Speaker 1 (00:00):
From the WZLX Planet Business Studios. It spans the Gold
like a super highway. Interesting it is called a download
with Danielle.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
I never know what you're gonna hear America Will hear
my two cents on Boston's classic rock one hundred point
seven w ZLX.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
A tragic story out of Hyde Park yesterday when a
child was struck and killed by a school bus on
Washington Street. The elementary school student reportedly lived in the
area and was returning home from school, but it's unclear
at this time whether that child was on board the
school bus prior to the accident. That child taken to
the hospital with life threatening injuries, later pronounced dead. Nathaniel
Thomas is a neighbor who was there when the accident

(00:42):
happened stayed with the child in the aftermath.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
He was not doing too well and so.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
Hi, I tried to get him on I got him
on his side so that he couldn't breathe better.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
It's just unbelievable. It's the worst nightmare. It really is.
Got it. You don't even have to be a parent nightmare.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
No, absolutely, and probably everything probably went down within a split.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
Second, and just kids on the bus too god. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
So they're doing an ongoing investigation. They've not released a
lot of details as of yet about what happened or
the identity of the child.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
We do know it was a young, a little boy.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
Investigators are asking if anyone was witnessed or has any
information regarding this accident, that you get in touch with them.
A US Navy F eighteen fighter jet accidentally rolled off
the USS Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier into the Red
Sea fashion splash. Both crew members who were involved did
escape safely. One minor injury was reported. The cause of
that under investigation, some unconfirmed reports saying sudden carrier movement

(01:41):
was due to possible fire in the area. The incident
adds to a series of challenges for the carrier, which
recently collided with a merchant ship and had its deployment
extended in the region.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
Does your child play youth soccer?

Speaker 3 (01:53):
If so, you better calm down at all the name
calling and the pointing and the threatening when it comes
to the referees and everybody else involved. Massachusetts Youth Soccer
has expanded its misconduct rules to include spectators, following new
US Soccer regulations aimed at protecting referees from abuse. Rob Holliday,
who's the executive director, said bad behavior from spectators has

(02:14):
become normalized and it's harmful to young players. Penalties for
violations now range from suspension to lifetime bands, with the
goal of creating a positive, supportive environment that encourages kids
to keep playing.

Speaker 5 (02:26):
All right, I saw this a lot with my kids.
Parents just go crazy, take it way way too serious,
so overly involved in it because the kid's going to
be a pro. Yeah, but what are they going to
do here? If a parent is acting up? Are they
going to throw the parent out of the game right there?
And the kid is playing the game?

Speaker 1 (02:43):
How horrified is the kid?

Speaker 3 (02:45):
And usually the parents you have to throw out are
the ones that are going to make a scene.

Speaker 5 (02:51):
Exactly. They're not going to go thing, They're not going
to go, They're not going to go willingly. So the
game is stopped. Everybody's upset, and it's.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
So hard to know what to do, Like when you're
at you know, I mean, I don't have kids, but
I have a lot of friends who's who have kids,
so I'll go to their games periodically, and I'm like,
what are the rules in this town? Like can we
cheer for individual kids or no, we just have to.
Like some places, you can't, like yell your own kid's name.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
It's verboten. Come on, Yes, I haven't heard that. Yeah
you can.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
In some places you cannot chare for individual children. You
have to cheer for the team as a whole.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
Crazy what's happening? Like you have to invite everyone from
the class to the birthday party. If you have to
do that, you have big bill at the local McDonald's
play place and then nobody shows up and it's just
another birthday and.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Then it becomes a sad Facebook post. Tyler, nobody came
to my birthday party. I left my birthday party because
I second edible kicked in and I left my friend
the curve on the street.

