arrested in the sexual battery of a teenage boy while
playing hide and seek in Charlotte County. Twenty year old
Samuel Cobos Cormona is accused of assaulting a thirteen year
old boy in the teens backyard in Punta Gorda, Florida.
Cobos Cormona first entered the country illegally in twenty twenty one,

was caught and deported in Mexico. He returned in twenty
twenty two and went to Florida, and after being discovered
in Sarasota in twenty twenty four, he was released under
the Biden administration's catch and release program.

judge partially blocking President Trump's executive order on changing election rules.
As you heard from Brian's takeaways there, judge saying Trump
doesn't have the authority to require proof of citizenship for
voters in federal election. The ruling maintains the authority rests
with Congress and the states. The judge did leave other
tenets of the order in place, including rules regarding mail

in ballots. White House wants a Supreme Court to uphold
the administration's transgender military band. It's asking the High Court
to lift an injunction blocking the ban on openly transgender
military service members. First round of the twenty twenty five
NFL Draft is in the books. Titans selected um quarterback

to number two with the Browns to select Heisman Trophy
