you won't here anywhere else. The Q and A of
the day, reaction from our government, The Brian Mudshow. I

County Stated Attorney candidate Alexia Cox, a Soros funded candidate.

never miss a thing. All right, Today's note, Good morning, Brian.
We listen to you every day and I very much
enjoyed what you said Friday when talking about state Attorney.
The State Attorney dropping the ball in reference to President Trump,
(01:07):
plus that candidate Alexia Cox going the same way. I
was a local law enforcement officer for thirty two years
and I've seen the state attorney State Attorney's Office go
through multiple changes, and I'm not looking forward to it
going in its present path. I've heard a rumor, and
it is a rumor that I have not been able
(01:28):
to confirm, but I've heard that there is possibly Soro's
funding to ms Cox. I believe that you might be
able to track this down to show either way. Would
be interested to confirm yes or know on that subject
because Paul Beach County absolutely does not need to go
down that path. I am also interested to know more
(01:49):
about mister Stern and his police. Okay, today's note picks
up essentially where I left off with my top three
takeaways last week and depicting the extremely concerning decisions by
Dave Ehrenberg in his office. And here's the quick refresh. First,
Arenberg washed his hands of the Ryan Ruth case, punting
to the FEDS and having the state pick up the
(02:10):
investigation he was unwilling to undertake. Then, not only did
his office not attempt to hold someone threatening the life
of Donald Trump and his running mate accountable to the
full sixtent of the law as the means of drawing
the line in the sand following the second assassination attempt
of Trump in as many months, but his office took
the extraordinary step of downgrading a second degree filing offense
(02:32):
to a lesser charge to allow him access to a
diversion program. So you know, I post a question, what
is the message that was being sent there? And specific
to today's note, I'd mentioned this notably Alexia Cox, Dave
Arenberg's deputy chief Assistant state Attorney who's running to replace him,
supports all this and has advocated publicly for the diversion
(02:58):
deal with with Wiseman, in particular, said it ensures that
mister Wiseman, the jupiterman arrested for encouraging people to murder
Trump and Bands, will be monitored while addressing the issues
that led to his arrest. So you know, as I mentioned,
what what does that tell you? What exactly is the
(03:18):
idea here? And specific to Alexia Cox's competition for Palm
Beach County State Attorney, you had san Stern had this
to say, just two days after the second attempted assassination
of President Trump. The Palm Beach County State Attorney's office
has given a pass to a man who threatened to
kill President Trump. So now, to address today's question, is
(03:42):
Cox a Soros backed candidate? Well Alexia Cox has raised
a total of two hundred and seventy six thousand dollars
for the general election. According to the most recent can
paign finance report from the Florida Division of Elections and
(04:03):
a comprehensive review of the database and Cox's donors, I've
not found any ties to a Soros backed pack. A
review of donors to Cox reveals a few names that
many are familiar with, like South Florida congress Woman Sheila
CHERFULLSS McCormick, former West pomp Beach mayor Jerry Moyo. Moyo
(04:25):
donated five hundred dollars to her campaign, with Palm Beach
County's current property appraiser, Dorothy Jacks having made two separate
donations to the Cox campaign totaling one thousand dollars. Now,
in terms of pack money, which is how source has
previously gone about supporting state attorney candidates A LA Andrew
(04:47):
Warren in Hillsborough and Monique World Warrell in Orange County,
both removed by Governor DeSantis for failing to enforced a law.
Here are the packs that have helped finance the Cox
campaign for Palm Beach County statedimettorney affectionately Building Communities, the
Defend Democracy Pack, the Great Robinson PA Pack, the Gunster Pack,
(05:13):
and so both Great Robinson and Gunster are attorneys, but
they have political action committees as well. New Leadership for
Florida Pack, the Residents' First Leadership Pack, and Roots List Florida.
So that's it. They are all packs that are either
left leaning or are exclusively supportive of Democrats, though none
(05:35):
have direct ties to the Soros family. And I say
Soro's family because there's one other thing to know as
it pertains to the cycle. George is no longer the
one who is making the decisions on how funds will
be spent to attempt to influence selection outcomes. His son
Alex has taken the lead in the family's so called
philanthropic efforts and they have weighed heavily with many Democrat
(06:01):
backed packs for this cycle. The Democracy Pack has been
the biggest recipient, with ever sixty million dollars received from
the Soros family. As I previously noted, that pack has
not contributed to Cox's campaign. And that's not to say
that there may not be some money that may be
trickled from one pack to another one of these packs
that have back to Cox, but if it has happened,
(06:22):
it hasn't been significant funding and it isn't characteristic of
how Soros has funded DA and state attorney candidates across
the country and in Florida previously. So for that reason,
Cox isn't what one would call a Soros backed candidate,
at least as of again the most recent filing information
that was reported to the Forlida Division of Elections. And
(06:44):
by the way, as for Sam Stern, he's going to
be joining us on today's show as well as you
can learn more from him directly from him as he
talks about this situation,