Speaker 6 (03:41):
If he has a six percent, he's right over the top. Five,
he's okay with six.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
Forget about it. He's done.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
And if you're a pistachio fan, I have some news
for you. You may be so o l Several factors
contributing to a shortage of pistachios globally. Issues in two
of the largest nut producing areas include drought, extreme weather,
and water restrictions. In California, and then economic sanctions and
climate issues in Iran.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
Those have both hurt production.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
Demand for pistachios has surged thanks to the viral du
buy chocolate trend that has taken over TikTok and Instagram.
We're also in an off year because pistachio trees produce
more every other year, so this is the down year.
So they're predicting a very good twenty twenty five twenty
twenty six harvest.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
I'm glad you brought this up, yes, because.

Speaker 5 (04:24):
I want to bring back the red pistachio because you
made a point. Yes, you made a point that in
years past they died them red because pistachios is so ugly.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
Because they were blemished.

Speaker 5 (04:34):
They were blemished, all right, so they put this god
awful red on. It was that a nightmare which would
get all over your fingers, all around your face.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
And your fingernails.

Speaker 5 (04:42):
Yes, as you're trying to pry these things open with
your thumbs and everything. And they got rid of that.
They got to bring that back. We got to do
the Frank Drevin from police Squad.

Speaker 1 (04:50):
Yeah, looks like you had sexy time with the kool
aid man.

Speaker 5 (04:54):
Come on, that's how you make your fortune. Bring back
dyed red pistachios.

Speaker 3 (04:59):
What are we gonna die with beetroot? Because they out well,
you know, they're outlawing all the food does, all the
fun stuff.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Everything's going to be bland.

Speaker 5 (05:04):
It was red forty, so I think the og of
do not eat this. You could actually light them on
fire and they were burned for eight hours.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
Who needs one of those little, you know, things from
the pupa platter when you can just set a pile
of pistachios, porkscrips. I could go for some porkstrips right now,
speaking of that call, but anyway. Finally, martin Elli's is
recalling over one hundred and seventy thousand bottles of its
ten ounce apple juice due to potential contamination with.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
The toxic substance.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
The recall effects products distributed in twenty eight US states
and as classified as a Class to recall truck, which
means the health risk is considered low.

Speaker 5 (05:40):
I love those little cannonballs. It's overly sweetened juice. And
if you can notice, like in the package stores, they
have them near the checkout.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
What is that mixer?

Speaker 6 (05:49):
What are you mixing with apple? What kind of a
life if it's led you to mix booze with apples,
gin wouldn't work.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Rum does anything go with apple juice?

Speaker 6 (06:01):
But you make hard cider out of apples whiskey, You
know you don't make whiskey and apple juice.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
Maybe if you added something else to it, trying to
go back.

Speaker 5 (06:10):
To sour apple Martins right right, maybe we could have
a bartender get ahold of us here.

Speaker 6 (06:15):
Would be a shame if Tyler missed it and we
had a bartender come in when he's not drinking.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
We'll just have some stoner come in stare at him.

Speaker 3 (06:26):
Yeah, if we get a dispensary you here, forget about it.

Speaker 1 (06:29):
Oh, I feel better, miraculously. Anyway, I'm Daniel. That's your download.
Seven seconds of sports with Tyler. Tyler's not here. Sports Sports, Sports,
Tell me, Chuck, I'm interested in the sports. Tell me
what's happening. Big Night at the Garden tonight, Celtics.

Speaker 5 (06:47):
They can finish off the Magic at the Garden to night, Yes,
the finishing move. Drew Holliday is out again with a
bad Hammy Magic coach Jamal Moseley's complaining about the officiating,
says it's all going Celtic's way, Jalen Brown saying there.

Speaker 1 (07:04):
Could be some fisticuffs.

Speaker 5 (07:06):
Orlando's dilled out three flagrant fouls so far in this series.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
It has been it has been nasty, real.

Speaker 5 (07:12):
Donnybrook right, and the Magic is just desperate at this point,
so he knows what's gonna happen in the garden tonight.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
Fortunately it starts like a thirty, so we're gonna miss
that on Go Watch Highlights tomorrow.

