Speaker 5 (04:47):
Nine, Sacramento's New Kiss one oh seven point nine, Strawberry
and Lissa in the afternoon. Okay, So you heard the
news that Martin Lawrence's daughter and Eddie Murphy's so.
Speaker 4 (05:01):
They've been dating. They got engaged right before Thanksgiving.
Speaker 6 (05:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (05:04):
I love that two friends their kids are marrying each other. Rights.
Speaker 5 (05:08):
So here's my question, being that obviously they both either
have money or parents have money, right, Martin.
Speaker 4 (05:17):
Lawrence, Eddi Murphy have a ton of money.
Speaker 5 (05:18):
Right.
Speaker 4 (05:18):
The families are well off, right, So who pays for
the wedding? Oh? Good? Question? Splits these a little half
and half?
Speaker 5 (05:28):
Do you think they're splitting or do you think they're
like making one pay?
Speaker 1 (05:33):
Like?
Speaker 5 (05:33):
How does this work? I don't know because we I
know you have money and you know I have money.
Speaker 4 (05:37):
Right. Well, I mean traditionally where they say the father
of the bride pays, right, But this is a celebrity situation,
so everybody's got deep pockets. I think they're staying traditional here.
Speaker 7 (05:47):
Yeah, he said I gotta pay for it because he
he paid for his last daughter's web like the last
six weds, so well, he said, it's my turn, so
you can feel it alright.
Speaker 4 (06:03):
So Mark Lawrence is paying for it.
Speaker 5 (06:05):
Eddie Murphy is making Martin Lawrence pay for the wedding
because Eddie Murphy has other daughters. They're already married, and
he's already shelled out all that money.
Speaker 4 (06:14):
He said, no, it's your third That's funny. That's funny
that he told him so because they just got engaged.
It's funny that he told him so fast, said him.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
A quick text, Hey, congrats. By the way, By the way,
it's on you.
Speaker 4 (06:25):
I'm not paying for this. That's funny kiss. When I
was seven point nine, I wanted to join the conversation.
Speaker 2 (06:30):
Send Strawberry and Lizette a talkback message while you stream
the New Kiss. When I was seven point nine, only
always free, iHeartRadio appage.
Speaker 5 (06:38):
Okay, I found this TikTok, and I was appalled at
the knowledge level of these I'm assuming middle schoolers here
sacrament has New Kiss. When I was seven point nine,
Strawberry and lest in the afternoon, this guy walking around
in a mall I think up in Washington Seattle area
was giving like basic knowledge trivia to these two girls.
Speaker 4 (06:57):
Dana, We're gonna play the video. Tell us if you
think these students got the answer is right?
Speaker 8 (07:01):
All right.
Speaker 4 (07:02):
Here's the first question. How many days are in a year?
Do you think the kids at the mall got that
question right?
Speaker 8 (07:08):
Yes, I got if they had to have gotten that right.
Speaker 4 (07:10):
How many there's six like total total, thirty one?
Speaker 8 (07:14):
Nothing, that's oh in a year?
Speaker 4 (07:17):
In a year? Thirty one days in a year? Oh no, okay.
Here was the next question. Who was the first president
of the United states. Do you think they got that
answer wrong or right?
Speaker 8 (07:27):
They got it right?
Speaker 4 (07:28):
I don't know Abraham Lincoln. Abraham Lincoln, No, they did not.
Speaker 3 (07:35):
Lincoln was the sixteenth, they were fifteen other presidents before him.
Speaker 4 (07:39):
What continent are we on right now? Do they know
what continents were on?
Speaker 8 (07:43):
They got it wrong.
Speaker 4 (07:44):
You would hope they would get our continent correct. What
they say Washington?
Speaker 8 (07:49):
Oh my gosh, yeah, Washington's fired. I mean the state
of fires.
Speaker 4 (07:54):
Like it's like they don't know any other states or continents.
They just know Washington.
