positive note. Awesome Sauce six to ten weekday mornings with
the B ninety three Morning Show. Well, not every good
boy becomes a police dog, but that doesn't mean that
he's not a hero in his own way. Meet Bozzi,
three year old Belgian Malinoa, who was training to become

a K nine for the Monticello Police Department in Iowa. Now,
Bozi showed incredible skill in training, but this is very relatable.
Struggled when it came to working around real world distractions. Yeah,
too much of a good boy. After several attempts, his
trainers decided he might not be officially suited for rescue work.

Chief Britt Smith, who'd been leading Project Bozzi, the community
fundraiser to support his certification, had to make the tough
call to end the program. She said, Bozzi performed wonderfully
in controlled environments, but we had to make the hard
decision and stop his official training. Oh yeah, but the
story doesn't end in disappointment. It ends with a family.

Bozzi has officially been adopted by police Chief Smith and
his family. Where he's fighting right or where he's fitting
right in with both the human and furry members of
the household. So supporters who donated to Bozzi's training are
being offered refunds keep my money, but many are choosing
(01:29):
to leave their donations with the department to help fund
future K nine training. Bozzi may not be wearing a badge,
but he is still serving his town as the official
Monticello morale officer. How is it easier for a dog
to find a job than it is for a lot
of humans to find out?

still got a job, and he's still still like in
good spirits.
