Speaker 2 (01:05):
Why you're in there?

Speaker 1 (01:06):
If you tap it, you mainly lay down a message
right there for us, maybe even something for a future
or Q and I. Today's note this, why can we
not have an official number of people that enter the
United States at border crossings and additional crossings at open border?
The open border is a speculative number. But where they

(01:28):
came in and said something like this, what would they
have said at the southern border, jol.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Well, they would have come up to the border patrol agent,
beaten down by the Biden administration and hating life at
the moment and going the issy these what I say asylum.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Yes, and where incarnations of that took place. They do
know how many came across. So that was today's note. Okay,
so we do have this information available. We do have
this information available. First to take a look at one

(02:12):
of the cases that was in the news yesterday. This
another illegal immigration challenge involving the South Sudan Justice Department.
Attorneys say the case addresses to government's ability to remove
some of the worst of the worst illegal aliens. The
Trump administration is asking the Supreme Court to lift the

(02:32):
federal judges order blocking several migrants from being sent to
South Sudan, at least temporarily. Most of those seven men
are not from South Sudan. The administration says, in some
cases migrants countries of origin are unwilling to take them back,
and allowing them to stay in the US victimizes law
abiding Americans. And how about the fact that we don't

(02:53):
even necessarily know that the people that they say they
are in the places they came from are actually this
place is if you don't have documents, I mean, the
whole thing is a false premise. I digress, but back
to today's question, because every single day we see the
challenges that we're dealing with from the rampant of uses

(03:15):
of the Biden administration with immigration policy. Now where I
think there is a little bit of confusion, like when
you say, why can't we have an official number of people?

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Well, the answer is that actually we do.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
It's just that if you're looking forward for the Buiding administration,
you're not going to find it quite yet.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
But I do have it for you. I'm going to
break it down.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
And due to monthly reporting from totals of US Customs
and Border Protection, also the use of technology to detect guideaways,
we have highly accurate estimates while we wait for official report.
So about that official reporting is done on an annuallyzed basis,
and the federal government's fiscal year complicates this, especially when

(04:09):
you're wanting information from a previous administration. The federal government's
fiscal year runs from October first through September thirtieth, and
so that can lead to a bit of wonkiness in
the timing of reporting because the final reporting, the official
reporting for what transpired during the Biden administration, will not

(04:31):
actually be in until the end of the current fiscal
year and once they've done all the auditing on that.
The way that I would position this to you so
that it's understandable, you pay your taxes all throughout the year, right,
you pay your federal income tax all throughout the year,
But it actually isn't until you have filed in your

(04:54):
taxes are accepted in the following year that the net
effect of your federal tax burden is known.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
Right.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
They irs may come back and say you didn't pay
us enough during the year, and so you owe us
this much, or they might come back and say you
overpaid by this much and so you're getting tax refund.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
Right.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
That is the auditing process more or less that takes
place even with us in our lives, with our own
money every single year in taxes, and so the federal
government handles it the same way. They have their monthly information,
same as you pay your taxes through federal withholding. But
once they do the audit at the end of the year,

(05:37):
that's when they say official.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
All right.

Speaker 1 (05:40):
So with all that said, let me break this down
for you in three different categories. You have the border
encounters and releases, parole programs, and guidaways. So US Customs
and Border Protection reported approximately ten point three million encounters

(06:01):
with warmon fluffies with migrants at US borders, primarily the
southwest border from February twenty twenty one to September twenty
twenty four. And the reason I'm giving you that timeline
for this first piece of information, that is the official reporting.
September twenty twenty four is the end of the most

(06:23):
recently completed fiscal year that we have information for, and
so that ten point three million number is solid. And
then using monthly reporting information October to most recently, we
have an additional four hundred and seventy three thousand border

(06:45):
crossers that were processed between last October and January twentieth,
when President Trump took over and so that number takes
you to ten point eight million total border encounters. Then
you have your parole programs, what are known as the
parole programs. These were the ones where we literally flew

(07:07):
people into this country. The most prominent way this was
done the CBP one app. You know, this was the
app to buy an administration rolled out because they were always, hey,
you know what, it's bad optics. When we have all
these caravans of the southern border, Americans don't seem to
like that. We'll just we'll make the go just fly
them straight in over the border. We flew in nine

(07:29):
hundred four thousand, five hundred migrants that way through that app.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
Asylum seekers, you know.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
And then through another pro parole program, this one for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans,
and Venezuelans. Five hundred and thirty two thousand approximately whirlowed
in through that program. Then what was called the Uniting
Four Ukraine program this obviously the Russia Ukraine War. We
took in one hundred seventy six thousand Ukrainians from that one,

(08:03):
all in another one point four million through parole programs.
And then you have godaways. These are the people that
avoided authorities. And given that, all you had to do
was sidle up to a border patrol agent and go
a SA looking for some good stuff.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
That's where I say.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
Seem And they rolled out the red carp and said, yeah,
we got five stars and man had really nice accommodations
in South Florida.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
Where do you want to go?

Speaker 1 (08:38):
So when you had the godaways, the people that intentionally
invaded authorities, you know that all of these people were
bad ombraves, right, because these are people that are going
to be trafficking drugs, weapons people something like those lines,
two million, one point nine to two million of them.
And though, by the way, the way that godaways are

(09:01):
observed dimension technology.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
We have cameras, we have sensors.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
You also have agents that have monitors, and so that
is how the godaway number has arrived at. So your
total estimated entrants under the Biden administration through all methods
fourteen point two million people. Preceding the Biden administration, there
were an estimated eleven point four million unauthorized aliens inside

(09:26):
the United States. So effectively the Biden administration more than
double that population. And as we know, ninety seven percent
of asylum seekers granted entry into the United States have
proven it to have lacked legitimate asylum claims, as determined
in the courts once their court dates come up.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
So that's fun. There you go.

Speaker 1 (09:44):
Inside of four years, the Biden administration added more illegal
immigrants by close to three million, i'm sorry, asylum seekers
than we had in this country preceding his presidency.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
And now every single one of them should get a
court case, right, every single one of them.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
Yeah, I'm why should we be able to say, let's
say you are not here legitimately.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
No, let's one by one you tell us that
