Every day walking five miles and the dog jewel. All right,
you can learn something from that. Be inspired. Maybe you
are truly blessed with a gift to provide detailed facts
on every subject, allowing the listener to understand and make
an informed decision. My question today, based on the information
in fact you provided this morning regarding the taxpayer's costs
(01:50):
for pain for illegal immigrants, can President Trump have an
executive order eliminating any and all federal assistance to illegal immigrants,
effective immediately. This may be another way for them to
consider self deportation if there is no longer financial and
free medical care that many US citizens do not receive.
Speaker 2 (02:08):
Yeah, so appreciate the note.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
And speaking of this topic somewhat globally, yesterday, Montana Senator
Tim Cheehe who had this to say, the truth is
we have millions of illegal immigrants in this country, millions
of them that came here knowingly violating the due process
of how to come here the right way, right And
(02:31):
because of this point, we made it comfortable because you
could get here and then get better treatment than US citizens.
As the listener noted, now, what was the last time
you had your housing paid for by other people? Do
you get to pay for your house and you get
(02:51):
to pay for that of a legal immigrants? All the
other assistance programs they've gone on, so about that, Your
point is exactly right, and the answer is yes. President
Trump has taken executive action attempting to end the abuse
of federal government assistance programs by illegal immigrants. As that
recently reported, and this was about a week ago that
I covered this and received this note, The average lifetime
(03:13):
netlifetime financial impact of each illegal immigrant from the time
they entered this country until the time they exit, be
it by deportation or death, is sixty eight thousand dollars.
And that is a figure net of taxes paid by illegals.
One of the longstanding arguments by the left has been
that most assistance programs are not available to illegal aliens.
(03:33):
There's a great deal of irony associated with that assertion.
By definition, they're very present in this country is illegal.
If that obviously didn't stop them from breaking the law,
I'm not sure why they think that suddenly changes once
they're settled here. As I've discussed, abuse of government assistance
programs has become the norm for those lacking illegal status
in this country. But the biggest abuse of all came
(03:54):
through the use of a loophole opened to asylum seekers
during the Biden administrations treated asylum seekers as though they
were fully lawful. Okay, So rather than assuming that no,
you've got to prove your lawful before gained the benefits
of this country, they just automatically got the benefits up
(04:15):
at the moment that they did.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
What Joel, Well, they come to the border, they see
the agents beaten down by the Biden administration and.
Speaker 1 (04:26):
Is he.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
These were I say, asylum.
Speaker 3 (04:31):
And then the border patrol agent basically gives them everything
that they didn't even ask for.
Speaker 2 (04:35):
That's right.
Speaker 1 (04:36):
Yeah, you know you want a five star in Manhattan
or do you want you know, nice comfortable accommodations in
South Florida.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
You tell us where you want to go?
Speaker 1 (04:43):
And we make it happen, and then the NGOs would
would make sure they get hooked up with all the
government assistants programs from there.
Speaker 2 (04:49):
So that is an example of how this so.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
Anybody who would do that type of thing automatically, given
the benefit of the doubt in government assistants access by
the Biden administration, including over two million who are given
Social Security numbers, Isn't that fun? These are the programs
that Joe Biden opened up to these illegal immigrants, to
these I'm sorry asylum seekers, food stamps, child nutrition programs,
(05:18):
temporary assistance for needy families, supplemental Security income.
Speaker 2 (05:23):
Isn't that fun?
Speaker 1 (05:25):
Childcare and Development Block Grant, Earned Income tax Credit, the
Child tax Credit, Obamacare, Premium tax Credit, Obamacare costs sharing subsidies, Medicare, Medicaid,
Children's Health Insurance Program, pell grants, student loans, head start,
public housing, and even the Coronavirus, State and Local Fiscal
(05:49):
Recovery Fund.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
Good times, And.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
Of course, the average wait time for an asylum case
to be heard it takes a while, about as long
as it does for stage four prostate cancer to develop,
actually five years, approximately five years entering this year, and
as we've seen over ninety seven percent of asylum seekers
are determined to be nothing more than illegal immigrants gaming
(06:13):
the system once the legal process is complete. There is
no relative strain one government programs that is greater than
the costs of illegal immigrants. And this is a large
part due to sixty three percent of illegal immigrants receiving
at least one form of federal government assistants, with eighty
eight percent of all illegal immigrants with children partaking, the
highest percentage of any group in the country. So, in
(06:36):
addressing today's note, can President Trump put an end too
abuse of federal assistance programs by illegal immigrants and bogus
asylum seekers. But President Trump assigned two executive orders aimed
at doing just that. On February nineteenth, President Trump signed
the Preserving Federal Benefits for American Citizens Order. As is
stated in the fact sheet provided by the White House,
(06:57):
the order directs federal departments and agencies to identify all
federally funded programs currently providing financial benefits two illegal aliens
and take corrective action, and that comes in many different ways.
As is identified in the order, this includes direct federal
assistance programs, housing, sanctuary policies, of state local governments that
(07:21):
take in federal funds, so the costs huge. The House
Homeland Security Committee estimated the costs of government assistance programs
for illegal aliens allowed in only during the four years
of the Biden administration four hundred and fifty one billion
dollars if left unaddressed.
Speaker 2 (07:41):
Next up.
Speaker 1 (07:42):
On April fifteenth, as a result of DOGE findings, which
included three hundred forty two thousand, eight hundred and ninety
non citizens collecting Social Security payments, President Trump issued a
memorandum directing the Social Security Administration to ensure illegal aliens
are no longer collecting Social Security payments. So we've yet
to receive updates from the administration as to if meaningful
(08:04):
progress has been made because of these two directives. But
that said, I can provide a rough estimate of the
progress that has been made. At a minimum, as of
mid May, an average of seven hundred and seventy eight
daily ICE detentions had taken place since January twentieth, a
number that has risen as time is advanced. Given the
usage rates of government assistance programs by illegal immigrants, a
(08:26):
bare minimum estimate would be fifty eight thousy three hundred
and twenty seven illegal immigrants that would have been removed
from federal assistance programs as of today based on ICE's
actions alone. So if the federal government has been successful
in removing non detainees, the number would obviously be considerably higher.
(08:47):
I'll keep my eyes open for that and we'll pass
it along when I get that information.