Speaker 5 (07:23):
Socks opening a three game series against the Jay's tonight
in Toronto, and coming up, we have a follow up
on our big story yesterday, Bill Belichick and a torn
sweatshirt with no shirt underneath it at all.

Speaker 1 (07:35):
Yeah, noa layer, no no skin.

Speaker 5 (07:37):
Just exposed seventy four year old skin, you know, forty
year old sweatshirt with a gaping hole.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
In the twenty four year old controlling things nearby.

Speaker 6 (07:45):
You think he'll be selling those on eBay like vintage,
you know, because kids are buying the vintage.

Speaker 5 (07:51):
Yeah, game war, We have a we have a behind
the scenes update on what exactly that CBS interview.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
Was like, Not great, Bob, not great. We'll get into
a codup next.

Speaker 5 (08:04):
Boston's Classic Rock one hundred points up at w CLX
Boston's Classic Rock one hundred points up at w ZX
Chuck Nola Morning Show with Danielle Murr.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
Tyler's usually usually.

Speaker 5 (08:15):
Here, but under the weather today, Pelosi's here just to
follow up on Daniel's hard hitting story here about the
Martinelly voluntary recall of their apple juice because of some
toxic contamination killing some silliness like that. And we were saying,
what could you possibly mix apple juice with for a cocktail?

Speaker 1 (08:34):
We get this off the talk back.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
Hey, Chuck, it's a non apple juice.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
It's apple cider.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
But I put Crown apple into it after.

Speaker 7 (08:42):
I heat up the apple citer. Oh man, it's delicious.

Speaker 6 (08:45):
That's popular heating up apples cider and then putting Crown
oil in.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
That's Crown apple. I don't know.

Speaker 6 (08:52):
I do the hot cider with rum like like after skiing.
Is that like a hot toddy?

Speaker 1 (08:56):
Is it hot and buttered? Hey? Take it ease? No,
but I don't know if that sounds good. That's a lot.

Speaker 5 (09:03):
That's a lot. That's what people do, right, Well, that's
what we got. And somebody else said apple pie shots too.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
Apple pie shots are also cider.

Speaker 6 (09:10):
Though, Yeah, apple juice per se. Yeah, you don't mix
apple juice the way you'd use like pineapple.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
I like apple juice once every two years over ice.

Speaker 5 (09:20):
Wow, somebody should bring Tyler some apple juice because that's
when you have when you're sick.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
Me, can I ask you some plain toast sidebar before
Jordan Hudson, real quick, go ahead.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
He's got to.

Speaker 3 (09:29):
Be a massive baby when he's sick, right, no doubt, Like,
there's no way he's not.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
Like he called his mother three times already. She got
the manicott.

Speaker 6 (09:38):
On the way up from fex from Florida, she brought
up his baby blankets. Does he have the forehead skin there, No,
he doesn't believe in those.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
He wants the true rectal reading there. So he using
the shields. He goes an enthusiast, He goes to the ball.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
Is Tyler and takes a day off two three weeks
into the show, and he'll give you crap about.

Speaker 1 (10:06):
Six months from now taking time off. He's some of
us careed enough to come in today.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
I'm just saying, I mean, we're trying to get a
new show off the ground.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
Guy.

Speaker 5 (10:14):
So yesterday Bill Belichick was all the rave here because
of his CBS interview, which was so strange.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
He was pushing a book, and nobody's talking about the.

Speaker 3 (10:22):
Book, not he, not a single person that's talking about
I didn't even know.

Speaker 1 (10:25):
There was a book involved, exactly until today. About five
minutes in.

Speaker 5 (10:29):
It went weird when the interviewer brought up the point that,
first of all, Robert Craft does not mention once in
the book at all, and Bill just gave that stare
and said, yeah, we're onto Cincinnati, Cincinnati, and then he
asked questions about his relationship with his girlfriend, Jordan Hudson,
who's twenty four years old.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
Bill is seventy four. And from the sidelines you could
hear Jordan say, I'm not talking about this, not doing it.
The look that like I puckered when I saw her
give that. It was the death stare. And I give
that look. You've seen it many times.