Speaker 8 (07:58):
If you're asking these questions during a time of day
that these kids should be at school, and so that's
like the posulation samples.
Speaker 4 (08:06):
That's a good question. Hey, they are getting delinquent? Yeah,
how many inches are in two feet? Do they know
how many inches are in two feet?
Speaker 8 (08:13):
They got it wrong for sure, in two.
Speaker 4 (08:17):
Feet two inches in two feet?
Speaker 8 (08:19):
Are they having a listening problem or just.
Speaker 4 (08:22):
I think they're hearing just fine. I think they just
don't know what countryes Hawaiian. I would hope they get
this one right. What do you think, Dana, do they
get it right or wrong?
Speaker 8 (08:30):
They got it right?
Speaker 4 (08:32):
The Philippines? Are you kidding me?
Speaker 8 (08:37):
Oh no, oh my gosh no.
Speaker 5 (08:40):
Unfortunately, Hawaii's not in the Philippines. Here's the last question.
Speaker 4 (08:45):
Let's just say, you guys, drive sixty miles for an hour,
how far do you travel?
Speaker 8 (08:50):
They got it right.
Speaker 4 (08:52):
I'm hoping the answer is right there. What they say right?
Two hundred. That's just great. That's great.
Speaker 5 (08:58):
So she thinks if you he travels sixty miles an
hour for an hour, you'll miraculously have traveled two hundred miles.
How do you feel about the current school system.
Speaker 8 (09:08):
I'm looking at a private school right now for my children.
Speaker 1 (09:12):

A man in Florida, Anthony Matta, got himself a litle
caught up after making It's a sad, teeny tunny mistake.
Speaker 4 (09:36):
It happens. So he was looking for some drugs, oh okay,
from illegal narcotics.
Speaker 5 (09:40):
Specifically like the kind that you can cook, You cook
and then make other stuff.
Speaker 4 (09:46):
Very bad illegal narcotics.
Speaker 5 (09:48):
Yes, So he placed a Craigslist ad, oh my, looking
for the goods, and cops were like, oh, look at this,
what a treat. An undercover officer arranged a meeting where
Anthony was supposed to meet him and make a purchase.
They agreed on eighty dollars, where he was, of course
met with cuffs, him and his little friend that he
(10:09):
brought with them.
Speaker 4 (10:10):
They both got arrested. So I hope it.
Speaker 3 (10:12):
When he went on Craigslist looking for drugs, he at
least used code words.
Speaker 4 (10:16):
Like my sure can use a twelve pack of Coca cola. No,
he literally said, I need math right now, ice and
that's crazy and the other one gotcha, who does that?
Speaker 5 (10:30):
Oh done, nice move, Anthony, real smooth. Brought to you
by Maverick Electric, Eating and Air. And they get the
job done right the first time.

We just found that out yesterday. It's Strawberry and Lazette's
on Sacramento's New Kiss one oh seven point nine.
Speaker 4 (11:43):
Time for Hella headlines.
Speaker 5 (11:45):
The beef between Chloe Kardashian and one of her niece's
grandma's has been reignited a sense of thanksgiving. Okay, So
I'm going to try to break down this family tree
as easily as I can for you.
Speaker 4 (11:56):
You know, Chloe's brother, Rob Kardashian.
Speaker 5 (11:58):
Yes, love Rob kardashi He has a daughter with a
girl named Black China. Her mother's name is Tokyo Tony.
Speaker 4 (12:05):
Of course it is. So that's the that's the grandma
right there.
Speaker 5 (12:08):
So Tokyo Tony and Chloe Kardashian, they've never really sat
well with each other. So a fan pointed out how
over the top Chloe's Thanksgiving celebration was while Black China's mom,
Tokyo Tony, spent her time like prepping meals, feeding the homeless,
giving back to the community. Chloe responded with a Bible
quote saying, don't do your good deeds publicly to be
(12:30):
admired by others, to which Tony responded.
