Court ruling on Florida's most recent immigration law, pass in February.

dissents were noted, so this means the Florida law is
on hold during the legal fight over SB four C.
A lower court judge initially blocked the law in April,
finding it violated the supremacy clause, which leaves immigration enforcement
up to the federal government. But the judge also found
it violated the commerce clause with unacceptable burdens on interstate

Budget said off between Indian River County Sheriff Eric Flowers
and County Commissions continue to Wednesday's commission meeting as commissioners
and Sheriff Flowers remain about ten million dollars apart on
funding for the operation of the Sheriff's Department. Commission will

resume a budget hearing today. Public comment is scheduled for
two fifteen this afternoon. An eight day closure of Northlake
Boulevard at B Line Highway will begin on August first
for CSX to begin to make major repairs to the
railroad crossing, which will include removing rails, panels, and signals.
