I'm not even sure where to start with you, because
there's two major stories, and we're going to cover both.
One of them is now a congressman has released leaked
images of ID cards for illegal aliens being released in
the United States of America. According to a congressman, the administration,
the Biden administration, is trying to keep this on the

down low so that they will be giving official US
and Customs of Border IDs ICE docket cards. They call
them secure market cards that are basically like having a
driver's license. Are almost being like an American citizen. Now,
why does this matter because at the exact same time

that this is being released, we learned today that the
US is offering nearly and they did this again on
the down low, nearly a half a million Venezuelan migrants
legal status and work permits, following demands from strained liberal
cities to get them off their streets, saying if you

can give them the ability to work, then at least
we can get the hell out of here, get them
off our streets, get them away from US. Now, while
all this is happening, you also now have the welcoming,
loving state of New York that is now saying stop
coming here the governor there, and I'm gonna play this
for you in a little bit. But the governor there
has come forward and said, if you're gonna leave your country,

that's fine, but go somewhere else. So much for them
being a sanctuary loving city, right, they're saying, we don't
want you go away.

I'm going to deal with all that, and I want
to lay that out for you. But there's also some
other big news that deals with the Biden crime family,
and this is obviously very important. Jim Jordan has just
issued a second subpoena to the FBI agent who fled
the United States of America fled the country after his

interview fell through. The Republican from Ohio Jim Jordan, who's
the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, has sent another
subpoena to the FBI agent, Elvis Chan, after he left
the country when a scheduled interview for September fifteenth fell through.
That according to a letter obtained by The Daily Caller,

the House Judiciary Committee is demanding the Chan appear for
a deposition October fifth of this year to discuss his
role on the FBI's foreign Influence task force known as FITF.
This ahead of the twenty twenty presidential election. House Judiciary

(02:39):
subpoena Chan on September fifteenth to give an interview Thursday
after a dispute between Committee investigators and the DOJ derailed
his scheduled interview. That is what we knew based on
representations that the date of your deposition conflicted with the
dates of your official travel. As an accommodation, the Committee

is issuing you a new deposition subpoena that compels your
appearance on October fifth, twenty twenty three. The letter reads
that we now have The House Judiciary notified Chan before
his scheduled interview that he was allowed to He was
allowed to be legally represented by either his personal counsel

or an attorney from the Department of Justice. This according
to emails shared Thursday on Twitter by the Committee. The
Department of Justice brought a staff attorney to the scheduled
interview even though Chan agreed to be represented by his
personal attorney, and the interview fell apart as a result,

which tells you there's something nefarious going on here. Why
would the DOJ send an attorney if you already had
your own attorney unless they're trying to make sure that
you're covering something up for them, which brings us back
to this quote. Today, after an FBI employee traveled across
the country to voluntarily participate in a scheduled interview, he

was denied the right to have his chosen legal counsel
accompany him. The FBI previously told The Daily Caller in
a statement, quote upon arrival at the Capitol, Committee and
staff directed agency council to leave the premises, and the
interview was unable to quote proceed. Now, the FITF where

this man worked with social media companies to censor online speech,
included we now know the New York Post reporting on
the Hunter Biden laptop story in October of twenty twenty.
That's why this FBI employee's testimony is so important. In fact,
according to the Twitter files and the documents and the

House Judiciary Committee, we now know that the New York Times,
Washington Post and other media outlets had verified the contents
the Hunter Biden laptop archive. Yet you had a government
and people at the FBI that were trying to silence
and shut down the story and have big tech do it.

Representative Jim Jordan put out a tweet back in August
that said the Facebook Files Part four, the FBI lied
about meeting with Big Tech regarding the New York Post
Hunter Biden laptop story. Internal Facebook documents reveal that an
FBI special agent made false statements in testimony about the

FBI's role and the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story. Now,
that text message, or I should say, that tweet that
was put out by Jim Jordan was a tweet that
didn't get a lot of attention on August the seventh
because people didn't realize what it was connected to. And
now to this FBI agent and now and to this testimony,
and now the fact that guy's out of the country,

this is now obviously a big problem.

