Today's Word 06-18-25: Excellent is Who You Are

for today's word, excellent is who you are? Daniel six
and three in the message translation says, but Daniel, brimming
with spirit and intelligence, so completely outclassed the other vice

(00:21):
regents and governors that the King decided to put him
in charge of the whole kingdom. Notice in today's scripture
that it doesn't say God distinguished Daniel and he got promoted.
It says Daniel distinguished himself by completely outclassing the other leaders.
That means that Daniel was purposeful about being excellent and

(00:45):
doing well. See that's what happens when you honor God
and have an excellent spirit like Daniel did. You don't compromise.
You don't just go with the flow and do what
everybody else around you is doing and what everybody on
Facebook or social media is doing. When you have an
excellent spirit, God will give you unprecedented faith, creativity, and

ideas so that, as with Daniel, you'll stand out in
the crowd while still maintaining humility, you will outplass those
who don't honor God. My question is, are you distinguishing
yourself or are you sitting around and waiting for God
to do it for you? Are you going above and

be young, doing more than you have to and improving
your own skills? Examine your life right now. We all
have areas in which we can strive for excellence, whether
it's how we treat people, how we present ourselves, or
how we develop our skills. You are called to be

(01:52):
a cut above. You have excellence inside. Excellent is who
you are. Now do your part and be purposeful and
disciplined to bring out your excellence. Oh tad like God,

with the flow and do what everybody else is doing.
Thank you that we can commit ourselves to striving for
excellence in all that we do. God, we believe that
as we honor you with our choices, you will cause
us to stand out and shine for your glory in
