comes with candy pieces and icing. Even if
it seems like a little strange to do that with
cheese its, it does come together. You can get it
at It's like Walmart for around sixteen dollars. I think
it's a great idea. I love the fact that we
have something different than gingerbread. I hate gingerbread. Personally, it's
(10:09):
not my favorite. Kevin looks astonished. Yeah, it is just
not my fave, not my thing.
Speaker 2 (10:14):
I even like it when it's like hard and hold,
like the house has been sitting there for a week.
Speaker 3 (10:18):
No, that's horrific.
Speaker 2 (10:19):
What's wrong with you in that house?
Speaker 3 (10:21):
I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
need to know.
Speaker 2 (10:24):
Thank you, Ricky. We're gonna play Hundricks right here, and
then it's time for Zack's fag. Zach was out all
week last week. I was doing the facts and it
just I'll be honest, it wasn't the same. I just
I can't do it like this guy.
Speaker 8 (10:34):
Does it never is Kevin.
Speaker 10 (10:35):
No.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
So right after the song we were learning together on
this Monday morning.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
Zack's backs Ricky, Zach and Menno.
Speaker 3 (10:42):
In the morning on Zak is back and he is
ready to go. It's Zach sax on one O seven
five the River.
Speaker 6 (10:48):
Well, here's just a little psa. If you have a cat,
you're probably petting it the wrong way. So there's new
research that says, you know, usually you pet like their
belly or the base of their tail. But apparently they're
saying that's more likely to annoy them than to bond
with them, saying the safest spots are like under their chin,
their cheeks, and the base of their ears are the
best spots to pet a cat.
Speaker 2 (11:09):
I've only ever seen a cat in a state of annoyance.
They're always annoyed by everything.
Speaker 6 (11:15):
Kevin, you sound traumatized, But there's your fact of the day.
Try pet in the base of its ears.
Speaker 1 (11:19):
Zach Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
Speaker 3 (11:22):
On We do this every so often on one oh
seven five the River. It is Monday, and I think
everybody needs a little uh manifestation help. So we're doing
a manifestation Monday.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
So whatever you want in life, whatever you're hoping to attract,
you call us. You tell us about it, and we'll
send out some good vibes into the universe for you.
Six one, five, seven, three seven nine one oh seven. Zach,
what would you manifest if you were in the hot
seat right now? You are kind of in the hot
He is in the hot seat, then a puppy. Ah
really yeah?
Speaker 6 (11:53):
I want another goldener treever so bad, Zachary manifesting this
happens to show up at my house.
Speaker 4 (12:01):
Oh my God there.
Speaker 2 (12:02):
It is six seven three seven nine. It's a manifestation Monday.
What are you hoping to get?
Speaker 1 (12:09):
Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning.
Speaker 3 (12:13):
It is a manifestation Monday on one O seven five
the River. What that means is that since it's Monday
and it starts with an M, we just linked it
with manifestation. But we want to start the week off right.
If you have something that you really wanted and you
want to manifest it, manifestation is even better when you
do it with others. So Donnie and Mount Juliet, what
do you want help manifesting today?
Speaker 1 (12:35):
So?
Speaker 7 (12:35):
I have two girls. I'm taking them to school right now.
So I'm I want to manifest the slow mornings when
they're on Christmas break snuggles in the morning. That's what
I want to manifest.
Speaker 8 (12:48):
How old are your kiddo's.
Speaker 7 (12:50):
Yeah, there's seven to nine.
Speaker 6 (12:51):
Oh, that's like the perfect age for like a slow
morning when it's nice and cold outside.
Speaker 8 (12:56):
You guys.
Speaker 7 (12:57):
Sweet, that's right, Yep, they're actually in the back seat
right now. See Hi guys, Hi.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
Guys, I didn't hear anything you sure?
Speaker 9 (13:07):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (13:07):
Yes, of distress from this?
Speaker 3 (13:14):
Oh really sweet? That is really sweet to hear, though, Donnie,
and we are manifesting that with you because we want
nothing but all of those smiles and cuddles for you
guys when the Christmas season happens and they have their break.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
Thanks Donnie, thanks for being here, and have a great Hey, girls,
than Erica in Smyrna is on the line. Would you

Co congrats Erica, thank you.
Speaker 8 (13:48):
That's so exciting.
Speaker 6 (13:49):
So behind the scenes backstory, Erica actually sent us an
invitation to her wedding. Yes, and Ricky and I came
to your wedding and now you're pregnant. This is like
a full circle moment, Like this is so exciting.
Speaker 5 (14:01):
I'm very excited.
