this Wednesday. The Palmbage County Commission has approved a plan
that will convert the Lakinta Inn on the Contribute Boulevard

into fifty five and older community that will be aimed
at assisting low income seniors. The facility has one hundred
and fourteen rooms that will be converted over the next
three to four years for permanent housing purposes. The county
will purchase the building for fifteen million dollars, with an
estimated total cost of ever twenty million for the conversion.
Book Raton. It's approved a new government redevelopment campus that

will establish a new thirty acre government complex downtown, which
is said to and include the possibility for not just
a city new city hall, but the vote will allow
developers to move forward with proposals allowing for potentially residential space,
new dining, hotel, commercial space as well. Hoffman's Chocolates. They've

closed their original green Acre store location. The South Florida
Staple had operated from the Green Acres location since its
founding in nineteen seventy five. Hoffman's other locations in Boca
del Rey for Lauderdale Pond, beach Gardens, and plantation remain open.

We'll have a warmer day on Thursday before a significant
cold front makes its way into the area. For Friday
gas prices, they fill another two cents per gallon. On Tuesday,
the average price four regular unleaded state wide three to
five per gallon. In the Palm Beaches the average price

three twenty per gallon, and Martin the average is three six,
and in Indian River County the average three six as well.
