also Dexter's Bill that he signed into law. The new
law is making a felony to restrain and abandon a
dog during a declared disaster or evacuation, also enhance penalties
for aggravated animal cruelty, also create the state's first animal
abuser database to prevent abuse and aimed at protecting communities.

For the second straight year, Delray Beach been named the
best beach in Florida by USA Today's Readers Choice Awards.
Stuart Beach moved up a spot from six to fifth
this year, and for the third straight year. The Florida
Panthers Eastern Conference Champions after taking Game five by a