Speaker 2 (14:02):
Are you gonna invite us to the birth?
Speaker 3 (14:04):
Okay, Kevin, that is insane? Yeah, birth, my god, Erica,
we are manifesting that with you, a happy, healthy pregnancy.
Congrats again to you and your husband. That is amazing.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
So if there's something you want to a tract, let
us know.
Speaker 10 (14:40):
One O seven five The River, Nicky, Zach and Man

Speaker 6 (14:45):
Yeah, Hi, Hi, good my darling, your my favorite, adorable.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
Kim, Zach's everyone's favorite. Kim and Franklin is on the
line in twe oh seven five The River. It's a
manifestation Monday. What do you want to put out there
in the universe.
Speaker 5 (15:02):
Kim's partner.
Speaker 3 (15:05):
Okay, we are manifesting that. That's gonna take a lot
of our manifestation power, Kim, but we're gonna give it
all to you. Ken.
Speaker 6 (15:16):
It sounds like you've been through the ringer with these men,
so you deserve a good man.
Speaker 7 (15:20):
Right.
Speaker 4 (15:21):
I am sixty, I am ready, let's go.
Speaker 3 (15:25):
I love your optimism too, you are. You sound like
a lot of fun, Kim. I feel like this is possible.

a mature significant other, we expect an invitation to the wedding. Excellent,
You're okay, perfect, We love you.
Speaker 2 (15:47):
Have a beautiful day.
Speaker 8 (15:48):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (15:49):
By Kim Lazy and Hendersonville. What do you want to
manifest today?
Speaker 1 (15:54):
Good morning.
Speaker 3 (15:55):
I'm gonna manifest a man like Donny. Oh Donny was
so sweet, wasn't he talking about his kids?
Speaker 9 (16:02):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (16:02):
My god?
Speaker 5 (16:02):
And bonus points if he can make a plan.
Speaker 3 (16:07):
I'm literally loving this so much because we just had
Kim on the line. Kim was manifesting a mature man.
Lacey wants Donnie kind of you know, somebody like Donnie,
would you be a mature man? It seems like our
ladies are really struggling with the men out there. It
is very very rough up here. So you know, with
no kids and a dog, it's it's a tough life.
Speaker 8 (16:28):
Donnie. If you're single and you're still listening, call us
back and we'll.
Speaker 3 (16:36):
Lacey, we are manifesting that for.
Speaker 9 (16:38):
You as well.
Speaker 3 (16:38):
I did tell Kim, I'm going to tell you the
same thing. It's gonna take a lot of our manifestation
powers for this. But we are manifesting with you.
Speaker 8 (16:46):
Well, you know we're hopeful on a Monday, so you
know we've got that going forward.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
Yes, thank you for calling in, Lacey. We hope you
have a great day.
Speaker 5 (16:52):
Love you too.
Speaker 4 (16:53):
Bye, guys Bye.
Speaker 2 (16:55):
I mean they hear the word manifestation and that's just
what jumps out at him.
Speaker 3 (17:00):
It's like Lacy said, I have a lot of single
friends and it is.
Speaker 4 (17:03):
Rough out there.
Speaker 2 (17:04):
There's only so many of us to go around.
Speaker 8 (17:07):
Of us like Kevin's including himself and that.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
Good catch are we're hard to come by. We've got
secret tickets for the Game of the Day. We can't
tell you what you're playing for, but you're playing next
down the.
Speaker 9 (17:19):
River Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the morning.
Speaker 3 (17:24):
Kevin Manno's Game of the Day on one O seven
five the River.
Speaker 4 (17:27):
We're playing topical.
Speaker 3 (17:28):
Trivia this week. We're tickets to a secret show. We
can't say what the show is just yet.
Speaker 4 (17:33):
It's supposed to announce today, So.
Speaker 3 (17:34):
If you follow us at one O seven five the
River on Instagram, we will post it there of what
this is for, and we'll also talk about it tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (17:41):
For sure, we have April and Hendersonville on the line.
High April, Good morning morning. How are you feeling? You're
playing topical trivia here, so you kind of need your
brain to be turned on.
Speaker 1 (17:51):
I have not had coffee yet.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
Just to be clear, Zach made a face. I didn't
mean turned on like that. I meant turned on, just
like you know, the on off switch on your brain.
Speaker 3 (18:02):
I don't think anybody else is thinking about it, Kevin,
until you brought it up, April. Are you still ready
to play the game though, minus the coffee?
Speaker 5 (18:09):
I think so?
Speaker 2 (18:10):
After Ken, She's a wait now, man, I want to
give you a point just for that. But here we go.
