know you, please introduce yourselves and tell us about your
background and what you do exactly at mountain View Hospital.

I'm Jen and I am the director of Women and
Children's Services at mountain View Hospital. I oversee labor and delivery,
mother baby and the nick you. I have over twenty
eight years of OBI experience with the Sunrise Health System,
and I have an extensive experience working with high risk pregnancies,
emergency sitchuas and NIKEU deliveries.

My name is Janis. I am the NICKU manager here
at mountain View Hospital. I have been a nurse for
over fifteen years with a deep passion and specialty and
caring for premies, micropremies and newborns.

Jen and please tell us about your women's services team
at Mountain View Hospital.
Speaker 2 (01:18):
All right, Well, at mountain View Hospital, we provide comprehensive
labor services. We have a dedicated team of nurses that
specialize in handling those high risk pregnancies, antipartum, postpartum complications
and even emergencies. Our L and D team also includes
twenty four to seven in house OBIE laborists and anesthesiologists.
Our Mother Baby Unit has twenty seven private postpartum suites.

We offer lactation specialists, childbirth education classes and even OBI
unit tours. And then we have our Level three nick
You there's twenty four beds. We have board certified neonatologists
twenty four to seven along with a clinical team of
specially trained nurses and ancillar support team including respiratory therapists,

speech therapists, social workers and case managers who all collaborate
with our families to provide the best patient plan of care.

Now, janis I know that Mountain View Hospital has been
providing Level three NICKU services for the last thirteen years,
which means you've been caring for some of the tiniest