Speaker 5 (11:04):
So people are just going nuts over this thing, like
what is going on with this relationship. Some people are
also saying we might have a hostage situation going on here.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
Okay, a lot of people do have that theory, all right.
I joked yesterday it was a Yoko thing.

Speaker 6 (11:16):
But I don't know anytime Yoko like interrupted an interview
and like no no. She was in the interviews with Joe,
but she wouldn't like say no to lear common dear,
So what do you need.

Speaker 3 (11:27):
To really be careful if you're gonna if you're gonna
be in her position and essentially act as his manager,
which now people at UNC seem to have a big
problem with. There's a big piece in New York Post
about how Bill's inside. Her friends are saying she's a
runaway train. Like you have to act accordingly. We can't
bulldoze our way through the china shop. We get to
be a little bit more delicate if we're going to

(11:49):
be in this role.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
And that's it.

Speaker 5 (11:50):
She's really put herself at the forefront of this relationship.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
She has kind of taking it over. She pushed everybody
off the stage.

Speaker 6 (11:57):
But you can remember kids her age, they had COVID
and finish school with people.

Speaker 1 (12:01):
They don't have a lot of interpersonal skills when it
comes to that.

Speaker 5 (12:03):
According to TMZ during the interview, there were numerous other
instances of her budding in even when the when Bill
was answering questions about football, she would stop and correct him.

Speaker 1 (12:16):
Thirty minute meltdown where they had to walk down the set. Yeah,
you'd see this. That's not like.

Speaker 3 (12:21):
I understand wanting to control the narrative if you're in
her position and guiding him. But also you can't act
like that because then these things come out and then
it turns into a major s show.

Speaker 5 (12:33):
So she stormed out of the room, delaying it for
thirty minutes. Does that mean Bill followed her because he.

Speaker 1 (12:38):
Would still be there to do the interview.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
She's not leaving him there by himself because then they're
gonna be able to talk to him with no supervision.

Speaker 1 (12:43):
Good point, right, How weird is this? It's not. The
man is a legend.

Speaker 6 (12:49):
I'm glad he's not involved in the conclave because this
could go very long.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
If that was the case, He's.

Speaker 3 (12:53):
Going to be the second second cardinal that dips from
the conclave.

Speaker 1 (12:56):
Is Jordan Hudson could be involved with the conclave. It's
she talking about Posts, but Jordan, is it gonna be
white smoke?

Speaker 8 (13:03):
I'm not talking about Posts.

Speaker 1 (13:05):
And this is a tough interview.

Speaker 3 (13:06):
I don't think any of this feedback that's in the
media regarding this fallout is going to change anything. I
don't think she's not going to soften her strategy. She's
a very determined woman. No, she doesn't seem to be wavering.
So I feel like this is going to be something
that's going to have legs for a hot minute.

Speaker 5 (13:21):
What's going to be fascinating is when we see her
first social media posts since this and what it's going
to be. Are they going to have another cartoon pose
where he's fishing and she's the mermaid, more acro yoga,
some kind of thing like that.

Speaker 1 (13:34):
I bet she ends up on an interview like a
Today Show or.

Speaker 6 (13:36):
Something point explain this, and then he's at home going,
wait a minute, how did she TV?

Speaker 1 (13:42):
And no one bought my book?

Speaker 3 (13:44):
And her last post was from Daffy Deaf at All
Weekend on Nantucket's of course.

Speaker 1 (13:49):
Must be nice quo picks.

Speaker 5 (13:50):
So if she starts making big time interviews, then Bill
gets to say, I'm not talking about your thirty seconds
of fame as a talk back away gave us a message.

Speaker 1 (14:00):
With the talkback feature on the Free I Heard Radio app.