You get two out of three of these questions, right
the mystery tickets of yours? April. Your game starts right now,
throwing it back to the beginning of the month. Who
won the World Series.
Speaker 3 (18:31):
Dodgery?
Speaker 9 (18:32):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (18:33):
Dog, all right, a point on the board.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
I get this. You win later this month. Jason Bateman
will be back as Nick Wilde and what animated sequel?
Speaker 1 (18:49):
I have no idea.
Speaker 6 (18:50):
What I have no idea?
Speaker 9 (18:54):
Now?
Speaker 2 (18:54):
It's Utopia. Utopia too is coming out?
Speaker 3 (18:56):
Okay, Yeah, that's okay.
Speaker 2 (18:59):
Another media related question here. You need this to win?
What long away toed. Netflix show returns with new episodes
on Thanksgiving. No, congrats, we got it.
Speaker 3 (19:16):
You didn't have a lot of faith in yourself. I
really do think even though Kevin's remark was really weird,
it may have woken you up enough to win this game. April. Congratulations,
I hope plan.
Speaker 2 (19:26):
Thank you intentional. It's a mystery show. We can't tell
you what it is, but the tickets are yours. As
soon as we can tell you, we will, Okay.
Speaker 3 (19:33):
All right, perfect, Thank you, Hay hamml I love.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
Be here tomorrow to play again, and your brain better
returned on heck yeah.
Speaker 1 (19:41):
Three things you need to.
Speaker 2 (19:42):
Know a bit past eight o'clock here on this Monday morning.
Thank you for starting your day with us. Ricky's got
those three things.
Speaker 3 (19:48):
Haley Williams is going on tour solo, and she's got
shows happening in Nashville. So to celebrate her four Grammy
Nams for her solo work, which congrats to her on
that that's honestly amazing to see, she quietly leaked the
dates for upcoming solo tour. There was no announcement. Fans
did notice though, that she uploaded dates to her website.
(20:08):
Her website has this really cool theme where it's very
like old school computer desktop vibes, and she had uploaded
something where it said oops dot jpeg and when you
click it, it says not for release, and it's all
the tour dates. So I love this. The tour is
gonna kick off in the US with a concert in Atlanta, Georgia,
on March twenty eighth. It's gonna run through June twenty ninth,
(20:30):
and it looks like it's ending in Ireland in Dublin,
but she's gonna be a Ryman Auditorium April twenty fifth
and the twenty seventh. I'm hyped. You girls gonna be
first in line to try to get these tickets, so
everyone's gonna have to fight me online in the queue.
I'm determined to get these tickets. Chrishelle is leaving Netflix's
selling Sunset after nine seasons. This season, if you haven't
(20:53):
watched yet, is by far the most dramatic and contentious
season that I've seen so far, and Mischelle has said
that not even Jesus Christ himself can make her come
back for another season, especially after all of the drama
that unfolded between her specifically and other cast members, including.
Speaker 4 (21:12):
Her like besties.
Speaker 3 (21:13):
There's a lot. I don't want to give too much
away in cause everybody hasn't finished it, because I just
finished it over the weekend, But it is a lot,
and she is not coming back. And the latest Grand
Theft Auto video game has been delayed again. It looks
like they're eyeing November nineteenth of twenty twenty six, which
would be just in time for Christmas. Rockstar Games announced
the frustrating news on social media, with posts saying quote,
(21:37):
we are sorry for adding additional time to what we
realize has been a long wait, but these extra months
will allow us to finish the game with a level
of polish that you have come to expect and deserve.
I have no idea what they're doing with this game
and why it's taking so long, and it's been delayed
so many times, but yeah, delayed again. November nineteenth, twenty
twenty six is when you can expect it now.
Speaker 4 (21:58):
Armrique Sanchez and of the three things you need to
know one.
Speaker 9 (22:01):
O seven five of the River, Ricky, Zach and Mano.
Speaker 2 (22:04):
In the morning, I told Ricky and Zach something about
my brother recently and they were sort of in awe.
And I want to know if he's alone and crazy.
I know he's crazy, but is he alone? Do you
hate the thumbs up the thumbs up emoji as much
as he does. I don't know why he can't tolerate
the thumbs up emoji, or when you react with the
thumbs up to a text, he thinks it's passive aggressive. Oh,
(22:26):
I just I.
Speaker 4 (22:26):
Don't understand why that's the thought process.
Speaker 3 (22:28):
I use those things all the time in order to
not flat out respond.
Speaker 4 (22:32):
I'll just react with like a heart or a thumbs.
Speaker 8 (22:35):
Up or a haha or whatever, all the texts.
