Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yeah, today's Q and A how much more crime is
committed by non citizens than Americans. This is brought to
you by mamast and ashes check mark collections each day
a future and listener questions sent by one of these methods.
You may email me Brian Mud at iHeartMedia dot com,

future at Q and A just like this one.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Hey, Brian, I listened to you and Joel every morning.
Thanks for filling in for Clay and Buck megadidos. Where
do you find the information that illegals are more likely
to commit crimes than US citizens?

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Yeah? So this is a question that comes up frequently,
and this is something that I shared while guest hosting
for Clay and Buck, and specifically that attempted border crossings
are down ninety three percent. Access into the United States
down by ninety nine percent. The CBP one home app

(01:11):
that used to be used by the Biden administration to
fly nearly a million illegal immigrants into the United States
now being used to fly illegal immigrants out of the
United States. And on that note, ISI's daily detentions are
out fifty three percent over a year ago, and surprise surprise,
as detensions have risen, crime has fallen. Homicides down by
twenty one percent so far this year, robberies to property

(01:33):
crime sixteen percent lower, violent crime in general down by
eleven percent, And the biggest impact has often been in
the biggest cities with the biggest illegal immigration problems, like
Denver and Aurora, Colorado. And this is of absolutely no surprise,
as the non citizen crime rate last year accounted for

(01:54):
twenty four percent of all drug trafficking, twenty five percent
of all property crimes, twenty eight percent of all fraud,
among other things, and non citizen crime rates had become
nine hundred and fourteen percent higher than that of the
average legal citizen. In fact, during the four years of

(02:14):
the Biden administration, total crimes committed by non citizens rose
by six hundred and twenty six percent. Other than that,
just really warm and fluffy, nice people. That's what happened.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
So, in addressing today's question regarding Okay, where is it
that I've been able to derive those statistics? I've an
updated this annually over the past four years, and the
question is often asked. Customs and Border Patrol. They keep
records of what they call criminal non citizen statistics, and

(02:50):
as explained by CBP, the term criminal non citizens refers
to individuals who have been convicted of one or more crimes,
whether in the United States or abroad, prior to interdiction
by the US Border Patrol. It does not include convictions
for conduct that is not deemed criminal by the United
States Records. Checks of available law enforcement databases following the

(03:13):
apprehension of an individual may reveal a history of criminal convictions.
That conviction information is recorded in the US Customs and
Border Protection database from which the data is derived. Okay,
so that is it. So we can take that information
and then compared to the crime information with folks like

(03:34):
you and me, regular American vote. You know, in my case,
I'm only crime that I commited. I routinely drive it
about ten miles over the speed limit. So I got
that going Joel, on the other hand, has had this
kind of like a suspicious look about him. I might
go about five miles below the speed limit. Is that

(03:54):
technically so you're more likely to get a ticket for
going too slow on the interstate?

Speaker 2 (04:00):
You're rolding everybody up.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
No, I'm I'm not as I'm not as fast as
some drivers.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Brian.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
Okay, well again, I mean I I drive ten miles
over the speed limit routinely, and I left alone at that.
So when was the last time the last time I
would have gotten a speeding ticket in this area? I
think was two thousand and nine. Wow, Okay, not bad. Yeah, anyway,

(04:28):
and I did used to drive a bit faster at
times than I do these days. So increase crime by
non citizens under the Biden administration, since we're on topic,
kind of bring this whole thing around to you. This
was some of the information that I had shared with you.
Over the past year. We saw that sexual offenses under

(04:52):
the four years by the Biden administration, non citizen sexual
offenses up one hundred and eighty two two percent, illegal
drug possession and trafficking of five hundred and thirty two percent, assault, battery,
domestic violence up six hundred and two percent, burglary, robbery, larceny, theft,

(05:13):
fraud up six hundred and four percent, illegal weapons possession,
transport trafficking up six hundred and twenty seven percent, dy's
Duy's up six hundred and eighty five percent. Count the
number of laws broken with that situation here, illegally behind
the wheel, illegally and under the influence that's great, illegal

(05:37):
entry and re entry six hundred and ninety seven percent.
And for the grandaddy of them all, naturally, the worst
offenses would be the largest increases. Homicide and manslaughter under
by non citizens under the Biden administration rose by nine
hundred and sixty seven percent again and a lot of

(06:00):
warm and fluffy asylum seeking salt to the Earth kind
of people. So it was crystal clear that the Buiden
administration's open border policies dramatically increase all types of crime
in society. There's also no indication of any progress being
made in reversing the enormous increases in criminal activity by

(06:22):
non citizens once in the United States, which was another
false narrative of times gone by, and that's still often
repeated to this day. As always got two sided stories.
One side of facts. It is a fact that President
Biden's policies made this country considerably less safe. Related as
we've seen, the early efforts by the Trump administration to
effectively end illegal immigration into this country while targeting criminal

(06:45):
illegal immigrants for detention and deportation has already had a
profound effect, with every indication that will only see greater
improvement in time, especially with the passage of the BBB,
which provides President Trump with the resources he needs to
carry out his detention and deportation agenda, one that will
now only be slowed by the courts, not a lack

(07:06):
of resources.
