A just like this one.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
Hey, Brian, I listened to you and Joel every morning.
Thanks for filling in for Clay and Buck megadidos. Where
do you find the information that illegals are more likely
to commit crimes than US citizens.
Speaker 1 (01:06):
Now you bet and you know it was while a
guest so seen for the Clyde Traffs and Buck Sexton
show last Thursday, that I had this to say related
to this topic. Attempted border crossings are down ninety three percent,
access into the United States down by ninety nine percent,
and the CBP one home app that was used by
(01:29):
the Biden administration of fly nearly one million illegal immigrants
into the United States now being used to fly illegal
immigrants out of the United States. And on that note,
isis daily detentions of fifty three percent over a year ago,
and surprise surprise, as the detentions rise, crime is falling.
Homicides down by twenty one percent so far this year,
(01:50):
robberies too, property crime sixteen percent lower, violent crime in
general down eleven percent. The biggest impact often the biggest cities,
but the biggest illegal immigrant populations like Denver and Aurora, Colorado.
This is of absolutely no surprise as the non citizen
crime rate last year accounted for twenty four percent of
(02:11):
all drug trafficking, twenty five percent of all property crimes,
twenty eight percent of all fraud, among other things, and
non citizen crime rates had become nine hundred and fourteen
percent higher than the average legal citizen. In fact, during
the four years of the Biden administration, total crimes committed
by non citizens rose by six hundred and twenty six percent.
(02:35):
I mean, just all remarkable for all the wrong reasons.
Right now. As I have updated this information annually in
recent years, I get this question frequently. People want to know, Okay,
where is it you're getting this because news media does
not cover this. If anything, they'll spend it to try
(02:57):
to make it sound as though, oh, no, crime was
was less with with illegal immigrants. Okay, let's start with
the fact that they're here illegally. But anyway, in addressing
today's question regarding where it is that I'm able to
derive these statistics, customs in Border Patrol keeps records of
what they call criminal non citizen statistics. And by the way,
(03:21):
as part of this story, I'll have this posted before
the end of the show. With all my stories today
on the Brian Mucho blog, I will have the link
to this, but also all of my source material, so
you can just go right into the story. You can
click it and start looking around the information for yourself.
And all I do is I take the information from
Customs and Border Patrol compared to the crime rates that
(03:43):
we get from the FBI and other sources, and boom,
there you have the outcome that I talked about. Now
as explained by Customs and Border Patrol with their criminal
non citizen statistics, they say the term criminal non citizen
refers to individuals who have been convicted of one or
more crimes, whether in the United States or abroad, prior
(04:07):
to interdiction by the US Border Patrol. It does not
include convictions for conduct that is not deemed criminal by
the United States Records. Checks of available law enforcement databases
following the apprehension of an individual may reveal a history
of criminal convictions. That conviction information is recorded in the
(04:28):
US Customs and Border Protection database from which the data
is derived. Okay, so there you go. Now, this again
is the source for all the related information I've shared
over the prior four years. And notably, as I reported
last year, this happened. If you take a look at
the track record of the Biden administration, non citizen crime
(04:51):
rates for sexual offenses rose one hundred and eighty two
percent one hundred and eighty two percent under Biden those
four years, illegal drug possession and trafficking up five hundred
and thirty two percent, assault battery, domestic violence up six
hundred and two percent, burglary, robbery, larceny, theft and fraud
(05:15):
up six hundred and four percent, illegal weapons possession, transport
and trafficking up six hundred and twenty seven percent, duy,
which is always fun, because of course they not only
should not be here, but they certainly shouldn't behind a
wheel of car anyway. And then drinking six hundred and
eighty five percent increase, and non citizen DUIs illegally illegal
(05:39):
entry and reentry up six hundred and ninety seven percent.
And then the granddaddy of them all, homicides and manslaughter. Naturally,
the highest percentage increase would be reserved for the worst,
right only the worst, for these people, and for the
Biden administration. Homicide and manslaughter up nine hundred in sixty
(06:01):
seven percent non non citizens during Biden's four years. Other
than that, I mean just warm and fluffy. You're shaking
your hand, Jel, These are warm and fluffies. I'm just
thinking they all need their due process, that's right. Yeah,
you definitely want these people to stay around as long
as possible, and you want to be paying for them
to be here too, for as long as possible. So
it was crystal clear that the Biden administration's open border
(06:22):
policies dramatically increased all types of crime in society. There's
also no indication of any progress being made in reversing
the enormous increases in criminal activity by non citizens once
in the United States. So, as always got two science
of stories, one side of facts. It's a fact that
President Biden's policies made this country considerably less safe. Related
(06:44):
as we've seen, the early efforts by the Trump administration
to effectively end illegal immigration into this country while targeting
criminal illegal immigrants for detention and deportation has already had
a profound effect with every indication that will only see
greater improvement in time, especially with the passage of the BBB,
which provides President Trump with the resources he needs to
(07:05):
carry out his detention and deportation agenda, one that will
now only be slowed by the courts, not a lack
of resources.
