Bryan Wesley Ruth appeared in federal court in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Dressed in a gray business suit, complete with a tie,
a shave, and a haircut. He looked a bit more
cleaned up than in previous appearances. He remained shackled only
at his ankles. Judge Eileen Cannon appeared to grow frustrated
with Ruth, especially when reviewing his submitted jury questionnaire, which

included asking whether prospective jurors would stop to help a
turtle on a road. Ruth is accused of plotting to
kill President Trump last September, as the then candidate was
golfing at his club in West Palm Beach. The incident
occurred just a couple months after the campaigning president survived
being shot in Pennsylvania.

He thinks he's smarter than he is, because what he's
looking for is he's thinking that, oh, those those evil
right wing Trump people, they would just they would aim
for the turtle in the road. It's unreal. Even if
that ridiculous question had been allowed. This just in Ryan,
I have stopped not only for turtles, but for birds

and other related creatures in the road and move them.
In fact, I've even stopped four lanes of traffic before
to do it. My wife, Ashley is also stop traffic
to get animals across, and we most certainly do not
have TDS. So I don't know that would have worked
out his way, even if he had gotten his way

Second Amendment Sales Tax Holiday. Governor de Santis kicked off
the sales tax holiday on Monday by saying We're committed
to helping Floridians keep more of their hard earned money,
and the Second Amendment Sales Tax Holiday one way to
do that. The sales tax holiday, which runs through December thirty, first,
allows for the tax free purchase of firearms, ammunition, bows

and crossbows, and related accessories, in addition to numerous camping
and fishing related to items. Additionally, the five year gold
sportsman hunting and fishing license, which is usually five hundred dollars,
being offered for two hundred and fifty dollars. The Treasure
Coast first new hospital and over a decade opens at
nine this morning. The Florida Coast Medical Center imports seeing

Lucy near Becker Road to the Turnpike, begins full twenty
four hour emergency and outpatient care services again starting at nine.
Three candidates have qualified for the Fort Pierce District two
commission set vacated by James Taylor following his recent arrest
and resignation. Donna Benton, Chris Tzorski, and Jamie Beth Gallanish
will compete in the November fourth runoff election. Mix of clouds, rain,

I am sorry for all asthma sufferers, like my wife Ashley,
but again over the threat of hurricanes, it's price worth paying.
Saharan dust is tracking clear across the Atlantic. We have
it stretching from basically the Leeward Islands on its way

to US right now, all the way across to Africa.
And that is why here we are one day away
from the absolute peak of hurricane season. But the National
Hurricane Center's tropically clear from tropical cyclone activity for at
least the next seven days. I cannot remember the last time.
I wasn't able to remember the last time that had happened.