Now. To be clear, Chan appeared to lie about his.

Work on censoring the Hunter Biden laptop when he testified
in November of twenty twenty two for the ongoing Missouri v.
Biden online censorship lawsuit. Jim Jordan has also revealed that information.

Jordan also shared internal Facebook documents showing Chan had more
meetings with Facebook than he appeared to let on during
his testimony. In fact, Chan and this group at the FBI,
the FITF section and the chief there met with Facebook
on October the fourteenth and told the platform quote no

comment on whether Biden's laptop was real. That is what
with the testimony now shows us in the House Judiciary Committee.
Then you add this on to the other part of
the story, and that is the IRA whistleblower, Gary Shapley.

He testified to the House.

Waves and Means Committee in May and confirmed that the
FBI knew Hunter Biden's laptop was real in early twenty twenty,
which means they were lying to Big Tech when they
told them they thought that this intel when it broke
was Russian disinformation. In fact, Chan, the guy who's now

missing and overseas, testified that he was quote unquote confident
at the time he did not participate in any other
meetings with tech companies besides the one disclosed by his boss.
The internal Facebook documents, however, shared by Jordan, indicate that
Chan was lying. In fact, Chan had a follow up

meeting with Facebook officials on October fifteenth to discuss in fact,
the Hunter Biden laptop story.

Chan he was up to speed on the current.

State of the matter within the FBI, and that there
was no current evidence. This is exact quote, no current
evidence to suggest any foreign connection or direction of the leak.
A Facebook employee testified about the October fifteenth, twenty twenty meeting. Now,

the House Judiciary Committee's interview with Chant, they say, is clear.
It's a part of their investigation to the work by
government officials, they say, to pressure social media companies into
censoring political speech of stories that they didn't like. Now,
if you think about this from a taxpayer's only perspective,

I want you to think about what we are learning
and what this means. What this means is that people
at the FBI and the CIA and other government agencies
were in essence working for the Biden campaign, except you
were paying their salaries, and they were working for Obama
and others to cover up the corruption of the administration.

That's what they were doing.

They were using your tax dollars to pay for these
employees to work and to push propaganda. These FBI employees
were not working for the best interests of the country.
They knew they worked for They worked for Joe Biden,

running for president and they need a story to go away,
or they know there's a story that's really damning. They're like, gotcha,

media companies to silence these stories and to not allow

was a lot of conversation on Capitol Hill over the
last twenty four hours with Merrick Garland.

Merrick Garland was there. He was asked questions.

one of those issues was the question that he was
asked was about the statue of limitations expiring for the
years that Hunter Biden got income from Barisma. It was
clearly done on purpose. The prosecutor who's now the Special Prosecutor,
knew that the statue of limitations was coming to an

end and knew that then he couldn't charge Hunter Biden
with some of the most serious crimes for what happened
in Ukraine with Barisma, and that's why they did it.
They figured it out. The prosecutor said, Okay, I can
protect you just by slow playing this. I can protect
you just by making sure that the statue imitations disappears

and when it does, right, right, when it happens, right,
when this, when this happens, then it's game on for us.
We're in great shape because there's nothing else that we
have to worry about. There's nothing else we have to do.
We can't prosecute you for these crimes, so we're going
to be in a perfect situation. That's now what they're saying.

I want you to hear what Jim Jordan had to say.
He was on a podcast and he was asked a
question about the statue of limitations. Take a listen to this.

Yeah, Representative Johnson said, hey, can you tell me if
you've talked to the FBI about Hunter Biden? And this
was probably the most devastating answer. I don't recall. I
don't remember. I'm gonna these flashbacks from Bill Clinton's testimony
under oath.

I don't recall one hundred ninety seven times. Saying I
don't recall this is obviously slees ball speak for these
rats in Washington, d C. To like get out of
situations where they know they've been caught. What do you

Us who these this Because there is a letter that
David Wise sends a Senator Graham on July tenth, where
he says, I have not sought special counsel status. Rather,
I've had discussions with people at Maine Justice, at the
Justice Department.

