I think that's my favorite part ofthe vibe is everybody's just feeling good,

is? What it stands out mostabout this tour to you? What stays

the you can get everything. There'svery it has a dynamic feeling. You're
gonna feel a lot of different emotions. The stage is incredible, it's so
beautiful because it's right on the floor, right there in front of everybody,
all the seats are around it.I get to touch people in a way
that I just never had before.I get to spend time with every side
of it, so I think youfeel more connected. And one of my

favorite favorite part is the people thatare there, Like you can't believe it,
old, young, four years old, their first show, sixty year
old. Like everybody's coming out,everybody, every color, every style,
every vibe, every person. It'sit's open and it's a beautiful thing.
That's a beautiful vibe. I love. That's good energy. Right when you

reflect on that, right and everydemographic age group, do you feel like
your purpose is so much bigger?I do, Actually, I really do.
I feel like that is part ofthe purpose. The part of it
is like bringing people together and beingable to relate to different people from different
walks of life. You know.One of my favorite things is no matter
where I go, people think thatI'm from there. Yeah, Like I

love that. If from Indiana,if I'm in Thailand, I can be
from Thailand. If I'm in Mexico, I can be from Mexico. If

It feels like there's a kindred spiritno matter what, and that's the

it's it's fun for the whole family. I appreciate that. I appreciate the

It was hysteric, both of those, both of those incidents for crazy

you're good. So I said,let's put on the pastis so that just

in case I'm in the middle ofthe show bump. So I had like
this heart paste on that I waslike exploring, and he was just so
confused. So why would I dothis? He's like, I've never seen
anyone do that. She's like yourage. Of course you haven't that protective.
He's a protector. He is definitelyhe's on stage protecting you as well.

A microphone. No, Genesis doesnot play no games. If you've
seen him, like, he's justso serious, it's incredible. He really
is. He's he is a sweetbeautiful protector. And when he came up
on stage, he really wanted tocome up on stage. I didn't realize
he would end up looking like mysecurity, but he really did mean my

hand and looking at the entire crowdlike, yo, try it. I
love that he's not a he's nota game. I love that voice sons
become little bodyguards for theirs. It'sa beautiful thing. I think that's so
special, the relationship that you havewith your sons and you know, and
just your kids period. Just beingable to have that connection and learn each

other and grow. And that's myfavorite thing about touring in the summers,
Like we get to be together,we get to kind of hang out right
out. Everyone's on break. It'sgood you can relax and tour as a
family. It's not Egypt is producingfor Kendrick like killing at the house.
At the house. It's I mean, all the kids have like amazing personalities
and styles. Our oldest son,not Marcado, he like has He creates

graphic novels, he creates music,he writes, he's you know, our
our our other son, Cajun.He's producing. He's super smart with school,
he's into all he's he's writing.It's like he actually writes like his
dad, you know, like thosevery hooky songs. Sure you know Swizzy
got the hooks on the lot.He's got it. He's got it.
Man under control. Man. Yeah, you know what I appreciate about Swizzing

you and swizz you guys love outloud for Shure, and I think your
household is is a testament to that. That's why there's so much he's coming
out of it, creative love everything, keep loving out loud because some people
didn't have that growing up, andthat's inspiring. I love that I see
it in real time. We feelthat same way. It's a beautiful thing

to be able to feel the love, share the love, give the love.
Definitely not only to our own family, but to like everybody that we
have a big extended family, likey'all are our family. This is how
we look at it, and soit's a beautiful. But what's the last
thing y'all argued about. No,I mean nothing is ever like people.

No, he's not really he's notreally like he's not like a very confrontation.
No, he's really cool. He'sactually superd. Now what he doesn't
do, he doesn't play the middle. Well, like he's either all in
or he's out. He don't playthe middle. He's like he's he's he's
in because it's real, or he'sout because it's fake. It's like,
you know, he don't play inthe middle. So that's a beautiful thing.

He's very honest and very genuine.What if we argued about We don't
really argue as the kids. Wedefinitely have conversations and for sure we're gonna
talk about like things that maybe weneed to we want to work on,
or we want to shift, orwe want to like you know, everybody
feels has feelings, so we wantto share those. But we're not like
beefing and yelling. It's very toxic. It's not having like that. Vibes

are sad. Music is a music, Yeah, it's energy, food is
cooking, we're chilling, we're havingfun. Yeah, we're playing games.
Yeah. And your house is allin all you know on the internet right,
right, so like we get tosee where you live and how you
know, how how things are beingdone at the crib right it's a beautiful

site. You're allowing people in.Thank you. But I've always done that,
I think so I think we werevery much alike. Me and Swizzy
actually like we have a very similarstory. Even though we're we're totally different,
we do have a lot of thingsthat we've experienced the same, so
we're able to really understand each other. We go down any street from Harlem
to you know, Brooklyn, whereverwe go, it's like it's love.

