votes and the House and Senate. Two bills that passed
the House over the weekend, the Surrendered Infants Bill and
a bill raising the threshold for citizen led proposed amendments,
qualify for inclusions on inclusion voters ballots. Under the Surrendered
Infants Bill, newboorn babies be able to be turned over
to authorities without questions or penalties. The Amendments bill would