Who do you have discussions with?

And again, Mary Garland woudn't answer that question, let alone
whether he can recall if he ever talked to the FBI.

It seems to me he probably would have. This is
a pretty high profile case.

But I really think the two biggest concerns about how
this was handled, the biggest of all in my judgment,
is letting the statute of limitations expire for tax years
twenty fourteen twenty fifteen. And I'm convinced the reason they
did that where those were the years Hunter Biden got
income from Barisma. And it's one thing to charge Hunter
Biden on a gun charge in Delaware that doesn't involve

Joe Biden, but the Barisma tax years directly involves the
President of the United States, And so I think that's
why they drug this case out. Every witness we've deposed
told us they slow walk this investigation. I think they
did it to let the statute of limitations expire on
those particularly troublesome years. From the perspective of the Bidens,
because never forget these four fundamental facts beening.

Four key facts. Hunter Biden got.

Speaker 4 (15:14):
Put on the bard of Barisma, got paid millions of dollars.
Fat Number two. He wasn't qualified to be on the
board of Barisma. His word's not mine, he said. He
got the job. He thinks largely because of his last name.
Fact number three. The executives at Barisma asked Hunter Biden,
we're under pressure.

Can you help us? Can you help us?

In DC Fac Number four, most important, Joe Biden goes
to Ukraine, gets the prosecutor fired, leverages our tax dollars
to accomplish that. Those four facts are why I'm convinced
they let the statute of limitations expire for those two
key years where he got millions of dollars of income
from this company, Barisma. And oh, by the way, that

last fact Fac Number four, that totally comports with what
the confidential human source told the FBI, and the FBI
recorded in the ten twenty three form that they didn't
want to let us see.

So that to me is the most compelling stuff here.

And then you got this investigation, like I said, trying
to sweep it all under the buck.

Jim Jordan laying it out there very clearly exactly what's
at stake here and just how corrupt the Biden crime
family was in all of this. Now, if you look
at Hunter Biden, all right, and let's go back to this,
because Hunter Biden and Joe Biden are won the same
when it comes to business partners. That's part of what people,
I think keep trying to forget is that Hunter Biden

doesn't have a job without the product, and the product
is Joe Biden. Hunter Biden's scheme doesn't exist without the product,
which is Joe Biden. You're selling access to Joe Biden.
Joe Biden is selling access to the United States government.
But that's how all of this is happening. And so
I don't care about Hunter Biden, right, I care about

Joe Biden. What you noticed before Congress is a g Garland.
He's like, well, I don't know anything that's going on.
I don't understand any of it, right, I don't know.
I'll give you another example when he just flat out
lies the Attorney General Garland doesn't even know if he's
investigating who leaked Hunter Biden's probe to the Washington Post,

which is against the law.

Are you investigating who leaked the information that appeared in
the Washington Post on October six, twenty twenty two. About
this investigation about the hunter By.

October sixth, twenty twenty two, Washington Post writes a story
about the hunter By an investigation. I'm just I wonder
if you investigated who leaked that information to the Washington Post.

I don't know the answer to that question.

Has it been referred to the Inspector General? Do you
know that?

I don't want my answer to suggest that there is
or isn't such an investigation. And I know that them
that the Inspector General who sent a letter to Congress
explaining that there was that he had an ongoing assessment
with respect to the whistleblower's charges. I don't know if
that's what you're referring to.

This is a guy who's in charge of the DOJ
and he doesn't even know what he is or isn't investigating,
has no idea what's going on here.

CNN said this about a G. Garland's testimony. Listen.

So Garland made clear this was not my decision. But
there are certain questions, important questions that remained. Why was
David Weiss's made special counsel five years into the investigation?

What necessitated that?

And why was doj willing to go into court about
two months ago and take a plea to a misdemeanor
for probation. That clearly has changed now those questions linger,
Jim Jordan will continue to press.