Speaker 3 (22:37):
Yeah, let them know that. Yes, I'm engaged. I'm literally
here paying attention, but I don't have anything.
Speaker 4 (22:42):
To respond to that.
Speaker 2 (22:43):
That's normal, that's sane. That's how everybody operates, except for him.
I think, if you're like him, or if you have
someone in your life like him, and he hates the
thumbs up emoji, let us know. Six one five, seven,
three seven, nine, one oh seven one o.
Speaker 9 (22:57):
Seven five Ricky Zach and Minnow in.
Speaker 3 (23:00):
The mom the thumbs up emoji. I did not know
that this could be so intense, but apparently it is.
It's one of seven five of the river. Kevin's brother
Ryan hates the thumbs up emoji. He hates the reaction
of the thumbs up. If you just do the reaction
sending a thumbs up emoji, I just I don't understand.
Speaker 2 (23:20):
I couldn't possibly convey his anger toward it, so we
got him on the phone to do it himself. Ryan,
you hate the thumbs up emoje you tell us why?
Speaker 5 (23:27):
Oh yeah, I think it is. I think it's dismissive.
I think it's passive, aggressive. I think that you're gonna
do that. It's it's just it's it might as well
be the middle finger emoji.
Speaker 9 (23:36):
Wow, I just find it.
Speaker 5 (23:37):
It's cold. It's it's just impersonal. I mean, heart it
or say something.
Speaker 3 (23:41):
This is something dramatic.
Speaker 5 (23:43):
I'm serious. I've never used it. If you catch me
using it, it means I do not like you or
what you said.
Speaker 3 (23:48):
Oh wow, I want to know, though noted. I'm gonna
remember it.
Speaker 5 (23:51):
Yeah, when I receive it, I take it very very
very personally. Har No, Kevin, I don't like when you
do it at all.
Speaker 6 (24:02):
I just feel like, even if you're like, hey, I'm
on my way you thumbs up it like, no, I
saw you you had it?
Speaker 5 (24:07):
No hearted because that's good?
Speaker 9 (24:10):
Is it that?
Speaker 10 (24:11):
I love it?
Speaker 5 (24:11):
You're on your way?
Speaker 3 (24:12):
He said that it feels passive aggressive.
Speaker 7 (24:15):
It is passive aggressive.
Speaker 3 (24:16):
There's a lot of the same as just like hurting it.
Speaker 5 (24:19):
No, no, no, no, it is harting it.
Speaker 2 (24:21):
But you alone on this right, Like when people send
you a thumbs up, they're not trying to offend you.
You're you're the weird one here.
Speaker 5 (24:27):
Yes, that's fine. No one agrees with me.
Speaker 8 (24:30):
Ever, you're the Zach of the correct yea, all right.
Speaker 2 (24:35):
I gotta go bye, guys, thumbs down, so you know,
is that not the weirdest thing?
Speaker 3 (24:42):
That is so dramatic. I'm in awe and shock right now.
I was not expecting him to feel so passionately about.
Speaker 8 (24:52):
To die on to calm down.
Speaker 3 (24:54):
I do think it's kind of crazy, though, you guys
might need an intervention. He hates when you thumbs up
any I never stop idea.
Speaker 2 (25:01):
Never stopping six one seven, three, seven, nine one seven.
If you have any thoughts on the.
Speaker 1 (25:07):
Thumbs up, Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning on.
Speaker 4 (25:13):
Seven five the river.
Speaker 3 (25:15):
We just heard from Kevin's brother, Kevin's very dramatic brother,
which is crazy to think about. But he hates the
thumbs up emoji. He feels very passionate about about the
fact that it is passive aggressive. He hates it so
much he really thinks that people don't like him when
they use it. Lauren and Bowling Green, what do you
(25:35):
think about the thumbs up emoji? Are you as passionate
about this as Kevin's brother? Do you hate it? Do
you love it?
Speaker 4 (25:41):
What's the thoughts.
Speaker 5 (25:42):
I'm very passionate.
Speaker 3 (25:43):
I do not like it as well, and I literally
know I was the only one.
Speaker 10 (25:47):
When I heard him talk.
Speaker 3 (25:48):
About it just now, I was like, Oh my gosh,
I'm glad I'm not the only one because I get
my feelings kind of hurt.
Speaker 5 (25:54):
I'm like, are they mad at me?
Speaker 1 (25:56):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (25:56):
No, I really do feel that way.
Speaker 6 (25:57):
Lauren, I have a question, when's the last time that
we like win to therapy? Because I feel like we
need some like self confidence here. If you think people
are upset with you because they thumbs up to you
in a positive manner, and you still think, hold on,
hold on.