Speaker 5 (14:03):
Then make w CLX your number one pre set.

Speaker 1 (14:06):
It's a Chuck online show on Boston's Classic Rock.

Speaker 8 (14:11):
Day.

Speaker 1 (14:11):
Yeah, we got the check.

Speaker 5 (14:12):
In coming up yeah, we do check in with Chuck

and your message is seven O four seven Oh free,
iHeart RADIOPP you go. Always use that talk back button.
Let us know what's going on. How are you feeling?
Are you well? Unlike time, although I do understand he's
gonna check in a little bit later on. Okay, I'm

(14:33):
going to see how he's doing. We got the chicken
soup that we sent over, you know, the bread ball
pod from ZLX.

Speaker 1 (14:45):
One two s check just check it in on my buddy.
It's time to check in Chuck on Boston's Classic Rock
and one point seven w ZLX. I love this today.
We have a follow up and would Chuck tell Yeah.

Speaker 5 (15:01):
When last we spoke to New Jersey Jake, he had
just graduated from Northeastern. He was jumping in the car
for a road trip to Syracuse to go see Metallica
as they picked up their seventy two world tour.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
Jake, Yeah, are you doing man?

Speaker 8 (15:18):
I'm good?

Speaker 1 (15:18):
How are you excellent? How was that trip?

Speaker 7 (15:21):
Another road trip?

Speaker 6 (15:22):
Right now?

Speaker 1 (15:23):
Where are you going?

Speaker 7 (15:25):
Going to the Hampton's my roommates further for the week.

Speaker 3 (15:27):
Oh nice, We're in the Hamptons to the Hampton wept
They're nice.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
It's nice. Yeah, we're talking money.

Speaker 3 (15:37):
Don't follow justin Timberlake where there.

Speaker 7 (15:41):
No, I don't think so.

Speaker 1 (15:42):
So how is Metallica and Syracuse?

Speaker 7 (15:46):
It was it was incredible. We got there like six.
I think sewentitle tendcs is like halfway into their set.
Got to it was a little hard to hear him
can tear it too. But then come on around nine
and they put on an insane show. A couple of
beef cuts, a couple of deep cuts from the new album,

(16:07):
but a lot of like the classics, I mean like
that but true one after a puppet and understand then
like all the all the great they played.

Speaker 6 (16:20):
It was. It was insane.

Speaker 7 (16:21):
They had every every band member got to see something
fun too. They had like, uh the Base that did
like a three minute long solo into like a jam.

Speaker 8 (16:31):
They had beach balls come down to the.

Speaker 7 (16:32):
Ceiling at one point and people were just like kicking
them everywhere, throwing them on stage. They have I guess
one of their like stage texts come on, start kicking
them off the.

Speaker 3 (16:43):
It was.

Speaker 7 (16:43):
It was really really cool. They were huge, like massive
beach balls.

Speaker 5 (16:47):
Were they using were they using the pyrotechnics inside inside
the dome?

Speaker 4 (16:51):
Yeah, yeah, yeah they The stage is the same.

Speaker 7 (16:54):
I mean, I don't know who engineered the snake pit
set up, but it was insane. They I don't know
how many drum kits Lars has, but every couple of
songs they would lower down whose drum kit hit of
the stage, and then a new one would pomp up
on a new song. So they were like different drum
kit positions throughout the whole show.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
It's sick that you got the full experience there.

Speaker 5 (17:15):
Yeah, and that was that was the biggest crowd ever
in Syracuse. It broke the record that the Hoho had
held since nineteen eighty two.

Speaker 1 (17:22):
So it was jammed.

Speaker 8 (17:24):
Wow, yeah it was. It was packed.

Speaker 7 (17:27):
One of my my friend who I was there with.
You only got into a couple of flights trying to
push through crowds on the way to get a new
hobb It.

Speaker 5 (17:32):
Love it, man, what a great, great experience. And now Metallica.
Kirk Hammon says they would be interested in having Metallica
play at the Spear out in Las Vegas.

