A of today. This is the Brian Mud Show. Today's

out mass deportations? This is brought to you by listen
ashes check mark collections. Each day a future listener question

You see that little microphone button, you tap it. You
(00:45):
may lay down a message right there, maybe for a
future Q and A. Today's notice this at Brian Mud Radio.
Now that the BBB assigned, does the President have what
he needs to ramp up deportations? First award this from
White House Deputy Chief of Staff and Homeland Security Advisor
Steven Miller. The greatest gift that could be given by
(01:08):
America to ICE officers is what is in President Trump's
big beautiful bill All right, So that is encouraging if
you are looking for the rule of law to be
uphild here and ICE to have the resources necessary for
this couple of important points. With the one big, beautiful
bill ack down law, president Trump will have the resources
(01:28):
he needs to carry out his agendas, specifically on immigration
going forward. The only question is to what extent and
got a little bit of everything here for you. So specifically,
the law includes forty six and a half billion dollars
in funding for a quote integrated border barrier system better
known as the Southern Border Wall, and a total of
(01:49):
seventy four point nine billion dollars for ICE attention and
deportation activities. Now, this is the first place where it's
kind of worth pumping the brakes a little bit as
to whether or Trump does have all of the resources
needed to fully carry out his agenda just by virtue
of this one piece of legislation. In early June, I
estimated the high end cost to complete the Southern border
(02:12):
wall based on DHS data, to be around twelve billion dollars. Okay,
so the greater than forty six billion allocated for a
border barrier system. Boy, that's not only enough to finish
construction of the southern border wall. Shoot, it could effectively
cover the cause of a northern wall too. See Joel
(02:34):
the big smile in his face. He likes the thought
of this. Hey, maybe that's President Trump's evincial plan here.
You know, Canada, if you don't want to be the
fifty first state, you know what that means. I'm gonna
have to build a wall. As for whether the Trump
administration has the resources needed to carry out NASS deportations,
(02:56):
well that depends. So based on the latest DHS data,
the average cost to arrest, detain, and to port in
illegal alien is seventeen thousand, one hundred and twenty one bucks.
Isn't that fun everyone that comes through, It's how much
it cost us just to get them back out. That
(03:18):
makes sense, right, So if a due process, you get
your due process. If all seventy four point nine billion
dollars in appropriations for ICE activities, you win exclusively towards
this effort, the Trump administration could deport about four point
four million illegal immigrant aliens, and it's a lot. But
(03:42):
to put this in perspective, that would only account for
about a third of the total estimated border crossers that
came in only during the Biden administration. Let me give
you a breakout of what that looks like and how
I get to this and for a lot of people.
So I'll also be interesting because we have enough updated information,
I can tell you pretty much precisely exactly how many
(04:05):
Remember numbers just kept being thrown around about how many
people came into the country that shouldn't have during Biden.
We have those numbers now. So you had ten point
eight million encounters with Customs and Border Patrol. They'll let
people being processed into this country ten point eight million.
(04:25):
You had two million getaways. You had one point four
million that were granted a TP if that's for join
me you know, TPA being humane. Oh I thought you
meant okay TPS. Yeah, it's just temporary protected status. They're
granted TP at your expense as well, I'm sure. But
(04:48):
in nine hundred and thirty seven thousand brought in through
the CBB one home app. You know, why go to
the southern border when we can just fly you over it? Right,
So that is a grand total of fifteen point one
million people that are in question. That's how many were
allowed in that we that can account for by all
(05:10):
methods during the four years of Biden. Last year, one
point three million total immigration cases those seeking a salem
were completed, which, by the way, take a look at
that one for a moment. I'm just looking at this.
I didn't even go down this path originally. We weren't
(05:30):
able to process one point three million of these cases
last year. How many years is going to take you
to deal with fifteen point one million people, I'd see
told working on the math here, it's a lot, right,
ten twelve somewhere around there. So of them. Out of
these people talked about overwhelming the system. Right out of them,
only thirty four percent of asylum seekers completed the legal
(05:54):
process CAY. So for the ones that win to conclusion,
the one point three million cases that process last year,
only thirty four percent even completed it. I talked about
most of them get in here and days go missing,
never to be heard from again, except for the NGOs
to get them all with the government assistants programs. Of
course that's the case with two thirds of them. Two
(06:14):
thirds never showed up for cord appointments. But we need
to bring more woman fluffies across. There is seeking segnum
and of those who did complete the process, only thirty
five point eight percent were granted this segnum. And so
this means that eighty eight percent of the people who
(06:39):
approached the border patrol agents and said a sse this
is what they say, a segnum border patroling. Oh another
magic a word person great, be awesome for our country
in the long run. So this means eighty eight percent
of those people, eighty eight percent of asylum seekers were
ultimately determined to be nothing more than a legal immigrants,
(07:00):
having gained and taken advantage of the system upon the
completion of the process. So, for the sake of this exercise,
let's use that information and project it out and estimated
thirteen point three million of the fifteen point one non
citizens to enter the United States under the Biden administration
(07:21):
are illegal immigrants. Fun Now, with the administration only having
the resources to arrest, detan and deport four point four
million based on the most recent cost process, the Trump
of administration only has right out a third of what
it needs to deport the illegal immigrants that were allowed
in only during Biden's time. I mean that didn't count
anybody else that's here before those four years. Now, perhaps
(07:45):
in time the detention and deportation process would become more efficient.
That would be the hope and maybe expectation, if mass
deportations were to eventually take place. However, even then, kind
of hard to see how there's going to be anywhere
near enough money to cover just even the people that
came in during the four years of Biden let alone.
I mean, remember, you're you're good old Maryland man. You
know you're you're just great dad. No way a wife
(08:10):
of user MS thirteen human trafficker and smuggler. I mean,
in no way that that guy was in if you
recall during Obama. So we got plenty of them roaming
around two and we're just talking about here dealing with
the four years of Biden and not coming close to
getting there. So as much as anything, I think this
breakout demonstrates the extent that the damage done during the
Biden administration that will likely never be completely undone. And
(08:34):
that was always the plan to flood the country, overwhelm
the system, straight out of rules for radicals,