Speaker 2 (26:10):
Slam the brakes on here. If I put a period
at the end of a sentence yeah. To Zach in
a text, he says, why are you so mad at me?
Speaker 8 (26:16):
Periods are different than a thumbs out. The thumbs up
is a positive.
Speaker 3 (26:20):
The idea is the same, though. The idea is the
same that those things do not actually mean as much
as we sometimes feel like they mean. But Lauren, you're
not alone anymore. You now know that there's another person
out there just like you. I'm shocked that there's two
of them.
Speaker 8 (26:34):
You know, Lauren, Just so you know, there are now
three of you.
Speaker 6 (26:38):
My brother literally just texted me and said, I agree
thumbs up react as rude?
Speaker 3 (26:42):
WHOA? I didn't know.
Speaker 8 (26:44):
This about him.
Speaker 7 (26:45):
Tell him I love you.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
Guys are assembling a team.
Speaker 3 (26:50):
This is a thing apparently. Okay, we have more calls
coming through too. We'll see if they agree with you.
All Right, I'll have a good day, Lauren, Vicky, and Murphy.
What are your thoughts on the thumbs up emoji? Is
it rude to use it?
Speaker 8 (27:04):
I think so.
Speaker 5 (27:05):
I would rather you send me the middle finger emoji.
Speaker 9 (27:08):
Is the thumbs up that's kind of like sending just.
Speaker 6 (27:10):
The letter K when you're trying to say okay, yeah,
I agree with that.
Speaker 2 (27:15):
Part about the letter K. But thumbs up is so
normal to me. But I guess there's a lot of
out there.
Speaker 3 (27:20):
Where are the odd ones? Right now? Kevin and Zach,
we're the ones that are weird because everyone is agreeing
that this is rude and passive aggressive.
Speaker 6 (27:28):
You're like, we just have to do a moment of
self reflection and do better and not thumbs up people anymore.
Speaker 3 (27:34):
You're changing our minds, all of you. Thank you for
calling in, Vicky, thank you have a good one, fellow.
Speaker 6 (27:39):
I'm really like thinking about everything I've ever said to
anybody in my entire life. If a thumbs up a
positive connotation is now taken negatively, what.
Speaker 3 (27:50):
Zach is not? Okay?
Speaker 2 (27:51):
I I give a lot of like irl thumbs up,
Like is this offensive too? If I actually give somebody
a thumbs up.
Speaker 3 (27:58):
And realize it's only offensive to you, Kevin because you
look like a.
Speaker 2 (28:05):
It's a fair one.
Speaker 9 (28:09):
Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the Morning.
Speaker 3 (28:11):
This woman, she is a contestant and Miss World Chili
in the In the contest and during the pageants semifinals,
she decided to show off her vocals, which are vocals
that you wouldn't expect her to have.
Speaker 2 (28:24):
Okay, so good. We're gonna play it, but we're not
gonna play too much of it because I know it
could turn some people away.
Speaker 3 (28:29):
It's it's a little aggressive for people who aren't into
that vibe, but it's really also impressive as well.
Speaker 2 (28:36):
She rules. Here we go Today's daily double tip. Miss
Chili with the death Metal vocals.
Speaker 3 (28:58):
Completely unexpected wins.
Speaker 6 (29:01):
You guys will say, it's so interesting to watch this
absolutely stunning woman to be up there and then just
like she tilts her head down and starts screaming like that.
Speaker 2 (29:10):
It completely took me. I was you have to see
this sound come out of her face. Hearing it is
one that you have to see it. We're gonna post
the video on our Instagram story out one oh seven
five River. I don't even know she didn't win, did she?
Speaker 9 (29:24):
She?
Speaker 3 (29:24):
No, she is so but honestly, I was super impressed
by her. Honestly impressed by anybody who can scream like that,
because it's hard, it's easy. There's a whole process of
how like how you're supposed to scream, like inhaling and
exhaling at specific points like in order for it to
sound good and not damage your vocal cords. It's a
whole science.
Speaker 2 (29:45):
She rules. She does zak. Look you want to try it?
Speaker 6 (29:50):
No, I was just looking up to see if she won,
and according to this Revolver mag she was crowd missed twenty.
Speaker 8 (29:57):
Yeah she won, okay.
Speaker 3 (29:59):
Even more impressive. They were impressed by her vocals too.
Speaker 8 (30:02):
That's awesome.
Speaker 3 (30:03):
I love to hear.
Speaker 10 (30:03):
It made my dag Ricky, Zach and Manno in the
morning one the river