Speaker 1 (17:42):
Oh, do a residency out there.

Speaker 5 (17:44):
So far we've had we've had you two we've had
Dead and Company. The Eagles are still there, the Fish,
the Backstreet Boys are going to do a residency.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Has anyone checked on the Eagles? I want it that way?
Would you go see the back Street Boys at the Spear?
I would go see New Kids at the Sphere. I
don't know. If i'd a phenomenal show, No Town Boys,
I'd do it. You would back Street I if I
got comptics. Jake, would you go see Metallic at the Sphere?

Speaker 4 (18:16):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (18:17):
Absolutely? He used to go to Vegas gamble and see
a concert.

Speaker 1 (18:20):
Wow, guy's living the life like Hunter S. Thompson.

Speaker 3 (18:24):
My god, three day max in Vegas. So you can't
do any more than that.

Speaker 7 (18:28):
Yeah. A couple of my roommates actually just went for
a few days. I don't think they made very much
money to pay for they were there.

Speaker 5 (18:37):
John Mulaney, our crack engineer here at w z X,
was out there for some I don't know, Cebee Radio
convention or something, and he said, he said, at the Sphere,
you can take a tour of the sphere to see
what it's like.

Speaker 1 (18:48):
That giant ball.

Speaker 5 (18:50):
It's just all sound, all visual inside a giant circular screen.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
He said, just to take a tour. It was one
hundred and fifty process. They got to recoup that investments.

Speaker 5 (19:00):
Screensaver geez, how much how much would tickets be for Metallica?

Speaker 1 (19:04):
My god? What if you get a four h four
error on that? Hey Jake, thanks for checking in.

Speaker 7 (19:12):
Yeah, thanks for having me.

Speaker 5 (19:13):
I appreciate it. Check in after the Hamptons and give
us some good Hampton story.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
I want to hear what that.

Speaker 7 (19:19):
Playing a concert as soon as I get back on Friday,
so I'll have a.

Speaker 3 (19:25):
I want Jake's like my god on a pastry from
Carrissis when he's on the way back from the Hampton.

Speaker 1 (19:31):
Thank you. Only you would know that. I'm curious.

Speaker 5 (19:35):
I'm curious if anybody has seen a show out there
at the Sphere.

Speaker 1 (19:38):
I've seen the videos, which looking amazing.

Speaker 5 (19:40):
Oh my god, But you have to have the right seats. Yeah,
because there is a balcony. You don't want to get
stuck underneath that thing. You want to get the full experience.

Speaker 6 (19:47):
I want someone to have the full Andy Cohen reactions
the Sphere, Yes, screaming tears.

Speaker 1 (19:51):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (19:52):
So if you've been to a show at the Sphere
six D point seven text wslex and your message to
seven oh four to seven oh or leave us a
talk back on the free iHeartRadio app. Or how about this?
Or would you go to the Sphere? Is it too much?
Is it too much money?

Speaker 1 (20:11):
Too much of a are you asking correcout that? No,
imagine if Tyler.

Speaker 5 (20:18):
Un and he got one hundred and one degree fever
and show let us know if you've been to the Sphere,
what was it like? Or if you would never go?

Speaker 1 (20:28):
Tell us why? Tell us why?

Speaker 5 (20:31):
Boston's Classic Rock one hundred point seven w z LX.
Boston's Classic Rock one hundred point.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
Seven w c LX. Chuck Nola Morning Show with Danielle
and Pelosi.

Speaker 5 (20:43):
Today, we're just talking with Jake, who made a trip
out to Syracuse to see Metallica at the Dome, and
Metallica has expressed interest in doing a residency at the Sphere,
which I think would be massive. They could play there
as long as they want, just like the Eagles have
done for the past three months or something.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
I'm afraid to go.

Speaker 6 (21:01):
I feel like I get disappointed because I get stuck
underneath that balcony.

