to move to in Texas in twenty twenty five? All

in Universal PGA, Dallas Cowboys, Roller Down Beer Works, Rough Riders,
just got it, like an incredible brewery on Main Street
that we're invested in partners.

But just look at everything they have in Frisco.

Like, if they want something there, they go get it done.

They absolutely do. To see Dallas. That's how you become
number two. And we know we've been number two sports
rock just yes, yeah, who does number two work for
number one? And he guesses fort Worth?

Oh, I think that might be it because I'm just
playing the man here, not the game. I think the
way he responded, I think it's fort Worth or Cigaville.

Allan is a bustling suburb that holds its own in DFW.
Eighty seven percent of Allen's residents live within a ten

It's the same thing of playing out. I'm gonna get
to some green space as soon as I get home.

Second overall in Texas for safety, lowest property crime rate,
it's up, dude, Seventh, lowest violent crime rate. Yeah, the
cost of living in Allen ranks in the top twenty.
I would not have thought that I've saved so much
money living there.

And it is also the third best place to live
in the South in general outside of Texas as well