Them, CNN saying more questions than answers on the Hunter
Byden and Biden probe. They're forced to not cover for
these guys now because of this look, I expect Jim Jordan,
by the way, to get some serious answers. And this
FBI agent who fled the country after the interview fell through,
I think he's not gonna be able to get away
with that. I'm going to keep you updated on it.

I'll give you example, Governor Abby Phillips has said today,
if you're gonna leave your country, fine, leave your country,
but you need to go somewhere else.

This is also happening, as the White House says, states
using tools such as razor wire to stop illegal immigrants
they now say as a political stunt, because in Texas
they're now doing this.

into that.

I did so see those reports yesterday but as it
relates to Governor Abbott, we know what he has done
these past couple of years while this president has been
in office. He's turned this when it comes to the border,

he's done over and over again. That's what I can

to go back and get a sense from the team

So they're now saying you can't secure your own border,
even your state, and they're criticizing states that are trying
to do whatever they can to stop illegal immigration. They're
calling it a political stunt. Now, let's talk about the
politics this for a second, because it came out today
that former Presidentald Trump says if he is re elected,
he would quote unquote, immediately invoke a federal law granting

himself the unilateral power to detain and deport non citizens
in the United States who are older than fourteen years old.
This is exactly what a strong leader should be saying
right now, based on what we are seeing, which is
unprecedented amounts of thousands and thousands and thousands of people
coming across the border. There was also something else that

happened at the border. On the border, I should say.
The White House Press secretery refused to answer questions from
Fox News is Peter Deucy after calling on him and
then saying we're moving on, because I don't think she
knew how to answer the damn question.

When ten thousand people illegally crossed the border in a

Not a recipe for it. Right now is the recipe
for chaos. I mean, you see all the people coming
across the border. A lot of these countries, like Venezuela,
they're letting people out of prison and they're sending them
to the border. I mean, what's happening in this country
is a problem. There's Russians coming across the border, There's people.

As much as I hate to say this, I think
it's true that we're going to look back at some
point and say, there's going to have been some terrorist
attack in this country that is going to be traced
to what's happened to the border. And then of course
we know run of the mill crimes that happened. So
we've never had a more chaotic situation. As commander in chief,
you have to defend your people and you have to
ensure the territorial integrity of your country. Right now, we

have the drug cartels are controlling parts of our border
more so than our own US government. That will change
when I've become president. We'll make sure we're defending the country.

By the way, he just said something that's not controversial
that people are going to act like it's controversial. He
said that he will shoot cartel members at the border
and bring in our military to shoot them to secure
our border. That is not controversial to me. That's exactly

what should happen. It's not controversial to say that the
cartel members are killing Americans, sex trafficking, human trafficking, the
fetnal coming in and they're coming into our border, you
should shoot them. They should. They should be treated like
the people they are, and deadly force should be used.

This shouldn't be up for debate. This is something here
that should happen and it should be normal.

I don't care if it's DeSantis that does it or
Trump that does it. Either one of these guys. This
is something that should happen. There's also everify. By the way,
the Santa said in Florida, we have mandatory verify, and
he said the reason why is because we can't just
have two thousand migrants crossing the border every Monday morning.

Two thousand migrants cross yesterday alone, seven thousand, five hundred
crust just on Sunday. My question is, Governor, can migrants
work in Florida illegals? Can they work in Florida and
if not, will you pursue any employer who uses them?

been very effective.

We're happy to have people who are native Floridians, people
that move from other states and even from other countries
legally who come and all those different people contribute to

But illegal aliens coming is not something we've done, and
so we're proud to have stood up for the rule
of law. I think that that's what it should be.

We got to come in there and clean house. When
it comes to the border, this is going to be
a Day one issue for me. We're going to declare
it a national emergency. We're going to have military at
the border. We're going to stop the invasion that's happening.
I am going to build the border wall because I
think that that'll be effective. But I'm the only candidate
run in that is willing to lean in against the
Mexican drug cartels because they are ultimately responsible for the

chaos that we see with the drugs and the sex
trafficking and the human trafficking that ends when I become president.

how DeSantis just put it. I like the facts as
we're going to have the military at the border and

an invasion and the reason why you know it's an invasion.