Speaker 5 (21:04):
I would be so pissed if I couldn't see the
whole thing. You want to be staring all around you
and see the whole thing. Get a balcony in your way.
Do they tell you that when you buy the ticket
you think obstructed view maybe or something like that.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
It's not open seating, right, you're buy you're buying really
expensive seats. We got Mike here. What do you think, Mike?

Speaker 2 (21:25):
Hey, I was up in three oh three, which is
in the top balcony about halfway down, because I wanted
to be able to see the whole thing. I did
some research before I went, and it was a great,
great view. But if you don't like heights and you
tend to get vertigo, not so much.

Speaker 1 (21:45):
What show was this for the Eagles?

Speaker 6 (21:48):
The Eagles, so you wasn't doing mushroom. You wen't doing mushrooms.
It wasn't a dead show.

Speaker 2 (21:53):
Uh No, little little other things.

Speaker 1 (21:58):
In Vegas.

Speaker 5 (21:59):
So if you're if you're up in three oh three,
if you go to the concessions and you have your
beverages and you're nachos with some mysterious cheese sauce on it,
and you're walking back down to your seat, it's one
of those situations where you're thinking, I'm gonna lose it
at anytime, I'm gonna go right over the balcony.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
Yeah, it's it's a little tentative. I put my feet
down in front of me on the seat in front
of me and put my arm around my wife and
kind of got a little comfortable after that. But when
you walk in, it's definitely, uh, it's definitely gets to you.
And it's the picture. When you walk in is like

(22:35):
being outdoors. It's very realistic. That's so cool, really really realistic.

Speaker 5 (22:40):
So you had a little difficult It was like when
you're riding mom at Jordan Furnisher.

Speaker 1 (22:43):
Wait what guy rephrase that?

Speaker 6 (22:48):
Whoa?

Speaker 2 (22:50):
It's more like being in the balcony at the garden.

Speaker 1 (22:52):
Yeah, with the motion honesty machine.

Speaker 2 (22:56):
Yeah, you feel like you're gonna fall forward kind of thing.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
You know. One last ask you, Mike, how much was
the ticket?

Speaker 2 (23:03):
I'm kind of embarrassed to say, but about a thousand dollars?

Speaker 1 (23:07):
Yes, I thought it'd be more.

Speaker 6 (23:09):
And you told your wife about it before you bought
the tickets, right.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
Yeah, that was my birthday so she actually bought them all.

Speaker 1 (23:16):
That's nice. All right, thank you, Mike. We got Ernie, Ernie,
what's going on?

Speaker 4 (23:22):
Yeah, you guys, right, I saw. I saw a Dead
and Company out there and we sat up on a
four hundred sections and it was absolutely amazing, and I
went with my wife.

Speaker 5 (23:32):
You know the videos I saw from that show, in particular,
they put so much work into.

Speaker 1 (23:36):
The visuals for that show. That was amazing.

Speaker 8 (23:39):
You had to it's all.

Speaker 4 (23:41):
About the video, you know. It's just you gotta take
it all in. Sitting up there seeing it. It's just incredible,
amazing time.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
And what did it smell like in there?

Speaker 4 (23:53):
A girl a couple of couple of seats over from us.
He got sick. Yes, not like that too, a cure
for black holma.

Speaker 5 (24:03):
Do you remember the guy who was the first guy
to do a bong hit in the sphere? He hosted
the video, he was banned from the sphere and then
he got so much attention.

Speaker 6 (24:12):
Well they said, it's okay, it should be a plaque
at his seat. Now it's okay. Yeah, I think we
have one more here. Hey z LX.

Speaker 1 (24:22):
Is this Sandy morning?

Speaker 8 (24:24):
This is Sandy. How are you good?

Speaker 7 (24:26):
How are you good?

