Speaker 2 (00:13):
Welcome to the Brian Mud Show. Thanks for listening. Passion
plus talent is unstoppable. It's time for today's Top three takeaways.
Is the OBBB the dab or will it be improving?

Speaker 3 (00:29):
Also?

Speaker 1 (00:29):
What does it mean to you these days? Hey there,
Happy Thursday. I think I mean like there's a lot
of grind mgear stuff that goes on, including just the
absurd judicial overreach yesterday there we had multiple occasions of
this taking place. I ended my takeaways by saying that
we had a real kind of litmus test of the
legal system in front of us. By what I figured

(00:52):
would end up happening, it happened even quicker than I thought.
With the family of the Boulder terrorists, you know, the
all Passo dude aka the Egyptian Islamic terrorists, it's an
illegal immigrant because yeah, we heard that Ice detained his family.

(01:15):
We ended up learning that said family had their visas
refolked and there are also visa violations there.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
Maybe they're not hero.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
I legally, and so would they be allowed to be deported.
Here's the way this went down. Yesterday, Fox's Christian.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
Goodwin, lawyers for the wife and five children of Mohammed Solomon,
filing a complaint to halt deportation proceedings, a US district
judge granting their request. While Solomon's family members have not
been charged in the attack, they were taken into federal
custody as officials investigate whether they knew what he was planning.
The forty five year old Egyptian national is accused of
targeting a group of demonstrators calling for the release of

(01:56):
Israeli hostages, injuring at least fifteen people and a dog
with a flamethrower in molotov cocktails.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
I am not at all a violent person. I don't
like war, for example, when we can start there and
work backwards. This stuff makes me want to throw things. No,
we we can't support the illegal m forget for a moment.
These people are the family members of a terrorist. They're
not in this country legally. They had visa violations too,

(02:26):
their visas are evoked.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
Get rid of them. They have no right and you
add in, oh, by the.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Way, family of the terrorists, and still did anybody mention
who appointed this US District judge Gordon Gallagher? I didn't
get into it, actually, bid yeah me, it's a not
surprising good call. Uh, just outrageous and speaking of Democrat
judges and outrageousness. Boseburg, you know, the the DC judge

(02:59):
that you know from the word go is like, hey,
the Maryland man, he should be like nominated for Times
Man of the Years. So the MS thirteen terrorists not
only did kill mar said kill mar H get receive
an order from Bosberg yesterday that he should get full
due process, but every single one of those deportees to

(03:22):
El Salvador, all those terrorists.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
It is beyond outrageous.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
At this point, the United States Supreme Court needs to
step in like yesterday and really two months ago and
make this crap stop. There is no defense. It is
outrageous and an abomination on every level. It is post
constitutional what the judicial system.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
Is doing here.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
It must must stop now onto the dab and obbh.
So my top tequay, Actually, maybe it won't be the
dab after all. Maybe you know, it seems that Elon
Musk might be doing his biggest dosing to date now

(04:07):
that he's no longer part of the administrative state. It
was on Tuesday in the ex Post heard around the
world that Elon said, I'm sorry, but I just can't
stand it anymore. This massive, outrageous, pork filled congressional spinning
bill is a disgusting abomination. And with that prolific post,

(04:28):
the OBBBB had been branded the Dab by one of
the most influential, incredible people in the world. I haven't
heard anybody else referred to it as the Dab other
than me. Not heard it, but I don't know should
get that in front of Musk, like, look, man, it's
the Dab.

Speaker 3 (04:46):
And he's definitely not down with it.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
So not only did he cash shame on those who
voted for it, he followed it up with a series
of posts all throughout the day, really into the night
this morning saying things like this Congress is making American bankrupt.
Had this one that really rocked the congressional world. In
November next year, we fire all politicians who betrayed the

(05:12):
American people. Now, if there's one thing that might be
scarier for any congressional Republicans than losing the potential Musk
money train, to fund their campaigns. Voints the potential that
he would be funding the campaigns to kick them out
of office. So that is something that hits many of
them where it hurts. After that, by the way, you
get a series of supportive posts by members of Congress

(05:35):
like Rand Paul and Mike Lee, which Elon Musk then
reposted and must said. Interest payments already consume twenty five
percent of all government revenue. If the massive deficit spinning continues,
there will only be money for interest payments and nothing else.
No social Security, no medical, no defense, nothing. So it
had become clear that Elon Musk wasn't going to voice

(05:58):
his issues with the big disgusting Abomination Bill and just
walk away from what he perceives to be a growing
dumpster fire that could consume the whole of our country
or put us into debt slavery, which is ano their
term that Elon used to describe what he thinks will
happen if Congress passes the obb B. It's my second

(06:23):
takeaway today. So what happens now, Well, there are a
couple things. You can go to the White House website
with a landing page that's aimed at allowing you to
calculate your potential tax savings should the One Big Beautiful
Bill Act pass. Incidentally, my savings was zero just and

(06:46):
spoiler alert, yours probably is too, unless you're earning tips
are overtime. If you are earning tips are overtime, actually
it's kind of cool and easy to use, and you
might have fun with that. The next big thing that
is likely to change is the bill itself. If the
he was on members of Congress who were spinning levels previously,
it is likely to be off the charts high now.