Speaker 9 (12:36):
Let me see you whip up some macaroni and whip
up a little rice. That'd be nice, some fried chicken,
old bait. You can put your apron oil, you can
be pink, you can put a Vasachi hair bowl.
Speaker 4 (12:46):
One and everything.
Speaker 9 (12:47):
Get outside and do something.
Speaker 3 (12:48):
So Tokyo Tony knew that Chloe Kardashian was talking about her,
was sub tweeting her.
Speaker 5 (12:54):
Yeah okay, because Chloe was responding to the fan who
called them both out.
Speaker 4 (12:58):
Ah, so she seen that.
Speaker 5 (13:00):
And Rob Kardashian's baby mom Black China and the entire
Kardashian family have always butted heads.
Speaker 4 (13:07):
They've never liked to lost suit, wasn't them? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (13:11):
Yeah, So looks like they're gearing up for a new
season of The Kardashians.
Speaker 3 (13:16):

Speaker 4 (14:18):

able to help one person.
Speaker 5 (14:22):
Sacramento's Kiss one oh seven point nine Strawberry and Lisette.
In the afternoon, we have another Dear Santa talk bag.
Speaker 4 (14:31):
Oh my god, we know him.
Speaker 8 (14:34):
Dear Santa. This is Hannah in Vacaville, and I want
a cruise in the Mediterranean for Christmas this year.
Speaker 6 (14:43):
If anyone needs to get away this Christmas, it's you, Hannah.
What's worse the traffic or the poor air quality? Even
Lizette can tell you that Vaccaville means cowtown in Spanish.
That's what Vuccaville smells like. Cows. Maybe Santa should bring
you some moving boxes so you can move to a
real city that is more going for it than shopping outlets.
(15:07):
Merry Christmas, Hennan, hold.
Speaker 4 (15:09):
On, what does this have to do with me?
Speaker 5 (15:12):
He's just saying that, like even don't don't throw me
into this.
Speaker 3 (15:16):
You don't speak much Spanish, but you knew that Vacaville's
cow town. Cal Sacramento was cowtown not translated. But Santa
never really got to the point, is she going on
a cruise or not?
Speaker 4 (15:30):
Or calling you haul?
Speaker 5 (15:32):
Maybe maybe a Mediterranean cruise is a little much. It
sounds like he doesn't want to do that. Doesn't Stockton
have cruises?
Speaker 7 (15:41):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (15:42):
Literally maybe maybe?
Speaker 5 (15:44):
Yeah, you can go to Stockton's right down the street
and do a Stockton cruise.
Speaker 4 (15:49):
There you go. Thank you for your dear Santa. Talkback.
Speaker 3 (15:52):
It's Strawberry and Lazette Sacramento's new Kiss one O seven
point nine.
Speaker 2 (15:55):
You want to join the conversation, send Strawberry and Lizette
a talkback message while the new Kiss one O seven
point nine on the always free iHeartRadio.
Speaker 3 (16:03):
App gonna send you into the weekend with some good news.
What's good with Strawberry and Lazette on Sacramento's New Kiss
one oh seven point nine. We do this every afternoon
right around this time, and Wednesday, dozens of STAR students
in ranch Recordover were celebrated with a Target holiday shopping spring.
Speaker 5 (16:24):
Oh my god, that's all I ever wanted in Life's
your dream right, Target shopping spree.
Speaker 3 (16:29):
Yes, So STAR stands for Student Talent Achievement Reward.
Speaker 4 (16:34):
Oh, I would have not been able to do that.
Speaker 3 (16:36):
STAR and A Wednesday's event honored more than thirty four
students who achieved academic and behavioral excellence despite financial challenges.
So besides a one hundred dollars shopping spree at Target,
the students got a catered breakfast for them cut, they
all got their name called on the pacstone, they got,
(16:56):
you know, to come up in front of the crowd.
They got they got recognized with them and their parents.