Speaker 8 (24:29):
So I was lucky enough I got to see both
you too. And I saw the ego of a couple
of weeks ago. I've seen I've seen you too, like
twenty five times, so that was the ultimate seeing them there,
But going to see the Eagles a couple of weeks
ago is kind of like, oh, you know.

Speaker 4 (24:46):
It's just gonna fall short.

Speaker 8 (24:48):
Totally different concert. Definitely the Vertigo saying like, there's got
some times that you're holding onto your seat, like, oh
my god, am I gonna fall out with what they
have on the video screen? But both so were so
amazing in their own right.

Speaker 7 (25:02):
It's very cool.

Speaker 5 (25:03):
Doesn't the Eagle Show open up with them doing Hotel California,
which would be their closer but they have this great
video to start it off, and you go right into
a Hotel California.

Speaker 1 (25:12):
Everybody just lose.

Speaker 8 (25:13):
Yes and you're on a dark desert highway. Yes, I
don't want to spoil it, but it was really cool,
but you're like, oh my god, I need to hold off.

Speaker 1 (25:22):
They should pump in the warm smell of koalitas during.

Speaker 8 (25:25):
That song, Yes, rising up in the air.

Speaker 5 (25:28):
Do they tell you ahead of time before it starts
in case you get you know, vertigo or something like this,
here's what you should do, like close your eyes or
is there any kind of a warning.

Speaker 8 (25:38):
No, you know, I have to say, I think the
worst part, honestly is like getting up to your seat,
so the escalators go straight up, and then when you're
coming down to your seat there they're pretty you know,
the elevation is pretty steep. I think once you're in
the seat, and it's definitely a place that you don't
really stand up and dance the seat thirty for that.
It's more kind of a sitting venue, which is really

(25:59):
good because once you get in there and all that
stuff starts going on, you don't really want to be standing.

Speaker 7 (26:04):
You want to be sitting and holding on.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
That's a good point.

Speaker 3 (26:06):
Yeah, how kind of thousand dollars for a seat in
The person in front of me is dancing.

Speaker 1 (26:10):
They're going over the balcony.

Speaker 8 (26:12):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 5 (26:16):
It's kind of a place you don't want to be
jumping around, like you know the Mwguar Theater.

Speaker 1 (26:21):
He grew up three blocks from here.

Speaker 8 (26:23):
All right, Oh, the Eagles are coming back. Amazing show,
like unbelievable, how.

Speaker 4 (26:30):
Awesome they still are.

Speaker 1 (26:32):
Would you go see Metallica?

Speaker 8 (26:35):
I would go see Metallica. I would. I think I
would almost see anybody there because the venue is so amazing.

Speaker 1 (26:41):
I got to see this place, we're gonna do a go.
Do you think our company would subsidize a road trip
out there?

Speaker 8 (26:49):
You know what, I think it's a scienism. You've got
to talk about it here in the music industry.

Speaker 1 (26:53):
Absolutely, that's right.

Speaker 5 (26:55):
Standy, Yes, it's the Chuck na One morning show on
Boston's Classic Rock seven w z LEX and on the
Highway to the Hill with the Free I Heard Radio app.
You know, we've been joking a lot about our dear
friend Tyler being under the weather today, which has been

(27:15):
a lot of fun. But we are going to check
in and make sure he's okay because it's just him
and Remy over there.

Speaker 1 (27:21):
I'm mostly concerned about Remy. Yeah, no funds.

Speaker 5 (27:24):
Telling why would you be concerned about She's much more
resilient when Remy comes in here. Remy has a freshly dry,
cleaned blanket to lay on in the studio, designer food, yeah,
and bottled water.

Speaker 1 (27:40):
She doesn't have opposable.

Speaker 3 (27:41):
Thumbs, so dumb dumb has to get up and get
all that for her, and he's sick.

Speaker 6 (27:45):
He buy like that plastic tube of meat that they
sell you at the pet store.

Speaker 1 (27:48):
Very expensive. It has to be refrigerating, you know, he
does that. We'll see how he's doing coming up from
clx