(07:07):
In the meantime, President Trump, who is probably seeking to
appease Elon's sensibilities, he was trying to, I think quickly
run a little interference yesterday when he introduced a recisions package,
a clawback to some previously approved government spending that Doge

(07:28):
said needs to go. Senator Rand Paul have this to
say about that to Fox's Larry Cuddlow yesterday, I tell the.

Speaker 5 (07:35):
American people, if your congressman or woman does not vote
for a nine billion dollar recision, come to Washington, flood
the streets and go out and vote.

Speaker 3 (07:46):
There you go. So Rand and Elon hand in hand.

Speaker 1 (07:50):
So President Trump did call in Congress to claw back
nine point four billion dollars in DOGE savings through wasteful
foreign aid spending at USAID and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Now,
how is Speaker Mike Johnson, who most recently said that
Elon Musk is wrong about the OBBB will act quickly
on the President's request. Now, that's a good thing, especially

(08:13):
reducing public broadcasting funding, but it's not even measurable as
a rounding air in the overall like federal deficit picture
in this conversation, that has got to go so much deeper,
so much significantly farther, not just to stave off potential slavery,
but also if you want to change Elon musk tone,

(08:34):
because the GOP loves having Musk defending the president leading
the dosing. The Musk not a politician. He's not interested
in winning elections. He is interested in fixing the country
my third takeaway today. And he's also obviously into autonomous driving,
sending things into space, boring brain implants which freak me out,

(08:56):
and unprecedented connectivity, among other things. So maybe Elon's leadership
will lead to a bill that is, if not beautiful,
maybe at least I don't know, somewhat aesthetically pleasing or
maybe at the very least isn't a discussing abomination. Maybe
about that. Uh, here's set of Majority Leader John Thoon.
If you're like trying to get a temperature check. He

(09:17):
was asked specifically, Okay, Musk is calling your thing here
an abomination?

Speaker 3 (09:22):
Let's say you, John, And.

Speaker 4 (09:24):
I think that what he stated was that he thought
it was something that.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
Would add to the deficit, and we believe the opposite.

Speaker 3 (09:30):
Oh that doesn't sound good.

Speaker 1 (09:33):
That's that is not the winning message right there with
Elon anyway. Uhh so hm, now there are a couple
things about that. By the time House Speaker Mike Johnson
was done appeasing blue state Democrats by significantly lifting the

(09:53):
deductible amount of salt tax, the CBO found more bloat. Yesterday,
these Congression Budget Office, in the middle of all this,
released their latest estimate of the amount of additional debt
over the next decade if the current version of the OBBB.

Speaker 3 (10:11):
Would pass.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
Now they're saying, hey, two point four trillion more in debt.
That's up one hundred billion dollars from the original estimate.
But the latest estimate of the Big Blooded Bill did
include a lot of other stuff that was instructed to.
For example, numbers were broken out for how many slugs
we've been paying for and how many illegal immigrants we've

(10:33):
been feeding through federal government assistance programs most recently, by
the way, ten point nine million on the former, one
point four million on the latter. Now, if you're wondering
the slugs, what do you mean? In certain circles, it
has been reported that ten point nine million people will
lose healthcare under the OBIT, which, by the way, is

(10:55):
my new name for this thing while we sort out
what it's actually going to be. OBIT, the one big
indeterminate thing that I think is the appropriate name in
real time, the one big indeterminate thing. So, now, those
are not ten point nine million people who will lose
healthcare under the oh bit. Those are ten point nine
million slugs that should have salt and not the tax deduction,

(11:18):
but like actual sodium dumped on them, because it would
probably prompt a constructive response to get their butts off
of their stinking couch and their bond bonds. Maybe they
would move around a little bit, as opposed to exclusively
just sucking off of the government tee ten point nine
is the number of people who currently receive Medicaid, are

(11:38):
able bodied and of working age, but don't do anything.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
Don't do at least twenty hours a week of.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
Work, don't look for work for at least twenty hours
a week, or perform at least twenty hours of community
service per week. That is the Medicaid work requirement. Ten
point nine million. That's how bad it is. That's somebody
just outright slugs, creatures of the day are out there
living off of you on Medicaid alone. The only outrageous

(12:08):
thing is that we're still talking about all this debt
and we're still paying for this in real time. And
as for the one point four a million illegal immigrants
on food stamps, those aren't just the ones that are
already detected that, I mean, you've got a lot more
that aren't necessarily known, which makes it all that much

(12:29):
more special. But it does make the question the one
point four million, if we actually know who they are,
so that we can get a number of oh yeah,
one point four million people illegally here, illegally collecting.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
Food assistants. Why don't you go get them? I know it?
Judge would say, you can't do that. Go get them nice,
go get them I've had it.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
It is the only government agency should not be anything
to do with food assistance. It should be with ice
and deportation to the country where they belong. So anyway,
that is the current state of affairs with the O
B b B, also known as the dab in what
is effectively the oh bit, fingers, cross salons and influence

(13:20):
leads to something productive from here.
