Speaker 1 (00:03):
Faith Freedom Florida. This is the Brian Mud Show.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
It is as we are tracking Trump, taking a look
at all the president's executive activity and specifically, as it
pertains two executive orders. Man's been historic, he's been prolific.
As of today, he had signed nine or one hundred
and sixty eight executive orders. One hundred and sixty eight
executive orders compared to two twenty signed during the entirety
(00:31):
of his first administration, and remarkably give you an idea
of how busy he's been, slow Joe, but also the
entire Team Autopen. So President Biden and Team Autopen combined
signed to one hundred and sixty two during four years.
He's already done six more than all that. So as
we take a look at what's been going on over
the past week, I mean, yes, executive orders, I'll get
(00:53):
to those momentarily, but of course a lot of other
big things.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
It's starting with the BBB.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
Yesterday, by the way, the President talking about foreign policy
as he's been meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahoo,
he was asked about Russian Ukraine and specifically putin this
is what the President had to say.
Speaker 1 (01:14):
We're not happy with Putin.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
I'm not happy with Putin, I can tell you that
much right now, because he's killing a lot of people
and a lot of them are his soldiers, his soldiers
and their soldiers mostly and has now up to seven
thousand a week.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
And I'm not happy with Putin. Yeah, So we'll see
what comes to this.
Speaker 2 (01:32):
Meanwhile, the executive orders that President Trump designed over for
the past week establishing a White House Office for Special
Peace Missions.
Speaker 1 (01:40):
This kind of related to that topic.
Speaker 2 (01:42):
New invoys that will be under the Secretary of State
and Department Offense are going to be established to try
to negotiate peace anywhere there's conflict around the world, including
Russia Ukraine. So this a new directive of the President.
Also an executive order making America Beautiful Again by improving
our national parks a couple things that and also another
(02:05):
one that's related to establishing the President's Make America Beautiful
Again Commission. So two things are taking place here. The
President is cutting the cost of access to national parks
for American citizens while raising the price of admission for foreigners.
(02:26):
So he said he wants to increase access for Americans
people that come to tour these from other countries are
going to do it anyway, so we can make up
revenue that way. So that's got a nice benefit to change.
The other is in a reregulation of national parks. The President,
as part of preservation, said that there have been some
(02:47):
onerous actions that have been taken over time in surrounding
lands and is seeking to regulate that land.
Speaker 1 (02:54):
We'll see exactly what that looks like in time.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Of course, the Big Beautiful Bill Act that was the
biggie On Friday, I codifying his second term agenda legislatively,
and with the domestic agenda in hand, the President has
turned his attention back to foreign and trade policy. This
included fourteen letters to countries indicating tariffs will rise to
liberation dight levels if new deals are not achieved by
(03:20):
August first. Additionally, President Trump is notified Japan in South
Korea of twenty five percent tariffs due to their involvement
with developing bricks countries that are aligned against US interest. So, yeah,
might have been as short week for a lot of people,
but not for the President. He has been as busy
as as ever over the past week.
Speaker 4 (03:40):
Right state side, Pombach County commissioners voting yesterday to change
the name of Southern Boulevard between Pombach International and South
Ocean Boulevard and Your mar Lago to honor President Trump.
That vote, unanimous seven to zero, came hours after several
members of the community spoke out against the move.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
Here's just some of the tds the Democratic County. We
don't need this man celebrated. We need him condemned. This
idol worship of a butcher and a killer. It should
be below you.
Speaker 4 (04:06):
Trump, a butcher and a killer. Brian I was monitoring
the entire County Commission meeting yesterday and sat there. There
were about six people, so it wasn't like there were thirty,
but they had a lot to say. But again the
vote was seven to nothing. Also, further out west near
Lyon Country Safari that stretchers Southern will be named in
honor of the three fallen sheriff's deputies.
