Speaker 1 (00:03):
Welcome to the Brian Mont Show and thank you for listening.
It's time for today's top three takeaways. Helpful, useful, repeatable.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
What a week NYC's demise, it's our gain an enormous damage.
My top three takeaways for you all in this farada
day at b Ferriday to you. And actually, it's been
so kind a week in terms of news and guess
what it's getting ready to get bigger. We already know,

(00:33):
independent of anything that might break throughout the course of
the day, that we are going to have a really
important day at the United States Supreme Court.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
Fox is Jessica Rosenthal.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
The court has six cases left, including one that will
determine if federal judges can issue nationwide injunctions rulings that
temporarily stop a rule or law from taking effect but
apply it to the whole country.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
Yeah, and so here's the deal.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
I mean, this is about illegal immigration in particular, that
was the case I was brought up out. But based
upon how they decide to come down on this, they
could issue a rolling that says, look, under any circumstance,
you can't have a federal district court judge order a
nationwide and judgement or that could limit it to just
this issue.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
We'll see how it goes down.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
That'll be huge, speaking, a huge though, Holy hell, has
we unpacked th nineteen eighty four. Nineteen eighty four, that
year brings about what thoughts Joel?

Speaker 4 (01:30):
So originally I was thinking not the perm, because I
didn't think that was the year. But Brian, I've done
some math, and I was fourteen. I remember there's a
picture of me with the PERM and my nephew who
was a baby at the time, and that's what that's
how you learned that I had had the perm. Anyway,
I was fourteen when he was born, so you did

(01:50):
have the perm. And he just turned yeah, because he
just turned he just had his forty first birthday. So
I did the math. I believe it was nineteen eighty
four when I had the perm. So we'll say the
perm and the great music from the eighties.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
Okay, good mute. I get that neither of those things
came to mind for me.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
I mean, that's probably a good thing.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
When I thought about nineteen eighty four to start my takeaways,
I did not think about Joel's perm or even the
music that there was good music at that time. Now,
what came to mind. Actually, the Reagan Revolution was first.
It was in full swing, leading to the Gepper carrying
forty nine states, coming within one percent in Minnesota, the

(02:33):
clean sweep, most incredible election in American history, that close
to all fifty. And it also brought about the thought
of George Orwell. Nineteen eighty four always makes me think
of George Orwell and a theoretical future that seemed to
be all too real until January twentieth. Now, something that

(02:56):
doesn't come to mind when you hear that year, I
think for anybody is Iran. You're not thinking nineteen eighty
four and associating with Iran. However, if you have been
around that long, that is how long you have been
hearing about concerns regarding their nuclear program. You know, I
know it's been decades, been for as long as I

(03:17):
can remember. Nineteen eighty four is when that started. Forty
one years worth of worry and frustration came crashing down
with fourteen mops. Nineteen forty nine. Joe What comes to
mind when you hear nineteen forty nine.

Speaker 4 (03:38):
Joe Biden was what already a senator for three terms?
Something like that.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
Yeah, I lose track it could have been fourth. Okay,
it's target. We'll have to look that.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
But anyway, Yeah, Joe Biden probably well into being a
senator by then.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
I'm not sure if.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Anything comes to mind specifically when you hear that year,
but it happens to be the year that NATO was
established NATO, speaking of mine, in seventy six years is
how long as Americans we've been getting ripped off by
our so called allies in NATO. As I broke out yesterday,

(04:18):
despite NATO having thirty two countries, we the United States
pay sixty eight point seven percent of the freight for
defense within the alliance. This week, President Trump got every
NATO country but Spain to agree to has been five
percent of their GDP on defense. That will ensure they're
paying their fair share of defense needs. Putting an in

(04:42):
to seventy six years of Americans being ripped off to
pay for the protection of everyone else. By the way,
that carries an estimated annual cost savings of up to
four hundred and forty billion dollars per year.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
To the United States.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
So again this week, forty one years worth of a
ron nuclear program nonsense. Seventy six years have been ripped
off by NATO both.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
Next and if you've.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
Been watching your four O one K, you probably have
noticed you're doing more than okay. That's because the S
and P five hundred will open today at a new
all time record high after having rebounded by twenty percent
from the April loads and what has proven to be
one of the greatest buying opportunities in American history, just

(05:37):
as I predicted it would be at the absolute lows
in early April.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
What a week it's been.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Our country is winning, Trump is winning. You're probably winning.
I'll never get tired of winning. Joel occasionally has helico's
face like I've taken this for granted.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
No, you know, taking the winning for granted.

Speaker 4 (05:59):
Sometimes I just have a hired look on my face.
It's not a tired winning look.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
Got it? Got it?

Speaker 2 (06:04):
Uh? And I'll admit too that I never get tired
of the winning. I do on occasion, I get tired
keeping up with covering all of the winning.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
It's an impressive thing.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
My second takeaway today, New York's potential debacle is our gain.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
Here's the latest on the New York City mayoral race.

Speaker 5 (06:22):
Sources telling Fox News Cuomo, who resigned office over several scandals,
remains a candidate despite his stunning setback in the Democratic
primary to.

Speaker 6 (06:32):
Upstart socialist Zooran ma'am Donni. The sources saying Cuomo will
run as an independent candidate. The vote will be fractured
with incumbent Eric Adams running for re election also as
an independent, and Guardian Angels Safety Patrol founder Curtis Sliwa
as a Republican.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
I've as some folks asked me for my thoughts, but
the whole New York City mayoral thing.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
So here goes a three for you.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
One Sarahn Mamdani's winning the Democrat primary is a gift
to the GOP. Two he may not win the general election.

