It is not going to end on time. It's a
state House and Senate. We're unable to come to a
budgeting agreement by the end of the day Tuesday. Under
state law, a seventy two hour cooling off period is

As a result, state session will enter overtime this week.
Legislative leaders indicated to believe that they will be able
to reach an agreement by Friday. Disagreement siver spending levels