This event was actually organized by the city of ranchial Kordova,
the police department and the fire department because eight years
ago a Rancho police officer noticed that there were students
achieving in the community, but the families didn't really have
the resources to celebrate the holidays, you know, yeah the way,
(17:21):
So that was Wednesday. You want to hear one of
the moms as she's watching her son get honored.
Speaker 4 (17:27):
All right, here's one of the moms at the Star
Student event in Rancher Kordova.
Speaker 6 (17:31):
Oh.
Speaker 4 (17:32):
I feel so proud of him, super proud of him
because he's a great kid. He works hard, he's diligent,
he's loving, he's kind, he's compassionate. I'm just proud of
him in general.
Speaker 3 (17:42):
Love it. And here's how much it means to these kids.
Here's that mom's son right here, this student.
Speaker 10 (17:50):
I also feel good because I'm like, I got a
lot of friends, but like they don't really like talk
about my grades. But all these people, like you're kind
of talking about my grade and you come on here
and you have to have good grade.
Speaker 4 (18:03):
And just be a good student to be here. Boom.
I love it.
Speaker 5 (18:07):
I would have loved to like talk over the PA
system and target yeah and do what and.
Speaker 4 (18:13):
Say it doesn't just make the announcements. Doesn't that sound fun?
That'd have been cool. Hey, next year, think about us.
Speaker 3 (18:19):
That's what's good with Strawberry and Lazette on Sacramento's New
Kiss one oh seven point.
Speaker 1 (18:24):
Nine streaming live, Strawberry and lazette every afternoon from three
till seven.
Speaker 2 (18:29):
On Sacramento's New Kiss one oh seven point nine and
Kiss one O seven point nine dot com.
Speaker 5 (18:34):
Okay, there's an updates from Flava Flave getting kicked out
of the Backstreet Boys dressing room that.
Speaker 4 (18:40):
We talked about yesterday.
Speaker 5 (18:41):
Yes, Sacramento's New Kiss one I was seven point nine
Strawberry Lasette in the afternoon.
Speaker 4 (18:45):
So this was in Hella headlines. I think that we
talked about this.
Speaker 5 (18:49):
Flava Flame was at the Rockefeller Christmas tree lighting celebration
and he was hanging out the Backstreet Boys in the
green room and then he got booted and he was like,
what did I do to anyone? Like I was invited.
I was just hanging out and then they kicked me out.
Speaker 4 (19:03):
Security escorted him out of the backstage area.
Speaker 5 (19:06):
So according to TMZ, Flava Flay was in fact not
on the guest list for the events.
Speaker 4 (19:13):
Oh that'll do it.
Speaker 5 (19:15):
So he was escorted out for bypassing security.
Speaker 4 (19:20):
Kevin from Backstreet Boys. Yeah, so that they didn't even
know Flava Flay was there.
Speaker 5 (19:24):
Otherwise, like they would have had a hand in having
him admitted. Uh huh, Like they would have had his back,
but they didn't know he was there, and Flava Flay
wasn't invited.
Speaker 4 (19:33):
He just like showed up. I guess he said.
Speaker 3 (19:37):
That Battery Boys invited him to come down and hang out,
and did.
Speaker 4 (19:42):
He wake up from a fever dream. It was all
a mirage.
Speaker 5 (19:45):
I guess they had security, like super super high end
after that CEO from the health care happened, so they
like really upped security for this event. So that's why
they were on top of Hey, let's throw Flavor Flames
not on the list. We don't know what he's capable of.
Speaker 4 (20:06):
We gotta throw him out all.
Speaker 5 (20:08):
I still put bad for Flavor Flame though, but you know,
rules of rules, the rules in my book.
Speaker 3 (20:12):
Poor Flavor Flav he's just trying to save Red Lobster.
That's all he's trying to do.
Speaker 4 (20:15):
Trying to have a good time. He's trying to have
a good time with Backstreet boys. Kiss When I was
seven point
Speaker 1 (20:20):
Nine, It's Strawberry and Lazette on Sacramento's New Kiss one
O seven point nine