Speaker 4 (07:05):
Three.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
No matter what happens, it's already a big win for Florida.
If he does win the general election, it'll be a
historic win for Florida. On the first point, having been
an overt anti Semitic socialists. When you have Mount Donnie

(07:28):
winning the Democrat primary and the largest city in the country,
it speaks volumes about the state of the Democrat Party.
Democrats continue to pretend we're not really socialists in general elections.
Their policies are in line with socialist policies, and their
elected officials are ever increasingly overt socialists. This is a

(07:51):
very easy contrast for any reasonably minded person to see.
That's made us specially easy. With politicians like Mount Donnie
winning Democrat primaries, you will continue to see Jews and
Hispanics flee the DNC for the GOP. Secondly, Mayor Eric
Adams announced his campaign as an independent candidate for Mary

(08:14):
yesterday at the same time Andrew Cuomo defeated in the
Democrat primaries. You heard the report appears to be making
an independent bit as well. That is trouble for Adams,
whom he is most likely to split votes with. There
may be, may be maybe a universe where a heavily
fractured vote works out for Republican Curtis Slaywathy, the founder

(08:37):
of the Guardian Angels. That would be the single best
possible thing that could ever happen. From New York City,
Mam Donnie looks to be in the driver's seat, but
the end result not a given. And Thirdly, Florida's game
is evident. Take the CNBC story the headline zo Ron

(08:57):
Mamdanni's victory in New York City mayoral prime leaves Wall
Street alarmed and depressed. As is cited early in the story,
Belip Lefont, founder of hedge fund Cult Management, told CNBC
that a Mamdani win could trigger another exodus of wealthy investors.

(09:18):
Since the pandemic, a wave of wealthy residents and institutional
firms have fled the nation's largest city for low tax
states such as Florida and Texas. Well, South Florida, we
have already been dubbed Wall Street South due to the
previous exodus from the semi socialist state of New York.
In total, fifty six financial firms have relocated from New

(09:41):
York to Florida since twenty twenty thirty seven of which
have relocated to Palm Beach County specifically, as is mentioned
in the CNBC article, firms that were already on the fence,
they were moved off the fence by Mamdani's primary win.
It's like, we're not waiting around and see what happens
here in November or gone now. So already there are

(10:03):
a lot of additional Wall Streeters that are making plans
to come here.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
But the next thing that's happened is that you now have.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Investors and firms that were not on the fence prior
to Tuesday that are now on the fence, and Baseball
what happens in November, they'll be coming two. And So
if this actually happens, if you have Mamdanni win that race,

(10:37):
you have the possibility for South Florida no longer just
to be Wall Street South. The whole process could be completed.
You could have a realistic chance that South Florida would
overtake New York City, would overtake Wall Street as the epicenter,
the global epicenter of capitalism.

Speaker 1 (10:59):
That is how substantial this could be.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
Because you can't have capitalism under socialist rule by definition,
it doesn't work. So yeah, that's what we stand to gain.
My third takeaway for you today, enormous damage. Here is
Senator Bernie Moreno.

Speaker 1 (11:22):
Why can't we.

Speaker 5 (11:23):
Just say, wow, great job, President Trump.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
I may not agree with you on this policy or
that policy, but look what you've been able to accomplish
historic military operation. It would be essentially impossible for your
GSS news media to do enormous damage to their reputations
because only thirty one percent of Americans even have quote
a fair amount of trust in legacy news media, according

(11:47):
to Gallup's findings. Nevertheless, the legacy pinheads were added again
all throughout the week, trying to allege Around's nuclear program
wasn't destroyed by the US mops dropping on Around's nuclear
facilities last Saturday. I covered this extensively yesterday, and there
were a couple of related updates during the day yesterday.
First from Secretary of Defense Pete haig Seth and his

(12:08):
detailed press are. Next from the UN Atomic Energy Agency's chief,
who said that their initial assessment was that quote enormous
damage was done to a Ron's nuclear program. So even
the UN not exactly our friends, I mean, they're supposed
to be. We pay for most of it. It's in Manhattan,
but it's about as communistic as Manhattan as these days.

(12:30):
So anyway, even the UN not backing the MSM's narrative.
And here's the most important point of all, it's how
we know declaratively, and we knew immediately. We knew Saturday
night when Trump came out and told us so that
he that the Israeli intelligence ain't giencies And now even

(12:53):
the UN are telling the truth. It's as revealing pertaining
to the credibility or life thereo of legacy news outlets
is any issue you will ever see or hear covered
in your lifetime. The way you know Trump is telling
the truth on this and has been from the word go,
is as simple as this. So let's say that Trump

(13:13):
is propagandizing. How could that be possible, Well, because it
would be good for him to say that they were
six No, you're an idiot. Do you have the ability
to have any kind of contextual, comprehensive thought. Is there

(13:35):
any analytical dot that you can connect in your head?
And for the mainstream media, the answer is no. They
are so blinded by their hate. It is linear thought
that we hate Trump, and so we're going to we're
gonna try to or don't try to say his propaganda
this is a run. So let's say that Trump is propagandizing.

(14:01):
Six months from now, Iran comes back and says, oh, surprise,
we have nukes. This is not something you can propagandize on.
This is not something that can be controlled and made
to go away. It doesn't work that way. And that
basic analytical reality tells you all you need to know
about your godless souls in slenders news media. And by

(14:22):
the way, also I think it's instructive for a lot
of conservatives because there are times when you think they're smart,
you think they're crafty. I'm talking about the GSS news media,
and like you know, they're part of the conspiracy. No,
they're actually far less impressive most of the time than
you think. They're really just that ignorant, they're really just
that dumb. They really are not impressive people at all.

(14:42):
You are more impressive than they are, almost certainly, and
this is illustrative of that very reality.