It's it's a good vibe. AndI appreciate that he matches my energy and
I match it. It's a beautifulthing. What's up, Jack? I've
always wanted to ask you. Youknow, you exude confidence. That's something
that I've always like admired about you, and confidence and finding your voice.
How did you find that? BecauseI know I read everywhere that you know,
when you were younger, you didn'thave that voice. How did you

find that? Man? You know? I just think over time, you
start to learn who you are.You know. I mean, of course,
first of all, we're always figuringout who we are. Every day
we're figuring out a new part ofourselves, so it's kind of a constant
journey. But I think over timeyou do start to see I think over
time you start to see the ship. You won't take no like yeah,
I used to take that ship,but I'm not taking it. And that's

a really important part of growing andfinding your confidence in your voice because you
can you can like claim yourself andyou could say, you know this,
it's important for me that this isnot a part of my vibe or my
energy. So I think I thinkexperience just comes naturally and you're not gonna
know everything, but you start totrust yourself, trust your instinct, and

be confident that you know it's bestfor you, and that just happens over
time. I definitely didn't have thatfor a long time, but then I
was like, this is the shitI'm not and and what we're not taking
is throwing shit on stage either,No, what is I don't know what
that is that's become part of theculture or because it's not a thing,

I feel like we shouldn't even reallytalk about it. When we talk about
we don't want to give anybody ideas. I mean, they're not gonna do
it in mind show. We've seenGenesis on it. Yeah, but I
just feel like I don't know whatthat's about. Do people want attention or
they just drunk, or like,what's the matter? I don't know.
I don't know what's going like bebe sad, you're being crazy right,

like allout like yo, who enjoyenjoy the moment, that's right. Enjoy
the artists. They're up there workingart, right, I don't know what
that is. That's weird. Yeah, take art. That's I'm not going
on the talk about stage and ina situation that I really enjoyed the scene

on the same stage. Oh mygod. I love my sister Carol g
like I actually had never met herbefore, and we started to connect because
I was coming to Colombia and Iwas first time ever and I was so
excited to be there. Sheet man, what when we talk about pure energy,
Like what a spirit? Her spiritis just how she shares. Like

I love meeting people that are justhow you feel like they are gonna be,
you know what I mean, Becausethat's what that's just who they already
embody it. So we're if wejust connected. Beautiful energy. She came
out in Colombia with me. Theenergy was nobody expected it. It was
such a beautiful thing. I adoreher like she's fresh fresh. We gotta
do music together, we gotta doa whole bunch of shit. She's a

bad conversation you guys had. Yes, we was like, what are we
doing? How could we not havetalked before? I think that that's such
a sweet thing when you get tomeet people that you have a connection with
and and you know, you getto make friends. So it's a beautiful
thing. We definitely spoke about that. She's so excited about music. Obviously,
her music is just going crazy.It's incredible to be like, you're

coming up singing your song, youknow, and wasn't that sick? She's
sang try Sleeping with a Broken Heart, and she was just a shorty and
like she was like, alsha,this is like full circle for me.
I can't even believe. That's amazingher celebrity. Yeah right, so good.
What's a full circle moment for you? Oh my gosh. Yes,

we appreciate it, like there's justno place else I'm telling you. Yea,
So this is a full circle momentbecause right, we started at shorty
and and now I get to behere with y'all today, which is a
blessing because so many people don't getto do that. So many people don't
get to experience longevity and just beable to be in the culture and and
have a connection like this. Sothat is a fust circle moment. I

think another first circle moment was whenI met Shade, whoa. That was
like, that was like a momentshe floated. She's literally my big sister
in my head, Like she ismy big sister in my head. You
know, you got the ones that'slike, that's my sister. I don't
care if I've never met her,She's my sister and so so I remember

when I first met her. Itwas just like I literally was like doing
a happy dance, jumping by theelevator. I was like, she walked
down the hall. I was like, no, I'm good playing, Yo,
I'm good. I'm not WEIRDO.You know what weird people say.
I'm not weird. Listen, Icould be weird with Shade. Yeah,

we're taking that weird moment. We'redoing this yo. So I like,
tonight is the last show three onthe forum? Yo? So why la?
Why is that la the last stop? You know, it's just you
know, you do the routing andyou kind of make your way. We
actually started on the East coast,started and started in Florida and was on
the east and made our way acrossand then now we're headed towards west.

just feel like, you know,this is who we are, like we
are, We are so many beautifulshades from all over, and we deserve

to see ourselves, you know whatI mean. And we deserve to kind
of feel like we belong everywhere becausewe do that. That old mentality of
you know, us not belonging everywhereis just like outdated, It just doesn't
exist. We are everything. Weare the culture we are. We are
the start of the creators, inventors. This just is what it is.
That's right, that's what it is. And we recently celebrated fifteen years,

which was thirteen. Take your time, but thirteen is like monumental, Like

amazing. And to be able tolike be in that a very healthy,

of pressure in doing show, butI put you in the psych or at

it, and it's gonna be he'sdoing it too much. That's the problem.

I see you with that energy everyevery a therapy session. Guys,
what are we doing every show?Every time? Let's listen, we have
to talk about I do care aboutthis guy. Guys don't want to see
the fall you feel if he doesn'tknow. But we all have issues.
We're all walking around with trauma.We're all trying to recover from our childhood
