Florida related kind of story, this one out of Polk County.

An employee at the racetrack in Lakeland called nine one
one about forty two year old Timothy Schultz, who they
say was acting bizarre. Deputy's then got to call around
eight am about a man in a lake behind the
Christina Hammock neighborhood. Folk County deputy say the suspect swam
in an alligator infested lake behind the pul De Sac.
He was even bitten by one of the reptiles and

he still kept going. Deputies arrived just when they say
Schultz was using a break to try and break into
a trunk. Then they say he attacked them with garden shears.
Deputies tried to taze him and to de escalate the situation.
A full County Sheriff Greedy john says Schultz climbed into
one of their patrol vehicles and tried to grab their
rifle or shotgun. He was shot multiple times and did
not survive. Deputies believe Schultz was likely on meth at
